The weirdest part of the rooms was that the rooms had an internal door opening into the room right next to you 😳 (but these doors were ALWAYS locked out) 

Anyway, the pool here is good,

Had to rely on housekeeping to open the doors. 7.

There's a small gap slit in the doors (Atleast in our room 232).

Rooms very dirty, lock on door would not work.

On the negative side I felt the room upkeep could be improved - balcony door scraping the floor, confusing light switches, restricted menu for all day and a location that is awkward to locate.

First of all, that is not the time when you come to clear the room when the sign outside the door says "clean the room" from 8am.

The only issues I faced was when my Door lock malfunctioned and when I saw insects in my room..

They don't even have door mats outside the washroom area so whenever you step our of wet Washroom you'll be afraid of falling down.

The next the we faced problem with our room door lock.for that we had to wait for more than one hour outside the room 11 pm in the night.

At the time we visited, there was building work next door so could hear drilling etc during the day.

Dont cater for international  guests..British..A huge hotel  being built next door noise is shocking !

We were so scared that we did not open the door.

Luckily I was in and we could get the door open.

Rooms are poorly maintained - ours had loose door hinges, broken toilet seat cover, broken window curtain, loose electrical sockets and extremely poor acoustics.

On checkin had issues with room like fan not working bathroom door latch not working.

however if you like to stay at the hotel pool I would recommend a different hotel while the building work is being completed next door.

Then there is the building work going on next door, major as in what looks a new hotel being built, The thing for me was that some buses refused to go down the road to the Hotel so you are dropped off at the end of the road and left to pull your cases down the road to the hotel and same on the way back about 3 to 4 hundred metres, when we left I asked at reception if they could help with cases to the bus they said no there was no transport to the road end, my thought was that is what the golf buggy was for ???

Building work going on next door which starts early and is noisy 7 days a week and.guests are sat at bar near pool been noisy past 3am.

Next door they are building ,so at times it's tap ,tap  away.But it's not too bad anyway.

Kids friendly hotel, swimming  pool also is very clean.

We stayed with family of 3 (husband, wife and 4 years kid) in July first week of 2022.

My son enjoys a lot in the kids area and we saw other kids enjoying there too.

Hotel is surely good with different services of food, swimming pool, gym, kids playground and 1.3 km from Calangute beach.

Pool was very good and narayan pool boy helped alot. .

Would like to call out some names: Payel and Prema from the restaurant - they would always ensure that my little one (1 year old) i swell seated, feeling well, would pamper him always,  Resham from the front desk - lovely warm hearted girl who would ensure you are all happy with your stay, and Head Chef Shiv Vishal - he ensured that my 1 year old had his kind of food.

The pools are great for the kids and food at the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Stayed in ibis for the first time, so Happy with the hospitality provide by the reception staffs, room was amazing, we used the gym as well, kids was very happy at pool and kids area, resham Kiran and majbul special thanks to you guys.

I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days with my parents and 2 teenage daughters and had booked 3 rooms with the hotel.

It was amazing stay with ibis style, my family and kids both are satisfied with the hotel hospitality.

The Warmth and affection towards the kids is what led us to never wanting to step out for a meal.

Had a wonderful stay at Ibis styles Goa, from room to food, from service to friendly behaviour of the guest, from swiming pool to kids play area everything deserve 5star ratting, special thanks to team reception and Kiran jii, will definitely come next time

All rooms are small and may not be good choice for families and only suitable for couple.

-Very small rooms, not ok especially when your with kids.

Housekeeping should be better..rooms are far too small for 4 star hotel .

The room was really small and so was the bed.

At the corner of the hotel’s entrance there is a small room where a person operates car and bike rental services, you dont have to wander here and there unless you are a wanderlust.

but the room was very small and diffcult with kids.

The Rooms: The rooms are very small and ventilation is a problem here as well!

On talking on the reception, the same was handled in a very rude manner stating the non availability of rooms and were told to check ourselves if they were available .The rooms are small with queen size beds in all rooms and having frequent power cut.

the rooms are so small, I would call it a dormitory rather than a hotel.

The Hospitality of the spice it restaurant hotel Is amazing.

As a Self-employed tour-opérateur in EU this staff, accommodation, food, swimming pool, Gym, the important breakfast (tremendous lavishly compared with other EU ones) are really far-out!

Thanks to Narayan at the swimming Pool & Chanchali who was the best at her house keeping service.

Stay here was very comfortable and my daughter (4 years) was also very happy because she has Kids play area to play and Kids swimming pool also.

