This is a beautiful, all inclusive property with gorgeous views.

This 7 nights all-inclusive stay was the best trip ever!

The All Inclusive Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun, absolutely fits into this category.

Hotel: Live Aqua Cancun: Ocean Front – Premium Room King Bed – all inclusive: 4.5 Stars!

The food is better than most all inclusive resorts and I have stayed at more than 20.

I would recommend several other all inclusive in the Cancun area,

Third night we went to MB which is their nicest of the all-inclusive restaurants.

Ala carte food was quit average for an all inclusive.

Live Aqua was an all inclusive and adult only resort.

The resort as a whole is everything you could want in an all inclusive resort.

There are too many all inclusive resorts that offer a higher quality across the board for any of these areas to be skimped on.

but this place does not feel like a typical all inclusive resort, more like a hotel with a very nice pool and beach.

This hotel is the best all inclusive we have ever stayed in.

This resort also charges for normal amenities and is far from all inclusive.

This was an awesome and fun all-inclusive adult only resort.

This all-inclusive is awesome if you like low key grownup vibes.

Great beach and pool area and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

What truly was a unforgettable moment was Alfredo Santamaría coming down to meet us on the beach as lovely music was playing at the start of New Year’s Eve night.

But we gave our names and went for a brisk walk on the beach.

The food was amazing and the pool and Beach area were spectacular.

The beach and pool area were beautiful, nice and clean as well as heated

butlers, Eulalio and Chef Benedicto at Hidden Garden, Marco our smoothie guy, and Edouard on the beach.

but we had a really good time meeting new people, chilling on the beach and exploring downtown Cancun.

The property is beautiful and the beach is gorgeous.

The balcony was plenty big and we were able to see both the beach and bay.

Beach:
Walkability: You can walk for kilometers either North or South along this white sand beach.

The people that you could book the cabanas with and get the beach towels from were always very friendly and even remembered us each day.

The weather was mostly cloudy and rainy so we didn't hang at the pools or beach much.

Beach was clean and well attended for all of our needs.

Best part was the beach and pool areas with daily activities and fun!

Pros:
Beautiful beach with no seaweed

Variety of pools (they are pretty chilly if the outside temp is 75-82 F).

El Chef Chileno was very accommodating and kind.

After we were shown the hotel & room I thought it was new construction instead of over four decades old.

-so remember how I had the con for the construction next store?

They put us in a room next directly next to a construction zone.

We were initially placed on the right side of the hotel near the construction of the new RIU hotel which was very noisy, so the hotel was flexible and put us on the other side with an ocean view, making our 6th anniversary truly special.

I requested to change the room due to a lot of noise from constructions.

While there was construction next door, I didn’t hear it once.

Construction site next door was a major eye sore.

Imagine our shock on entering our garden view room after checking in , the whole view from the balcony is a construction site , not the type of garden view I had in mind when I booked !!

Cons: resort is older and needs some updates/maintenance, not many daily activities at the resort, location is not very private (noisy construction next door).

A large hotel is under construction next door, creating an intermittent noise problem for the next few months.

The daily construction noise was terrible and continued til 1 and sometime 2 am in the morning.

I was ok with the room until the 1st morning when I woke up and there was a lot of construction going on next door.

Be aware that “premium garden view rooms” may well place you on one side of the hotel facing a new construction next door, while the other side puts you over the mechanical plant and it’s constant noise.

I would ask for a room where you can’t see the construction – if possible.

Our room was room 1264 and should be blocked off until the construction is done.

When we were there, there was quite a bit of remodeling happening and we’re looking forward to going back and seeing the updates!

We could have looked over a construction site next door and not had the night time noise, so the couple of evenings of musical noise were not a bad trade off!

Neither Monse or Alajandra(manager) at the front check in counter was able to find me a room that wasn't extremely loud due to construction or from huge air vents for the hotel.

Very attentive and suggestive with meals.

The 6 restaurant selection and outside grilling food court gave many delicious choices no matter what meal you were eating.

The food was wonderful; high quality, smaller portions with interesting presentations, all with a professional and approachable staff.

The food was phenomenal as well as his Service.

At the end of our dinner he surprised us with these special plates with great conversation (not knowing we were here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary) so it was extra special!

Every course was fantastic and was our favorite meal at Lice Aqua.

Azur restaurant is a favorite for location on the resort.

The food for New Year’s Eve was great quality food, very well made, and presented.

The property is beautifully maintained and the food is just fabulous.

