There are a number of staff that made our stay better in their own way - Thank you to Alberto F for his incredible attention and assistance; Benny the absolute gem of a security guard that literally lit up when he saw us and was genuinely excited to chat and befriend us, to Carmen our maid that left us notes and special towel/flower displays each day, and Oscar the young bartender at the Vista Roof and Gregoria (wait staff) that is so friendly and professional, Lupita and (male manager name unknown) at Lighthouse restaurant for a wonderful dinner experience and last

even though it was pre paid, with multiple ‘add ins’ and two attempted card scans which we stopped.

Management team did not do what they said they were gonna do with credit and meds.

In conclusion, I urge you not to stay at the Tesoro during hurricane season, as they will provide the bare minimum of services while charging you the full price.

Tried over charging us for extra fees we had already paid for!!

I refused, and after almost an hour of haggling with her, did she give us a $100 room credit.

I am a timeshare owner at tesoro in Cabo San Lucas I wish I had never bought the second set of points it seemed like every other time I go there something goes wrong they'll promise you one thing and turn around and charge you for something they should have never charged you for I'm advising you people take it from a timeshare owner it's better just to find a deal on Google or one of the travel companies than to buy any timeshare there it is absolutely not worth it take it from a timeshare owner

When we went to the desk to verify this was legit (again, trust has tanked), we were told that while most people do credits at checkout,  he could see that our voucher expired that day.

Room keys are old card swipe and had to be rekeyed twice during visit.

The next day we packed up followed those directions and this person was no where to be seen and they refused to refund the balance of the prepaid nights.

I kindly disputed the charge and back and forth a few times until I had to fill out a form for them to remove the water bottle charge, again stupid and waste of time.

Make sure your credit card has no international fees to save more.

When we checked in, they asked for a credit card to hold $50 for incidentals.

They will seriously charge you for anything they can and they believe it is 150% YOUR responsibility to not incur charges, not theirs.

And upon check out I was hit with a $45 charge for “alimentos y bebidas” with no itemization whatsoever.

When she got to the hotel they tried to charge her an additional $600 saying her rate didn't include taxes and fees.

Tereso charged 50 USA dollars a day and  would not considered to provide a discount.

The only complaint is that we got charged for a small bottle of water and a soda in the mini fridge.

A 4 hour day pass is $35 if you charge in pesos.

The pool bar made great drinks and the hot tubs overlook the marina.

It was right on the harbor where all the boating action is.

Easy to go to the restaurants at the marina and shopping.

A good bargain for a great place to stay by the marina.

The hotel is located by the marina, walks away from the actions of Cabo.

There is also a beautiful and memorable view of the marina with many boats.

The room was spotlessly clean with a perfect view of the marina.

And the tacos del pastor was very pretty and delicious!!

Also, being on the marina was great and lively.

This hotel is right there next to the marina, the location is perfect if you are going fishing in Cabo.

It is smack dab in between the harbor and downtown.

It’s in a great location on the Marina so it’s close to all of the water excursions we booked.

The convenience to the marina and close to town are the main reason we stay there.

Location: excellent, right on the Marina and walking distance to the boats that take you on tours, Señor Frogs, Cabo Wabo, and to the main strip of downtown where all bars and clubs are located.

Location of Tesoro is just amazing /The Hear of Cabo.. Everything you want to explore around the Marina is in walking distance to local , beach .marina. food.

The location is wonderful at the marina and in close walking distance to just about everything.

With the proximity next to the marina, there is plenty of opportunity to walk around, explore, eat, and drink!

Tesoro is a great location to stay, right on the marina and walking distance to everything.

Everything was fine and lovely, the staff is too friendly, the view and the landscape from entire hotel is gorgeous, the location is very good exactly on the Marina and close to everywhere, 5 min walking to night clubs and 15 min walk to beach.

The facilities, the staff, the location near the marina were exceptional.

Tesoro basically covers one whole end of the harbor so you are close to all the action of boats coming and going.

Overall, we loved the views and the convenience of having the hotel near the marina.

This hotel is right at the marina and close to everything.

For our stay pre and post dive trip on board the Nautilus Explorer, we looked for an hotel close to the marina.

Near marina and walking distance to a lot of bars nearby.

Walkable marina boardwalk to numerous restaurants, clubs, and shopping.

This hotel is located on the marina near so many places to eat or drink and to people watch yet you can also walk to the beach and swim, eat and drink and just enjoy.

The restaurants are near by across the street, the places near the Marina are all great.

Tesoro Los Cabos was right at the Marina and walking distance to everything - churches, restaurants, bars and shops.

We were right in the marina close to everything.

The views of the Marina and downtown area are great.

