If you want a nice quiet beach with calmer waves and no vendors go to Chileno beach which is maybe 10min down the road.

Chileno Beach and Santa Maria Beach are minutes away.

We went to Chileno Beach and enjoyed it greatly.

We did both and on different days went to Lover's Beach, San Jose, Chileno Beach (great snorkeling and the hotel will provide a snorkel mask,

Chileno Beach and Cabo Pulmo provided awesome beach experiences and we will definitely return to both locations.

The restaurant is overpriced and no even tasty.

Paid over 1,000.00 for mold in the shower, bathtub and kitchen sink.

although Cabo is getting mre expensive each year.

There is only one restaurant at the resort and 2 bars, quality of food and drinks below average and expensive for what you are getting.

There is one restaurant on the property…great food and amazing service (a little pricey).

Restaurants there are over the top pricey and the food does not justify this.

For groceries to avoid the restaurants, there is a La Comer close by (5 USD for Uber each way).

but we had cab fare for nine people to and from Marina that got expensive.

Ubers come straight to the hotel and cost anywhere form $6 - $15 to go to downtown Cabos San Lucas.

though that would have paid me $150 out of the resort fee).

My husband and I are PAID OFF Welk Owners.

The restaurant charged over $5.00 for diet coke.

Originally thought we’d have to pay $135 USD per massage for an hour and a half massage

I saw a negative review "Avoid at al costs!!!".

Room quality is poor old, outdated, and dirty.The restaurant (only one available) at the property is expensive and serves horrible bland food.

We are owners, and got a beautiful oceanfront, large one bedroom villa in Building 3 (3302A), overlooking the gorgeous cove beach and ocean, where we could see dozens of whales spouting from our balcony, the sunset, and the waves roll on and crash against the rocks.

Easiest & fastest check in, super friendly & helpful staff, amazing views.

Sirena Del Mar was so relaxing & breathtaking resort.

So grateful for this gem perched up on the cliffs over the ocean with a view of Land’s End!

Resort itself is fabulous, basic rooms are great (microwave/convection for baking), air con works great, pool area and views of Cabo fantastic, staff is great.

The view to the Cabo Arch from infinity pool is beautiful, rooms are ok.

This place is nothing short of a paradise, beautifully nestled in a serene location that offers breathtaking ocean views at every turn.

Sirena Del Mar sits off the main road with magnificent views.

I wish I would have asked for a ocean view,  we may liked the resort more.

We came after a hurricane out in the sea so it was extremely windy.

Beautiful rooms, great facilities, attentive staff..,and the best view in Cabo!

The view from our room was amazing and we could watch whales breaching right from our deck.

We were in building 3, room 204A, with a most amazing patio that overlooked the sea.

You will not find a better view - we were able to watch whales off of our room balcony. Spectacular!

but the location, view and the layout are great.

Also had the best massages ever while looking at the ocean!

The rooms are all spectacular with amazing ocean views so you can watch whales and sunrise/sunset from your room.

El Chileno Beach, Baya Santa Maria and Palmilla Playa are 5 to 10 minutes  from resort by car, good snorkeling and swiimming Beaches.

I took my family to Chileno beach and Santa Maria beach.

We swam in the ocean in front of the Westin, snorkeled at Cabo Pulmo and at Chileno Beach.

However, if you want to go snorkelling, and have a car, drive yourself to the nearby Chileno beach, where you can hire snorkelling gear for around $12 for the day.

It was a simple misunderstanding and only wanted to here an apology and maybe a meal credit.

at check in you are looked like another target to sell you time share, the $100.00 credit u will not get unless staying for 45 minutes, and they grind you and grind u.   lack of amenities and activities.

Last year we bought a membership and were told that we can  stay or exchange for other hotels around the world at not charge, we tried to book in other hotels and we were told that we will get a 1% discount.

Upon checkout, Francisco presented us with our bill and we were charged our lunches - “because we weren’t physically in the restaurant”

Taxi dt only charged us $20 to return to hotel,

It was sign here and here and we are putting $x,000 hold on your credit card.

They charge you a daily fee of $17 for parking your car, a daily resort fee, a tourism tax on top of what you already paid to exchange or pay for your stay at the resort.

but they then add a tip charge to your bill.

My bigest dissapointment with Club Regina was the $14 daily service charge that management was not able to substantiate wh at it was for.

They have hidden fees, and won't provide invoice for those (which is against the federal law).

Management that was left in charge might need to be retrained in customer service and the level of customer care to keep club Regina as a gold crown property Pedro Saludas was left in charge and he acted as if he had no power at all to satisfy his guest , so when I had another issue,I didn’t want to waste my time speaking with him

Be very careful if you tip by leaving it on your credit card after meals and drinks.

Also, we had fraudulent credit card charges ( only used  one card there and only there) when we got back.

