But there are lots of food options, rooms were nice, daily housekeeping (without a special request), great room service, clean rooms and resort, lots of activities, good,

This resort was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Such a great place where everything is clean, service is above par, and so much to do especially with family.

The room was very clean and has a good view of the ocean and pool, and since most of the activities were planned around the pool, it was easy to get a glimpse from the room if you didn’t want to go down.

One bedroom family suite that we had was clean and updated.

The hotel overall was clean and had everything our family needed during our stay.

The beach was clean and the best part of the vacation.

The rooms are clean and pleasant and the "camarista" was very nice and cleaned our room always at the same time of day.

There was always new clean towels every day.

but the room is clean and people seem nice.

Our room was clean and perfect for us (Master suite 1 bedroom) and there is great coffee for coffee lovers (24h coffee shop that rivals starbucks).

The facilities were clean, and the design of the resort allowed us to quickly get to everything.

My two daughters went for a massage 100US each and they said it was just ok.

With three kids that was usually an issue.

however in the meantime she still admitted a few more kids that walked in after we did.

A lot of children  everywhere, which we didn’t mind

It hit on all points for us and our kids.

You reached out to my kids and got them involved in all of the activities and they had the best vacation.

We chose this location for the water park because of our 5 year old child.

We paid $50 a person for a subpar meal which included kids over 12 and they didn’t even allow us to choose our meals.

I have a toddler with life threatening allergies to dairy, eggs and peanuts and the restaurants all accommodated this and made her food safe.

And an ice cream/candy shop for the kids to feel spoiled with treats!

I counted maybe 5-7 childless couples; everyone else had kids, which makes this place perfect for families.

My college age kids liked the buffet because of the choices.

The Shows were all ok. Lots of kids around.

We even saw a baby sea turtle heading to the ocean and across the street is a crocidile hanging out in the lagoon.

Almost all of them save for a few at night were for drop in kids 4 and over.

In addition, there are 3 restaurants, Italian, Mexican and continental.

The Mexican and Italian restaurants were my favorites.

The girl who was working told me to return next day as they were having tons of activities for the kids and the theme was Mexican so they would be making piñatas.

Or have someone who is well versed in the cuisine to oversee the different restaurants - an American option, Mexican, Italian, etc.

but I have had much better tasting Mexican foods in my hometown in Texas!

We especially loved the steak and seafood restaurant and the Mexican place.

The food was good, my favorite was the Mexican Resturant onsite they had the best Almond Chicken Mole.

but nothing special save for the Mexican restaurant and the grill at lunch buffet.

In addition, there are 4x other restaurants (Mexican, Asian, Italian and grill) and 2-3 pop-up stands (grill, hotdog/burger, tacos), as well as a sweets/dessert shop.

The fish at the Mexican restaurant, the bruschetta at the Italian restaurant and the chilaquiles at both morning buffets were the only thing that was really, really good.

We are coming to experience the Mexican kitchen as we always do in Cabo San Lucas.

At Azul - you will very much enjoy Asian and Mexican mixed on each dish.

*You also won’t be able to find guacamole except at the Mexican restaurant.

Dinner at the Mexican Restaurant was delightful!

He was very informative about Mexican food and culture.

Service was spot on.Special shout out to Luis at Azul and Melchor at the Mexican restaurant for service above and beyond.

We also ate at the Mexican restaurant which was lovely and food was good.

I am half Mexican so for me it was easy to get around me and my wife left the hotel zone and went into the inner city and had a blast.

The food is very good, particularly at the Mexican restaurant and from the beach side taco stand.

Special shout out to the Ladies at the kids club - Ana, Alex, Rubi, Viri, Danna, Janna and Ali.

Magic shows, karaoke, live music, sports, yoga, friendly competitions, variety shows, etc etc.

The room TV - was a good size, worked great and I was able to easily connect and use my Roku so I could utilize my own TV entertainment.

And really appreciated the special New Years Eve celebrations including the entertainment and fireworks!! !

Our kids loved the magic show which included a gift with tricks to take home!

Overall great place to stay , worth the money for the all inclusive, very friendly staff and good entertainment- so I would give it a 5 star.

We visited 6 rooms and found all sofas to be in various stages of soilage.

.we ask that the AFTERNOON BINGO be brought back.

They had a couple of shows that got cancelled because of the weather.

The entertainment team especially won our hearts.

The different shows were also a lot of fun.

There's casino night too, very entertaining host!

Entertainment and shows in the evenings were very good.

The entertainment team by the poolside was amazing.

