From a delicious breakfast spread to gourmet dinners, every meal was a treat.

My son has a few allergies and inspite of that Chef Ram went out of his way all the 3 days we were there to whip out delicious meals for him.Even in the peak hours, he took out time and personally made his meals.

Mayur was attentive to our breakfast, lunch and dinner needs.

Our favorite parts were the breakfast buffet, the spa, and the pool.

LOVE the property, buffet lunch and dinner.

The highlights were the:
- Spa and gym facilities
- Large outdoor pool area
- Breakfast buffet selection and quality
- Room size and housekeeping

The hotel could improve the number of food options around the pool,

Breakfast presentation and items was also grant.

The made-to-order dishes like dosas, Ross omelettes, and paratha were so delicious!

Additionally, there was confusion regarding the half and full buffet, leading us to go hungry on the first day.

Morning breakfast spread was as impressive as any of the hotels I've stayed at in India.

Morning after breakfast I started to call them up to confrm on the activities and events happening in the resort as per the booklet kept in the room.No staff had any idea about what’s happening in the resort.

We then went to the Confiteria and had amazing muffins baked by Chef Prakash.

To top it off the hotel staff was rude and condescending when I was speaking to them on the phone.

In room dining service was poor 
Ordered baby food and they gave us stale food
 there was also a wedding on last two days of my stay because of that room service and guest service phone was not answered at all

Also the valet guys have stolen our phone charger which was kept in the car.

The customer service comes with multiple calls and there is no one to attend.

He would send someone in a minute when we call him.

Only after calling travel desk they arranged the cab.

Reception and front desk was manned by inexperienced individuals who were more than ok to drop/cut your call, if they couldn't "hear" you.

Things to note:

- The resort is located in a bay and there is not much area to call a beach.

Toilets weren’t clean on arrival, had to call front desk multiple times for a single requirement

Inspite of calling the house keeping twice to keep our room ready, it was not done even after 1.5 hrs.

Very reluctantly a staff member from the hotel comes and I ask him to call someone with a master key.

I called the second  and third time the manager Deepa wouldn't receive my call.

We entered our room with expectations that all needs would be met, very disappointed to see our remote control was disgusting dirty, telephone didn't work, wires and table very dusty, fan made noise which interfered with hearing aids

I had to call the front desk then  they sent an engineer to fix this problem.

Since it is the bay, it has a pretty small walk on beach if you may call it.

On day one we had to call everyone from carpenter , plumber and electrician .

Things started little bad, Apple in room were rotten and when told housekeeping person to call up concern head he did not and when i went on social media, surprisingly concerned person reacted and things sorted out immediately.

There is an attached courtyard bistro offering Goan and continental fare which is also quite nice.

Breakfast was good.Had watermelon juice and puribhajia.

The breakfast was delicious and served on time.

The food was good, breakfast prepared to order.

The "a la carte" breakfast was really good and plenty of options.

The breakfast was always good, served on the verandah.

We really enjoyed having our breakfast served to us on the veranda outside of the room and this was very tasty.

Curd, serials ,eggs, sandwiches, fresh mango juice or other fruits, coffee, tea and much more.

Breakfast was served each morning by very attentive staff on the veranda immediately outside the bedroom, a lovely experience.

Breakfast and meals were plentiful with fresh food, great service as we would have expected.

A good restaurant service is available, as well as a delicious Indian breakfast.

Polite staff, clean enviornment, quick and prompt service with delicious food.

Kudos to Chef Gobind for a fabulous spread of sausages , scrambled eggs, omelette, fresh Juices etc.

The staff were not trained in hospitality were not attentive had to repeatedly ask for food/drinks order to be taken when it arrived it did not arrive together waiting after breakfast for the coffee to arrive.

The service was dreadful,  very slow, unable to even synchronise coffee with breakfast.

but this time , I've heard high appreciation for the cleanliness, quality of service , n not ever the least the quality of a simple coffee, n the great quality of breakfast served! !

Had to explicitly instruct replenish the tea bags and other stuff.

While sitting out for a tea, it started raining and a rat scurried by.

Rooms not cleaned once during our three night stay.

Had to ask for room cleaning multiple times.

It is better to let the staff know if you want your rooms cleaned when you are not in the rooms.

The (extremely ugly) filthy, sofas in the guest lounge, were removed to the garden for a sari sale in the lounge.

Since the rooms are woody, before check in please make sure the mustiness in the rooms are removed.

Used tea cups were lying around for more than a day even after instructing to clear the same right after usage.

Shabby in places, mould, neglected plants, some interesting furniture,

That too, house keeping did not replace the towels even after explicitly instructed to do so.

but one next door that you can order from or you can go to Panjim Inn for their breakfast buffet and/or for lunch and dinner.

but there is a place 3min around the corner the Flag Inn open until 11pm and its very cheap and ok.  Panjim Inn is gorgeous to stay and great for breakfast on the balcony.

For breakfast the best place is to hike towards the Panjim Church Square to the Kamat restruant.

We were able to have delicious food from a restaurant nearby by the name Flap's Inn.

but not to worry just behind the property there is restaurant called FLAG's INN which is open from morning 7 to night 11 which serves all kinds of delicious food.The hotel arranges north goa south goa tours on request and also arranges scooters and taxis for rent.last but not the least excellent rooms at excellent price.

so if someone visits the looo..the stench fills the room.

the first room we tried stank so we asked to move

but  when we reached our room it was very dirty.There were very bad smells.

Room was fairly empty, walls were marked and needed repainting, Mattress meagre (10cm thick) and flattened from age, bed sheets were coarse, smelled of rotting.

No Intercom, No drinking water, No TV connection, No lift and top of this arrogant staff.

Would have preferred the above for the price paid.

Property to stay is good, calm and quite, if you have no expectations because they have nothing to provide except the room, No provision of tea  (or kettle ), no working intercom, no internet facility.

There was no cafe or place to buy water, and no wifi in the hotel anywhere.

but late check out costs half dae charge bt v wer chargd half dae for early check in as wel..no hot water for takin bath..pathetic room service..unclean room..poor telivision signal..unfrndly staff..go at ur own risk.

room telephone faulty - have to hold the receivers wire tight for connection like the one on military base camp.

Main problem was the lack of internet facilities or a working wi-fi connections for mobiles (the one existing apparently works only with laptop. ).

In this case a "early checkin fee" of 40% of what we already are paying.

On arrival, passports were taken to the local Xerox to get scanned (they don't have a scanner on site) and we were persistently asked to pay for the rooms upfront.

Our room is so so, if you are used to sleeping on the ground with a plastic bag over your head you might consider it a 5 star experience, as some reviewers seen to think.

Upon arriving to the room we are given bottled water, WARNING ⚠️ do not drink this water, it is a tampered bottle with dirty tap water and will make you sick.