Key cards at checkin were used and peeling- no complementary water or coffee ( unlike every other hotel in Mexico I have been to).

I am still waiting to find out why they charged my card an additional $150 and have yet to receive a response.

the timeshare sales office was misleading and did not give credit upon check-out.

They promised us a 10% discount on check out they did not do that and on top of that instead of charging 6500 Mexican pesos they charged me $544.92 which more than double.

After my 4 day stay had ended, I went to him and seems that after I did my check out, they would not give any kind of credit back.

Roberto then proceeded to tell us that it would cost us another 60,000 points = 90,000 total as they'd have to move us up to a Club Suite.

There are additional fees added to your bill of about $36 per day for the resort maintenance.

but it’s another if you have to pay for someone else’s mistakes.

If you are one of those people giving out those stays because you are a member and you can get up to $2000 for giving out 10 a year, please think about the people who pay both a monetary price and in the end a physical price.

While it was pricey, plus a 15% surcharge (minimum of $20), we were able to prepare most of our meals in our unit for under $15 per person per day.

Be prepared to pay a hefty taxi cost if you want the resort to call one for you because Ubers are not allowed to the lobby area (~$40-50 USD to either city).

what I received the next day were some flowers from a grocery store that cost eight dollars and half of them were dead.

The resort charges $30 USD/day resort fee ($6 of that is for valet parking).

The only rip offs I have had in Mexico has been with taxi companies, not with Uber as you pay a fixed price.

your bank has to convert it anyway so don't offer to pay more unnecessary fees.

The only thing we did not like is the prices in the hotel store.

It cost about twice that to or from Cabo San Lucas because it’s further away.

It was from $7-10 US to San Jose de Cabo and to Los Cabos it was $10-20$ personally I rather Uber then renting a car cause I don’t wanna deal w the insurance from the car rentals n pay the parking fees.

The rooms were clean and have beautiful ocean views.

but the ocean view more than made up for it.

We had a great stay, enjoyed the views, including whale watching and recommend Club Regina Los Cabos.

Despite these frustrations, the breathtaking views were undeniably beautiful.

This is a beautiful resort with an amazing view.

The rooms all have beach front views just amazing.

Best part of this resort are the people and the view!

Resort location/ design/ room design/ views and proximity to ocean are great.

Will keep coming back for the staff and the breathtaking views.

We came so we could sit by the pool and look at the ocean.

We had a big one bedroom unit with a balcony overlooking the sea.

The views of the ocean from the rooms is breathtaking, We looked forward to watching the whales every morning from our patio.

The pool overlooked the beach which was nice.

but you pay for it:

- Watch out for discrimiation if you did not book directly.

I travel a lot and this did not thrill or disappoint, just not worth price.

For what we paid, I don’t think we got our moneys worth.

The only cons are the timeshare sales pitch on check-in, and the ridiculous prices of anything in the resort shops.

After waiting 9 months the experience and the expense registered as one of the worst vacations in memory.

To add insult to injury,  by accident my wife's expensive belt was ruined by housekeeping.

though extremely pricey ($1000 for a couples massage)

Cons:
- more of a general con for Cabo- the hotel backs right up to a busy highway (all of them do).

We didn’t get all the details so we ended up booking a tour that we thought was included and had to pay a lot of money at the end.

There are several types of cabana's for day rentals ranging from a simple cabana with lounge chairs to a much larger and more expensive lounge with the addition of a large TV, sitting area with small table and I think a small refrigerator.

I emailed the concierge back, letting them know that even at a five star, 5 diamond Michelin resort, a massage would never cost this much.

but the prices of these items were inflated.

You are limited to where and how much you can use for their overpriced services.

You can only use $250 towards a spa treatment…too bad most of those treatments cost way more than that!!!

I’m giving this resort a 5/5 because they did everything you’d expect and more for an expensive, luxury all-inclusive.

For example, we were given $150 and told we could only use it for tax on spa activities or soap or air freshener that is being sold for $100.

but not sure I would have paid the extra from it given how great the pretty much every view was.

though we showed them their own emails stating that we had “paid in full”, we had to pay to get them to let us leave.

(Except Le Blanc which is most expensive and gets the lowest discount 🤔).

If I had to share something that they could improve, I would say that they should pay more attention to the personal information on your profile.

Again I just paid $1000 dollars per night and cannot eat at the restaurants  I have already paid for??

We stayed in a royale deluxe room with a partial ocean view and I tell ya, that was the way to go for us.

❤️❤️❤️ stayed 5 nights for holidays in December, had a great time and got the 12th floor room with nice view.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Ocean while we were there and the staff made the evening so special for us.

We had a wonderful full ocean view room, so we got to watch the gorgeous sunrises while our morning coffee was delivered.

That's a benefit of Cancun, being able to swim in the ocean.

