Walking off the all inclusive perks 😂.

We booked an all-inclusive package with ocean front room via Costco along with other family members.

The drinks and food quality is really good for being an all inclusive resort.

The food was delicious…don’t be afraid to try something new on your all-inclusive!

Our kids enjoyed the all-inclusive aspect and overall had a good time.

Did the all inclusive option for 3 days and it was the best way to do it.

Each room has a small fridge with beer, soda and candy which is part of the all inclusive.

It is rare to find this level of food quality at an all inclusive resort.

We stayed for 6 days with the all-inclusive package and enjoyed the beach, the pool and the entertainment.

We have enjoyed all the restaurants, food quality is among the best we have had at an all inclusive.

He cared for us like family, treated us like royalty from start to finish…I have been going to all inclusive hotels for over a decade and Hector gets it, 100%.

Another enjoyable trip here, would highly recommend for an all-inclusive vacation.

The food and drinks were well worth the price of the all-inclusive.

Breakfast buffet (including mimosas) alone was worth the all inclusive.

but I went golfing one morning at the neighbouring Cabo del sol which was a 10/10 golf experience.

There is a golf course on property (Cabo Del Sol),

I loved the close proximity (5 min shuttle) to the Desert and Ocean golf courses at Cabo del Sol.

We really enjoyed our massages at the Spa and a beautiful golf course at the Cabo Del Sol Ocean Golf Course.

The Grand Fiesta property is located in Cabo del Sol, a private/protected area full of resorts and timeshares.

We played golf on the ocean and desert courses of Cabo del Sol.

We played golf twice at the Cabo Del Sol Ocean Course which is part of the larger complex shared by the Sheraton hotel.

Jose, Porfino and all the other amazing Pool and beach staff ensuring we were taken care of and pampered.

Management is way more concerned with getting you into a timeshare than taking care of guest concerns.

Alejandro always made sure our entire group was taken care of, continuously checking on us if we needed anything, and making sure we got the best ocean view/spot while hanging down at the pool deck.

Martha was our waitress and she took such good care of us.

Alex Santos and Felipe took care of us in the morning for breakfast all

Hector went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

He took such amazing care of us on the beach!

He took care of us each day and definitely made the trip memorable for all of us.

+The fried octopus at the mexican restaurant was great.

We enjoyed a magic, mystery & comedy show, listened to a mariachi band and watched a traditional Mexican Folklórico show on the beach.

From the wonderful shows like Michael Jackson & Elvis to daily water aerobics, to the truly fabulous Mexican night and other fun events, the entertainment staff at this resort really shines!!

She entertainer everyone during an evening dinner with incredible authentic Mexican cuisine.

To all at the Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, it is always like coming home to a true Mexican family!

You have to REALLY like seafood and Mexican food if you’re coming here.

- Ceviche restaurant was very good, the Mexican restaurant was DELICIOUS.

The other thing to say is that they do a much better job with Mexican or American food than they do with other cuisines.

There is a room with AC (that becomes Mexican restaurant at night) that you can sit down for breakfast

But overall we had a great time and the events were amazing (by the beach Mexican party and 4th of July).

Michael Jackson, Mexican Fiesta, Brenda and others performing at fire pit, we went to the magic show twice as we were in for 9 nights.

We were especially thankful for Marco who made us delicious Mexican coffee.

Danny and Nester served Mexican coffee at La Bodega.

Food I would say is 7 out of 10 for a sushi place at a Mexican resort.

Chef Armando Martinez in the Mexican restaurant and Chef Armando Martinez in the Italian restaurant made us feel at home.

He topped off our dinner with a fabulous show by making us Mexican Coffee!

Best steaks I’ve had on a resort, incredible Mexican wine selection and the outside seating has amazing views!

She remembered each of our names from day one and greeted us every time we were at the pool.

From our pool server to the entertainment crew, they made our stay that much better!

Alejandro, our server at the Grand Club pool was the absolute best!

My kids had a lot of fun at the kids club: she does not even want to stay at pool, lol.

Staff is amazing: special shout outs to Alex at breakfast, Nicole organizing the pool and events, Raul/Javier/Yonni on the poolside drinks, and Salvador at the Cevicheria.

Most days would find us at one of the six resort pools; our favorite was the member pool where we always enjoyed fantastic food and beverage service from Bryan.

+ The entertainment crew at the pool did a great job facilitating activities for all ages.

Brian at the members pool and Juan on the beach and the man who brought us and umbrella provided excellent daytime service.

Jorge at the pool service and absolutely made our stay.

The rooms are great and the pools and views are exceptional.

Enjoyed the pools also and a round of golf at a course that was very close called Cabo  de Sol.

But our                                         waiter by the pool, Carlos, was the best of all!

From the amenities: many pools, beach with snorkeling and tropical fish at your feet, entertainment every night, great food choices (the fresh made grilled food poolside) to the fantastic staff, this spot is amazing!

