The resort is a 25 minute walk from here to the other side of the marina and another 10 minutes to a great sandy beach by the old cannery.

Easy access to everything you need such as great restaurants, bars, beaches, mall and grocery stores.

Great for down town fun or relaxing on the beach.

Centrally located with an easy access to the best restaurants, coffee places, Medano beach, marina and shopping centers.

You can walk to just about every excursion, store, restaurant and beach from this beautiful resort right on the marina.

And the beach at 9 am is a private oasis.

It's right on the Marina and an easy walk to all Cabo has to offer- the Marina, mall, downtown nightlife and Medano Beach.

We were in room 305 with a marina view on the 3rd floor.

Marina Fiesta is a great resort, centrally located, close to town and beach.

I spent all my money at the beach, and other hotel restaurants and one restaurant at the marina.

The hotel was within walking distance of Medano Beach, lots of restaurants, lots of bars, and shopping.

It's just a few meters away from Medano Beach which has excellent places to eat and a wonderful view!!

It is on a cove and honestly the best beach/water on the stretch of beach.

Great location, just across Marina and 5mins walk to Medano beach..

head out the front gate and your 4 minutes walk to medano Beach.

The hotel is in a very good position with great views over the harbour.

It is without a doubt, my favorite resort in Cabo.

This was our sixth time at Marina Fiesta and it is the best hotel in Cabo.

Marina Fiesta is our # 1 hotel choice in Cabo because of the great, friendly, professional staff,hotel location and it's a well maintained and clean facility.

If you want to find out anything about Cabo places where the locals eat just one of the bag carriers at the main entrance, they know the best places to go to and are not on any kind of commission.

The weather in Cabo is almost always perfect

Right on the marina in the center of Cabo.

Been coming to Cabo for 24 years and have always stayed at the MF.

Our favorite place to stay when in Cabo, the staff treats us line family!

This is such a lovely spa, and a wonderful, peaceful getaway from the chaos that Cabo San Lucas can be.

Their service made it so I will gladly return to Cabo and stay at Marina Fiesta again.

While Cabo has grown substantially, this resort is a hidden jewel at the marina.

This is the place to stay in Cabo because unlike other all inclusives most of the people that eat at the restaurants aren't staying at the hotel and stilll pay to eat there due to the location and quality of food.

We love Cabo.. Irma, Gabriel and Anjel were amazing!

Make sure  you check your bill, I was overcharged by a substantial amount for services not provided and for a restaurant that somehow increased the tip I gave them.

Each guest is also given a pool towel card.

Had to wear wristbands entire time with little card attached to open room door and show guard at gate we belonged at resort--annoying and felt like they distrusted guests.

I have opened a dispute with the credit card company.

Later we were charged for 2 and when I questioned it they said she had ordered 2.

The charges was per night for the person.

There is a charge (5.00) charge for room cleaning, and a charge for wi-fi,

However, upon checking in, I was informed that a group of people outside were waiting to give me a towel card.

When you check in they'll ask you how often do you want your room to be made up and they charged 5 bucks for each time -- fair enough.

Oddly enough, the same people who had issues with their room card had the same bedding issues too!

Asked for compensation was offered $40 credit at spa. Refused.

Extra charges and refunds not fulfilled 
Dirty rooms in need of lights / plumbing and paint etc 
Large hot tub smelled like septic so bad you could not sit near it , at all.

but it would be charged, they will give a 20% discount?????

Watch out for the up charges at the bars.

but i just told them in a hurry and they gave me the towel cards.

I  will say I'm greatful that we were not stranded with no room and hotel gave $200 room credit to help make up for inconvenience.

They were charging $38 per person if you had not purchased it with the package.

They charged me $160 US Dollars for the remaining 4 nights.

Friendly staff, great pool, great food and comfy rooms!

He is friendly, speaks English/Spanish and a pleasure to be around.

Staff were friendly and attentive and kept our room spotless.

All of the staff was friendly , rooms clean and bed was super comfortable!!

Everyone was so accommodating and friendly.

She was so friendly and helpful and helped make our experience so nice.

Leonal at front greeting us, taking our luggage, making sure anything we needed or needed to know was amazing and so friendly.

And all the rest of the staff, they are so friendly, plus the hotel is spotless.

We had a great experience with a friendly staff and the all inclusive is the way to go!

We had a suite with a lovely view overlooking both the pool and the marina.

but we had never stayed at the Marina Fiesta, and we had never stayed on the marina.

We had such a great view from our room over looking the marina …took a walk around the marina every morning which was fabulous !

You are right in the center of the marina and many restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Noel in the the back pool (aquabar) made the best margaritas.

One of the nice things is that the a la carte restaurants are not at the hotel they are on the promenade and while you could not have Lobster or Chef specialties, you could if you wanted t pay for them,

They loved her so much we asked her to babysit the next day for 3 hours while we went on a lunch date.

He took care of us everyday with drinks, food, and great service.

There are lots of restaurants nearby and we were glad we did not do all inclusive as it gave us a lot of freedom to try different restaurants.

Easy to walk from here to the city or restaurants.

We enjoyed the food at all of the restaurants available at the resort ..which are located on the main strip right outside the restaurant !

Neat concept of restaurants outside the resort that were part of the all-inclusive and they had good food.

He also introduced us to a terrific restaurant in town.

Drinks and Food were great and the service was excellent!

All inclusive is the way to go ALL the restaurants are 5 star in my opinion will not be disappointed ………… enjoy all the best Cabo has to offer at this resort!

Tony, Carlos and the entire pool staff from opening to close and all the restaurant workers were fabulous.

