We were checked into our room by Jorge who has also worked here for more than 10 years.

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful, as were all the staff we encountered.

staff come right to you to arrange check in and help coordinate a perfect stay.

We also enjoyed early check in which gave us a little more time to enjoy the resort.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary cocktail and given a tour of the hotel while our bags were brought to the room.

This result gives you a lot of free amenities such as: Welcome drinks at arrival + daily chips and guac + salsa , + corintas from 4-6.

My family & friends enjoyed from the luxury transportation to the welcoming of our arrival and their stay!

The service was outstanding throughout our stay starting with the pick up service at the airport, to how we were greeted upon arrival, to the service while dinning at the property restaurants, etc.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted with fresh Margaritas until the time they bid us farewell we were treated like valued guests.

Aside from the pure luxury of the hotel, the quality of the rooms, the food and most importantly the service, we were made to feel valued and special from the moment we arrived until they waved us off as we left.

When we first arrived at the Waldorf Astoria Pedregal we were met by Sergio and staff who informed us our room was ready.

Now as for an actual stay- we arrived and were spoiled the moment we got there.

Everything from airport arrival to airport departure was 100% perfect.

Fernando the GM came to great us upon our arrival and we we so happy to see so many employees still there that we know and love - Angel at the adult pool, Angel at the family pool, Eduardo, Pablo, Ricardo, Ivan, Arturo, and many more.

Elizabeth checked us in and provided amazing service throughout our stay.

From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with margaritas we were blown away by the amazing service.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, there wasn’t anything the staff at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos didn’t tend to with the utmost care.

Beautiful location, stunning pool + beach, great service BUT the worst culinary experience we have ever had at a 5 star hotel.

Pool staff, especially Carlos, is terrific and, as always, our concierge, Mariel Gomez, is fantastic!

Each room has its own plunge pool & balcony with daily amenities delivered to the room.

Other shout outs to staff--Johnathon the wine director, Guys at the pool Jonathan, Daniel, Luis and Alex.

JP and Fernando took great care of us at the pool.

The rooms are gorgeous and each have a beautiful terrace with a private plunge pool.

Carlos helped us by the pool for a majority of our stay, and he was great.

The pools were fantastic, the food was great and the staff was blow away!

Jim noticed guests in the pool had empty margarita glasses, and took the liberty to refill fresh glasses with the remaining margarita in the pitcher at their chairs and hand-deliver it to the guest's in the pool by walking across the edge of the infinity section of the pool.

The staff at the pools and restaurants were so friendly, and the concierges super helpful with planning and recommendations.

The bath, and the plunge pool were also very nice.

Fernando at the pool was always ready to greet us with a cold drink and a comfortable pool lounger.

Every single room has a beautiful stone patio with ocean views and a private plunge pool.

The resort has great customer service, and every room has a plunge pool which was very convenient.

The rooms are beautiful, we had the plunge pool with ours.

although they tried to contain the section to minimize the impact to the guests who were consolidated at the family pools.

but you feel overwhelmed with the attention they give you (Ricardo from the pool staff).

but the Pool/Bar team especially Jim and Alex were terrific.

I honestly can't think of one negative thing about this place, other than it was very expensive,

For one of the first times in my career, I can say it is worth the price they charge.

It is no longer the experience worth the price they are charging.

Also a shot price of Titos of $24+resort fee+gratituity seems a tad excessive even by 5 star NYC prices.

The only negative is the opulence comes with a commensurate price tag.

A room that was not as nice as I paid for THEN the management argued with me.

I would have to say the price of food is grossly inflated.

Diamond members can pay $10 for the buffet upgrade.

While the food is on the expensive side, all of our meals were delicious.

but it was quite expensive at $160+ each way.

but we don't feel they would appreciate it for the price, maybe when they're a bit older.

We used RD Travel for private airport transportation, and it worked out very well.

The most appreciated and totally unexpected service was the personal escort by Oscar who met our car at the airport (tip - don't try any other transport except the Waldorf-arranged private cars - it's a little bit more

We booked a private sunset dinner at La Palapa which surpassed every expectation.

The kids were in awe of our own private plunge pool which had a beautiful view of the ocean and was perfectly warmed.

We ended the trip with another private transportation ride to the airport from Jorge (Curious George)-so fun and wonderful!

