The hotel itself was clean and friendly, with a high tech, “cool” vibe my 12 year old appreciated.

It was clean, modern and convienently located.

After a long day of walking, this hotel has easy walks to all rooms, great food options, clean rooms, great staff and fun games by the pool.

We stayed at the Adventure Hotel and wasn’t disappointed rooms a spacious and very clean.

Cleanliness of room, lobby and pool was definitely a defining factor for us.

This stuff went in smooth, left it in for three minutes and it washed out without issue while still leaving my hair soft to the touch.

The hotel was spotless and the beds were comfy.

Nice modern hotel, clean and tidy, reception staff were great, very helpful with tips and ideas about the area.

A couple days after I checked out, they still charged me for the incorrect food & beverage charges.

Parking is a separate charge that we were not aware of until we were there.

I have never been to a hotel where the food opens at 7 and then charges $12 for a terrible breakfast burrito and $4 for a cup of coffee.

I had to wake him to call the credit card company, who transferred him over and over to no avail, telling him because it had been ran so many times, it would need 24 hours to reset.

Between us, there were 3 smartphones, 2 Apple Watches, two laptops, an electric wheelchair, a CPAP machine, a hearing aids charging case, and something else I'm forgetting.

My key card was supposed to also work as a charge card around the park and it didn't - would be great if they'd do what Disney does and also allow your key card as your park ticket as well; and 3.

We didn’t fully catch her mistake until she printed our room key cards with the wrong last name!

As a result, I am writing this review because my credit card now has over $600 in charges on it for a stay that I never received.

but I've never been charged for ice before.

Website says if you stay at hotel you will only pay $18 for overnight parking and I was charged $47.92. Absurd!

Also, be aware billing department is not readily available on the weekend!

But I got a charge on my credit that neither the front desk or their accounting department knows where it came from which i find very disturbing.

Our card didn’t work during our stay, and we had to keep pushing the assist

She was rude and tried to use math to explain that basically staying here you are charged like an installment plan.

I was double charged for parking, was told the first charge on check in was a hold and would clear.

however, it is more worthy the space (or lack there of) you get when you book here for the money they charged.

The problems we had started the 2nd day OCT 11th  the i-pad that operates the whole room, was acting weird and we noticed charge was down to 21 % on our 1st call to service desk in the morning they said they would look into it..We returned to the room at 2 pm to rest and was not fixed was down to 18%, we called a 2nd time to desk they said they would send someone and that we need not be there.

My wife then later checked her bank account to find that they had charged us $250 for smoking in the room.

When we got to our room, the charging station would not charge the iPad and it was dead when we arrived.

It is now the 20th of July (three weeks later) and I have not heard back from ANYONE and I still have not received my credit.

The hotel is right across from Sapphire Falls and we took their water taxi back and forth; so easy and a great way to avoid the main park security crush.

Check in was seamless, transportation to the parks was flawless, the rooftop bar was breathtaking!

The hotel was accommodating and getting to the parks was a breeze.

but most important for us was the location, it's a nice 10 min walk to both parks or most days we walked to the hotel next door and took the boat, security was so quick and easy and super convenient and a lot of the boat drivers are fun.

I have been a guest in Adventura many times over the years and have spent a fortune in the parks.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the Universal theme parks, and the hotel itself was very nice.

Loved Universal and Island of Adventure amusement parks!

Lovely outdoor pool and great transportation to and from the universal parks.

I love that it’s a short walk to Sapphire falls to catch the water taxi to the parks.

Amazing place to visit with family, definitely had no problems with transport to and from the theme park itself.

Friendliness of hotel team members and proximity to the parks won us over.

Every roller coaster in every park was visible and the view was beautiful at night.

We live in suburb of Orlando and we always celebrated my son’s birthday at Disney resorts (hotel + park) in the past 10 years, and Disney always exceeded our expectations.

We love that you can walk to the theme parks from this hotel.

Hotel perfect minute’s from theme park love free transportation bus or boat and staying on their property u can bounce from resort to resort using the pools , restaurants so overall the best we go every year for universal horror nights

Also great location for the other Universal parks.

A reasonable walking distance to City Walk and the Parks.

Location: Aventura is very close to the parks as well as the other Universal hotels which allows you the use the pools and access all the same amenities including restaurants and shopping.

If you want a PCB party experience, this is the place for you though! !

Pool was amazing with many lounge chairs and a DJ playing fun music on the weekends.

The pool area has a bar, games, and very attentive life guards, meaning you can relax while the kids play in the pool.

but it looked great and the music playing added to the fun.

There is a very large warm pool with movies played at night.

I children enjoyed the pool and little activity they had their to play with.

They also played a family movie in the pool that my kids enjoyed.

She rejoiced in the celebrations we had for our family and made everyone in our party feel special.

My son loves the heated pool with the movie playing on the big screen.

Everyone in my party was happy with the stay.

The modern rooms made us wanna stay in and play with all the settings.

We played the outside games a few times and had a nice frozen margarita.

The view from the top floor bar area is stunning looking out over all of Orlando espically at night, such a good place with a good vibe & music playing.

The pool was another highlight as it is large and well staffed with lifeguards and therefore an excellent place for the kids to play each day.

The pool area is very clean and towels are provided free of charge, there is a bar and on two of the days a dj played

but we also had the opportunity to spend on the rooftop deck for a private, really cool party.

The pool was always nice and warm and had movies playing at night on an outdoor projector.

however, and was enough space for a party of 4 (we had the Kids Suite).

The rooftop bar offered good food with awesome views.