I upgraded my standard room to the marina view and it was totally worth it.

Breakfast on the patio, overlooking the marina, with delicious options, was certainly a morning highlight.

We did pay for a view of the Marina which was nice especially at night.

Can't see the ocean for the yachts in the marina.

Great location, views of the marina, breakfast and most of all great people who were gracious and willing to be of service.

It happened, and we went to the roof top restaurant with a spectacular view of marina.

We got a beautiful table overlooking the Marina.

(Just a side note, we visited our own timeshare property we own nearby at Playa Grande-our phones connected to their WiFi immediately and we weren't checked in as guests.

Now it's your problem to walk all the way around the marina to Playa Medano or over the hill to Playa Solmar, or to find local transportation in the form of a taxi or a bus.

I've stayed at several hotels in Cabo, to include repeat stays at Playa Grande.

All in all this was one of the best trips ever in Mexico and weve been to 5 star places in Cabo, Mazantlan, Cancun, Playa De Carman, Cozamel, Peurto Vallarta and on and on.

I usually stay at the Playa Grande and its top notch service!

Two previous visits were at hotels off the marina (Playa Grande, Bonito Rose).

Room size is good and the view from the balcony is amazing.

Room is great, staff very attentive to detail on all aspects.

Staff is wonderful and rooms are perfect.

The location couldn't be better, and our room with a patio was perfect.

But truly, the amenities, food and the room were great and all that.

Our room is very spacious and the location is nice as well.

Would recommend avoiding the "no view" rooms as these do not have windows that open and the view is to high-traffic internal hallways.

Our room was lovely with a balcony and a marina view.

Our room was conveniently located by The Vista Roof restaurant, so, as you can guess, we spent many of our meal times there.

Also: Hotel Tesoro in my experience is exceptionally clean, in the room, hallway, and common areas.

Rooms were clean, and when we missed housekeeping and we asked them to do it late they were very helpful and very quick with their service.

Especially when the electricity is out and we had no water to our room Sunday morning.

even though both rooms were paid in full just two hours prior.

Umberto was an attentive waiter , food was good !

Adan Lopez was so hospitable to us when we arrived.

She is a very skilled and welcoming waitress.

The staff, including Maria and Isbaldo in the restaurant, and Christian (Omar) along with the bell boys, were fantastic.

Very clean, polite staff, and all you will need to have a blast.

It place was clean and all the staff were very friendly.

Resort is very clean and workers are hard working.

although the woman who did my pedicure was very sweet it was pretty clear that she was very inexperienced so it ended up taking her almost 2 hours to finish and my pedicure was definitely subpar.

The pool staff are so friendly and they play good house music.

No complaints whatsoever very attentive, very good drinks and excellent service.

Her smile and attentiveness make her stand out as one of the best parts of our trip.

We recently stayed at the Meliá Palma Marina hotel (in Palma de Mallorca).

We used Melia Palma Marina to begin and end our TIP Fat Bottom Boys & Girls charity cycle ride around Majorca; bearing in mind there was 35 of us, the facilities and staff served us well.

Will always stay there when visiting majorca.

Really great service so thank you all & I'll be back soon after my summer break & vissiting Palma De Mallorca again.

Nordic themed hotel in Mallorca which is very mimimalist.

During our week stay in Majorca, my wife and I stayed for 4 nights at this modern hotel and found that some Departments are very much better run than others.

First time staying in Palma despite around 20 visits to Majorca and loved it.

It'is located in the front of promenada, surand by bars and restaurants and it's on15 minutes of walking distance from the historicsl part of Majorca.

We stayed in the Melia Marina late last year and it was excellent, we booked again in July as we were going to a friends daughters wedding in Majorca.

The Level Lounge : I did briefly mention earlier, yes it is advertised as offering you peace and tranquillity, whilst gazing out onto the Marina.

Even during the work on the boulevard, Melia Marina remains easily accessible.

Nice hotel centrally in the heart of the Marina in Palma.

Yes, there are some renovations ongoing to the marina area

The Level rooms face the marina, on one of the higher levels (we were on the 8th floor), with great views of Palma in the distance, including a great view of the cathedral.

but just cross the road to walk along the marina and you don’t notice it :) it will be lovely when it’s all complete!

but this did not affect us still had a great view of the marina whilst sat around the pool.

The views from the hotel over the marina and the yachts are stunning.

We had a level access room with stunning marina view .

Our room was comfortable, and quiet, with a view over the pool and marina.

This hotel was perfect for that we stayed in a level room the view of the marina was lovely.

The room we had was on a high floor and had lovely views across the marina over to the cathedral.

