- If you decide to stay here ask for Rey, he took care of us the whole time and was such an attentive server.

- The hot pool in one corner tends to be monopolized by groups and despite the hotel having a no reserving your lounger, people still dumped the towels on their loungers and disappeared.
- but towels not available until 9am get real Oleo towels should at least be available from 8am the restaurant at the pool area served dire inedible food and cold on the two occasions we had it the food was cold.
- Check in we received no reflexology hand massage nor a hot towel which is stated on our inspira check in, we didn’t feel welcomed at all, the receptionist told us that we would need to pay $75 if we lost our towels/towel card.
- He speaks about covid rules which you must obey and to sign, he then give us to cards which get your your towel, if this is lost you will be charged £55 a card!!

- My friend and I booked the Inspira ocean view room.
- We booked the Inspira Romance Room - which was on the very top floor.
- The hotel is great value for money as it has two a la carte restaurants with no reservation restrictions come every night first come first serve.
- They have two other restaurants that are very nice and you don't have to book.

- We highly recommend visiting Isla Mujeres, Playa Del Carmen, Cancun's downtown and doing the Xplor Feugo excursion.