We will surely check out those Fish Thali recommendations on our next trip to Goa 🙂

I stayed for 6 days & 5 nights, all day Mr. Rakesh was always available near swimming pool all the time & helping us.

10 min walk to beach , all restaurants are close by , ample parking space , 3 swimming pools , fantastic staff , variety in breakfast , courteous staff - always smiling and ready to help , rooms are ok for 2 adults and 1 kid , special mention to resham who took care in fantastic stay

The ibis style hotel is far better then a five star hotel it has everything to offer right from 3 swimming pools to a gym, gardens , and what should I tell about the staff they where just amazing we where travelling with a 7 months baby Resham at the reception was by far the best person we have ever met in goa such a caring person was playing with our child we had great tym over here at ibis people should visit these instead of going to a 5 star hotel 😀😀😀 will surely go again ❤️

Rooms are neat and tidy, swimming pool is inviting one.

The decor is very breezy and every room has a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool.

I liked the Resham mam which was staff in cafeteria and she was very kind and very corporative and i liked the life guard (Naryan) at the 4ft swimming pool and he was also very kind and asked me to meet him while check out ibis is good hotel with very good staff and with a nice swimming pool .A liftime experience with the staff, thank you

Rooms near the first swimming pools is what I recommend, Rooms near the second swimming pool faces each other and have Zero privacy.

The rooms were nice and cozy, and each room had a private balcony to it, most of them complete with a gorgeous view of the swimming pool.

They have 2 swimming pools, rooms are great, beautiful and spacious restaurant, excellent and helpful staff and most importantly they take all the necessary precautions for COVID.

My kid had a wonderful time at both the Kids activity room and the pool.

Swimming pool, activities for kids are wonderful.

.the resort has kid playroom and spa as well.

Your small gestures were very precious, especially for my daughter.

Excellent area for kids & nice swimming pool surrounded by trees gives you more relaxation being close to the nature.

It was nice property especially if you have kids.

but the stay was completely comfortable, with my primary concern of my kid's meals completely sorted out, the Front Desk and restaurant staff were very helpful, would highly recommend this place if travelling with family especially kids! !

Its a good hotel for family where many things are there for kids of all age.. as people with kids look for kids entertainment and my kids surely enjoyed the hotel.

My son had a great time in the swimming pool.

We had a very memorable stay alongwith with our son.

The kids play area is also very good and if you are traveling with baby you would love this place because your baby is going to love this place too.

the resort is beautifully designed  with a lovely pool to just relax and chill.My daughter really loved the pool and the activity area with its basket ball ,badminton court..

Special thanks to Ms Yojan Das the front office manager who ensured that my kid was well taken care after by mistakely  got hitten while playing around the team were quick and helped in every way they could we truly appreciate it.

My 18month toddler relished the fried fish.

Very poor management overall and no responsiveness.

3) Extremely poor service at the main restaurant.

Food was very average overall (Better order and get it delivered from other nearby restaurants)

Room service is poor, orders or requests use to take ages.

however once home, I saw that they had done the transaction in sterling using the hotels very poor rate, which cost me extra.

Service was very poor and staff here was not helpful and inexperienced.

The food in general qas okiesh on digging in more i was informed the main chef is leaving and so all the taste change and chaos happening
3.Extremely poor i mean really poor guest services and relation trust me even i after complainin about the food during dinner for 3 days nothing was done, one night we also opted for buffet dinner which was horrible and same qas told to thm

We somehow managed to make it through the night with lots of mosquito bites and poor response from the staff.

this was like being kicked in the face for my poor partner.

But this trip specifically was not good because of poor service quality of the people in the front desk (in reception) specifically Shashi and Sussan.

Also i would like to personally thank the staff of dining area Mr Tezaab and Ms Sumoula and Ms Sukanya for making the dining experience wonderful.

The staffis very helpful and the food was also very good .

The facilities, room, dining and staff support has been amazing.

Similarly restaurant staff (Avi, Toli, Sukanya, Naveen and Prasanjit), albeit being short staffed, were polite, hospitable and helpful.

Special thanks to the team at the restaurant for the personal attention and being so warm.

Even the restaurant staff is very courteous and always smiling and always ready to help.

the banquet hall was very well maintained kudos to the Food and beverage team.

The food was very good Chef Pradip was very cooperative he was always helped us with food for my infant.the staff is very helpful and very supportive.

Stayed at the resort for a weeks time, it was an amazing experience, with exotic and healthy food everyday with variety.