As a result, we missed the 8:00 PM beach show that we were all eagerly anticipating.

We also wanted to take the time to recognize the entertainment team (Christian, Alonso, Benga, Alexia, Luis, Andrea, Mariner) at the main pool, especially Christian who we chatted quite bit with throughout the week.

The staff, from cleaning to bar, entertainment, lifeguards and kitchen, everyone was  incredible, always going out of their way to make our kids smile.

* You can book excursions on site if you want to visit any local attractions such as Xcaret, Xel-Ha etc.

we spent two days off resort to go to xcaret and xplor (which also come recommended)

The A/C is LOUD - we only left it on during the day as at night it will keep you up

Final note: it was a great vacation for us as we ventured outside the resort to go to Xcaret / mall / other parts of Cancun and just relaxed in the sun and enjoyed the ocean when we could.

This was great because we didn't have to go out of the hotel looking for Tour agencies to go to Xcaret or Xelha.

The service has been impeccable and overall everything has been better than anticipated.

Food is good,  staff is quick and attentive, rooms are clean and comfortable.

The food there was immaculate there’s entertainment in every restaurant.

Fernando gave great recommendations, constantly refilled our drinks and kept the table clean.

Watching ppl clean dishes and noticed it wasn’t sanitary.

Their service was impeccable and the food was wonderful.

The restaurant is fairly new, decor is very pretty and chic (comparing w NYC standards) and very very clean.

Very good service, clean rooms, wonderful food, great shows, kids club, beautiful pool, nice beach, good snorkeling next to lighthouse; ferry to Isla de Mujeres stops right at the hotel!

The upkeep of our room was cleaned and checked daily, for snacks, towels and anything we needed.

but it is super clean and in great shape and was very beautiful.

The resort is very clean and has beautiful views of the Gulf.

Whether it's the stunning views or the impeccable cuisine, this restaurant within the Grand Fiesta Hotel elevates the overall stay to sheer perfection.

The serving that Carlos did was neat and great.

The attention to detail was impeccable and made our stay excellent.

The details they do like a nightly clean up and the reservation system was good as well, we tried La Joya (our favorite) Torri, and Nak Haax which was right at the beach perfect restaurant to end our trip overlooking the beach.

We had sushi twice, Mexican once, Italian once, Japanese once, Argentine once, and French once.

We had the most incredible dinner at the Mexican restaurant at the Fiesta Americana tonight.

Mexican fiesta , fire show and aquatic show were awesome.

This place has amazing Mexican food, tacos, churros, soups.

La Joya remains a great Mexican option with a lively mariachi band and beautiful stained-glass windows.

They also prepared a special Mexican coffee with kahluha that was great as well.

La Joya Restaurant Mexican Food with the Mariachi Music was the best t experience.

There’s steak house, Italian, Mexican, asian and seafood restaurants.

Raquel greeted us at the Mexican restaurant and her personality and courtesy was 2nd to none.

amazing rooms all well decorated, the variety of food is amazing: steak restaurant, Asian, Italian, Mexican, Cevicheria, fine dinning and buffet.

While some offerings were decent, the Mexican Fiesta was a standout, featuring an impressive set up alongside a show with a well-presented buffet.

Face painting, people dressed in day of the dead garb, a show, shopping for authentic Mexican souvenirs.

The amenities cater to every need, from spa indulgence to exciting activities.

The spa was excellent and cleaning personnel did a fantastic job.

The spa has a hydrotherapy circuit that comes with your massage, and it should not be missed.

The rooms, the service, the spa, THE FOOD – everything was perfection.

The Gem Spa is amazing and my massage with Georgia was sooooo relaxing.

We had multiple massages and each one was very good.

The spa is amazing too, we booked a massage (with Ana and Heibe) and were able to enjoy the hydrotherapy before our session.

We did the 7 wonders couple massage, it was just heaven.

The gym was also being renovated when we arrived and was located in the spa as a makeshift gym.

3 of us experienced the Spa with messages and for one a chocolate wrap.

My wife had an afternoon in the spa  she loved the relaxation massage she got and the hydrotherapy was amazing.

The spa was unforgettable, it was the nicest spa I have ever been in.

Definitely don't miss out on experiencing this spa.

And their GEM Spa is known as the 2nd largest spa in Latin America, and is just pure beauty.

2 hours of hydrotherapy included with your spa treatment.

Came to the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun with my partner and our experience at the hotel was incredible.

You better get ready for the best services and hospitality.

We have been to Coral Beach 4 times already and the experience is always the best, except for the time share the first time we went.

