Joining in with the activities was a great way to have a chat and a laugh with other guests; I never felt silly joining in by myself as other guests were so friendly and    welcoming.

The Acrobatic show was poor, a lot of people left half way through.

This coupled with a very poor WiFi and also being placed on the 7th floor (top floor), which made me nervous every time my children ventured out onto the balcony, has gave me the reasons for the 3 stars.

However the evening entertainment was really poor and a couple of times we were convinced the act that should have been booked must have pulled out last minute and they'd had to get in the only act left on the island.

although one night it was bingo which I thought was a bit poor for the main evening entertainment.

We found this extremely poor service and very disappointing.

I am confused at some reviews saying the food is good I'm afraid the food we had was very poor.

The entertainment in the evening was poor.

however was let down by the poor choice of food and the cheap drinks.

The only minus points I awarded were for marks on the carpet in the corridors, poor entertainment and bingo (but I was in a minority for the latter).

So glad we did not use this or I would have complained about the poor standard.

The t v signal was very poor, ( the time we only watched it was when we came in for a shower and to get ready for dinner )   With regards to the All Inclusive package we were very dissatisfied indeed as their wasn’t a great deal to choose from unless you wanted to pay an additional cost towards them.

The cocktails during the day were poor so we just kept to the vodka slushies.

For us, when we go on holiday quality of food and drink is very important and the poor quality of both of these is the reason we would not return to PPPH.

This was our first visit to this hotel, on arrival the air-conditioning in main reception was broken which was unfortunate as it was extremely hot and the poor staff are sweltering in the heat.

What I will say about this hotel is the staff are amazing we were greated and smiled at by every member of staff we ever passed and all worked so hard and looked like they really enjoyed there jobs .

The positives have highlighted the very pleasant and helpful staff, the good and varied food, the very large hotel rooms and great setting not far from the beach and a long esplanade along the coast and a nearby wooded area for good walks.

If you are polite to them they will treat you with same respect

Great hotel, great service ,great food cannot fault anything the best was the staff from the restaurant to the pool bar and main bar all were top notch will definitely return next year .

Management and staff in all areas are amazing.

The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff.

My 6 month old loved it so not that cold at all!

It was tasteless, cold and just a poor poor quality.

but again out of the control of the hotel so not sure why some reviews say the pools are too cold etc.

Breakfast had omelettes cooked whilst you wait, full English, fruit, cereals, cold meats/cheese.

The Chinese is a buffet and the food is cold, and the main restaurant Is extremely poor quality and even the selection for kids is limited.

The outside “hot tub” was absolutely freezing cold.

but not very warm or sometimes just cold.

- the kids splash pool was unfortunately too cold for my kids to use,

Just became a bit repetitive and cold unfortunately.

In my view avoid unless you like warm or cold food.

Reception friendly and helpful if we needed anything.

The staff were all so helpful and friendly, the food was good quality and plenty of choice.

All of the staff were so polite and friendly and our room and all public areas were so clean.

STAFF - all staff were friendly and smiling and chatty. All reception staff speak fluent English (most WERE English!)

I think this is a great  family orientated hotel, felt very friendly and safe.

As a family we spoke to quite a few of the staff who all seemed friendly and worked incredible hard, Tia, Georgia and Heather were brilliant with the kids and deserve to be mentioned here too.

The staff are super friendly and hardworking, especially as they spend a lot of time clearing up after inconsiderate guests who leave a mess.

One thing about this hotel is the staff they are so hardworking and friendly,  the reception is very efficient and will help with anything.

The Asian food was horrendous and so salty and poor quality.

Cleaning staff were not thorough at all and our bed sheets weren’t changed our entire holiday

Food was awful, Luke warm, repetitive, poor quality and fried fried fried.

We ate at the Thai restaurant which was the only place I got a decent cocktail and the food was ok, just like an average Chinese buffet, and we had to cancel our Italian reservation due to the sick bug. The drinks are poor and disappointing - the wine is completely undrinkable and the cocktails are not good (and I can assure you I am not usually fussy!)

The coffee and hot drinks selection is poor.

Entertainment- i have read a lot of poor reviews.

Then, there are those reviews that are poor.

