The adult pool - if you have alone time, you must go here!

but things that were just meh or ok. We traveled with 2 kids, 5 and 6 and 2 adults.

The food was delicious at all a la carte restaurants with the French Sans Soucis adults only (pants, collared shirt and shoes for men) restaurant being our favourite.

although, I can’t complain about Jerry in the adults only lounge.

Activities for both adults and children were more than enough and we didn't had time to go out of the resort.

Overall very good facility for adults and children.

Great resort with lots of entertainment for kids and adults.

Because it was closed so often my kids didn’t enjoy staying at the kids club which didn’t allow us to take advantage of the adult pool and have some time to ourselves.

We ate our breakfasts in the adult lounge where they put out a spread every morning and it was peaceful and great.

Special thanks to Roger mi hermano de mexicano on the 1st floor adult swimming pool.

Excellent  staff especially Roger in adult bar, 8th floor bar Jerry for breakfast/ Antonio in evening and Pearla lobby bar.

They put 6 adults in 3 rooms with one bed, including two men, my brothers.

Maria in the adult bar on the 8th floor is great.

I enjoyed the adult pool and the adult bar and disco.

Every day the entertainment team organise things throughout the day to keep children and adults entertained.

They had cooking classes and face painting.

but also a safe environment, free from health hazards like mold.

The atmosphere was very good and overall excellent was great.

After causing a scene an adjoining room miraculous become available.

2 large pools with 1 bar, 1 buffet, 1 asian style snack bar, and 1 American style snack bar around them.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The room was minimally decorated and could be way better with a better bedside lamp and a nice decorative picture on the wall.

We’ve been having a blast in this place the staff are so nice kind and helpful what a wonderful time Alain the guy on charge of entertainment by the pool he is awesome a lot of energy great vibe he engaged with all of us amazingly he loves what he does he loves people he’s the heart of the party thank you ALAIN!! !

The kids loved her and we loved the atmosphere there.

Not for couples, if your looking for relaxing in quiet environment.

The service from start to finish was excellent all staff very helpful and approachable wide range of food for all tastes, and Italian restaurant excellent, unfortunately the main buffet , which we found great was moved to convention area for decorating reasons which was quite disappointing, the children’s area was not opened until the day before our holiday ended which was very disappointing as this was a main    factor in booking with crown paradise, cannot fault apart from above comments

This is a buffet style restaurant and was instantly our go-to for our picky eaters.

but should look to meet the great standards and atmosphere of the French option, Jose was amazing and his recommendations were spot on.

The live music at night added a special touch to the hotel's ambiance.

very good entertainment and lush staff including Karla, Gonzalo, Abraham and many more.

But the service and vibe on the 8th floor lounge was awesome!

My pickier son even ate alllll his beef tacos!

Our kids now are grown, and we keep returning to this family resort for two main reasons: the people and the views.

Jackie from entertainment she is amazing very kind her English is perfect, she remember the name of my kids all week, it's great with kids activities and Aquagym her activities were always on time..

Lifeguards were stationed at the hotel beach and we felt very safe to let our kids play in the waves.

On a positive note, the amenities and beach are great for kids and we were able to make the most of them.

The staff put in a great deal off effort for the Christmas festivities, including Santa arriving by helicopter, which amazed the children.

He was extremely polite and patient with our whole crew of 8 including 3 little kids.

Jesus the bell boy was so wonderful, in many aspects.

We were there a week over Christmas with three familes and two grandchildren who loved the waterpark and all activities geared toward children.

Food was absolutely appalling in the buffet if you have kids, as mine lived off chicken nuggets from the snack bar for 2weeks.

but our kids loved it and it is exactly what we wanted, something budjet friendly that is kid friendly, there is lots to do at the kids water park , also a baby paradise for kids under 3 years old that had a bouncy castle and toys.

It was a shame really because I had high expectations of this holiday - our first with my son-in-law and new grandson

The girls were on time always , made us feel very comfortable.

Second favorite was Los Gallos- the Mexican restaurant.

