 - One night in the adult bar we were amazed at how busy it was and he handled all the orders with ease while looking like he was having the time of his life.
 - Food expectations should remain realistic for adults.
 - There were activities for adults too,
 - Highly recommend getting the Adult Crown Paradise Club upgrade.
 - Gabrielle is an awesome bar tender at the adult pool and works very hard to make sure everyone has drinks.

 - Playa los Delfines is like a five minute walk from the Hotel.
 - but it is adequate and there is the beautiful Playa Delfines 5 minutes walk down the coast for those who fancy it.
 - Since our last stay a new addition to the bathroom was a walk in shower.
 - N/A
 - Overall staff was very friendly and would greet you as you walk by.

 - We spent an hour every morning on the phone trying to reserve a restaurant.
 - Desserts are bland and small selection The a la carte can only be booked via phone between 8am-2pm,
 - You have to call each morning starting at 8 am to make a reservation for only that night.
 - Plus you can only get into one of the better restaurants by calling a reservation number about 50 times at 8 AM or else they are all booked up.
 - but she never returned to the call.

 - Down the beach about 100 yards is Playa Delfines, which is a beautiful public beach that has shaded spaces, bathrooms and showers.
 - After staying in Playa Del Carmen for a week, our return flight home was canceled.
 - You have to go to Playa defines to go to a decent beach.

 - The Mexican restaurant IS great
 - The Mexican restaurant was probably the best food we have ever eaten.
 - It's mainly Mexican cuisine if you are ok with that.
 - Specialty restaurants: we didn’t go to the French (required dressing up and kids weren’t allowed) Seafood, Mexican and Italian were very good, Steak house was just okay.
 - Mexican restaurant is fantastic- we went twice.

 - 12 pesos and you are 15 mins away from Playa delfines ( which has the CANCUN sign you'd wanna take pictures at), 15 mins from playa tortugo and playa lagosta- again beautiful beaches where someones always offering you to buy drinks or food.

 - We took tours to the underwater coral museum and Isla mujeres one day, which was awesome,
 - The Hotel is located next to a Mayan museum, in walking distance you get to see things around (shops and stuff).
 - *The Good -It is located in a quiet area of Cancun, with the Mayan Museum just outside the entrance at a walking distance, a good restaurant across the street and a money exchange booth next to it.
 - Mayan museum next door.
 - One day he took us for the excursion to the museum and demonstrated excellent knowledge of Maya's culture.

 - On a positive note, the rooms seem to be remodeled, they look very nice and spacious, I would say they only good thing I found in this hotel.
 - Our room was very updated.
 - At some point the rooms have been renovated which are actually not bad and comfortable to stay in.
 - Maybe that's how they're updating the rooms.
 - Although we had a great ocean view, the room seemed so outdated, unkempt and haphazardly cleaned.

 - Unfortunately we ended up in a construction place with loud people that couldn’t behave.
 - The Cons: as for now the hotel is undergoing reconstruction that creates some construction jobsite-like noise during week day time.
 - We also heard construction noises all through the night our first night there.
 - but part of it was also under construction.
 - I didn't take the all inclusive PKG, construction going on onsite, some banging and hammers

 - Beach access was a breeze and its always easy to get what you need in the towel department.
 - During the time I am writing this review, public access to the beach it is not permitted due to the virus.
 - The beach access was great.

 - Javier was Excellent and attentive he held my bags while I arriving early, left and came back and then he walked me to my room and showed me all the amenities in person, a little tour and walked me outside to the bar for my Margarita❤
 - The service from the second we walked in was out of this world, so attentive!
 - Big tip, walk down the driveway and take the bus it’s only 11 pesos each way way cheaper than a taxi plenty of restaurants down the street.
 - There is a convenience store on sight (24hrs) and a short walk will take you to other convenient stores and the bus.
 - The resort was great for location, able to travel easily to Plaza de Isla, or walk for dinner.

 - The hot tubs were both cold as well and the jets didnt work in 1.
 - The swim up bar jacuzzi jets turn off at five.
 - A couple of nights a week there is Karaoke and so it gets a little noisy.
 - So very hard building sounds constantly while you try to relax.
 - but it was simply not enough to make up for the noise, average food and less than stellar rooms.
