Our 3bd/3.5 bath Villa is self-contained with full-sized chef’s kitchen, 3 private guest suites, and family room.

The amenities at Cibola were outstanding; we used the gym daily.

The amenities, food, location and, most importantly, the people are amazing.

but with excellent access to the resort and all its amenities.

Amazing amenities on site including numerous restaurants, stores, golfing, and even its own gorgeous chapel where we were able to attend Mass on Sunday!

If she had cleaned a bathroom of one of the bedrooms, then we showered while she was still in-house, she would come back and change out those towels again for fresh ones!

He is a hard worker and made sure that I had clean towels, and robes and made sure I was on time for my massage.

They have a huge master bath and great storage throughout.

Villa was absolutely perfect with 2 floors of living space including 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, lower den, dining room, eat in kitchen and laundry room.

On top of that on the second night there we had a massive water leak that flooded the walk in closet, the bathroom and into the bedroom.

Our vacation was outstanding as usual, the amenities and the staff were great!

The 3 bed/3.5 bath Monecristo villa is perfect for a family/friend vacation.

We enjoyed the hotel and all its amenities as well as Rose and Blanco hotels.

We love staying in this development because you have all of the amenities of your own home with privacy & ocean views.

I had a deep tissue massage with Guadeloupe and it was so relaxing.

There’s no slippers, robe, coffee or detergent like other resort villas we stayed at.

Our sleep was constantly disrupted by a broken pump that emitted a relentless whirring noise throughout the night.

There were also several things broken which we reported numerous times.

The entrance fountain was broken the whole week.

Pools are run down with broken tiles, sofas in the villa are faded and ripping.

but very worn and tired: So much is broken, chipped or cracked.

Most of the jets in the hot tub were broken,

Many burnt out lights and broken light fixtures.

but holy hell a nightmare - leak in ceiling in the middle of the night in the bedroom on my head, roaches and moths in the room, stained linens, broken faucets, an inoperable pool and that’s just the beginning.

The cons were that our washer in unit 102 was broken for the entire trip and the hot water in some of the showers did not work.

The jacuzzi jets have been missing for years and parts are broken.

Faucets have issues, tons of broken tiles everywhere including by the pool actually tore up my hands and feet playing with my kids on our first day, furniture is worn down, new beds and pillow are needed as you can feel the thousands of bodies that have used to prior to us.

The unit we were assigned for our stay was broken down, dilapidated and badly in need of basic maintenance.

We arrived late due to weather delays so don't know if they were just trying to find me a villa and assigned me one that had 2 TV's that didn't work, a pool that wasn't warmed up and a washer that was broken.

The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken and can not be repaired.

1) The place wasn’t very clean when we arrived 2) the downstairs couch was broken 3) the hot tub wasn’t working till the last day (we called 4 times to get it fixed) 4) there was no ice available 5) they wouldn’t let us get up to the property without going through a little cube box that sprays you. .

Said broken condenser and will need to replace it.

Villa had a few broken items with the biggest being the bathtub.

Specifically, we had to call in maintenance every other day of our 8 day stay for issues with the dishwasher (missing front grill, rusted and broken tines on the racks), crooked kitchen cabinet door, bent and broken sofa bed (which took 3 days to replace after 2 attempts to repair were unsuccessful), broken toilet paper holders, broken jacuzzi water vent covers and off rail sliding doors.

however, that there are things that need attending to, that are beyond the reach of maintenance, which include some updating of the swimming pool (many missing and broken tiles) and the such.

They take care of everything, the pools, the villas, service, and food was all first class!!

Marco A. and Jared were the best and took care of all our needs for breakfast.

He took care of all our requests quickly and professionally and stopped by a couple times each day to see how we were doing and if we needed anything.

And when he has a day off, there's always Raul who will make sure you're taken care of.

but what really made our trip fantastic was the special care if our concierge (or butler) Karen Diaz.

Our concierge Eddie took great care of us.

Bruno and Luis took excellent care of us, at the bar,  making me the perfect drink, and the nachos were served promptly and were good.

The care and attention to all of our family’s needs was unmatched anywhere else on the entire property.

Lamberto, Uriel, and manager Roberto took great care of us every time we dined there.

