They offer inclusive pick up to and from airport

When I was researching for our honeymoon, I wanted to prioritize good food since that's what folks seemed to have trouble with at most other all-inclusive resorts and we had never been to an all-inclusive before.

We’ve stayed at other adults only all inclusive resorts and were more impressed.

Truly the best all inclusive I have been to.

The all-inclusive aspect is so worth it—you can order endless drinks and food via their hotel app (the app is amazing) and try all their different restaurants!

They are all inclusive so you can enjoy food and drinks as much as you want,

While a little more expensive than some of the other all-inclusive resorts, it is worth very penny.

Definitely the best resort, all inclusive adult only.

I MUST say, this is THE best all inclusive we have ever stayed in.

Hadn’t experienced this before at an all inclusive.

The food was the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive hands down.

My wife and I had a wonderful time, which was due to two things:  (1) the great property and accommodations, which is all-inclusive and (2) the unbelievably wonderful and helpful staff.

This is an all inclusive Resort and it truly is all inclusive.

Le Blanc Resorts  are the best in world for all-inclusive resorts.

Food and drinks were exceptional for an all inclusive, with plenty of options to choose from and you could always order room service if restaurants were closed for the night.

Le Blanc is an all-inclusive experience that exceeded expectations and a worthy investment!

Miguel and Paul made us feel so welcome, and took AMAZING care of us.

He truly went over and above to not only take care of our family needs

butlers, Elvis and Laura, were AMAZING - they worked tirelessly to take care of our requests and to ensure our needs were being met.

Our Butlers on the 10th floor were super helpful and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.

Took care of anything and everything we could have asked for.

They came up and said hello and took good amazing care of us the rest of the trip.

We had a cabana around the pool and the pool team took great care of us.

Our ocean pool service team of Esteban and Valentina made each day at the pool relaxing and took care of our every need.

butlersSalvador, Ilse, Claudia and Josue made sure all our needs were taken care of including daily coffee and pastries to the room to watch the sunrise, lavender aromatherapy and pillows, all of our dinner reservations, golf and spa/salon treatments.

They make sure you’re always being taken care of and catered to.

The personal Butler Giovanni was outstanding made sure every activity dinner and anything we need was taken care of.

She took such good care of us the entire time we were there.

He took care of at the pool area throughout our entire stay.

They went above and beyond in taking care of us.

From the minute you arrive to when you check out you are treated with care.

All of the staff were  incredible and made sure we were well taken care of.

All week we were taking care of by our good friend Omar.

We went for a relaxing 10-year anniversary trip and could not have been more well-taken care of.

Every interaction we had was beyond positive and in many cases employees went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

in that I left my wallet at a shop in Cabo during a half day town tour, and snorkeling at Chileno Beach.

but you pay for it:

- Watch out for discrimiation if you did not book directly.

I travel a lot and this did not thrill or disappoint, just not worth price.

For what we paid, I don’t think we got our moneys worth.

The only cons are the timeshare sales pitch on check-in, and the ridiculous prices of anything in the resort shops.

After waiting 9 months the experience and the expense registered as one of the worst vacations in memory.

To add insult to injury,  by accident my wife's expensive belt was ruined by housekeeping.

though extremely pricey ($1000 for a couples massage)

Cons:
- more of a general con for Cabo- the hotel backs right up to a busy highway (all of them do).

We didn’t get all the details so we ended up booking a tour that we thought was included and had to pay a lot of money at the end.

There are several types of cabana's for day rentals ranging from a simple cabana with lounge chairs to a much larger and more expensive lounge with the addition of a large TV, sitting area with small table and I think a small refrigerator.

I emailed the concierge back, letting them know that even at a five star, 5 diamond Michelin resort, a massage would never cost this much.

but the prices of these items were inflated.

You are limited to where and how much you can use for their overpriced services.

You can only use $250 towards a spa treatment…too bad most of those treatments cost way more than that!!!

I’m giving this resort a 5/5 because they did everything you’d expect and more for an expensive, luxury all-inclusive.

For example, we were given $150 and told we could only use it for tax on spa activities or soap or air freshener that is being sold for $100.

but not sure I would have paid the extra from it given how great the pretty much every view was.

though we showed them their own emails stating that we had “paid in full”, we had to pay to get them to let us leave.

(Except Le Blanc which is most expensive and gets the lowest discount 🤔).

If I had to share something that they could improve, I would say that they should pay more attention to the personal information on your profile.

Again I just paid $1000 dollars per night and cannot eat at the restaurants  I have already paid for??

We appreciated chef Juan who cooked for us on the whale watching cruise and for our two private dinners.

but two, and every single meal was perfect.