Shoutout to Alicia and the bartenders at Blanc Fire, Angel at Blanc Ocean for the great drink and food recommendations, and the wonderful pool concierges, servers, and bartenders for the most relaxing experience.

We spent each day lounging by the gorgeous pools, especially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Obviously Los Cabos has gorgeous beach and view.

We enjoyed lunches by the pool, at Ocean, and at the Pizza restaurant.

While the grounds were clean, service was acceptable, pools, view excellent the food didn't consistently match the exterior quality and we really expected more from a '5 Diamond' resort.

The service at this resort somehow gets better and better every year - and the food and cocktails are top notch, and the beach views and resort vibe is so serene and idyllic.

We enjoyed breakfast at blanc ocean with amazing views each morning.

The ocean pool bar tenders Guillermo and Diego kept us in good spirits throughout the week.

You can walk over to the next beach - or take a short Uber ride to El Chileno Beach - very clean, calm and relaxing.

Pool was very cold during our stay as most guest were just sun-bathing .

but it’s barely any warmer than the cold pool.

I heard people complain that the infinity pool to the left of the resort (when facing the ocean) was cold,

Don't miss the coffee shop on a hot day, it's got ice cold AC and sweets besides.

but when I’m staying at a resort this expensive I expect my beer and bottled water to be cold.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted promptly with drinks and cold towels, and we never once had to carry our own baggage.

We had emailed (6 times) to ask for the rooms to be near each other and provided our confirmation numbers and they responded they’d put in a request, and as we arrived to check in…with no cold water or towel or drinks offered, we learned that they did not accommodate us and we were all of different floors of the hotel!

At the bar they said they would send our waiter right over, to which I replied “by the time he comes to our table, takes our order and brings our wine, our main courses will be cold or finished or both.

The room service food was not great (soup was cold by the time it arrived, other food was okay

Pools not heated and beginning of February the water was way too cold.

The gym equipment is antiquated and the steam room was cold.

There are 6 small hot tubs and a non heated pool that serves as a "cold plunge".

but even with heaters it was way too cold for outdoor seating (the winds renders the burners useless).

Magnificent, beautiful place, spectacular views, delicious food, excellent service, chef Dorian Morales prepared a wonderful dinner for us, we could not have had a better farewell night, the warmth of Alejandra Miranda, both charming with their smiles, the best all inclusive i have been

From the stunning ocean views to the impeccable service, our trip to Cabo was a dream come true.

Room was great, we had the king option w/ ocean view and loved it.

The food is delicious… AND the view is spectacular!

This jewel of the Pacific relaxes and invigorates everyone within its hallowed walls.

They are clean and gorgeous and look out on the ocean.

We took a taxi to Chileno Beach (must see) and rented chairs, umbrellas and a stocked cooler (water and beer) from a local business (ask the concierge) which made for a great beach day.

So, if you are staying there due to a "vacation package" and paid a very low price that was conditioned on a sales presentation, you get what you paid for.

The properties shown were available without their expensive prepaid points and often at a lower price.

Drinks too expensive for what you get $16 for a drink and it came in a no more that 12oz glass and most of the time in a plastic regular glass as if it was a cheap hotel.

but the value of our missing items almost cost as much as the stay.

Prices at this resort are way to expensive.

Only downside is that you can’t swim in the ocean and some menu items are incredibly overpriced.

but the resort list pricing of rooms seemed far too high for the value.

Don't expect inexpensive Mexico prices at the resort.

We dined at their restaurants and the food was so bad we started cooking because we were being charged NY prices in Mexico.

My only negative about this resort is it’s a decent Uber to go anywhere and everything is very expensive at the resort.

I think they know I have no recourse since it is paid for, so this is the only recourse I have.

Also, the mercado has very limited options and is extremely expensive.

My only negative comment would be that The Spa is way over priced for the quality of services.

Food was a bit expensive and we ate into town or bought groceries for the 5 days we stayed, that saved us a whole lot

but warning, if you have drinks and a signature meal it can be 4x as expensive as the first two.

Once in the room we were greated by the stunning views on our balcony.

The views of the water and mountains were beautiful and romantic.

A very fun diversity of experiences available supported by a wonderful staff all with the backdrop of breathtaking views.

Both had beautiful oceanfront views and we could see the sunrise and the sunset from our room every day.

Refreshing pool overlooking the sparkling Sea of Cortez, with humpback whales spouting offshore--can't beat it!

The setting at the beach offered incredible sunrises and sunsets that we took advantage of every day.

The view from the balcony is truly beautiful as well.

OCEAN: If you are a competent swimmer there are swimmable days out front.

Advertised and booked a full ocean view room.

Rooms are spacious, ocean view was great, beds nice comfortable, nice spacious bathrooms.

Watching the sunrise from the beach is breathtaking.