She has taken care of any of our requests and since we did not do the all-inclusive this time she gave us great suggestions of restaurants to try.

Alejandro at the bar always takes care of us.

Adrian at the market was another amazing person that took care of us every time we went there.

Jose Luis took such great care of us the entire week!!!

but he always remembers us and takes incredible care of our whole family.

While we had some issues the service and attention was prompt and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us as needed.

We split our days between activities off site and on site - the pool at the Montecristo clubhouse is tremendous and the staff take such amazing care of us when we're there.

He made sure we were taken care of, and felt safe on the way back to our house.

Special call out to Yesena, Oswaldo and Jared for taking such great care of us in the restaurant and by the pool!

Jared and Oswaldo were excellent and served us every morning with great care and enthusiasm.

The entire staff at Quivera Steak House and Golf Club made our week’s vacation wonderful.

They have a club in  the local market area, and this stays open until 3 am.

The restaurant staff at the club house Cibola also provided excellent service.

The resorts, restaurants, store and clubs are open, and strictly enforcing social distancing with mandatory temp checks.

We absolutely love going to cibola at Monte cristo club house!

I want to thank Victor, Torres and Felix at the club.

1 destination vacation we've experienced, and we are members of other travel clubs and time shares.

The staff at all the properties were excellent and we especially enjoyed Oscar our waiter at the Quivira club house.

butler Adrian, Daniel and Laura who entertained my younger siblings at the Kids Club and flor.

We stayed at the Monte Cristo estates & just wanted to chill all morning at the club house & anytime we had these 3 men, they made sure we had everything needed.

The food at the Monte Cristo Club House is Awesome!

We had a wonderful dinner at Quivira Club House.

but we found the pool at Montecristo club house more enjoyable and relaxed, and the servers-Oswaldo, Christian, Nadia, and Esmeralda were awesome.

There are many great restaurants in Cabo, namely Alcaravea, Alexander, Bar Esquina, Hacienda Beach Club, Roasted, El Peregrino, to name a few.

You can take the bus from The Market and go to the Rosé at no charge which is a few blocks from downtown.

To add insult to injury, the pool's chemical balance was so poorly maintained that it turned our guest's hair green.

We were charged for a someone that canceled,

Unfortunately, the credit card on file was declined and instead of calling us so we could fix the issue, they just cancelled the reservation and did not tell us for two months, with only two weeks to spare until our vacation.

but does require an up charge if you are on the all inclusive plan.

After the trip, it took me a week to get in touch with the front desk, who charged my credit card a higher amount than what was agreed to at check out.

We were told that day we would be credited back for our charges.

We arrived at 3:30 p.m. in the afternoon, and she charged us $110.00 per person which I personally thought was outrageous, considering the rest of our package was $64.00 per day.

We would have liked a little more explanation about what is and isn't included because we were surprised a few times, once at a restaurant we were under the impression was included, and the other was at the time of check out, there were $200 in small charges and fees for drinks and tips by the pool.

They charge $5.00 for room service even with the all inclusive plan.

Also, didn't love that our Villa didn't have card keys and we were only given three keys (actual keys, not card keys) for our entire party.

I’m still fighting a credit card charge they charged me after check out.

The $1 USD charge on your Puebl Bonito Portfolio goes directly to this fantastic foundation so please , please do not ask to have it removed.

We were not advised that a $700 hold would be placed on our card while staying at the resort.

We rented 4 villas for my daughter’s wedding and 35 hotel rooms at sunset.. We had a lot of complaints from guest on top of my Mither checking into a room that had water and  was moldy .. We asked for a refund and was offered a $200 credit.. No acceptable

We were only there for 3 nights so we didn't have the time to experience all the restaurants, so we just stuck to the ones with no extra charges.

Its very disappointing that a resort of this caliber wasn’t able to resolve this or compensate us other than $100 credit.

You will sign it and they will charge your credit card.

Omar A in conceirge helped put together a fabulous vacation did a great job to plan in villa dining, golf at Quivira and golf cart rental for on property traveling.

But, the wait for the golf carts to take you to locations on the resort operate quickly.

but views fantastic (must have lost at least ten golf balls so if you find any let me know).