The food was delicious (I did get an upset tummy troubles into day 5 and 6 -

They definitely do not skimp out on the alcohol at the bars/restaurants which was a huge bonus

Also, Caeser at the Mb restaurant was incredible.

Our favorite was Azul, the Mediterranean restaurant.

As for the service personnel there cannot be enough said about their politeness and professionalism; Bartenders Rodulfo, Hiener, Jose, Damien, Edgar, Montserrat the Hostess and Evelyn who cleaned and refreshed the room daily.

Stayed in the aqua suite which is a really nice, well sized and well laid out room.

Room turnover was on point and they would come once to twice a day to clean depending on the occupancy of the room.

Housekeeping service was impeccable, the room was cleaned spotlessly everyday and the turndown service was a nice touch.

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted comfortable beds.

Amenities: The room well appointed with all of the necessities anyone would need.

I liked it from the word go – what’s not to like about  a whole load of floating yellow bath ducks floating on the water in the foyer entrance to the hotel :)
We had a garden view room, which also had a bit of a sea view, so we were more than happy, and it also had a balcony where you could sit out and just chill.

We had facials and massages and used the hydrotherapy, sauna, and  vapor room each day we had a service.

It was so special to meet someone who wanted to meet me given my special room requests for each vacation.

The resort is beautiful & the rooms are amazing.

The rooms are pristine and the place smells amazing.

The resort is absolutely stunning inside the hotel, the rooms, and whole around outside.

The entire resort is fastidiously clean, the rooms are modern and all of the amenities are in good working order.

After all of these interactions we had went to go hang in our room, our room was in the Mezzanine right above the AKA Bar.

The Good:
- Our Oceanfront King with Terrace room was very nice.

We got massages during our stay and it was personalized and the greatest massage I have ever gotten.

Rebecca in the lobby gives amazing hand massages and was very helpful with spa bookings.

I liked the beach area and the fact that on most days we could either sit on the breach loungers or book a cabana with its included foot massage.

It was relaxing, the spa services and attendants were some of the best that I have encountered with extensive traveling.

They helped us with check in, helped make spa and restaurant reservations and checked in consistently to make sure our stay was perfect.

The couples massage was one that made my husband fall in love with professional massages.

Alexandra, Hector, Flavio and Jonathan at the towel hut - thank you so much for always, without fail, setting us up in our cabana and scheduling my foot massages like clockwork.

Elena and Karina give the best foot massages ever!!!

Try the spa, they have excellent masseuses on staff.

If I'd known this, I would've budgeted it in to my trip

To conclude, this is a wonderful resort with many positives; the spa, amazing rooms, great choice of restaurants, immaculate grounds and near to the airport.

The hotel itself was great as well I appreciated the spa like feel and the crowd was great.

My wife and I did the couples massages and that was very relaxing.

It was cleaned daily and turned down at night with accompanying aromatherapy scents for our pillows.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Live Aqua for 8 nights in Dec 2023 and it was a magical experience.

Among the most opulent experiences in Cancun, this place stands out.

Cesar at MB stood out the most with his warmth and willingness to make our final meal unlike anything we experienced.

Their goal is to truly make your experience super special.

We had an excellent experience at the carnivore restaurant, they gave us the service from the Italian place and it was amazing

House Keeping: Our housekeeping experiences were wonderful.

The drinks service on the beach was the best that I had ever experienced as they came round often which for me was good for my water, sprite, or a cheeky cocktail (or two – I do like a pina colada or Cosmopolitan).

but is pretty much all vendors/shops that we experienced and that's not a positive thing.

The scents of the hotel were one thing we weren’t expecting and found to be such a cool thing as well making the experience that much more elegant and memorable.

This fact in and of itself says a lot about the experience you will find here.

I do have to say I had a great experience with all of the servers/staff at that restaurant and went back for breakfast as well.

We all had a great day on the beach making new memmories.

The beach is ok, and is roped off from vendors

Resort guests are kicked out of beach and pool chairs when ship passengers arrive.

The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to everything.

The guys at the pool and the beach are great.

We enjoyed very much the breakfast in restaurant right on the beach.

The girl who cleaned our room, Monica, was very good and so pleasant.

Happy hour at the pool and beach 11am-12 and 3-4pm.

Beach in front is great as are the pools.

but for the most part the area was looking great, beaches still needed to recoup some sand.

Jesus was awesome at the beach with chairs etc.

Incredible views from both the beach and the pool.

Walking distance to everything and right on the beach.

Guys at the beach (especially Carlos) were always available and accommodating.

