The only group activity we had a chance to participate in was 'Bubbles and Bracelets'.

There are some good activities during the day for all ages as well.

You can also hire bikes, there is a multi court complex that includes golf, archery and tennis.

There were plenty of other sports facilities that we could also have made use of.

Also a special thanks to the TUI entertainment crew Claudia, Natalie and Magnus, not forgetting Jess for keeping us entertained with daytime games.

Kids club:
My son 3 and daughter 8 used the kids club for an activity once which they absolutely loved and the staff were brilliant in there.

The pool bar staff were always pleasant and on the ball.

The activities are well organised and Jess and her team do particularly good yoga and Pilates classes that were very enjoyable for a beginner such as myself!

My son and I often enjoyed a game of Table tennis behind the Yoga area.

The entertainment was rubbish and the activity pools had one or two a day that was it.

The children’s entertainment was fantastic.

The range of activities on site is excellent with all starting as advertised and on time.

There's plenty going off for Adults and Children - activities are on the Tui Blue App.

LOTS TO DO AT THE HOTEL, ACTIVITIES, SPA, CLASSY COFFEE SHOP, BREAK OUT AREAS TO RELAX.

Loads of activities to do also, free bike hire, scuba diving lessons, water park, mini golf, archery the list goes on.

Great activities and no queues, very good.

Pools two main family pools great entertainment kids loved the games and exercises.

The tui staff go above and beyond with the effort they put in always being great with the children and there are tonnes of activities our 8 year old loved.

The food, drinks, family activities and staff are all good.

Facilities: there are a couple of different pool and bar areas as well as sports facilities shared with neighbouring hotels.

There is a station where you can order an omelette and they'll cook for you on the spot.

We ate primarily in Lyra, the Adults Only restaurant, and found that there was a good selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Buffet restaurant - there wasn’t much variety of food, especially not for the children who were given chips/pasta and rice every night.

There were many great things about this hotel, including the variety of food at the buffet, the high quality drinks made with branded spirits, the sweet treats on offer at Thea's cafe and access to heated pools (when staying in October).

Rooms always cleaned to a high standard and mini bar topped up every day.

We ate in the Italian and Greene & Grill of an evening, both delicious, amazing service.

The mains dishes were not at all repetitive over a weeks stay and we found that there was no need to go to any of the a la carte restaurants as the buffet was so good.

A la carte restaurants are really good, buffet restaurant is a bit repetitive

The Indian A La Carte was really nice and made a nice change from the Adult only Buffet.

The hotel is split into two parts, an adults only building/facilities including a pool and pool bar and the family side with buffet resteraunts in both.

FOOD - 

The buffet in the morning was random roulette of the same food every. single.

The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of food with different themed nights.

Food- 
We ate at both the à la carte restaurants and the buffet restaurants.

THE BUFFET RESTAURANTS PRESENTED THEIR FOOD TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD.

Both times we had a junior suite with balconies. The kids using the fold out beds in the living area and a sliding door between sleeping areas (which is great!)

Only thing that could be added is proper child locks for balcony doors as my 3 year old could easily open them.

Had frosted glass doors in the toilet and shower,

however my Children next door had to sit outside whilst the other was getting ready.

The toilet was behind a frosted glass door which wasn’t lockable so our daughter would just waltz in or you could be seen sitting on the loo.

The shower door did not close properly, meaning when having a shower water would escape and leak onto the bathroom floor.

As soon as we opened the door we were once again greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke.

Apparently there was a glitch in the door digital do not disturb sign and took 4 infuriating days for the message to get across!

but more so UNHYGENIC having them try to run in the inside of the restaurant every time the doors open.

Family suite was a great size with a sliding door between bedrooms
- the main/kids pool is great with a splash area for little ones and plenty of loungers, with a mix of parasols, sunny spots and covered seating.

but we all had to share just one double sliding door wardrobe.

We had an issue with the lock on our patio door which was resolved on the same day.

There was no door separating the bathroom to the main bedroom which meant every time my step daughter want the toilet or shower I had to go to their room.

There was a sliding open-slatted ‘door’ which did nothing to hide the view.