We did rent a golf cart that Obeth helped us with and it was well worth the money.

The best restraint is steakhouse at the golf course

The golf at Quivara is the best in the world.

Which is also brings me to the good - the shuttle drivers and golf cart drivers are sweet, polite and make your day when it seems that the entire relaxing vacation you envisioned is anything

Two rounds of golf at Quinta golf course was outstanding!

We come to Cabo for the golf, and Quivira is our favorite course.

He takes care of everything from villa maintenance to golf tee times and dinner reservations.

He is a golf professional I fish and fish and always greets us with a smile.

Quivira is a worthy golf course for any golfers bucket list and the resort has 4 restaurants that would be the best food option at just about any place in Cabo.

He set us up a last minute golf reservation, countless room service orders, late checkouts and a sunset cruise.

He was so helpful from coordinating our villa before we arrived, greeting us as we arrived to get us checked in, arranging early transportation for golf, scheduling our Covid tests and assisting with obtaining the results, and just generally being “on-call” all the time.

but was always happy to see us, make us his special drink concoctions, listen to some Mexican hits, and encourage a great round of golf.

but even in the last 4 years need a little maintenance with some the tiles around the pool cracked or missing, drapes missing proper poles and the laundry room just smelled like sewer gas.

I would walk down and up the peninsula every morning, the maintenance workers would always greet you with "hola and buenos dias"

It seems like there are several maintenance issues that need attention, such as water dripping from the ceiling and puddling up in the master bath and mold in the villa pools.

but the problems were fixed immediately by the friendly maintenance staff, including Carlos Soastegui (the issues were because the villa had been vacant for an extended time prior to our arrival).

During our recent stay at Montecristo, while my family and I were staying in Villa 52, a covid-masked maintenance worker entered our villa during the afternoon, while we were resting.

It does seem like the maintenance on the villas is somewhat behind what it should be.

We did not request housekeeping only had the maintenance worker come to fix the leak when we were out.

Where are the maintenance fees and refurbishment fees going?

This resort is rated 5 stars, they need to do some serious maintenance and updating to remain 5 stars.

We spent several hours dealing with 3 different maintenance people to get it fixed.

but maintenance needs to make sure all appliances are in working order.

Place has really deteriorated over the years, shame for what they collect in maintenance it should be pristine

Sometimes we had trouble getting service with our maintenance calls.

The furniture is getting worn out, for the initial cost and maintenance paid you would think it would be nicer.

Instead we were offered a maintenance deficient mess.

but apparently those who have been paying maintenance fees since 2005 are not on a priority list.

Maintenance came and took about an hour fixing it.

The food was good at the various restaurants available and tops on our list were Zao Shen Asian Kitchen, Quivira Steakhouse (upcharge) and Fellini's at Rose.

But, on any other day, the hidden gem of the entire Pueblo Bonito resort area for breakfast and lunch is at the Quivira Golf Club.

Our favorite breakfast spot was the Quivira clubhouse.

The Montecristo Estates concierges (Eduardo and the gang) were very helpful answering questions and helping set up shuttle service and Quivira golfing.

Best restaurants are La Frida, Quivira Steakhouse and Tazuna (the Japanese sushi restaurant - order the sashimi it’s incredible).

The staff at the  Montecristo Villas at Quivira Los Cobos provided the most memorable experience for my first time visiting Cabo San Lucas on my birthday trip.

The view of the Mavila at Quivira; Renders Torres Pacific Ocean was so peaceful it was hard to leave.

Quivira Steakhouse has the best setting of any place we ate.

We arrived to our trip on 3/24; first stop at Montecristo Estates (believing we would be staying at Montecristo Villas Quivira as written on our Confirmation Documentation.

Marco drove my boyfriend and I to and from the Market at Quivira at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

We ate at the Cibola Restaurant, Zao Shen Asian twice (loved the food here), and the Quivira Clubhouse for steaks (an extra fee is required here).

We also played multiple rounds of golf at Quivira Golf Club (some of the best views of any golf course) and again the service levels are outstanding, especially at the comfort stations.

Food at the Market, Quivira Golf Clubhouse, Steak House, Cibola, La Frida, The bistro were all outstanding.

