our water socks were fantastic on the beach and in the water.

We had a beach cabana our first day, which was perfect,

The resort is beautiful, with a gorgeous beach, palm trees and stunning swimming pool.

She, along with Monica, also went above and beyond to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

This is a very large property right on the beach.

You can swim in the cove area of the ocean

We took an Uber to the marina one day and another to check out a restaurant at San Jose.

The beach is swimable as well (bring water shoes it’s rocky) The room is also very nice.

but nice restaurants and beach side food services.

From the welcome hibiscuss margaritas, to the multi levels of pools, to the beachfront bar, the quality of service, the spaciousness of our room, and the quality of servous throught.

On this particular trip my husband and I decided to the private dinner on the beach, something we have never done before.

Pool, beach, food, drinks, etc were all top notch.

Hilton Los Cabos is well located- near Palmilla, Cabo Del Sol and Los Cabos & San Jose.

Covid 19 test was offered at the hotel, which was very convenient.

We always have a great time, the food is excellent, the swimmable beach and access to water activities on the beach is very convenient and is a great perk since many hotels in the Corridor area do not have swimmable beaches.

The amenities are great, everything is super convenient.

The covid testing can be done right on site ($30 pp) - which makes it super convenient in the current climate.

The had on-site COVID testing for your trip home, which was super convenient,

Simple elegance, with sophisticated convenience.

The hotel provided quick and convenient Covid test which we really appreciated.

The room, views, pools, etc.. was excellent and being in between the two towns kept it quiet and convenient.

Very convenient location 15 minutes to San Jose Del Cabo and 20 to Cabo San Lucas.

We had convenient access to San Jose de Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, with the relaxation of being removed from a city environment.

Great views of the Sea of Cortez, updated facility, and friendly staff provides an ideal May getaway.

There is an onsite National car rental which was convenient.

We wanted a day to sightsee so the car was convenient.

It’s a good option for cheap seafood tacos next to a convenient bus stop off highway.

but it was amazing that there was an on site National/Enterprise that made it so convenient and easy.

Only complaint, which is not hotel's fault at all, is that it got somewhat loud due to a wedding in the hotel next door on one of the evenings.

Through no fault of their own we did not have power besides a generator for the next three days… They pilled off miracles, still having our group functions and treating us like kings and queens!… The generator provided a ceiling fan, a bathroom light and perhaps one plug in each of the rooms until the power was restored…

I am in awe of these 2 MAJOR Experiences I had at the Hilton los Cabos… Seven years apart, and as stellar  as they were then, they still are now!

but still I don’t blame them because in the end of the day hilton paying them maybe 10$ a day
And charging you absurd amounts for drinks and food on top of unfair rates per night.

After arguing with the guy taking my order I eventually talked him into having the chefs make food.

Obviously, Covid is still having a significant impact on travelers -

It is not their fault they are having to deliver great service under the duress of construction.

but I have never seen so many timeshare people, ignore them, be warned.

What he ended up getting was grilled steak or carnitas with cheese, not their fault as I think it was simply a misunderstanding and we recognize it is unusual ask.

The one and only downfall, is that there usually aren't very many kids there, so there aren't always kids for my child to play with (but that isn't the fault of the hotel - they do have a kid's club, a playset, and the pools are fantastic).

but there is one issue that anyone coming here should consider that is not their fault.

They are on their cell phone even when we come up tot he desk and totally ignore us (Alfredo) and the younger guy has no recommendations for anything beyond the two restaurants at the hotel.

They are now charging for stupid things like a chair at the pool.

These events had very little impact on our use of the hotel facilities.

Down by the pool we loved the service from David and Eduardo.

The pool staff will help in moving umbrellas around and make sure you have everything you need for your time there.

Hooray to Josaphat  of Lena restaurant who took care of us attentively while at the pool area.Also worth mentioning us Luis who is in charge of the hatched turtles in the premises and releasing the babies to the ocean .

The new additions of plunge pools, enhanced restaurants, new pools and cabanas are amazing.

but it's right next to another large pool.

The staff was friendly, beautiful pools, the resort is empty because it’s no one hardly there, no entertainment, no DJ, no fun in the sun, it’s like an old retirement resort.

I would like to single out Gabriel and his team at Vela restaurant which is located at pool level and is an amazing dinner experience.

They have multiple  infinity pools which were amazing.

In the main pool, we met many great servers/bartenders who also got to know us by name.

This hotel rates as one of my best in terms of room, restaurant, pool, beach side access.

Overall the staff outside around the pool were so nice and helped with locating chairs,drinks and food.

So many staff members who are now family - Andres at the front, Fernando, Esteban, Luis, Froylan at the pools, Carolina, Alfonso, Luis and the staff at Vela, and Ms. Ana Food and Beverage Director - they all go the “extra mile” in making sure you are happy, and well taken care of while you are there - I’m a “Raving Fan”
of Hilton Los Cabos!