Bathroom doesn’t have a door which is strange

There is no lock on the toilet door either.

but were unable to, so we went to do this at reception on our first morning and were initially told there was no availability for at least one of them, but they then said they'd put a slip under our door if it became available, which thankfully it did.

but we were only offered the room next door which seemed pointless so we stayed put-and just made the most of the main pool. The room issue has not put us off returning though as I guess it’s just luck of the draw and everything else is 10/10 we have just re -booked for next year whilst still here , but we have opted for a different room type next year ( swim up with garden view adults area as these are ground floor ,  pool facing and seem to have the sun from around 9am to 5pm)

but finishescat 11pm and the design of the bathroom you either need to go as a couple or very good friends as there is no privacy whilst having a shower and only a frosted door for the loo.

The bathroom was beautifully decorated with a bath and separate shower, two sinks and a toilet behind a frosted glass door.

It was nice to see traditional Spanish drinks on offer too, such as the Café Bombón.

Upon arrival we were greeted at reception by a Tui Rep. Hotel staff offered us a drink on arrival whilst checking in.

The staff would lean across guests still eating to take plates and cups if you were lucky enough to be offered a hot drink to begin with.

Themed nights in the buffet restaurants were so good we cancelled our themed restaurant bookings to take advantage of great soups and salad staters on offer in buffet dining.

We didn’t bother trying to book at one of the restaurants as we’d heard mixed reviews and were happy with what was on offer in the buffet.

Having spoken to TUI and sending  supporting evidence, they offered me a £230 refund?

The sports centre offered lots of activities and the free bikes were great.

This is the first time we have ever enjoyed all-inclusive dining and are usually put off when booking a hotel offering this.

Food in the main buffet restaurant was excellent and we were pleased every night with the different themes on offer.

Lunch and dinner both had similar offerings - pizza by the slice, pastas, freshly grilled meats and casserole-type dishes with a selection of fresh vegetables.

They offered us a table at 8pm, which is totally pointless with a 2 year old.

There were always some yoghurt, fruit, cereal, bread and cold meats on offer, as well as warm options like pancakes, scrambled and boiled eggs, mushrooms, beans and tomatoes, and porridge etc.

Wide variety and choice offered at each meal.

All in all a great stay at a hotel that offered a premium experience which we can recommend to others.

Unless other bars offer this, it would be great if the adults lounge bar offered snacks in the evening (nuts, olives).

Dealing with the good parts of the stay:

* Excellent a la carte offering.

The waiter even offered us seconds of pudding!

Fruit is another big love of mine and again a criticism I have of most all inclusive is that the fruit selection is often poor and not fully ripened - well not here!

However, the food offering at this hotel is poor and if you’re looking for quality this may not be the place for you.

The negative reviews are a really poor reflection of the hotel and all it has to offer.

I was worried it might be a bit rough around the egdes and, because it's buffet style, the food might be poor.

I had paid extra for a room with a pool that I could not use, I was worried about the health of our unborn baby and my poor fiancé ended up breaking into tears because she had to hide inside the room all the time whilst on holiday.

Be aware that the Asian and Indian are indoors with very poor aircon.

Lots of space, big bathroom, comfy beds, only downside is that the air-con is poor.

It stank and looked like a dead animal one family member came back with athletes foot, two with conjunctivitis and an ear infection- my go said all down to poor cleaning standard in water/pool.

The only other bar in the resort (excluding the show area) was the Piano bar which was cramped, again a poor layout and like sitting in a white PVC conservatory.

Overall

Lovely days and early evenings were clouded by sleepless nights and evening ‘balcony time’ once the kids were asleep was wasted spent searching and chasing cockroaches and emailing the hotel who were poor at answering the phone or responding to the issue until escalated to the manager.

The jungle show is poor as it has no story line and is just bizarre.

Their buffet timings are also really poor.

Tui will not address issues of poor hygiene, dirty facilities, damaged and run down rooms, dangerous damage to our decked area, dirty plates and cups.

The entertainment in the Adult Hotel was very poor

- food in buffet and a la carte is mixed - some days good some poor selection and only one man staffing the hot food.

This is meant to be the snack option between restaurants opening so again a bit poor.

Entertainment - very poor - despite being a tui blue hotel, we found there was very little in terms of entertainment for preschoolers.

I found at times the resort lacked soul, the entertainment was either acceptable or very poor and aimed at the older generation.

Their service is impeccable and we noted it from the moment we walked in to the moment we left.

The Family Area was only a short walk away, and there were no restrictions on us accessing the facilities there.

