I had a phenomenal experience at the Marco Polo restaurant.

Highly recommend the Marco Polo and bogavante restaurant when you are here..

The pool had a great atmosphere, food and lots of games.

They did accommodate getting a ramp into Marco Polo restaurant which was very nice and he could get into everything it was just in round about ways like take the elevator up and go down the hall then elevator down and around (small elevators also).

Marco Polo is one of the restaurants that require reservation that we managed to get into and that one was actually really good, we all enjoyed our meals there. 2.

I personally loved Marco Polo which was their steakhouse dinner, ate every last bite!

Limbergh was extremely nice, welcoming friendly when we visited the Marco Polo Restaurant.

My fellow pilot and I had dinner here at the Marco Polo restaurant our last night in Cancun.

The restaurant was overall very enjoyable and Our waiter , Villatoro at the Marco Polo restaurant was excellent and very professional and made good conversation with us .

At Marco polo resturant, food is excellent.

Food and service was overall good.Our waiter Delfino from Marco Polo Restaurant was amazing.

My 4.5-year-old son has enjoyed the mini club to the fullest, Blanca, Dafne and Majo are excellent doing their job, every morning when he wakes up my son says “it's time for mini club, the activities they do keep him entertained and enjoy making new friends.

Specially Carolina the pool girl has a great vibe.

They have several very large pools, including a pool bar, kiddy pool, hot tubs, a water volley-ball court.

Kids club is a great area for kids, my daughter had fun at the slides.

Christie by the kids club was great with the kids.

Great staff and safe play area for the kids.

She was interactive with the kids and had games planned every time we came by.

It was a first time for my three children and they’ve surely enjoyed the experience.

Every morning Darvin would wait on us for breakfast and he even made my girl a catus salad she loved and had it every morning just for her .

Blanca is the most preferred for my daughter she did amazing job and very friendly helpful ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

He has excellent customer service and No other bartender could match the quality of drinks Enrique prepared for us and the kids!!

The Kids club is the best at Royal Solaris.

They take care of our kids with love and so much care and respect.

Parents must stay with kids under 4 at the kids club.

Especially the supervision for my daughter she was entertained all day.

For mini club i love how they care about the kids and activities they offer for them i want to thank cris, majo, eli and Dafne and blanca for taking care of my kids .

The “members only” restaurant by the pool had overall good food

The pizza at the pool was about the best bet

Several days of services at spa, with food and pool!

Activities were great by the pool and food was great!

They also have a buffet style restaurant next to the pool that overlooks the ocean.

in the day time or to have dinner in pool side bar.

The food is average, there's a buffet for breakfast and dinner, 4 lunch options around the pool and a couple restaurants you can make reservations at for dinner.

The wood fired pizzas by the pool are delicious

The food is good and always fresh (wait in line for pizza by the pool, it is worth it).

Clean workout facilities with lots of options, breathtaking views from the pool and great restaurants, and so much entertainment!

Whatever meals at ALL the restaurants, LA Fuentes, Rosamaranis, Venetia, Bogavante, the cafeteria by both pools, the pizza shop by the pool, the sushi by the pool all have INCREDIBLE food.

- Delicious, brick-oven pizza by the pool every day.

We ate in the Restaurant by the pool and our server, Darvin, was amazing.

Also, the Valentines Dinner around the pool at the Caribe complete with singers, dancers, high wire act, and Isaac Barrera's trumpet completed a perfect evening.

The food we do for lunch is all by the pool they have a buffet with delicious food, a wood fire pizza oven mini spot by the pool (they are amazing delicious pizzas) with made to order pizzas, and a sushi bar .. all the roll choices are fresh, made to order, and taste amazing!

We really enjoyed the pizza they make next to the pool and also the typical spicy mexican food in one of the restaurants.

however, that the room was very poorly soundproofed.

18)  On a closing note:  They do have a tour desk by the pool, and they do offer para sailing, jet skis and some other water activities.

Only thing is they start service at 7:30-8 in the morning which (if you’re like me) you’ve been drinking the night before you don’t want to get woken up at 7:30 in the morning.

We did jet skis ($58 half hour)  & jungle cruise combo($60?

They tried to make me wait because they were working with other customers and ignoring the fact that we had a plane to catch.

Lastly, it was very discouraging to be told that “all restaurants were booked until Friday” after checking in when my check out date is Friday….as a member this was very disappointing to hear

I'll provide details in sections:

Room:
Walls were extremely thin and we could hear our neighbors very clearly.

Something to note that can be improved on… there is NO insulation in walls or doors!

Only one thing, we are gold members and the music is too low, and the MC I didn’t hear nothing!

but presidential… from the suite smelling like sewer gas to the master bath flooding from a rain storm, then sitting next to constant smoking guests at the pool and finally getting a drink at the pool with alcohol when all day the servers knew we didn’t drink.

The hallways are very noisy with people going up and down them.

We could hear every roller bag and chatting visitor cruising down the hallway.

Also, it was pretty wet and noisy - firstly I thought that we were sleeping with opened window,

Constant loud nightclub music and screaming entertainment team round the pool.

Rooms were nothing special and extremely loud from any hall noise.

The Caribe pool was dead quiet and felt like it belonged at an old age home.

Our room had some minor issues like phone not working, fan making some noise.

The service was incredible and the staff was so upbeat and helpful.

We were treated very well by the staff and by others at the hotel.

The staff is always incredibly friendly and you won’t get a better masssge anywhere!

I really enjoyed the activities and the interaction at the pool with the entertainment especially Alexis.

i think i love my room because it’s clean it’s comfortable and big the food is amazing and love how u can go whenever u want the service is excellent they are all so nice the staff here is all so fun in specific gio he is amazing at volley ball and the shows are all interesting.

I shared with my wife a great time with my wife here, specially the pool center, the guy en charge at the activities are amazing, we participated in the perfect couple and bingo a we won, we have to say congratulations!

The staff were very attentive and professional, especially the servers at the buffet.

I would like to give a shout out to the dancer Fernando, who is extremely talented.

Good room view with romance package, Cesar was great, concierge .

i really recommend this hotel, the view is wonderfull, and the beach is clean, and the rooms are beautiful and clean, the food is delicius and everyday is something new, and the activities in the pool are fun, like the latin dance, and the minute to win, and caro of the entreteniment staff made me a bracalet, all of this hotel is great

We really love this hotel, and the activities in the pool, like the trivias, the zumba, the crazy game and the food is delicious, my family and I recommend this hotel, and thank you for Caro of the entertainment staff she take care of us

But I have to say that one guy did and Excellent vacation, Alexis is amazing, the is the best here, absolutely the king here, congratulations!

Definitely you have to come here , it’s always a good deal come here every year and we didn’t met other worker like Alexis, the is so amazing!

We been here during 1 week with all the family and Ihave to say that Solaris is the best option to share you holidays , my family specifically love one guy at the pool, seriously he is the best, his name is Alexis, OMG , No comparison, he gives to the pool a live, energy , and everybody loves him , his activities are amazing! Congratulations!

The staff is friendly and made you feel like you were at home.

but we loved participated with Alexis in every activity cuz he is funny and talkative, he has a lot energy!

very good, i’m in love with this hotel, i really love the service of this place, and the people of here is awesome, and the activities in the pool are fun like the zumba, the aqua gym, the crazy games and of course thanks to carolina, alberto and gio of the entretenimiento staff

The receptionist was terrific, and my server Niko was spectacular.

I came with my workers during 2 days and I have to say that the service here is really good, the drinks, the games, specially at the pool area, Alexis is so amazing!