This year our view from the pool is blocked by the Mango deck addition and they added cabanas on the beach in the front row that obstruct the ocean view.

The beach service guys are always top notch and will get you what you need.

I was walking along the beach and I saw that the place is clean and with air conditioning inside and the experience was extraordinary despite the fact that I was not a guest of the hotel and the work staff was excellent.

We are beach people as we love being by the ocean and mingle with the vendors when we choose to.

but respectful sales folks along the beach if you opt for a cabana rather than poolside.

The Casa Dorada Los Cabos Resort & Spa is near these landmarks: El Arco de Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo main square, Playa Grande, Chileno Beach, Playa Palmilla (Palmilla Beach), Playa Grande, Playa Grande, Medano Beach, Marina Cabo San Lucas, Playa Grande, Ivan Guaderrama Art Gallery, Playa del Amor, Mt.

The hotel is beautiful, immaculate, with a great view of the ocean, and a small swimming beach. It is very close to El Chileno, one of the most popular beaches in the area, with very pretty landscape and a first aid station (beware of jelly fish in here!)

The Office, Omega and Mango Deck have a lot going on which is great if you want to walk over a short distance to party and eat/drink on the sand on the beach.

It is close to many amazing restaurants- Roasted Grill, The Office, Esquina, and Edith's just to name a few!

Noel Mata Reyes, front office manager, and his team have done a great job taking care of every detail during our stay.

Good thing is the resort is located right next to the Mango Deck, Office, and Me Cabo resort which have an awesome vibe that you can join in.

Front Office Guest Service Mgr, Noel is very helpful & accomodating.

These things take your entire day and you are usually trapped in an office.

The Office & the Mango Deck are so close they feel as if they are part of the property.

Wonderful week with special kudos to Monica( in the office) , and Luis, Emilio, and Gabino at both the pool and beach 
They are wonderful longtime employees who make our family( especially our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren) feel special

We have enjoyed getting off the resort to enjoy Edith’s and The Office too-

You can walk to Mango Deck and The Office from the pool area which is right next to the hotel with a gate in the back with a security officer there to let you in and out of the gate.

So I was able to setup my office in the spacious 1-Br.

If you’re looking for a must-remember moment or simply want nice photos taken on vacation, stop by her office at the resort!

- The Office is a well-known icon, and we had some great food and drink there; definitely recommend.

When Luis, the lifeguard, was there he made sure none of the vendors would come directly up to your chair, touch you, and persist to try and sell their goods even when you have said "No thank you".

The lifeguard helped me out of the water and up the sand and the service at the beach really treated us like princess’s.

We used the chairs and food service out at the beach and everyone there was amazing as well, even the lifeguard was a joy to talk to.

Aleaessa (Lifeguard) was very friendly, attentive and made sure all guests in his area were comfortable and safe.

Specific staff at the hotel that made our trip extra enjoyable were Noel at the front desk, Ceasar at activities desk, Emilio and Daniel with beach service, Eleison the lifeguard is super friendly and helpful, and Carlos around the pool made us feel very welcome daily.

He was a life guard for a while and has moved into guest services recently.

While I believe his duties are that of the beach life guard, Luis is extremely customer service oriented.

My only complaint was being ask to do timeshare tours right after checking in.

Very friendly staff from the greeters at the front and back beach doors, bellmen, front desk, concierge, B bar bartender, Cristian at the hotel restaurant, the lifeguard at beach (sorry I don’t remember name

Luis the lifeguard and all the amazing waiters at the beach really make you feel taken care of.

Luis the lifeguard is the kindest and hardest working man on the beach.

Luis, lifeguard, was always there monitoring beach activities and people swimming in the ocean.

We felt VERY SAFE with COVID safe guards in place everywhere at the Hotel and throughout Cabo !!!

He was attentive and went beyond the call of duty during this crazy COVID 19 time. .

Luis the lifeguard is terrific, as mentioned in several other reviews, both watching as you swim and helping with the chairs and umbrellas.

To walk to the Marina and the "town" only took a few minutes or a quick uber ride.

There was a little walk to the marina and downtown Cabo,

Just minutes to walk to the marina where everything is located!

We easily walked to the marina area and downtown (daily).

The property is very conveniently located to many good restaurants, bars, the marina so that walking to everything is possible.

The location is perfect— looks right as Pelican Beach:  it’s directly on the beach:  10 minute walk from the marina.

It’s probably a 10 minute walk to the marina.

You can even walk to the marina, 2 outstanding restaurants next door (ediths) and other lunch places on the beach.