I would have to say the rooms to the side and rear of the hotel do not have a great outlook so would have to recommend upgrade to Marina view.

The standard of room was good, with the views overlooking the Marina providing a very pleasant vista from our balcony.

I recommnd taking a taxi to Playa Cala Major (5-10 minutes) which is the best beach in the Palma Area.

however if after more of a secluded beach visit, look into hotels in Playa de Palma which are fantastic too!

There are some nice restaurants and bars in the area of the hotel. The bus into the old town or centre of Palma (railway station and central playa de espanya) stops nearby as does the city tour bus (recommended - good value!)

I duly accept that this is not the fault of the hotel, I accept that the hotel has no control of when, how, or if any disturbance or disputation would occur.

The dirt and noise from the ongoing roadworks was a little off-putting (could have done with shoe cleaning service to compensate)

This was a shame as it was very loud when laying by the pool!

We were on a high floor and therefore did not suffer from the noise of the roadworks that others have talked about.

but we hardly noticed the noise from the works.

Could occasionally hear the construction early mornings too.

Road works weren’t an issue for us in regards to noise, we arrived the Thursday and left on Monday, there was no work going on then.

however, the right-hand side view was just a building site, which like a previous review, commenced at 7.30 a.m. in the morning, thus you have to get up or suffer the noise.

The rooms are extremely noisy - so much so this ruined my sleep on multiple nights.

That said, ongoing building work at the front of the hotel is noisy and ruins the view, the pool is very busy (no loungers or space on the day we arrived) and service was variable.

We could hear people as late as 4 am making all sorts of noise from the street below hence we did not get a proper night's sleep throughout our stay.

There was quite noisey periods at times and a bit of dust flying about in the air

however, this was not disturbing in any way during our stay.

but it does spoil the view somewhat and we were also not able to sit in the outdoor section of the Level lounge at lunchtime due to the noise from the constructions workers.

It was impossible to sit in the outdoor area of the Level with roadworks noise and dust!

There was no noise from the roadworks as we were there during Easter break so I don’t know how noisy a normal working day would be.

Unfortunately I had a super bad experience despite this: the airco in my room didn't work so the choice was between gasping for air and leaving the window open with all the noise coming from outside (my room was on the seaside).

They actually have air cooling units in all rooms.

We stayed in room 518 with a beautiful view of the cathedral and the harbor.

This hotel has great rooms, especially if you get a sea view!

We booked a ‘level’ room and were very pleased with the experience.

We had a corner room on the 8th floor which was just perfect.

Breakfast and room very good on the whole would return.

The room was absolutely beautiful inside.

We booked the Level Room for 2 nights and were very pleased.

The spa was great and loved having this included in our level room.

I stayed at the Melia Palma Marina for a week with my partner, our room was the back of the building on the fourth floor.

Fantastic stay - we booked a one night stay as our flight got cancelled due to the storm - made the booking and arrived at the hotel 30 mins later and 2 rooms were ready to walk straight into - we were so grateful for this - thank you.

A reasonable hotel with good size and clean room, and many good catering facilities.

Rooms are well equipped and nicely presented, big walk-in shower and gorgeous toiletries.

If you're fortunate enough to have one of those rooms facing the Marina Seafront then you also benefit spectacular views of the Cathedral, one of the most impressive monuments in Europe, which was built in the 13th Century.

The decor and furnishing are top class and the views from my balcony incorporated the sea.

Have stayed before, as Melias go probably the best in Palma, quick check in, friendly helpful staff, great views and good quality breakfast and drinks.

The Spanish teacher by the pool was also so fun and Carlos our aqua aerobics teacher and Carmen the activities director were so friendly and helpful.

Lovely Carmen provided a mini facial that I never wanted to end.

The staff were very attentive, Yeimi (Front Desk), Carmen (room service), Jonathan (Amstar) all made sure that my every need was taken care of and in a timely manor.

(Shout out Eduardo at Spumante and Carmen at Spoon for the excellent service). Guests!

Carmen gave me a wonderful hot stone massage and the spa is very nice!

Carmen in the spa did an amazing job on my massage and my husband met with a nice girl in the salon who groomed his beard.

Had a massage at the spa from Carmen and she was so good, I went back the next day.

Hands down Carmen in the Spa gave the best massage I have had in years! !

It is located in the marina, which I would say is the heart of Cabo, there you can get nice souvenirs, book boat tours and so on, everything at walking distance.

Located right on the marina you could watch the hustle and bustle below or get to any excursions easily enough.

Makes it so convenient that we are right off the marina so we have easy access to shops and the beach!

Such a great experience and we loved the marina and all we saw there.

We very much enjoyed breathless on the marina at Cabo!!! !