Carrefour is a short walk too if you need anything like nappies, etc.

A short walk across to the other resort and u can use the kids splash park there which has more of a variety of slides for kids up to about 11 i would say.

but we enjoyed our stay and the rooms are fantastic the staff cannot do enough for you and only a 10 min walk from beach

Amazing selection, ripe and tasty, plus they don’t mind you walking out with a few bits to put in your fridge and see you through the afternoon.

We had paid for Swim up rooms in the adult only part and were really impressed by the look of the building as we walked towards it.

but the better bikes are available from the clubhouse, a 2 minute walk away.

The location is ideal only a 5min walk to the main resort & beach  with buses and resort train to nearby Cala Millor & Cala Bona 

I would certainly highly recommend this hotel and will be returning again next year.

There are a few bars and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, and if you venture 15 mins down the road to Cala Millor you’ll find a long busy beach, with lots of shops and restaurants again.

You can walk for miles round the seafront if you wanted as there is a great path.

People are free to walk anywhere on the complex.

We are a family of 4 we originally choose this hotel over many others due to the location as we like to walk about and explore local towns with out travel by car / bus all the time  - so for this reason it is perfect.

We did have a walk over to the family side to see what was there.

Location: It's possible to walk to nearby shops and beaches.

We are so impressed with everything about the resort:

- the resort feels pleasantly compact (walking from our room to pool or entertainment in 2-3 minutes)
- our room was lovely and clean with good (inclusive) mini-bar topped up daily (cola, Fanta, still and sparkling water).

In previous Sensatori hotels I’ve had places to walk and take the buggy to get the baby to nap.

We only ate in the hotel in the main buffet so it was from the hotel.

The Entertainment was amazing the energy they had was just spot on, The food was plentiful and plenty of  variety.

The buffet at the restaurant caters for so many people and do a grand job of providing lots of variety and clearing tables etc.

The beds are rock solid and we all didn’t really sleep much, the next morning we went for breakfast it’s was very average, not much choice?

Sunbeds were plentiful allowing us to always get a group together for the day, and most pools always have the sunshine throughout.

Im a really fussy eater and I managed to find something to eat every meal time and the food was edible.

but it was so yummy, better than we have at home!

There are 3 restaurants also, we eat at the Asian which was buffet style and the Italian which was starters and deserts buffet

We are literally on our way back as I type this, 
And even though we had an ok time the hotel can definitely do with some improvements/tweaks 

Food- 
The food does have a fair bit of variety I can’t complain about that breakfast lunch and dinner were always ok,

Various pools to suit different peoples needs, simple clean rooms with daily service, entertainment team work tirelessly day and night and put on some great activities and typical buffet food which as a group of 9 we all enjoyed.

If you like fried eggs you will quickly take a disliking to the chef that does the eggs and omelettes, I say let him to the omelettes and get someone else to concentrate on fried eggs and poached eggs.

but they were all really delicious meals.

We booked the Tai and Italian ones and when we arrived at the Tai discovered that it was a self service buffet which looked very similar to the usual choices

Offering of gluten free rolls, pancakes etc once you ask.

The food is good,  the drinks plentiful and the staff are great.

You are allowed to reserve sunbeds from 8am and most people did on their way to breakfast and went straight back to their reserved sunbeds straight after so not really an issue.

but they don’t open until 6.15pm so that’s cold.

We were told there was cold food if we were hungry?

If I had to give Amy negative comments my wife thought the air con wasn't cold enough

My 6 month old loved it so not that cold at all!

It was tasteless, cold and just a poor poor quality.

but again out of the control of the hotel so not sure why some reviews say the pools are too cold etc.

Breakfast had omelettes cooked whilst you wait, full English, fruit, cereals, cold meats/cheese.

The Chinese is a buffet and the food is cold, and the main restaurant Is extremely poor quality and even the selection for kids is limited.

The outside “hot tub” was absolutely freezing cold.

but not very warm or sometimes just cold.

- the kids splash pool was unfortunately too cold for my kids to use,

Just became a bit repetitive and cold unfortunately.

In my view avoid unless you like warm or cold food.

The Asian food was horrendous and so salty and poor quality.

Cleaning staff were not thorough at all and our bed sheets weren’t changed our entire holiday

Food was awful, Luke warm, repetitive, poor quality and fried fried fried.