Special shout out to Dulce, Oscar, and Miguel at Blanc International Restaurant for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The sushi restaurant Yama was our favorite

The resort has 5 restaurant and each one is exquisite !

Food is really delicious and with lots of different options at all the different restaurants it never got repetitive.

Its ok, food, drink, entertainment was very down the middle for how much it is.

We enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the entertainment they had everyday!

Although we had great service and a good meal at Yama, the morning breakfast buffet, and Blanc Pizza.

We ate there every morning and with my allergies, they were particularly attentive.

The octopus ceviche is spectacular, as were the tuna tostadas.

We went straight to our favourite restaurant Ocean on the beach.

Outstanding restaurant award this week for dinner goes to Bella for the food and Oliver's service.

My dad and I also really enjoyed the cocktail class with Aaron and Julia.

We travel with food allergies, and the waitstaff at the restaurants were all amazing at helping us navigate menus.

The food was some of the best we’ve ever experienced!

If you’re looking for an amazing experience and vacation Le Blanc is a MUST!

We went to San Jose de Cabo to find a heartbeat and it was amazing to have real food and experience culture.

In summary, I have respect for the LeBlanc brand, and I have also provided this feedback to the Le Blanc Los Cabos management - I hope the comments are taken in the spirit of improving guest experience and sustainability in the hospitality industry.

Our expectation was that it would be an even better experience with a higher level of service and if possible even more amazing food.

All in all, it was a very memorable experience and we want to thank all the staff that were there during our stay from Nov 28-Dec 8th.

Another outstanding service experience was with Roberto at Yama (where the sushi is fantastic!).

Shoutout to Alicia and the bartenders at Blanc Fire, Angel at Blanc Ocean for the great drink and food recommendations, and the wonderful pool concierges, servers, and bartenders for the most relaxing experience.

I am very thankful and pleased with our wonderful experience here.

but I didn’t realize just how exceptional my experience would be, largely thanks to Manny.

Our dining experiences at the resort got better with each meal.

butler experience was especially awesome.

but decided to try Le Blanc for the elevated experience this time.

Manny is fantastic, he hosts all of the games and made my experience fantastic.

Year after year, we go back for the quality experiences.

From our pickup at the airport to check in with Claudia & Angel (our concierges), it was a seamless experience.

Walking off the all inclusive perks 😂.

We booked an all-inclusive package with ocean front room via Costco along with other family members.

The drinks and food quality is really good for being an all inclusive resort.

The food was delicious…don’t be afraid to try something new on your all-inclusive!

Our kids enjoyed the all-inclusive aspect and overall had a good time.

Did the all inclusive option for 3 days and it was the best way to do it.

Each room has a small fridge with beer, soda and candy which is part of the all inclusive.

It is rare to find this level of food quality at an all inclusive resort.

We stayed for 6 days with the all-inclusive package and enjoyed the beach, the pool and the entertainment.

We have enjoyed all the restaurants, food quality is among the best we have had at an all inclusive.

He cared for us like family, treated us like royalty from start to finish…I have been going to all inclusive hotels for over a decade and Hector gets it, 100%.

Another enjoyable trip here, would highly recommend for an all-inclusive vacation.

The food and drinks were well worth the price of the all-inclusive.

Breakfast buffet (including mimosas) alone was worth the all inclusive.

There is a public beach that is swimmable called Chileno Beach about 10 minutes away from the  resort.

but you can drive to El Chileno Beach, is about 10 minutes drive from the hotel heading towards San Jose del Cabo.

+The fried octopus at the mexican restaurant was great.

We enjoyed a magic, mystery & comedy show, listened to a mariachi band and watched a traditional Mexican Folklórico show on the beach.

From the wonderful shows like Michael Jackson & Elvis to daily water aerobics, to the truly fabulous Mexican night and other fun events, the entertainment staff at this resort really shines!!

She entertainer everyone during an evening dinner with incredible authentic Mexican cuisine.

To all at the Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, it is always like coming home to a true Mexican family!

Thank you Marco for your hospitality and Mexican coffee as well!

You have to REALLY like seafood and Mexican food if you’re coming here.

- Ceviche restaurant was very good, the Mexican restaurant was DELICIOUS.

The other thing to say is that they do a much better job with Mexican or American food than they do with other cuisines.

There is a room with AC (that becomes Mexican restaurant at night) that you can sit down for breakfast

But overall we had a great time and the events were amazing (by the beach Mexican party and 4th of July).

Michael Jackson, Mexican Fiesta, Brenda and others performing at fire pit, we went to the magic show twice as we were in for 9 nights.