Christian gave us great service, and the peace and quiet and refreshment of the infinity pool are exactly what we needed!

Very quiet and relaxing, with the exception of a large convention at the end of our trip which was a little obnoxious.

Our only complaint is we had an ocean front room on the second floor and were awaken early every morning by the service staff.

They have partned with Wild Canyon adventures for jet skis, kayaks, side c sides and paddle boards right on sight.

Our premier suite is so lovely, clean, quiet with a beautiful view.

It was a nice and quiet resort so we were able to fully relax.

2nd trip to Hilton LC with family friends for a Christmas/NYE getaway.The resort is beautiful, the rooms were excellent and well appointed (we loved our plunge pool suite until noisy neighbors moved in and changed the afternoon/evening tranquility vibe with loud music and cannon balling into their pool).

If you want to e-foil, jet ski, zip line and like, head down to the beach office and ask for Rasheed - he's the best!

The Infinity Pool and the beach were so much fun, we never did make it to the adult pool, and we never felt out of place where we were, it was not too noisy.

All staff wore masks and the entire hotel was very clean, with constant attention to detail by the staff.

Just so you don't have to read on if you want to hear "the bad", I will go there next and then follow with more of the great details about the resort.

Everything was great from the beautiful property, spacious rooms, helpful staff, and the quiet beach front.

It is wonderful to hear the crashing waves and the birds again.

The pool area was always nice and quiet and limited amount of children splashing/screaming.

This property is grown the grown who are looking for peace and quiet without a party vibe, bc you’re not super central to clubs,

There is an adults only section of the pool, so relaxing and quiet.

The hotel was at about 40% capacity due to Covid and it was quiet which we love!

Signs for the various places on the property are limited and not very helpful.

- Put a sign at the adult pool, that says “Adults Only”.

there are no signs present of the "no refund policy" I feel completely ripped off.

Then they moved us to a handicap room with a door connecting to another room and the worst bed I've ever slept on, no bath tub, didn't remove the stool in the shower, and it was above the gym that we woke up to balls being slammed and ropes being slapped at 6am.

Housekeeping was amazing, If we had the do not disturb sign on they made sure to follow up to see if we wanted service, and did nightly turn down service.

but her sign said cash in US dollars accepted and credit card.

Be sober and pay attention to the warnings.

Sergio kept stating he did not want to do this and it was not fair yet he continued to FORCE TWO WOMEN OUT OF A HOTEL WITHOUT AN ADEQUATE INVESTIGATION DURING A COVID PANDEMIC.

Drinks, dessert, towel decor, signs and the list goes on and on.

The hotel rooms are sealed so that you’re the only one that breaks the sticker, remote is sanitized and wipes are in the room as well.

The front desk looked at their checks, and removed the extra charges.

but the signage is not great, making it seem hidden away and the hotel should improve signs for directing guests to the market shop.

There’s a pool lounger general rule if you leave your lounge chairs for 45 minutes your belongings are removed.

They removed the nightly upgrade fee for our Vista room so far; we will see if this adequate to make up
for all the construction hassle.

But little notice on the airconditioning and ice machines were not pleasant in hot Mexico!

There were a few signs of age here & there

However, when they brought the check they informed us they removed the sandwich due to the misunderstanding, of course we insisted on paying as we also did not feel it is at all their fault,

We also loved our golf outings to both Puerto Los Cabos and Cabo del Sol desert courses.

Many  different restaurants and pools to choose from.

The kids enjoyed daily swimming at the pool and the pool is never crowded.

The property is magnificent with more acreage of pools and open space than I’ve ever seen at a resort.

The accommodations, the grounds, the pools are all very beautiful.

The villa was amazing and included a pool and hot tub.

The entire staff at the pool knew your name and where you liked to sit.

Pickle ball courts are nice and so many pools to choose from.

The pool and the restaurants were outstanding.

We chose to stay @ the main kids pool close to our villa & all the staff there were great.

I like to think the pool servers keep an eye on that sort of thing

but we used it each day after returning from the pool.

We spent the entire time at the resort enjoying the wonderful room, the fantastic infinity pool, walkable beach and so many delicious meals at the various restaurants.

I do not recall the name of the pool attendant that helped us set up a beach palapa

made sure to have the meals delivered wherever we were that day, whether that was by the pool, or served at the restaurant in which our family was dining.

Go for the adult pool closest to the ocean with the swim up bar for ease.

The restaurants, pools, spa, and grounds were beautiful.

but what made this trip were the services and helpfulness of the staff.

We spent $9000 for four days, so we expected five star service.

Service, housekeeping and restaurant staff was also generally great.

We also did the in villa special chef service, for the four adults and two kids they sent us two severs and a chef.