Entertainment was also poor - the kids stuff is very repetitive

The cleanliness of the hotel is poor, lots of flys and thousands of mosquitoes.

but when your not even sat there and notices everywhere saying can't reserve before 8am was really poor.

Cocktail selection is poor on the all inclusive.

The drinks on offer in the evening were poor, it would have been nice to have a larger cocktail selection on the all inclusive.

but also poor points which detracted from the overall holiday experience.

The food was poor and not much choice in comparison to other all inclusive hotels I’ve been to.

Location and staff can’t be faulted

Beds were poor (had better cot beds), food and drink was sub standard considering the cost.

Quality is poor, food not good, beds (kids moaned too hard) pool small and over crowded (photos are very well taken to portray this resort) accommodation unwelcoming and smells as soon as you walk in accommodation block and hardly any air conditioning, non in the gym or restaurant!

Food in the buffet was average most days and poor on a couple of others.

The bedding and all our belongings were constantly feeling damp.

Adult only pool cabanas had black mould growing on so a health hazard.

Also I love a cocktail and they were disgusting, for paying thousands of pounds to stay here, its terrible they can’t even give you a decent cocktail, you have to pay extra if you want one made up, the ice cream machine wasn’t even ice cream it was ice pop, the kebab stall was awful too, my kids basically just had to buy snacks from the shop which was more money when it’s meant to be all inclusive, I would definitely never day here again!

Our room smelt damp, the bedding always felt damp, and the pictures in the room have dots of mould in them, room for improvement there.

You’d be mistaken - soft drinks, which were from a vending machine were, the beer (estrella) was too,  red, white and rose wine from a font was disgusting.

but okay out of the machine next to the bar, water from near the pool tasted of mould but okay from the tap up the stairs near the bar or get at the bar.

even if they removed 50 at the main pool there would still be enough and it would be a nicer experience especially if someone is smoking next to you!!

We didn't touch the self serve soft serve ice cream as it just looked and smelt bad.

Children bomb around chasing each other and get too close to railing where they could have a nasty fall.

But wish that someone would have cleaned the jacuzzi on our roof BEFORE we arrived it was filthy.

but the reality is that the hotel is dated, worn and stinks of sewage.

Self serve ice cream machine around the pool smelt of cheese every time I walked past.

The drains did smell a bit (especially overnight).

The pool toilets smelt so bad you had to hold your nose to go in there.

A designated smoking area would be most advisable as we found ourselves exiting any area when someone lit up .

The pool self service  drinks area especially was tired and often filthy.

The same dirt and debris has stayed in the communal areas for 4 days.

BUT our view looked out on a a horrible road and filthy dirty veranda.

The staff made the stay  easier and amazing!

The hotel staff in general no complaints.

The entertainment staff at the hotel were brilliant and my 7yr old daughter loved the evening entertainment and PTY.

Entertainment staff were great, nice room, food was hot, varied and they made a real effort with theme nights.

She was kind, caring, patient and took time over the week we were there to get to know our daughter so that when it was time for her swim lesson (she is anxious about the pool), the lesson was pressure-free and enjoyable for her.

The indoor pool and spa area is fabulous and has 4 different kinds of showers to use.

He had photos and chats with everyone afterwards too, a really nice guy.

I really can’t understand some of these reviews, especially as we was there at the same time, hotel is beautiful and clean all staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble, food was amazing and I’m really picky every day I found something and enjoyed it, not only themed night

Every one is constantly smiley and enthusiastic and Craig is a brilliant host.

When we arrived in the first day at check in the lady advised us to book the three restaurants later that evening as they can fill up fast so that’s what we did.

Other kids seemed to love them and noticed some knew the names of the staff and the dance moves lol.

Facilities - the two outdoor pools were very cold,

Cold stale food if I could rate the restaurant a 0 I would.

- Food average- some dishes were cold having being sat for a number or hours.

Pool: now all the reviews I read said that the pool was really cold!

Real pity as everything else was excellent (except for pool temps, on the cold side) and either pure laziness or lack of food hygiene knowledge let it all down.

We got days of glorious sunshine and days of cold, cloud, wind and rain.

Finally the pools were incredibly cold all week and my kids refused to go into them which was reslly unfortunate as they were really looking forward to the splash pool.

