At some point, we went to the cafeteria, although it is an all-inclusive hotel, coffee was included,

-Juices are watered down in buffet - everything else was typical buffet style- great presentation with lots of repetition & options ( we’ve done a lot of all inclusive over the years so know the drill )
- A la carts- hit & miss- Japanese ( great food and entertainment) and Grill were the best!

We’ve been to almost every all inclusive in Cabo.

Beyond impressed with this all inclusive resort, we will definitely be back!

This was our first all inclusive trip with our kids who are 6 and 9.

A unique all-inclusive experience.

This is where adults act like children and take care of their all inclusive status and get hammered by 11 AM.

This is clearly a family resort, where most of the guests non-english speaking (as 1st language), and it has a price point that is attractive to families who want to experience an all-inclusive resort in an epic location.

We had the all-inclusive plan and enjoyed trying all four restaurants.

I’ve also done lots of none AI travelling,

My first time staying in an all inclusive and loved the experience.

All-inclusive also included alcohol, and not just the watered down beach cocktails!

I guess it works out for staying at an all inclusive resort.

Pedro at the bar at the pool was amazing!!

They were letting everyone in the sky lounge and the tapas bar had no tapas and no private check in - all lies.

Special shout outs to Julien, the pool waiter and the pool bar staff, Omar, Leonardo and the other young lady who were the entertainment directors  at the pool, Alfredo and Marco, the valets, Hugo and the other bartenders at the lobby bar, and Isidro at the sports bar.

Bars are stocked with very little variety.

We met the people in charge of the restaurants and bars and that's when our experience changed.

The food changed, the service, the standards, the specialty restaurants and the attention of the staff in the bars enchanted us.

Esmeralda was really great, helped us throughout the week and takes pride in her job too Oskar at martini bar was wonderful as well, makes an awesome chocolate martini!

They had the best Martini bar, that On any given night, had one couple sitting in it.

-Staff work very hard- kudos to bar staff, lunch and breakfast staff who are friendly and there to try and meet everyone’s needs.

And don’t have any bars available, they’ll make more money.

The hotel is building an adult-only pool with a bar and I think that once is finished it will be great.

Secondly; Julian at the pool bar was our guy!

Even the pool table in the sports bar was torn.

There is a disco bar that I think had karaoke

The food was good at every restaurant including the poolside bar.

You don't have the option other than choosing from (4) options at the bar for a couple hours during the day.

The waiter from the beach bar even served us in our loungers at our room.

Pedro, Julian and Paulina gave 5 star service every day at the adults only bar.

Room: Toilet did not work,  shower was lukewarm with very low pressure.

The worst 5 days vacation experience in Crystal Grand Resort
The resort is small and old, 
We got a room with dirty towels, no mirror and no safe, when we asked for a mirror, we were told that the resort has no extra mirrors for our room.

The resort is extremely outdated, our altitude room was full of small bugs, broken coffee maker, toilet that barely flushed, outdoor jacuzzi that only had cold water.. located on the 6th floor in a building with a broken elevator- out of 8 days the elevator only worked for 2 of them.

This place is awful worst then a 1 star every thing broken please stay away from this junk thanks Toilet, broken air conditioner didn’t work pools were broken and I wouldn’t even feed the food to my dog.

Toilet paper was like cigarettes in prison.

Although the room was large with a kitchenette, there were no amenities, utensils, dishes, nothing.

The shower in our room had cool water and never drained properly, no garbage can until day 6 and got our room cleaned once and only because we complained.

There was no tub in this room, only a shower.

Showers were hot and towels were abundant (and there was face cloths).

There was only a hand towel in the bathroom and when we requested towels at 11:30 it was still not there.

Poor house keeping  had 2 bath towels and 2 face towels when we checked in next day all used towels removed by housekeeper leaving none that evening finally went to front desk they sent 2 towels next day again towels were removed WTF finally gad to steel towel off the house keeper cart when she wasn't looking

We yelled at him to cover himself and leave the women’s bathroom

We found out later, the hard way, that the shower was also broken.

Heck one day they gave us ONE bath towel and said that was all they had.

There were huge waterbugs everywhere including on our balcony crawling alongside the dirty jacuzzi, cobwebs, dirty walls, weird odors and stained lounge chairs.

However, the bathroom had only two threadbare towels and a bathmat.

My mom’s room shower doesn’t work and the air conditioner doesn’t work either.