The private plunge pool rooms are spectacular.

We could watch whales from our private plunge pool and the room had binoculars for better viewing.

Outdoor areas of the room were very private and we enjoyed sitting there watching the sea.

The room was perfect and left nothing to be desired - the private plunge pool was especially lovely.

Very private, upscale, meticulous, and loaded with amenities.

This hotel is PERFECT: perfect location, perfect facilities, perfect dining options, perfect rooms--all with private plunge pools; and a staff that is equally perfect.

Building 1 was quiet and super private during the day.

It’s not much more if you book a private ride on your own and we felt safer this way.

The inroom private dinning is amazing with every detail and thoughtful aspect accounted for completely.

Rooms are aesthetically pleasing and include a private dipping pool.

The service is unmatched at every turn and the resort is clean, beautiful and private.

The rooms were spectacular and our private plunge pool overlooking the ocean was beyond gorgeous.

And if i want hot meals i have to pay extra 20usd?

We’ve stayed at the Montage, Esperanza, and the Rosewood and their food is ALL incredible.

He drove us to Cocina Del Mar and offered to pick us up after dinner.

It's a short walk to the marina and numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and night clubs.

Great Mexican cultural immersion - from the tasteful decorations, mouth watering cuisine with a twist & authentic spa offering Mexican folk healing inspiration.

Longer waits in restaurants to get waters refilled and checks paid.

Compliments to Salvador and Joel in Don Manuel's restaurant.

El Farallon restaurant on property was amazing.

The food is excellent, and we love being greeted by the welcoming smiles of Cindy and Marie.

It was my 50th Birthday and everyone from our personal concierge, to the housekeepers to the restaurant server acknowledged the occasion every time we crossed paths for our 4-night stay. The staff were extraordinary - Fernando gave us excellent poolside service, each restaurant server was friendly and engaging (and each menu is surprisingly different and delicious!)

which is probably a good thing since we would have had no room for the fantastic fish at the Crudo bar come lunchtime.

We enjoyed a superb lunch at the restaurant.

The hotels proximity to the restaurants and nightlife at the Marina is a bonus and only a $7 Uber ride each way.

Restaurant staff greet you by name and remember your special occasions.

The chips & guac with drinks at dusk was nice touch and the rooms were very comfortable; there was a time we didn't leave for a few hours just to chill there and enjoy the plunge pool.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the views are incredible.

The room was beautiful, with touches of traditional Mexican decor.

The view is amazing, room is nice, and the staff is all so kind; we had a really great time there.

Best maid service ever -- our maid was simply the best we have ever seen with their attention to detail and impeccable service as we have stayed at many fine properties  -- Four Seasons, Kimptons, Intercontinentals, etc and this surpassed what we have experienced elsewhere around the world.

We stayed five nights for our honeymoon starting October 31st, and experienced luxury and excellent service at every turn.

however the service is simply world-class.

A year ago we visited for our honeymoon and it was breathtaking, what really set the resort apart was the service.

but the service is BY FAR the best I have ever experienced!!!

One of them helped us book a one-hour babysitting service for our tequila tasting without telling us that there’s a minimum of 2 hours.

I would say the level of service was closer to a Four Seasons than any other Waldorf we have stayed in (we have stayed in several) so that is an absolute plus on staying here.

Set amidst a 180 degree ocean view with plunge pools, infinity pools, world class spa, phenomenal restaurants, and exacting service.

This resort is top notch from top to bottom - the rooms were great, nice on site amenities - pools and gym and spa.

He greeted us every morning for breakfast and took care of everything (food, drinks, spa appointments, dinner reservations, and transportation) during our entire stay.

The spa - an overall nice experience, and while I know add-ons and upselling are part of the deal, the whole point of going to a spa is to relax.

The spa was breathtaking and I especially enjoyed my massage with Claudia.

We went to the spa 3 days in a row, and WOW!

As for the spa, please get one of the Moon treatments.

Nayeli concierge, Ivan spa attendant and all the breakfast staff were great.

He was very amicable and patient with us.

They were friendly, professional, and courteous.

Everything about the resort is terrific, starting and ending with their staff.

Just felt like the staffing was a bit less attentive or available than in the past.