Nice variety of restaurants to eat at, plenty of pools and fun things to do 
We enjoyed all the activities, food, views, sunrises, etc.

however, look at the price differences of booking directly with a company though.

I asked again what the price was and was told the same thing that the price was $45 US dollars.

Still would not recommend the sushi restaurant as a service as second rate,

We were put into a room with loud construction that went on each day we were there until 6:00 p.m.  We were looking forward to a relaxing, enjoyable time and paid premium dollars for the all inclusive resort.

In the end, when I refused to pay this erroneous charge, the staff member told me he agreed that it was not right, and had me write a statement saying that I refused to pay the extra charge.

And very confused why they wouldn’t book 3 more nights at the same rate-ish we paid. Crazy.

Cons -  is the cost of the All-Inclusive for those not staying in the hotel, and it is away from town.

food is basically something you would find at a trailer park buffet unless you pay extra to upgrade your menu !

Way overpriced for what you get in return!

The staff specially at the pool ceviche restaurant area is terrible, specially victor and the pool manager, here is the reasons why I do this review to this hotel: 

1) Victor and the pool manager kept bothering my group asking for payment immediately because we didn’t have the bracelet active for the whole inclusive deal (We were aware our bracelet wasn’t active for that day to have the same drinks and food including, we did not refused to pay for the service,

but the water is cold
-The menus have prices on them which was confusing.

The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that there was barely any music being played through out the resort (we wished it has more party vibes at times) and that after asking the front desk for more waters, they stop at 3 and said we needed to pay for the extra waters ..

but for EVERY dinner meal to have to pay extra for non special items that’s ridiculous!

At the moment, you have to pay extra if you are in the all-inclusive

but instead were sent a link that required payment,  which we did, when we arrived and told them that we paid, we were told to make up for the error we'd be comped the extra $30pp charge for dinner at the steak house.

You pay the same price as you would if they had the actualy spa.

Adriana and Rodrigo, the dynamic duo at the Peninsula Restaurant, welcomed us with a smile each day, offered many great recommendations, and provided the most memorable dining experiences we had during our stay.

Fiesta Americana resort is amazing, the whale watching this time of year is breathtaking, the restaurants are always accommodating and the views of the ocean can’t be beat, our son really enjoyed the Fiesta Kids Club, the girls there are so kind and helpful, Dylan was excited every day to return to play at the kids club.

Peninsula Restaurant for lunch was amazing.

Peninsula (Lunch Service) - fantastic food and service, you have to get the servers  Rodrigo Ramirez and Marco Ramirez a raise since they made the experience so much better!

I highly recommend this restaurant and if you decide to dine here then definitely ask for Rigoberto!

Great service and a beautiful presentation of food.

but they are perfect to sleep in as we spent almost all of our time out by the pool and at the various bars/restaurants around the resort.

my boy Rigoberto provided amazing service i wish i could eat here everyday.

We would order room service and sit out on the balcony to whale watch.

Alex Santos & Armando are the best waiters…we ate breakfast with them every morning during our trip this year, last year & the year prior.

The pizzas, burgers, and guacamole and chips were all on point!

but they were more attentive than full service restaurants!

If you are ever there, make sure you find them for the best service!

Great service, great food and wonderful ambiance.

But what made this place stand out was his service.

Rigoberto at the Italiano gave us the best service we have received during our one week stay.

There is golf cart service that is usually very quick, or the walk was not too far for us.

They give such good service and always bring out plates with extra stuff for us to try!

We absolutely love our trips to Fiesta Americana… it’s an absolutely beautiful resort clean, and neat.We get   great service every where we go and we love having breakfast in the morning at the Viva buffet having Alexander, Armando,  and Alfredo waiting on us!

His attentive service elevates the dining experience, making every moment delightful.

The day would not be complete without a stop at the lobby lounge where Mirna and Lupita’s friendly greeting and wonderful service could always be counted on.

Rigoberto and Ricardo at Rosato restaurant have provided excellent service.

Loved this place everything was great and Hector from La Cevicheria was so nice and gave us great service must come!

Each person so welcoming, caring, and willing to help with any questions.

Very informative, I loved how they showed us the cuts of the meat before we ordered.

He was well reserved, polite and easy to talk to and gave better service than I’ve received from serves at top restaurants in the US.

Alejandro was amazing helpful to my family of 10 even with all the trouble with our rooms he was sympathetic and wonderful making us feel welcome and turning our friend upside down to smiles.

It is located within the gated community of Cabo Del Sol, so security is excellent.

Excellent massage at the spa, close proximity to Cabo Del Sol for golf.

If you like to golf, Cabo Del Sol has two courses so you don't have to go far.

Additionally, the resort is in a secure facility (Cabo Del Sol)…I felt completely safe taking my 4-mile walk on the grounds and neighboring resorts each day.

I’ve returned to Hacienda Del Mar several times and enjoy the variety of restaurants on site as well as the walking distance to Cabo Del Sol, where an excellent Sunday brunch is offered along with other dining experiences.