Shout out to Jorge in the Mexican restaurant.

For example, one morning I asked Mary at the Mexican breakfast station for 2 fried eggs to top the delicious salbutes she made.

The closest we saw (and we did every specialty restaurant) was pico de gillo at breakfast for omlettes and a tablespoon of def not fresh guac at the Mexican restaurant with the fajitas.

but it is a low class hotel which is mostly occupied by local mexican residents mostly.

The buffet is catered for people who enjoy eating mexican food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The surprise for me being in Mexico and not able to get good Mexican food was a bummer.

The Italian restaurant was very good as was the Mexican restaurant.

The next day Rodrigo was administrator of the Mexican restaurant, where we were poisoned.

The food was ok. Nikolas at the Mexican restaurant was wonderful as was Eduardo at the Italian restaurant.

This resort I liked so much the shows from entertainment are nice and my favorite was the Mexican show with my friend Andre my sisters won the Mexican scream.

Los Gallos is the Mexican themed restaurant.

We tried all the reservation restaurants and Wayne boots , la piazza , and the Mexican were our favorite .

Dining at the hotel's restaurants was a delightful experience, particularly the French and Mexican cuisine, which offered excellent food and pleasant service.

Some of the Mexican themed nights were good!

Our favorite restaurant for service was Mexican, thanks to Raul and his team.

We also went to the French and Mexican and again all of the staff are brilliant.

One day we called at 9am and the restaurant we wanted was all booked up (Mexican).

I'd hardly call it disgusting like some reviews.

After 3 calls no response including a 4th call to front desk.

Set an alarm on your phone for 7:59am and login right at 8am knowing where you want to eat to book a reservation.

The alacarts were great too you just need to book it every day at 8am it’s not hard if you know how to use a cell phone.

We stayed in the club rooms and the phone and toilet were broken for a duration of the trip.

but they are trying to make us call the website and figure it out ourselves lol we are rushing to go to the airport because they will not let you leave till you pay the extra charge.

but these were literally cots that you would see in a jail cell. 3.

You can save a photo of the QR code on your phone and go to it from the comfort of your bed.

I went out the side doors and tried to deter him by calling someone to come meet me and he still continued to follow me.

Reservations for dinner were difficult, the phone app was not good.

Because either they wouldn’t answer the phone or couldn’t speak English (nor find someone that could).

No areas with air conditioning in hotel except the shop or your room( we had 6month old)
Front desk staff were unhelpful most of time, couldn’t call through from room had to go down.

They never answered their phone in or out of the hotel(reception, concierge, or any other department).

The restaurants you have to reserve in the morning by calling in.

Calling over 20 times and being on hold for 3hrs and still no answer.

Hotel does not answer phone calls from outside hotel or emails sent to concierge.

Con's- almost impossible to make reservations for dinner as you must call at certain times from your room and no one answers for hours.

Instead, you had to call each morning between 8-2 for a reservation for that night.

Loved our balcony that faced la Playa Delfines and the water slides.

Also, Playa delfines is 10 minutes walking and they have the Cancún letters.

Playa Delfines is amazing , some days it is strong with waves

The good thing is that there is a beautiful beach called playa delfines which is about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

but it is adequate and there is the beautiful Playa Delfines 5 minutes walk down the coast for those who fancy it.

Down the beach about 100 yards is Playa Delfines, which is a beautiful public beach that has shaded spaces, bathrooms and showers.

The chicken wings and picanha weren’t my favorite.

But when you went to the restaurants, they were only half full.

At the dinner restaurants, we had consistently great service.

-Strict pants dress code in french restaurant while you are on beach resort.

The food at the restaurants for dinner was better

We have tried almost all of the signature restaurants here, and the general opinion is the food is miserable.

but I have yet to stay at an all inclusive where it has been half decent, so we stuck to the cocktails, wine and shots!

They need a cafe so you can have proper coffee too

I been in different hotels in the hotel zone and I always keep coming to Cancun because the food/drinks were amazing,But here in crown paradise the food was a disappointment, the drinks were watered down.