Like in all my experiences, food is ok except for the reservation only restaurants.

Overall experience with service and meal were great!

Italian restaurant team consisting of Carlos & Pablo took care of us very well, the Mayan coffee presentation was over the top…ambience and violin music set the mood for a perfect romantic evening, would love to come back for this experience again.

Their service greatly enhanced our dining experience, making the evening at Chianti a highlight of our stay.

We had a wonderful experience at La Jolla restaurant.

It was the best experience we had at this hotel.

Staff is very attentive and kind, there is a large variety of food & drinks (i recommend Kulinarium and the asian food restaurant), the gym is small

although most were the same every day, there was always something to eat, there are 4 other restaurants, American, an a ia carte, a steak house and an Asian.

The Asian restaurant was our favourite, lovely food and we went there quite a few times.

We enjoyed all of the restaurants, with the Kulinanarium and Asian restaurants being our favourites.

Now back to food, the main restaurant was good very goo, there are also a Mexican, Asian and steakhouse restaurants you much try them all it was close between the Mexican and steakhouse as the winner

There were 2 specialty restaurants open during our stay - Asian and Steakhouse.

We tried all restaurants and we really enjoyed the Asian restaurant.

We didn’t try the Asian or the steakhouse restaurant.

You have the buffet restaurant, beach bars, Mexican and Asian restaurants.

The main buffet resto had good choice of fresh food  for all meals as did the Asian and Mexican.

On an evening you could dine at the steak house, Mexican or Asian restaurant.

The Asian restaurant was a little better, with Indian, Chinese and Japanese choices.

but that's no different to any all inclusive seperate Asian steakhouse and Mexican restaurant.

We tried all the additional restaurants and the Asian was the only one which we enjoyed, also didn’t enjoy the steakhouse as some of the food they serve is the same as they do in the afternoon for lunch and didn’t think it was good quality.

The Asian restaurant was ok. Mexican restaurant was good.

The Asian restaurant was great at night and we ate their twice.

I enjoyed the food at the asian restaurant.

The resort is maintained very well, and was very clean during our stay.

Rooms were nice (newly renovated from what I understand) and very clean.

The rooms are maintained very clean and the fridge is well-stocked.

The hotel was very well presented and clean, fixtures and fittings weren’t totally perfect (slightly wonky toilet in one room and gurgly plumbing in the kids room when you flushed the toilet)

The room was clean and well stocked with great views, and the bed was comfy.

The resort underwent a complete renovation and re-model in the summer of 2023, and EVERYTHING is brand new and impeccable.

We loved the fact everything has been recently renovated, everything was lovely and clean.

Rooms are perfectly clean and furnished very nice with warm colors.

The rooms like the entire complex was immaculate, very well furnished and exceptionally clean.

Lovely hotel, everything was clean and comfortable.

Newly renovated rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and the blackout blinds are great, couldn't hear any noise outside or from other rooms next door during the night.

Spotlessly clean, the whole hotel is immaculately clean and well tended.

The rooms are very nice and the entire resort is very clean.

The staff here are what make the place, it's super clean and run very efficiently.

Buffet has a great selection, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The alcohol and drinks selection is massive, and you won't be dissaponued.

Food is really good for an all inclusive, and drinks selection incredible.

The food & cocktails were delicious with a good choice/ selection and the food is well presented and we managed to try all the restaurants as we arrived early as you cannot pre-book

The buffet restaurant food was very good, great selection and no issues there for every meal.

Hotel Riu Caribe's buffet in the morning was outstanding, especially their salad bar, fruit selection and juices.

The buffet selections are out of this world!

The breakfast selection was great - we even looked forward to breakfast every day!

but overall not a bad selection of foods and drinks.

Bar- there are 4 bars you can use, all offering a wide selection of drinks, and you can order whatever you want.

Even the pickiest eaters will find something to eat there is such a huge selection.

Pizza’s are gorgeous and made fresh with a selection of different types of pizza’s.

Great hotel can't fault it, good selection of food although becomes repetitive

The staff in all area's of the hotel were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean.

Impeccable cleanliness in rooms, fresh towels daily.

but they were less worse than I was expecting after reading some reviews, great storeage and everything you need to hand, also riu app was great for asking for any extras you needed, was always there not long after being requested, rooms are spotless due to fantastic cleaning  staff so again well done!!

I cannot fault my holiday here in any way at all, hotel spotless beach and pools fantastic, rooms were spotless and modern.

We stayed on the 4th floor with our 9 month old and every day our room was kept tidy with a cute animal made of towels on the bed.