Butler service and housekeeping specifically are always amazing and love seeing the same faces during our visits.

The service, provided by Yovanni, was excellent.

This is some of the best service we've ever had at a resort.

The staff in all areas were fantastic from the people in the spa, the turn down service, poolside staff, greeters and restaurant staff.

The best service ever, immaculate resort property and  delicious food.

Exactly what we need more in this world and I believe the true secret to great service!

Service a little less formal and more outdoor dining options perfect for pandemic travel.

We were deeply disappointed by the inattentiveness of much of the staff.

Staff is friendly and always available to assist with anything.

Another great trip, weather and staff were both amazing.

Our Villa was spectacular and came with our own assigned Butler/Personal Concierge.

The staff were friendly, helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly - helping to arrange restaurant and activity bookings before we arrived.

Second, the people there are extremely accommodating and friendly.

The entire staff went well above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one.

The staff is some of the best in the world and you feel at home.

Our concierge was top notch and was able to create an itinerary in advance of our stay based on our requests.

Views were breath taking, food was spectacular

Can’t wait to get back in November to enjoy the fall weather and the amazing views !

This hotel is stunning, beautiful, clean and has amazing amenities.

The restaurants are also very good and have amazing views.

The Hotel has excellent service, superb, scenic view.

We went straight to the beach, enjoyed a cocktail, then guided to our room and enjoyed another cocktail and the views, while very inconspicuously Karim asked for our passport and credit card to complete the check-in.

The ocean views - which are plentiful - are spectacular.

First, its majestic views of the Sea of Cortez are inspiring.

The views, accommodations, grounds, restaurants, and especially the staff were excellent.

Food was good, views terrific, and the cooking class is super fun.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa with ocean views.

It is a given that the views are breathtaking and that the service would be great

We were fortunate to take the free oceanfront casitas each day, cooled by breezes.

As the waves come in you are treated to a view that changes as the day/tide moves along.

All the rooms seem private and have a wonderful view.

Esperanza is an outstanding resort with great rooms/villas, views, restaurants, and staff.

We stayed in an ocean view room with an infinity hot tub and we enjoyed both.

Think about heading to Cabo del Sol for a Sunday brunch.

They have come up 3 times to try to fix it,

On top of that, there efforts (our lack thereof) to fix this problem was very weak.

When I alerted the front desk that the dryer did not work, a repair person came up immediately to fix it.

Then we needed maintenance to fix deficiencies in the new room.

Nothing was fixed or added to my room during my 5 day stay.

I told them several times to stop trying to fix things and let us be.

If they would have told us the problem with the pool water heating at the time of making the reservation, we would have postpone the trip until the problems was fixed
the closest elevator to our rooms was not working either.

The swimming pools were Very cold, we found out the heaters have been broke for awhile and they don't know when they'll have them fixed.

From repeated late evening phone calls from the staff about needing access to the room to fix the wifi to chasing down house keeping to actually clean the room, the stay required more effort than any vacation stay should.

but nothing happened when I asked them to be fixed.

However, this time management for some reason decided to try to fix something that wasn’t broken.

I finally made another complaint and they sent another manager to talk to me and she had her maintenance come up and fix it.

That took a day to fix, and at least there was cold water.

but I knew that they couldn't fix it so I just wanted it noted so we didn't have to deal with it anymore.

But, there is no reason why they couldn't have been fixed within a couple of days.

The only issue experienced was during my Members Update Presentation which I addressed personally with the Assistant Manager onsite who was very understanding and worked to make some adjustments to fix it.

Samuel, our pool side mesero- very friendly and kept us with drinks in our hands and a smiles on our faces.

The pool space is super nice, plenty of chairs and shade.

The staff at the bucanero and the pool were simply fantastic.

My family especially enjoyed the pool volleyball. .

We spent the majority of our time on the beach and at the pool where we received amazing service from our servers Chay, Raciel and Andres.

We were lucky enough to have Eduardo serve us at the pool!

Lety was our pool server and she is hands down the best!!!

Eduardo from pool services added so much to our experience and always made sure we had fresh drinks and food!

When we returned in August of 2022, we were greeted by some very familiar faces at the pool.

Several staff personnel were super friendly and helpful; Rodrigo Barrero (room service), Yusef at El Patron, Ruben and Fernanda (Concierge), Racial and Sergio (Buccanero, pool service), Annell at Activities/excursions.

The food was amazing, the shows were amazing, and the staff are the best!

The food was phenomenal - even better than I imagined.

The food is always hot and tastes really good.

About the food: THE TACO STATION IS AMAZING.

My mimosas were so good and the food was so good too.

but able to use their all inclusive through lunch time.

The food is fabulous and the rooms are spacious.

The food was good and the atmosphere was great.

We even got to eat the tacos and the different sauces!!
