They offer inclusive pick up to and from airport

When I was researching for our honeymoon, I wanted to prioritize good food since that's what folks seemed to have trouble with at most other all-inclusive resorts and we had never been to an all-inclusive before.

We’ve stayed at other adults only all inclusive resorts and were more impressed.

Truly the best all inclusive I have been to.

The all-inclusive aspect is so worth it—you can order endless drinks and food via their hotel app (the app is amazing) and try all their different restaurants!

They are all inclusive so you can enjoy food and drinks as much as you want,

While a little more expensive than some of the other all-inclusive resorts, it is worth very penny.

Definitely the best resort, all inclusive adult only.

I MUST say, this is THE best all inclusive we have ever stayed in.

Hadn’t experienced this before at an all inclusive.

The food was the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive hands down.

My wife and I had a wonderful time, which was due to two things:  (1) the great property and accommodations, which is all-inclusive and (2) the unbelievably wonderful and helpful staff.

This is an all inclusive Resort and it truly is all inclusive.

Le Blanc Resorts  are the best in world for all-inclusive resorts.

Food and drinks were exceptional for an all inclusive, with plenty of options to choose from and you could always order room service if restaurants were closed for the night.

Le Blanc is an all-inclusive experience that exceeded expectations and a worthy investment!

Miguel and Paul made us feel so welcome, and took AMAZING care of us.

He truly went over and above to not only take care of our family needs

butlers, Elvis and Laura, were AMAZING - they worked tirelessly to take care of our requests and to ensure our needs were being met.

Our Butlers on the 10th floor were super helpful and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.

Took care of anything and everything we could have asked for.

They came up and said hello and took good amazing care of us the rest of the trip.

We had a cabana around the pool and the pool team took great care of us.

Our ocean pool service team of Esteban and Valentina made each day at the pool relaxing and took care of our every need.

butlersSalvador, Ilse, Claudia and Josue made sure all our needs were taken care of including daily coffee and pastries to the room to watch the sunrise, lavender aromatherapy and pillows, all of our dinner reservations, golf and spa/salon treatments.

They make sure you’re always being taken care of and catered to.

The personal Butler Giovanni was outstanding made sure every activity dinner and anything we need was taken care of.

She took such good care of us the entire time we were there.

He took care of at the pool area throughout our entire stay.

They went above and beyond in taking care of us.

From the minute you arrive to when you check out you are treated with care.

All of the staff were  incredible and made sure we were well taken care of.

All week we were taking care of by our good friend Omar.

We went for a relaxing 10-year anniversary trip and could not have been more well-taken care of.

Every interaction we had was beyond positive and in many cases employees went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

in that I left my wallet at a shop in Cabo during a half day town tour, and snorkeling at Chileno Beach.

Still gorgeous to look at whether you are in the infinity pool or digging your toes into the sand.

Nonetheless the new year celebrations were fantastic and the pools were amazing!

Julia is one of the entertainment coordinators, she is super fun and plans many exciting activities by the pool.

Got to see whales early morning, have drinks by the infinity pool.

It was a great place for relaxing by the pool.

We also appreciated Aaron, the moving bartender at the pool, for his wonderful drinks.

We always bring floaties for the pool and Sebastian, Raphael and Miguel made sure they were out everyday in the Diamond pool area for us to start our day in the pool.

Around the main pool, we had so many good servers- Alexandro (Alex), Raphael, Mauricio, Alfredo (great scalp massage & cucumbers for the eyes), Juan José, and more.

Service by the pool was top notch, our drinks were never empty and they even moved the umbrellas for us a few times for shade.

The pool staff, including Edna, were so fun and accommodating.

We also had several wonderful servers both at the restaurants we enjoyed and relaxing by the pool.

The pools were never too crowded, we had no issue getting reservations for activities we wanted to partake in, and the property is gorgeous.

Beautiful pools and easy access to the beach.

We spent each day lounging by the gorgeous pools, especially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

We had a less than enthusiastic pool server our first day,

While the grounds were clean, service was acceptable, pools, view excellent the food didn't consistently match the exterior quality and we really expected more from a '5 Diamond' resort.

From the rooms to the restaurants and the pools and beach, you will always be greeted by a kind smile and genuine willingness to make sure that you r stay is as enjoyable as possible.

but you pay for it:

- Watch out for discrimiation if you did not book directly.

I travel a lot and this did not thrill or disappoint, just not worth price.

For what we paid, I don’t think we got our moneys worth.

The only cons are the timeshare sales pitch on check-in, and the ridiculous prices of anything in the resort shops.

After waiting 9 months the experience and the expense registered as one of the worst vacations in memory.

To add insult to injury,  by accident my wife's expensive belt was ruined by housekeeping.

though extremely pricey ($1000 for a couples massage)

Cons:
- more of a general con for Cabo- the hotel backs right up to a busy highway (all of them do).