Also, the hostesses Cindy and Shannon were ALWAYS greeting us with smiles and friendly conversation.

The property is unbelievable beautiful, and the hotel staff were tremendous in providing one of the best stays at a hotel I have ever experienced.

but the standout for me was the beautiful, precious housekeeper, Laura, who came by for turndown service on the eve of my actual birthday, presented me with pretty little flowers and gave me the most genuine hug I've ever experienced from a hotel staff member in my life!

Service at all the restaurants and pools was nothing short of perfect, with staff remembering our names days later and plenty of personalized touches that we didn't even have to ask for.

I was repeatedly amazed with the grace many exhibited when dealing with challenging guests.

They treat you as if you own the place and was unbelievable how kind everyone was.

They offer inclusive pick up to and from airport

When I was researching for our honeymoon, I wanted to prioritize good food since that's what folks seemed to have trouble with at most other all-inclusive resorts and we had never been to an all-inclusive before.

We’ve stayed at other adults only all inclusive resorts and were more impressed.

Truly the best all inclusive I have been to.

The all-inclusive aspect is so worth it—you can order endless drinks and food via their hotel app (the app is amazing) and try all their different restaurants!

They are all inclusive so you can enjoy food and drinks as much as you want,

While a little more expensive than some of the other all-inclusive resorts, it is worth very penny.

Definitely the best resort, all inclusive adult only.

I MUST say, this is THE best all inclusive we have ever stayed in.

Hadn’t experienced this before at an all inclusive.

The food was the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive hands down.

My wife and I had a wonderful time, which was due to two things:  (1) the great property and accommodations, which is all-inclusive and (2) the unbelievably wonderful and helpful staff.

We had a cabana around the pool and the pool team took great care of us.

Our ocean pool service team of Esteban and Valentina made each day at the pool relaxing and took care of our every need.

butlersSalvador, Ilse, Claudia and Josue made sure all our needs were taken care of including daily coffee and pastries to the room to watch the sunrise, lavender aromatherapy and pillows, all of our dinner reservations, golf and spa/salon treatments.

They make sure you’re always being taken care of and catered to.

The personal Butler Giovanni was outstanding made sure every activity dinner and anything we need was taken care of.

She took such good care of us the entire time we were there.

He took care of at the pool area throughout our entire stay.

They went above and beyond in taking care of us.

From the minute you arrive to when you check out you are treated with care.

All of the staff were  incredible and made sure we were well taken care of.

All week we were taking care of by our good friend Omar.

We went for a relaxing 10-year anniversary trip and could not have been more well-taken care of.

Every interaction we had was beyond positive and in many cases employees went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Got to see whales early morning, have drinks by the infinity pool.

It was a great place for relaxing by the pool.

We also appreciated Aaron, the moving bartender at the pool, for his wonderful drinks.

We always bring floaties for the pool and Sebastian, Raphael and Miguel made sure they were out everyday in the Diamond pool area for us to start our day in the pool.

Around the main pool, we had so many good servers- Alexandro (Alex), Raphael, Mauricio, Alfredo (great scalp massage & cucumbers for the eyes), Juan José, and more.

Service by the pool was top notch, our drinks were never empty and they even moved the umbrellas for us a few times for shade.

The pool staff, including Edna, were so fun and accommodating.

We also had several wonderful servers both at the restaurants we enjoyed and relaxing by the pool.

The pools were never too crowded, we had no issue getting reservations for activities we wanted to partake in, and the property is gorgeous.

Beautiful pools and easy access to the beach.

We spent each day lounging by the gorgeous pools, especially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

We had a less than enthusiastic pool server our first day,

While the grounds were clean, service was acceptable, pools, view excellent the food didn't consistently match the exterior quality and we really expected more from a '5 Diamond' resort.

From the rooms to the restaurants and the pools and beach, you will always be greeted by a kind smile and genuine willingness to make sure that you r stay is as enjoyable as possible.

but you pay for it:

- Watch out for discrimiation if you did not book directly.

I travel a lot and this did not thrill or disappoint, just not worth price.

For what we paid, I don’t think we got our moneys worth.

The only cons are the timeshare sales pitch on check-in, and the ridiculous prices of anything in the resort shops.

After waiting 9 months the experience and the expense registered as one of the worst vacations in memory.