He assisted us with setting up an ATV tour, yacht cruise for the day, transportation to PB Rose and dinner reservations at Quivira Steakhouse.

Shuttle service takes you from your Villa to other locations on the Pueblo Bonito property (Sunset Beach, Pacifica, Quivira Golf Course) or private bus to the sister Pueblo Bonito location downtown - The Rose'.

They picked up bc I could hear the ambient noise in the background and then put me directly to the spa music to nowhere.

He'll also call you a cab, arrange for shuttles, make your spa reservations.

He offered me a free dinner or a massage (both already covered under my additionally purchased all inclusive package.

Citluy at Pacifica spa has magical hands .

We also spent time at Armonia Spa and each of us were so happy with the services we received.

We had pedicures at the spa and the 2 ladies were very kind as well.

It has a wonderful pool and fitness center, too (we didn't get the chance to visit its spa).

Thanks to Daniel, our Villa concierge for helping us with everything from dinner reservations to spa appointments.

I will definitely tell all my friends / family to come and stay at the Montecristo and Pueblo Bonito resort and spa !

The massages at the spa were also incredible and with the balmy weather we loved having our own heated infinity pool.

We had relaxing massages with Laura and Sonia - one a week!

Having our own pool and spa at the villa  meant privacy and quiet when we wanted that.

Take advantage of the pre-paid spa packages.

(:the spa day , the service, the food and the overall experience was unforgettable and I cannot wait to come back!

Our most favorite was the Montecristo pool and spa.

Massages and facials at Pacifica for everyone were fantastic as well.

As a massage therapist I don’t often tell other therapist that I am practicing as well.

We had a personal concierge,  Karen Ramirez, who was an asset making arrangements for all of our excursions and spa treatments.

Román was friendly helpful and a pleasure.

Our concierge was very personable and helpful!

Roman was very kind and always remembered our schedule for pickup to go to the gym during out stay.

The driver that would pick us up from the villa to any location within the resort was amazing the driver we always asked for was Marco Salgado, he was very kind and made all of us feel very welcome and safe.

They were always eager to assist me and truly made my trip memorable!

Set a high standard with his customer service and wonderful personality.

Beautiful resort, and such friendly staff.

Our Concierge, Raul Galena is absolutely the best.

Finally Raul, a concierge there, started texting me asking me how he could help.

Our concierge, Adrian, was very helpful with answering questions the entire stay.

Both individuals were so helpful and kind.

I would recommend Pueblo Benito and
It’s wonderful staff to everyone.

Raul’s knowledge of the area, along with his attention to detail and courteous, professional demeanor provides us with a layer of added comfort during our stay.

They taught us Spanish, laughed with us and were very pleasant!

The villa exceeded our expectations and our concierge Raul Cardenas went above and beyond to offer personalized, exceptional service.

Would like to recognize Omar Nava who always goes out of his way to insure a wonderful vacation.

When we notified Karen, she sent security right away to make the report.

Great service, wonderful & clean amenities, good food for an all-inclusive.

A+ spa - I recommend  the deep tissue massage.

This meant the make-up artist that I paid for rushed through everyone, including me, to get ready.

I did the spa, 80 min deep tissue and while the facility was less than desirable…Ivette at the front was so friendly, and ROSA gave be the best massage I’ve ever had.

You’re able to use the spa amenities as well before and after your treatment.

I highly recommend staying at the towers for the extra amenities.

We went for my friend Lorena’s bachlorette and the rooms, food, service and amenities were great!

What makes it my best is the customer service, amenities, sister hotels you can visit and the VIP LOUNGE!!

The resort is beautiful, clean, very safe, and has enough amenities and restaurants on site that you never even need to leave.

It's a lot of pressure selecting a wedding venue, and a destination wedding at that -- we were SO thankful that our guests loved Pacifica as much as we did!

Pacifica exceeded our expectations with first class amenities and service.

The experience is magical with the amenities, restaurants and service.

The rooms in the towers are great-beautiful views, cozy bed, and relaxing rain shower.

The gym was pretty spotless - complete with two racks of free weights, machines, treadmills, ellipticals, and pull machines.

We continue to come back because of the wonderful amenities and excellent service.

They also told people to leave their beach chairs to set up for the weddings.