The location is perfect for shopping and entertainment, as well.

Pools are great, marina view, minutes to shopping if that's your thing.

The Marina Fiesta is low scale compared to the mega resorts, exceptionally clean and maintained, excellent staff, the location is the best in Cabo for walking, shopping and restaurants.

Everything is within walking distance, from all meals, shopping mall and big supermarket next door.

Would definitely recommend this location as close to downtown with great restaurants and shopping.

Marina view is perfect and central to all shopping.

Since we're only staying for a day to experience central CSL, we did not go for the all-inclusive since we wanted to wander around to shop and eat as we please.

but I am a bit older and me and my wife love the distance to the marina and restaurants/bars and of course the shopping.

This is a quality resort, excellent staff and service, down to human size and walking distance from the beach, shopping mall, restaurants like Edith's, The Office, Three Sirens, Nick-San best Japanese food in town and do not miss The Italian Job.

When we tried to take a shower the tub fill up because of a very slow drain.

Air conditioning vents were filthy, I had to physically clean them myself with a wet paper towel.

The  big one unfortunately kept suffering from falling debris from the palm trees which is hard to control

Needed chemicals, the tiles weren't very bright anymore.

From the minute you walk in , it’s disgusting!

The shower stall is gross and shows area of deferred maintenance, and signs of mold.

The pool has all sorts of debris, dirt and layers of sunscreen in it.

We did not see, smell, or experience any of that.

I could smell and test that fake mesquite -smoky test of the meat that was served at Jake's, that mad even more sick.

The problem we had was we could not sit out on the balcony in the evening without being smoked out by marijuana smoke.

I saw debris and a film in the pool so we did not feel comfortable swimming.

but has a very overpowering smell when it does.

They did bring a piece of cake to him.

Smelled sooo strongly like mildew, unbearable.

The sewer was backed up and smelled awful.

The only downside while we were there is there is a really bad sewer leak that smells really bad at the back entrance to the  hotel by the steps going to marina.

At one point, we were swimming in what looked like vomit (wouldn’t be surprising since there were a lot of fairly intoxicated people).

Once we arrived to Marina Sol the service from the hotel personal was incredible aswell they gave us queen-king like treatment right from the beginnig!, please if you go to cabo do yourserlf a big favor and use this amazing companies!! ❤️​

I have been to Cabo 8 times, Cacun twice- I am a PV fan.

Ended up in PV as a last minute scramble resulting from Hurricane Odile and its demolition of our favorite spot in Cabo and it worked out nicely.

We just left the RIU Palace in Cabo and RIU is the only hotel for us now.

The hotel compared to the Westin in Cabo is similar.

We had stayed at the Westin in Cabo and really liked the idea of having an adult pool.

The hotel itself is very similar to the Westin in Cabo in look and feel -- the restaurants are even named the same --

the local people there are absolutely lovely, and PV has more of an authentic feel to it (and safer than Cabo).

We booked at the very last minute due to changing our Cabo plans with the hurricane.

After we finished eating on our first day they told us that only “cold” items were included and hot breakfast items were extra charges.

They made sure that we were never overcharged for a taxi.

The stated or posted $158 USD is a lie… I was charged approximately $256 USD per night.

Everyone was on the take - excursion overcharged me by $300.00; notary charged me $25 for a document for the police and then would not notarize it when my interpreter tried to pick it up.

Anyway they charged me, in their policies it is stated and I have it written that the cancellation fee is 330 dollars, well, they charged me 430 dollars, so basically they stole from me.

Be prepared to show your passport if you’re paying for your day pass in cash, otherwise you’ll be forced to use a credit card.

- To that end, I have still never received a final folio for the expenses of our stay and expect additional fraudulent charges.

I had my key card in my wallet and my gf had her key card in her purse.

Check-in was a little slower than expected because someone forgot to alert the credit card company of my travel abroad.

I finally had to put the charge in dispute with my credit card company as it took them over 3 weeks to issue a credit.

Hotel does not have infrastructure in place to take debit cards upon check in, which for those of us who choose not to go into credit card debt, is a major inconvenience.

There food: Breakfast buffet is a Joke they charge you $20 per person.. there coffee tastes like dishwater the food itself is horrible flies on the fruits old dry bread only one word disgusting.

some kind of discount, resort credits, etc. etc.

For no apparent reason the hotel reservation team keeps trying to a) eliminate the daily credit altogether or b) now reduced the credit to USD 75 a night.

Another thing I did not like was that my debit card with a visa card logo was treated as cash.

The hotel would not refund or credit us for the day and night missed due to no fault of our own would not upgrade our room, or provide us with credit to use for resort  activities, i.e.

but I really wouldn't like 2 hours off my short vacation to get credit for overpriced services.

American Express  credit card exchange rates varied from 18.55 to 19.21 P to USD.

although the resort is billed as non-smoking.

Everyone is friendly and they have an “at your service” attitude.

Again, the service was efficient and friendly.

The staff are so amazing and so friendly and helpful.

Estefania was bubbly and super friendly at the towel shack by the pool, and also did a great job with water aerobics.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and the views were stunning.

But the best part of this place is the people - all of the service staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home.

He was so quick, super friendly, very polite and made us feel like we were royalty!

but it is a very nice, well run, friendly resort that is a great value.

All staff are friendly and helpful, that includes: Front Desk, Maids, Bar Staff and Bell Boys (Adan was particularly helpful, knew the area well and very professional.

They are also friendly and accommodating doing your very best to ensure in your state exceeds your expectations.

The friendly ness of the staff is wonderful.

Staff were friendly and they provided a free covid test for our return to the US.