Entertainment good though I would say it was a little cold to sit out in the evenings, they did have an indoor stage

Pools are so cold that you can’t use them and the food is so bad that I wouldn’t serve it to a dog, it’s incredibly expensive to eat or drink at the place, even if you do find the strength to stifle back the nauseating aroma of the muck they serve.

Indoor pool 28degrees heated during March and April or cold months.

The facilities at the Hotel were absolutely fantastic, eventhough the pools were a little cold it didn't stop us having fun especially in the splash pool with the slides and we used them each day.

Weather was hit and miss and we had some rain and it was cold at times due to wind

Food was hit and miss with our family group and we had to tell the waites the food that was being served was cold .

Restaurant staff were fantastic, cleared plates away quickly and had a friendly good attitude.

The whole place was very clean and the staff throughout were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly with the children.

Other families here are all considerate and friendly towards others, plenty sun beds regardless of when you come for one.

This Aparthotel was extremely good I genuinely have nothing negative to say about my stay there

- Couple of the male pool bar staff are some of the most miserable staff I’ve ever met in any hotel 
- Paper cups for drinks during the day until 1830hrs, drinks taste awful and they practically disintegrated
- Entertainment was pretty poor, the hotel based entertainers are obviously stretched

Lunch was poor - main pool kebabs never cooked properly.

Hotel is clean food is very good .bad points u need to get up at 6.30am in the morning  to get a sunbed and their are only British  people  in the hotel,so if u don't get a sunbed bit of a walk to the beach which is not very big .entertainment is very poor in the night.

A few reviews have mentioned the tired rooms, the poor air con (which can also smell) and the rock hard beds and all of those points are absolutely valid.

Just back from a week self catering at the hotel all round good apart from the aircon in the room was very poor and you could hardly feel it .

but Rep entertainment poor - sometimes a one man show 🤷🏼‍♀️
Food in evening - canteen worthy-  but “Italian” restaurant very poor quality and definitely not the treat it’s billed as.

The food was poor overall, very similar each day and just low quality all round.

Evening buffet was mainly varied and very good, the only exception was Spanish night when the food was poor ( dried up tasteless paella & undercooked jacket potatoes), quite a few people were unhappy this night

Air con poor and had to get a fan from reception as heat in the room was unbearable.

Improve the WI-FI throughout the site (very poor), improve the evening entertainment (same every night and focused on the kids), extend the opening hours of the two snack bars near the pools and finally improve the room air conditioning as it is not effective enough.

Cleaning : various times , being on the ground floor the wind blew leaves and flowers into our room and the maid didn’t sweep any of it up, for this reason I would say the cleaning services are poor.

However, the food overall is pretty poor, even for a non-coeliac and quite likely to give you a sickness bug as many did during our stay.

On top of the poor alcohol available, I did manage to find something that was just about palatable - the limoncello, you could tell it wasn't very strong

TUI team took over halfway through the holiday which meant there was more entertainment during the day for the kids which was nice, especially given the poor weather.

The reps were all lovely, Matias in particular had a lot of energy and the kids loved him.

The staff here are amazing, a number of them have been there for years & continue to go above & beyond to ensure everyone has a great time.

But I suppose that's what August is about as it was very busy at all times.

The pool was very busy with families so we decided to use the adult/chillout pool from then on.

but obviously very busy in the dining area and queueing for food.

It was very busy around the pool and very busy at mealtimes which caused issues with our three year old daughter.

If the main pool gets busy, we just pop back to our room for a little dip.

- I asked about the a la carte  dining  to be told to move away from the desk as she was too busy booking clients in  !

but very busy and the sun loungers with cushions are €35 for two.

but was quite busy and not an enjoyable experience, lunch & dinner was repetitive and I think we’ve eaten enough pizza and chips to last a lifetime!

The Genral Pool, which was not that busy on most days.

The other bigger hotels next door were far too big, busy and loud for us.

but it was too busy for us,  we much preferred the low key friendly atmosphere of our hotel in the evening.

Sa Coma is v v busy and touristy, nothing authentic here, absolutely not our thing

We only went to the family pool which was always busy (maybe a bit quite lunchtime).

but we felt that as it wasn't busy , that they started clearing up so felt a bit awkward and slightly rushed and were not even offered any desert afterwards!.

It gets very busy on the train and we couldn’t get on the morning one