Excellent hotel with all inclusive stay, efficient clean rooms, great breakfast, Sushi Bar, wonderful theme nights at the Resort.

I would recommended the Cabo Del Sol Golf Course Clubhouse which is next door to the hotel for dinner.

Haciendo del Mar is beautiful and safe, secure at Cabo del Sol on the corridor within a gated developement..

It was a wonderful four weeks in the lush gardens of the upper pool area and 30 days of great walks throughout Cabo Del Sol.

1 issue the hotel let BMW take over the pools, beach and Cabo Del Sol golf course.

Beach front are so cleaning with stunning scenery  and the Cabo Del Sol Golf Courses are only 5 minutes away from our room.

Located in the upscale Cabo Del Sol, its fabulous in every way and gorgeous!

Great things to do and wonderful restaurants to eat at on sight  and 2 wonderful golf courses to play at Cabo del Sol.

Cabo Del Sol Golf Course is right next door and we had 2 fabulous meal there the setting is AMAZING!

Add in golf at the Ocean or Desert Course at Cabo del Sol (within the development), and it can't be beat!

This is a uniquely set property as it is set far from the “corridor” in the Cabo Del Sol development.

Cabo Del Sol( one of the best course in MX) is here too.

Of course they had to track with reciepts so they gave us one and charged 5 extra beers on our ticket.

They want to charge over $100k to buy into the larger units, and charge a maintenance fee of $2,500 per year, just so you can stay here for 1 week a year.

While I was  at the hotel, for 4 days you couldn’t charge anything to your room. I also couldn’t get a credit card to work (signal down for all restaurants for days!)

The hotel placed daily holds on my credit card,

I sat next to an owner at the pool, he ordered two shots of don Julio and when he got the bill he called the manager over and asked if he was actually charged $20 per shot he stated he had been coming for ten years and this was insane.

We asked the front desk manager to credit the meal and we were told NO without any explanation.

Their onsite souvenir vendors were insanely expensive, shampoo / conditioner were just left on the shower floor, zero body lotion provided in room and, my favorite, the ATM charged $6.95 per transaction (expected that), and then, another 6.95% charge of your total withdrawal.

but, it's no Four Seasons which is what they are charging for food and drinks.

We can be charged anything and have no way to quickly verify it is correct.

Further, they added fraudulent food and beverage charges to our bill.

At the moment of writing this they have processed $300 on my credit card without me checking out yet.

When we checked out there was a charge on our bill for an $85 “intimacy bag”…which we didn’t use.

To top that off, Pedro (a presumable manager) said we were not treating them well by questioning the additional charges.

Kept having problems with key cards for the door.

I figured since I did arrive the next day I wouldn't be charged for the first day I missed.

USD and MX$ are both accepted and you ultimately don’t really need to have cash as you can add tips to your account billed to your credit card.

That said, if I was paying the prices they were charging guests, I would be pretty disappointed.

Said that this was operating procedure and everyone gets charged. I said "twice?"

When we checked out, the hotel wanted to charge us for a restaurant.

Downgraded my room out of a Wedding block of 50 rooms for my family’s wedding stay there and the hotel would not give us any credit for the price difference, not even a free breakfast or drink!

The resort has very nice views, very nice ground, clean rooms and very polite and friendly staff.

The grounds have lots of palm trees, beautiful gardens throughout the resort.

She stood her ground and reminded me they were a business and don't compensate guest.

The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained.

Beautiful beach, multiple whale sightings, the grounds are beautiful and hubby even got a back massage at the pool!

Please note, the grounds, rooms were immaculate and staff very attentive (as always)!

The grounds of the property are always well kept and pools are wonderful.

The whole grounds are manicured and spotless.

Service is terrific, people are friendly, grounds are impeccable.

Staff and grounds were excellent as usual.

They loved the hospitality, the large number of pools and restaurants, the beautiful grounds and the authentic Mexican feel of the villas.

The grounds at Cabo Del Sol used to be a great place to walk with wonderful ocean views,

Ambiance is good, grounds are clean and good , people are nice and helpful from check in to bartender and waiters .

The grounds are lush with exquisite foliage.

Armondo and Benjamin waited on us and the are the best!😁
This is an authentic Mexical vacation at a family oriented reeort.

We had a glorious vacation at Hacienda Del Mar.

They say that the staff is what makes or breaks a business.

All are wonderful and made our vacation memorable.

From Fresh Fruit, ample Bacon,
Many very tasty local dishes 
& fresh Pastries 
This is topped up with my holiday Favourite Unlimited 
Mimosas & great coffee!

I purchased a four-day all- inclusive vacation through Travelzoo for an "Ocean View Room."

They really make sure you're taken care of to have the best vacation experience.

If you want the perfect authentic Mexican vacation, Hacienda Del Mar is a great choice!

Everyone is so welcoming, so friendly, so helpful, that it enhances the entire vacation experience!