All the restaurants need reservation from 8-8:20 in the morning.

All the restaurants were great and the buffet staff (Rubicel and Cesar) were the best!

but the our suite smelled horrible and then our bathroom door knob broke off and locked me in the bathroom for an hour.

Patrons dip their own ice cream and after the kids get into it, it was disgusting!!

When we attended Italian restaurant, my main dish was burned and my husband pasta contained spaghetti mainly with some spaghettini and fettuccine parts.

They’re mostly a three star older equipments are extremely old and shampoo and soap and everything smells really really weird which is hard to get used to, I didn’t feel I smell clean from using their shampoo and soap  their stuff is nice except the ones that help you check out what they’re doing is definitely not legal

The room had a smell and the sliding door kept getting stuck and just didn’t open on the 3rd day.

Their rooms are not maintained and are full of dust and smells like mold, in which I’m allergic to.

but the bathroom at the adult bar is nasty and they want you to share a bar of soap with everyone no liquid soap there.

Booked through Costco Travel 
The hotel is very old and nasty .

We literally lived 6 nights breathing mold.

The only AC is in the rooms and we had to stay out of our room for two days because they freshly painted somewhere near us and you couldn’t even breathe, paint is toxic!

It started off bad because we were put in tower 2 floor 5 and ithe room smelled like paint

Our room had some challenges, as we had a whole wall that had no power (lights and outlets would not work), a toilet that would regularly not flush, and black mold in the shower.

The main problem was that our room smelled strongly musty, and there were cockroaches in the room and the buffet bathroom.

The captain Fidel was very kind and accommodating.

-Coupled with above, the front desk, check in was meh.

For over a decade, the staff at Crown Paradise have been friendly, dedicated and eager to help.

Staff in the buffet are lazy and lie as per convenience.

The situation I encountered at crown paradise raises significant questions about the establishment’s commitment to health, safety, and customer service standards.

Staff at the bar are proactive to serve and clear the queue. 5.

If you are intent on coming here, you will enjoy the beautiful vistas, gorgeous weather, beaches, pools, activities and the delightful hospitality of the serving staff,

but our bellboy Jesus was great he was kind and funny, he also gave us recommendations on places to go which made our trip here much better, overall Jesus was more like a friend then a bellboy.

Jesus is very good guys he give us excellent service.He is very helpful.He give us all the information regarding the motel and he has alot of knowledge.He is speaking good english.we are happy to meet him see you agian.

and showed us around the hotel so we wouldn’t get lost.He is very polite.

First off, not everyone on the staff speaks English, and they're not exactly helpful.

Look for Jesus the bellman when you get there he will take care of you!

We moved rooms 3 times that night because, in addition to the damp, the first room was on the ground floor overlooking the kids' pool and the second room overlooked the ventilation system for the whole hotel.

Cons: toilet in the bedroom was tired as well as the gym, reception and concierge staff were not very friendly and quite robotics (one morning at 6.50 I approached a gentleman at reception, possibly the night manager, reporting that the water dispenser in the gym was not working as well the A/C so I asked him for a bottle of water, he laughed and told me that I should buy it in the café.

1) we don’t have FIRE/ SMOKE sensors in the room.

The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the buffet breakfast at our hotel

Breakfast was cold every day (they put the hot buffet right below an AC unit).

There was a strange smell, the bathroom vent didn’t work, the AC is SUPER noisy and leaks.

Air Conditioner was very noisy and leaking.

The "suite" we were originally assigned was pretty bad with two AC compressors for a view

Our air conditioning in our room did not work, even after we requested servicing.

Room, comfortable, the Air Conditioning Unit malfunctioning, extremely noisy, it was not repaired.

Checked out of room 701 to 706 that had no water supply as well
- waited in the wee hours of the morning in the lobby with luggage from 4am till 5.30am
- given room 612 as a temporary measure to sleep on for 1 hour before tour
- finally given on the second day room 67 which also had water leakage the whole night from ceiling above air conditioning compressor

Rooms were decently sized, A/c was little noisy

The air conditioner went on and off intermittently.