The rooftop bar was amazing with great views of Orlando, the most beautiful sunsets and a bonus tip is to try seeing the fireworks from Disney there.

It had a nice pool area and a roof top bar with great views.

The pool was wonderful and peaceful and the rooftop bar a must for an evening chill out with a tasty cocktail🍹

Bus transport also fab, 
Bar 17 rooftop bar, food and ambience great, you can see the fireworks at night which is amazing.

Always celebrate our birthdays here and enjoy a drink to celebrate at the roof top bar(weather permitting).

Had lots to offer from room tech, kitchen, rooftop bar, pool amenities and movie at night, and transportation with early access to parks .

Rooftop bar was great, we stayed in a deluxe room on 7th floor which was large, comfortable and very clean.

We also experienced the roof top bar which had great views and great service.

Rooftop bar has a Miami vibe & great music!

The staff was very friendly and the rooftop bar is very cool!

One evening of our stay we went to Bar 17 on the rooftop and I highly recommend you do the same.

From the pick up from the Superstar Shuttle at the airport, to the front desk checkin, to the housekeeping, to all the choices of food options, to the amazing staff (specifically Bryan at Bar Sol) 
My husband, myself and our two daughters had the most phenomenal vacation and will forever hold these memories close to our heart.

Heated pool was actually heated, family suite with kids' bedroom was great, staff was super friendly.

Your team members have always been accommodating and gone above and beyond in storing my ECV when delivered from Walker Mobility.

Everything was wonderful, helpful check in staff and good food.

The staff was so helpful food was amazing expecially woc bowl my favorite.

They explain everything with a smile on their faces and share your excitment about the visit.

The hotel offers a $39 round trip superstar shuttle round trip from the airport at any time of day so no need to Uber and we felt safer that way as a family of

Great and reasonably priced hotel that is very close to Volcano Bay and not far from Citywalk & the 2 Theme Parks.

Had the most wonderful experience at the Universal Aventura hotel and Universal theme parks.

Easy to access city walk and the theme park either by bus or by water taxi.

Theme park access through adjacent property water taxi was excellent.

but bear in mind it's a Universal Hotel which has been designed for customers of the Theme parks.

I would 100% stay here again when visiting the Universal theme parks.

Our room was amazing the view of the theme park was breath taking.

We were allocated a room on the 16th floor with spectacular views over the theme parks and sapphire falls hotel.

It’s perfect for getting some theme park perks while you have a nice place to stay.

Food was great, room was fantastic, we had a view of the entire theme parks, beds were comfy, and everything was easily accessible.

It allowed us close and convenient access to the Universal theme parks, a wonderful transportation option to get to the parks (boat) and overall it was a flawless trip.

You can check your luggage if you arrive early and start enjoying the amenities right away, as well as take the shuttle to the theme parks.

We booked a last minute hotel because we wanted close proximity to the theme parks.

This doesn’t feel like a theme park hotel.

Alternatively you can also walk for abt 200m to Sapphire Falls Resort to take the complimentary Water taxi which brings you even nearer to the theme park itself.

but, his enthusiasm and knowledge of Harry Potter wand lore and friendliness with the customers (myself and others) was amazing!!

Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are wondrous places to visit, especially for families with children.

We were very happy with our choice and hotel and we also love universal studios.

Check-in was quick, and staff were very friendly, we were given a room on the 16th floor, and the view overlooked Universal Islands of Adventure.

The convenience of accessing Universal Studio attractions from the hotel was a huge plus, with options like shuttle buses, walkways, and even a water taxi,

A Ventura has nailed it with some excellent hiring, especially with the front desk/lobby staff.

Andre who also works his magic at the Ventura and pool bars was a great host.

Everything was very handy bus to universal and City walk to Starbucks in the lobby!!

Buses to city walk were quick and frequent.

The staff was friendly, café had amazing choices to choose from, buses that take you to City Walk, a warmed pool, the sand bar next to the pool had some fun drinks, speakers underneath the water so you can hear the music as you dive.

Free Shuttle to City Walk and Universal theme parks was fantastic.

Surfside is in close proximity to Universal theme parks and city walk.

The bus came every 10 minutes for city walk.

We did one day at Universal Studios and the shuttle to city walk was very efficient.

Had great time hotel modern clean, no teabags in room and no entertainment at pool only have pool bar buses to parks amazing didnt wait longer than 5mins only 10min ride bus on till 1am if you doi g bars at city walk.

View - tower 2 not pool side - we had an amazing view of the full universal estate from volcano bay to city walk, we loved our view.

Booked this hotel because of price and transportation to Universal parks and City Walk.

The buses for volcano bay and city walk were every 10 mins ish, very efficient!

However, the shuttle will take you to city walk each evening, where there are lots of places to eat.

Shuttle to and from the parks from just outside the lobby every 10 minutes (10 minutes journey to CityWalk) The property is super convenient to everything ….. parks, city walk, I-drive, Walgreens across the road, several breakfast options within 5 minutes walk.

They have a nice shuttle service to take you to the Universal City Walk so at least you can have a fun time there without having to worry about driving and parking.

but keep in mind you can hop on the bus and in minutes be a City Walk where you can find meals of every taste and at every price.

BUT the rooms are spacious, kitchenettes, bedding is clean white and fantastic, location and transportation to city walk is frequent and just awesome to be able to park up the car and take it.

Love the resort, location to idrive and restaurants and the ease of getting to and from city walk and universal studios.

It's a short walk to some great restaurants on iDrive, and a small bus journey from the hotel to the Universal parks.
