 - The hot pool in one corner tends to be monopolized by groups and despite the hotel having a no reserving your lounger, people still dumped the towels on their loungers and disappeared.
 - but towels not available until 9am get real Oleo towels should at least be available from 8am the restaurant at the pool area served dire inedible food and cold on the two occasions we had it the food was cold.
 - Check in we received no reflexology hand massage nor a hot towel which is stated on our inspira check in, we didn’t feel welcomed at all, the receptionist told us that we would need to pay $75 if we lost our towels/towel card.
 - He speaks about covid rules which you must obey and to sign, he then give us to cards which get your your towel, if this is lost you will be charged £55 a card!!

 - Although the beach is not big enough to stay in, you can take a free shuttle bus to Royal Sands with a big, beautiful beach there.
 - The free shuttle service to the other Royal resorts was helpful because we walked to some amazing restaurants close to the Royal Sands and shuttled to The Captain’s Cove and other restaurants that were also delicious.
 - The market had everything we wanted or the free shuttle could get you close to Solarania.
 - They have special themed evenings which are wonderful .There are free shuttles to the sister properties.
 - We did go to Captains Cove for dinner one night and a free shuttle was available to go there.