We didn’t get all the details so we ended up booking a tour that we thought was included and had to pay a lot of money at the end.

There are several types of cabana's for day rentals ranging from a simple cabana with lounge chairs to a much larger and more expensive lounge with the addition of a large TV, sitting area with small table and I think a small refrigerator.

I emailed the concierge back, letting them know that even at a five star, 5 diamond Michelin resort, a massage would never cost this much.

but the prices of these items were inflated.

You are limited to where and how much you can use for their overpriced services.

You can only use $250 towards a spa treatment…too bad most of those treatments cost way more than that!!!

I’m giving this resort a 5/5 because they did everything you’d expect and more for an expensive, luxury all-inclusive.

For example, we were given $150 and told we could only use it for tax on spa activities or soap or air freshener that is being sold for $100.

but not sure I would have paid the extra from it given how great the pretty much every view was.

though we showed them their own emails stating that we had “paid in full”, we had to pay to get them to let us leave.

(Except Le Blanc which is most expensive and gets the lowest discount 🤔).

If I had to share something that they could improve, I would say that they should pay more attention to the personal information on your profile.

Again I just paid $1000 dollars per night and cannot eat at the restaurants  I have already paid for??

The food was some of the best we’ve ever experienced!

If you’re looking for an amazing experience and vacation Le Blanc is a MUST!

We went to San Jose de Cabo to find a heartbeat and it was amazing to have real food and experience culture.

In summary, I have respect for the LeBlanc brand, and I have also provided this feedback to the Le Blanc Los Cabos management - I hope the comments are taken in the spirit of improving guest experience and sustainability in the hospitality industry.

Our expectation was that it would be an even better experience with a higher level of service and if possible even more amazing food.

All in all, it was a very memorable experience and we want to thank all the staff that were there during our stay from Nov 28-Dec 8th.

Another outstanding service experience was with Roberto at Yama (where the sushi is fantastic!).

Shoutout to Alicia and the bartenders at Blanc Fire, Angel at Blanc Ocean for the great drink and food recommendations, and the wonderful pool concierges, servers, and bartenders for the most relaxing experience.

I am very thankful and pleased with our wonderful experience here.

but I didn’t realize just how exceptional my experience would be, largely thanks to Manny.

Our dining experiences at the resort got better with each meal.

butler experience was especially awesome.

but decided to try Le Blanc for the elevated experience this time.

Manny is fantastic, he hosts all of the games and made my experience fantastic.

Year after year, we go back for the quality experiences.

From our pickup at the airport to check in with Claudia & Angel (our concierges), it was a seamless experience.

butlers Isac, Beatrice and Scarlett and Concierge, Angel made every day a terrific experience.

We took a taxi to Chileno Beach (must see) and rented chairs, umbrellas and a stocked cooler (water and beer) from a local business (ask the concierge) which made for a great beach day.

Allowed us to do day trips to Chileno Beach (awesome for snorkeling – free parking), restaurants, both downtowns, groceries, etc.

Recommend the fish tacos grilled at the pool restaurant

There are multiple pools and plenty of chairs.

the pool area and pool are quite nice and very enjoyable.

Two separate happy hours at the pool deck regularly produced over-served and inebriated guests.

This is a beautiful resort, amazing pools and staff provided excellent service.

Alex did an excellent job leading a fun water aerobics class at the pool.

Staff was very nice and the food at the pool and El Ciruelo was delicious.

The bar and (Edgar, Jorge ) pool attendants and Activities Leaders (Charlie, Carlos) were extremely personable, and there were a lot of them- many employees on hand.

The building was beautiful, the rooms had a great of the water, the different pools were a lot of fun, and we enjoyed the meals.

Service was excellent, and I enjoyed the swimming pool bar, as well as the Restaurants.

Refreshing pool overlooking the sparkling Sea of Cortez, with humpback whales spouting offshore--can't beat it!

By the pool, Ricardo and David were super attentive and we always had a snack or drink if needed.

Also, if you are a surfer, you can be at The Rock / Zippers in 5 minutes from this hotel and easily surf and be back at the Westin pool in 1.5 hours total.

Also got back to our room at 4 pm from pool and still had not had maid service.

Happy hour from 12-1 at one pool bar and 3-4 at another.

The resort is beautiful, pool is warm, great activities.

The pool area and swim up bar were so nice.

Thank you for giving us parents some quiet time by the pool.

So, if you are staying there due to a "vacation package" and paid a very low price that was conditioned on a sales presentation, you get what you paid for.

The properties shown were available without their expensive prepaid points and often at a lower price.