We found the bedroom very warm and could not figure out how to turn on the AC.

The room had an old appearance, airconditioning was very noisy, safe was not usable, and worst of al, when my roomdoor was closed, there was a 1 cm gap.

however when we were there in December pool was freezing cold.

The WiFi supports streaming no problem

There are 4 jacuzzis and you can adjust the temperature from cold to roasting

The gym is really big and we'll kitted out

There are 2 lifts which are never busy and plays funky musak.

but the air conditioning still not working.

This hotel has an excellent location if you are just staying for a night and want to be close to a grocery store and the ADO bus station.

Fairly close from the airport and from the ACO Bus station.

The location is in downtown and only a few minutes walk from the bus station.

Nice amenities, AC, wifi, great customer service (especially Javier who worked in the pool area), walking distance from tons of restaurants/bars/ bus station, 20 min taxi ride to the beach or a $2 bus ride to the beach that takes a little longer bc of all the stops.

The public bus station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

It was only a short walk from the hotel into old Cancun for plenty of great dinner options and a slightly longer walk to the ADO bus station for public transit day trips to points further south.

The super market,R1/R2 public bus to beach, ADO bus station, and small souvenir markets are within walking distance.

The main ADO bus station is also a short walk from the hotel and I was able to scope out how to get to Merida and Campeche from there.

It is located a strategic location in downtown, easy to travel to other places and ADO bus station is a 10 mins walk.

The only reason we had booked this hotel in the first place was to be nearby to the bus station to transfer to Tulum the next morning.

Oh is close to the bus station and taking the bus is fairly straightforward

The grocery store is near by along with the bus station and restaurants and corner stores.

Convenient location close to the bus station and walking distance to heaps of great restaurants!

The ADO bus station is a 10 minute walk away, . .

It's at around 10 minutes walk from ADO bus station.

There is also an ADO bus station 10 minute walk from here.

Short taxi ride fro the Ado bus station, very nice room, good value and excellent breakfast buffet.

.very close to a couple of malls/mercato 28 and ADO bus station.

Great location and close to park Palapas where you find lots of good food and dance and music of local vibes.

This hotel is beatiful, clean and have a good vibe.

The hotel is super nice and well furnished, the location is perfect and there is oxxo near the hotel which is great, the breakfast is good and has options.

Quiet atmosphere and at night they had a quiet party atmosphere.

However the interior decor is decent with some nice touches.

Best bartender 
Filemon made the best drinks and was such a good vibe.

Javier, Filemon and Pancheto (a cat) create good ambience in the  bar.

I stayed at the hotel for eight nights good atmosphere  Professional staff clean rooms  good breakfast many different local cuisines in the area of the hotel 
I wanted to say a special Thanks to the pool staff 
They made sure that we Have fun when in the pool  atmosphere was fun and the vibe was positive  
I definitely recommend staying in this location to my friends and family

Excellent place, excellent food, decent prices, great atmosphere, excellent service all round.

The buffet style options are great if you want continental.

The hotel atmosphere is very calm and the hotel staff are super friendly and welcoming, especially Filemon Martinez!!

What an incredible design - the pools and landscaping, plus all the day beds, hot tubs, it was really nice.

Room was clean and the property, especially the pool areas were up-to-date.

The breakfast was included and the buffet had a nice variety of fruits and hot and cold items.

but their included breakfast was amazing!!!!

Breakfast was a bonus and qiute plentiful selection which was more than enough to carry you through the day.

Needing a good hotel for my last week in Cancun, I opted for the Urban Oasis, a balcony with city view to sit and do my work (as depicted on their website and on Hotels.com webpage), high speed internet and breakfast included.

Further I wanted to have breakfast included and a pool for a short cool down after a long day.

Breakfast was included with my stay and it was delicious.

The breakfast was included and it hit the spot every morning!

Although this Oasis was not all-inclusive, a nice breakfast was included and fruit and danish always available in the lobby.