We were especially thankful for Marco who made us delicious Mexican coffee.

Danny and Nester served Mexican coffee at La Bodega.

Food I would say is 7 out of 10 for a sushi place at a Mexican resort.

Chef Armando Martinez in the Mexican restaurant and Chef Armando Martinez in the Italian restaurant made us feel at home.

He topped off our dinner with a fabulous show by making us Mexican Coffee!

Best steaks I’ve had on a resort, incredible Mexican wine selection and the outside seating has amazing views!

however, look at the price differences of booking directly with a company though.

I asked again what the price was and was told the same thing that the price was $45 US dollars.

Still would not recommend the sushi restaurant as a service as second rate,

We were put into a room with loud construction that went on each day we were there until 6:00 p.m.  We were looking forward to a relaxing, enjoyable time and paid premium dollars for the all inclusive resort.

In the end, when I refused to pay this erroneous charge, the staff member told me he agreed that it was not right, and had me write a statement saying that I refused to pay the extra charge.

And very confused why they wouldn’t book 3 more nights at the same rate-ish we paid. Crazy.

Cons -  is the cost of the All-Inclusive for those not staying in the hotel, and it is away from town.

food is basically something you would find at a trailer park buffet unless you pay extra to upgrade your menu !

Way overpriced for what you get in return!

The staff specially at the pool ceviche restaurant area is terrible, specially victor and the pool manager, here is the reasons why I do this review to this hotel: 

1) Victor and the pool manager kept bothering my group asking for payment immediately because we didn’t have the bracelet active for the whole inclusive deal (We were aware our bracelet wasn’t active for that day to have the same drinks and food including, we did not refused to pay for the service,

but the water is cold
-The menus have prices on them which was confusing.

The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that there was barely any music being played through out the resort (we wished it has more party vibes at times) and that after asking the front desk for more waters, they stop at 3 and said we needed to pay for the extra waters ..

but for EVERY dinner meal to have to pay extra for non special items that’s ridiculous!

At the moment, you have to pay extra if you are in the all-inclusive

but instead were sent a link that required payment,  which we did, when we arrived and told them that we paid, we were told to make up for the error we'd be comped the extra $30pp charge for dinner at the steak house.

You pay the same price as you would if they had the actualy spa.

Adriana and Rodrigo, the dynamic duo at the Peninsula Restaurant, welcomed us with a smile each day, offered many great recommendations, and provided the most memorable dining experiences we had during our stay.

Fiesta Americana resort is amazing, the whale watching this time of year is breathtaking, the restaurants are always accommodating and the views of the ocean can’t be beat, our son really enjoyed the Fiesta Kids Club, the girls there are so kind and helpful, Dylan was excited every day to return to play at the kids club.

Peninsula Restaurant for lunch was amazing.

Peninsula (Lunch Service) - fantastic food and service, you have to get the servers  Rodrigo Ramirez and Marco Ramirez a raise since they made the experience so much better!

I highly recommend this restaurant and if you decide to dine here then definitely ask for Rigoberto!

but they are perfect to sleep in as we spent almost all of our time out by the pool and at the various bars/restaurants around the resort.

my boy Rigoberto provided amazing service i wish i could eat here everyday.

We would order room service and sit out on the balcony to whale watch.

Alex Santos & Armando are the best waiters…we ate breakfast with them every morning during our trip this year, last year & the year prior.

The pizzas, burgers, and guacamole and chips were all on point!

but they were more attentive than full service restaurants!

From being greeted with margaritas at check-in to being given a hug on our last day by our wait/table staff person whose dining area we sat in at breakfast every day - this all-inclusive resort was top-notch for our family.

Overall, a great all inclusive that I will return to.

The service is the best of any all-inclusive we have been to.

That’s why I like all inclusive resorts as you meet so many people.

I want to preface my review by saying this was my first all-inclusive experience.

And for anyone thinking we may have set our expectations too high for an all-inclusive resort just know we have stayed at 2 previous, ones in Puerto Vallarta and one in St Lucia and our experience at the Hotel RIU Palace couldn't have been more different.

Great all-inclusive - dinners were fabulous and you couldn't get a better view.

The all-inclusive meals were top-notch, offering a variety of options to satisfy any palate.

Staff was great, food was all you can expect from all inclusive Buffet had great selection and was my go to.

First time staying at Rui All Inclusive resort.

Excellent Resort with all amenities, all inclusive option is the best.

It was our first trip to Cabo, and our third all-inclusive experience.

The restaurants were good, despite the food being very repetitive, as it’s all inclusive.

We’ve stayed at other all inclusive resorts with less volume and this is by far the best.