Drinks too expensive for what you get $16 for a drink and it came in a no more that 12oz glass and most of the time in a plastic regular glass as if it was a cheap hotel.

but the value of our missing items almost cost as much as the stay.

Prices at this resort are way to expensive.

Only downside is that you can’t swim in the ocean and some menu items are incredibly overpriced.

but the resort list pricing of rooms seemed far too high for the value.

Don't expect inexpensive Mexico prices at the resort.

We dined at their restaurants and the food was so bad we started cooking because we were being charged NY prices in Mexico.

My only negative about this resort is it’s a decent Uber to go anywhere and everything is very expensive at the resort.

I think they know I have no recourse since it is paid for, so this is the only recourse I have.

Also, the mercado has very limited options and is extremely expensive.

My only negative comment would be that The Spa is way over priced for the quality of services.

Food was a bit expensive and we ate into town or bought groceries for the 5 days we stayed, that saved us a whole lot

but warning, if you have drinks and a signature meal it can be 4x as expensive as the first two.

The pools are clean, the waitstaff was great, and the food was good.

They have very few restaurants and it is a good thing we were there for just 4 nights.

A rental car is handy for grocery shopping at Fresko's or Walmart and exploring local, budget-friendly eateries.

Ubers were super easy and the restaurants in the area of San Jose are exceptional.

Plan to either eat out or stop at the market to cook in unit or on one of the grills.

The Concierge's were excellent (Leo, Nancy, Dolce, and Magdalena) helping us book golf, restaurants, and activities.

The on resort restaurants were very very good and authentic.

The food all around Cabo and San Jose is amazing.

Adriana works at the restaurant and is so sweet and on top of everything.

They helped us find food spots, beach spots, and were so helpful!

Dinner buffets were great each of the nights and reasonably priced.

Food was excellent, the resort is in a great location, very easy to get to every where we wanted to go.

Easy Uber ride into San Jose del Cabo for the Art Walk, Flora Farms, and several restaurants recommended by staff!

He gave us many helpful hints about the resort and Cabo in general.

So, prefacing this by saying that we are Westin owners,

First, the people there are very friendly and helpful because our overall rating on this resort is "just OK" and I did not want to minimize the employees because they are great.

The other staff were friendly and helpful.

I am a Westin owner in St. John USVI and I rarely go to other resorts

The activities staffs were willing participants in any game or activity.

The activity staff was better than anywhere I’ve been!

A very fun diversity of experiences available supported by a wonderful staff all with the backdrop of breathtaking views.

EVERYONE is genuinely happy and helpful and attentive.

The Villa side was like a visit to an assisted living center and the rooms we less than average.

The staff were all so genuinely kind to us, Alex in particular!

We appreciated his and the staff’s attentiveness and sincerity.

What made our stay particularly delightful was the staff.

Once in the room we were greated by the stunning views on our balcony.

The views of the water and mountains were beautiful and romantic.

Both had beautiful oceanfront views and we could see the sunrise and the sunset from our room every day.

The setting at the beach offered incredible sunrises and sunsets that we took advantage of every day.

The view from the balcony is truly beautiful as well.

OCEAN: If you are a competent swimmer there are swimmable days out front.

Advertised and booked a full ocean view room.

Rooms are spacious, ocean view was great, beds nice comfortable, nice spacious bathrooms.

Watching the sunrise from the beach is breathtaking.

The views from the pool were absolutely amazing.

Great food, great rooms, amazing view — something for everyone!

The views all throughout the location are insane.

Now I’m sitting poolside and enjoying the view of the ocean’s  waves.

We slept wonderfully, the view was awesome.

We had a 2 bedroom 9th floor room with an amazing ocean view.

Walking off the all inclusive perks 😂.

We booked an all-inclusive package with ocean front room via Costco along with other family members.

The drinks and food quality is really good for being an all inclusive resort.

The food was delicious…don’t be afraid to try something new on your all-inclusive!

Our kids enjoyed the all-inclusive aspect and overall had a good time.

Did the all inclusive option for 3 days and it was the best way to do it.

Each room has a small fridge with beer, soda and candy which is part of the all inclusive.

It is rare to find this level of food quality at an all inclusive resort.

We stayed for 6 days with the all-inclusive package and enjoyed the beach, the pool and the entertainment.

We have enjoyed all the restaurants, food quality is among the best we have had at an all inclusive.

He cared for us like family, treated us like royalty from start to finish…I have been going to all inclusive hotels for over a decade and Hector gets it, 100%.

Another enjoyable trip here, would highly recommend for an all-inclusive vacation.

The food and drinks were well worth the price of the all-inclusive.

Breakfast buffet (including mimosas) alone was worth the all inclusive.

 doing all inclusive which I 100% recommend!

He hustled all day long taking impeccable care of us and many other hotel guests on a crazy busy day!