We ate at the Thai restaurant which was the only place I got a decent cocktail and the food was ok, just like an average Chinese buffet, and we had to cancel our Italian reservation due to the sick bug. The drinks are poor and disappointing - the wine is completely undrinkable and the cocktails are not good (and I can assure you I am not usually fussy!)

The coffee and hot drinks selection is poor.

the food was okay, choices for kids was poor.

Entertainment- i have read a lot of poor reviews.

Then, there are those reviews that are poor.

Entertainment was also poor - the kids stuff is very repetitive

The cleanliness of the hotel is poor, lots of flys and thousands of mosquitoes.

but when your not even sat there and notices everywhere saying can't reserve before 8am was really poor.

Cocktail selection is poor on the all inclusive.

The drinks on offer in the evening were poor, it would have been nice to have a larger cocktail selection on the all inclusive.

but also poor points which detracted from the overall holiday experience.

The food was poor and not much choice in comparison to other all inclusive hotels I’ve been to.

Location and staff can’t be faulted

Beds were poor (had better cot beds), food and drink was sub standard considering the cost.

Quality is poor, food not good, beds (kids moaned too hard) pool small and over crowded (photos are very well taken to portray this resort) accommodation unwelcoming and smells as soon as you walk in accommodation block and hardly any air conditioning, non in the gym or restaurant!

Food in the buffet was average most days and poor on a couple of others.

The bedding and all our belongings were constantly feeling damp.

Adult only pool cabanas had black mould growing on so a health hazard.

Also I love a cocktail and they were disgusting, for paying thousands of pounds to stay here, its terrible they can’t even give you a decent cocktail, you have to pay extra if you want one made up, the ice cream machine wasn’t even ice cream it was ice pop, the kebab stall was awful too, my kids basically just had to buy snacks from the shop which was more money when it’s meant to be all inclusive, I would definitely never day here again!

Our room smelt damp, the bedding always felt damp, and the pictures in the room have dots of mould in them, room for improvement there.

You’d be mistaken - soft drinks, which were from a vending machine were, the beer (estrella) was too,  red, white and rose wine from a font was disgusting.

but okay out of the machine next to the bar, water from near the pool tasted of mould but okay from the tap up the stairs near the bar or get at the bar.

even if they removed 50 at the main pool there would still be enough and it would be a nicer experience especially if someone is smoking next to you!!

We didn't touch the self serve soft serve ice cream as it just looked and smelt bad.

Children bomb around chasing each other and get too close to railing where they could have a nasty fall.

But wish that someone would have cleaned the jacuzzi on our roof BEFORE we arrived it was filthy.

but the reality is that the hotel is dated, worn and stinks of sewage.

Self serve ice cream machine around the pool smelt of cheese every time I walked past.

The drains did smell a bit (especially overnight).

The pool toilets smelt so bad you had to hold your nose to go in there.

A designated smoking area would be most advisable as we found ourselves exiting any area when someone lit up .

The pool self service  drinks area especially was tired and often filthy.

The same dirt and debris has stayed in the communal areas for 4 days.

BUT our view looked out on a a horrible road and filthy dirty veranda.

The area around the hotel is lovely, nice walk to the harbour or a nice long stroll to Cala Millor.

Location is great, easy walk to the harbour or into Cala Millor.

Our room was on the first floor and had a large balcony overlooking the beach, with stunning sunrise views and sunshine all morning.

Location is brilliant not far from the harbour and a few minutes walk to Calla Millor.

Compliments to the reception staff - Barbara, Miriam, Sara and Juan whose smiles and greetings are lovely.

I loved being so close to the beach and everything is in walking distance.

It didn’t affect us too much as I’d rather the beach.

After the comments about Barbara on reception I wondered what she would be like, I was expecting her to be breathing fire,

Barbara and the reception staff were ashelpful as ever !

Plenty of loungers and the infinity pool has an unbeatable view out over the bay.

There are lots of local bars and restaurants that serve food until late so if the menu doesn’t appeal then feel free to venture into the town or harbour.

Barbara in reception appeared very disinterested and unwilling to help us.

Fabulous location as easy for both the harbour and Cala Millor,

I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, especially Barbara on reception who my partner had been liaising with before we went (unbeknown to me of course) for making it happen and making it so special.