The shower door would not close, the toilet was difficult to flush.

Bath towels need to be retired and only body and hand soap was provided.

Chileno beach is a must see to snorkel/swim with the fish if you can.

Overall would go back and spend more time at Chileno beach for sure!

The Japanese restaurant was the best food and entertainment, the buffet was the same food day after day and was not very good.

Note that the only air conditioned restaurant is the Japanese restaurant, which also has delicious food.

The Japanese restaurant (not teppanyaki) was amazing.

The Japanese restaurant is amazing, you must book the table prep show which happens every hour starting at 6 and the chef puts on a show you will remember, and the food is just as good.

The Japanese restaurant offers fun experience.

We dined at the Mexican, Italian and Japanese restaurants during our stay.

The food was really good at Italian and Japanese restaurant .

The Ayami Japanese restaurant is best enjoyed at the teppanyaki grill or the sushi bar.

Japanese restaurant we asked for sake- nope.

Foods options are great, only need a reservation at the Japanese restaurant- very entertaining with teppanyaki show!

The best food you can chose would come from the 3 on site restaurants, Italian, Japanese and a Grill house.

The Japanese restaurant is the best of the three.

The chef at the Japanese restaurant was wonderful and the food was amazing there.

We ate 5 times at the Ayami (Japanese cuisine) very good food.

I was able to attend a Mexican party on the beach and it was a different experience.

Ate at all the restaurants except the Mexican one and the hibachi experience at the Ayami (asian) restaurant (just off the lobby) was by far the best.

On Friday night they had a Fiesta on the beach for the Mexican Independence Day.

We sampled the cuisine offered at 3 of the restaurants: Italian, Mexican, and the steakhouse.

The food was all overall good the Mexican restaurant was  most disappointing.

Our favorite food at the many restaurants there were:
The Asian restaurant - Tuna Sashimi Salad and the Teppanyaki
The Mexican restaurant - The flank Steak
The Italian Restaurant - The Ossobuco and the mushroom and beetroot risotto
Having a 24 hour coffee shop was also great bonus

If you are into surfing as well, the Hotel Beach is located just minutes from a great surf spot.

The quality of the food (other than the on-site Mexican restaurant) was fine,

I really liked the Mexican and Italian restaurants.

The Mexican Fiesta was so much fun with the dancers and entertainment.

Miguel Pascual at Mexican Restraurant was amazing and beyond accommodating.

Make sure to take a moment to recognize the Mexican beauty all around us.

The Italian and Mexican restaurants were my favorite- so accommodating to my food allergies.

On Christmas eve they held a Mexican Fiesta and put on a fantastic show with dancing.

but it was different than our previous Mexican trips.

The food at the Mexican restaurant was totally tasteless, except for the pork entree.

I also had the opportunity to try authentic Mexican street food and learn some Spanish.

but had everything we needed , we don’t do room service daily , when we did they forgot towels , went to concierge to ask for towels didn’t get any , husband went and got pool towels, no issue with towels after this for remainder of stay .

After waiting more than a few hours to get a towel we received a worn out towel and it wasn't only our towels, everyone got the same.

Going down to the pools, several surprises, first, there were no towels, they say they would arrive in 20 minutes, which did not happen until more than 1 hour later, then, there was not a single beach bed, and like us, several families were looking around for a place to stay, and even more, posts were saying that it was prohibited to take the beach beds and leave them unattended, a tacit acceptance of the hotel that they took more guests than they have facilities.

What shows it is 3-star instead of 4 was the crappy, worn and stained pool side towels.

There were no towels, no water in the room, the door locks were not working and an endless list of things from the moment we arrived.

I was not going to get up (as I was informed) at 5 am to go down and "reserve" my hubby and I a chair, with our towels..

buttons didn't work and with no directory, two towels, two face cloths, one hand towel, and one coffee cup.

Our room wasn't cleaned daily, leaving us with wet towels daily towels as my family of four shared one towel hanger.

They cleaned our room one time and had to use dirty towels.

Pool towels are brown, faded and stained.

Some days we got fresh wash clothes and towels, some days we did not!

Trying to get face towels or towel in general was difficult, having a close elevator that worked, would have made it nice on my elderly mother.

We were given towels 2 times in five days and the towels were very rough and frayed.

When we finally got into our room, we had 0 towels.

When I was researching for our honeymoon, I wanted to prioritize good food since that's what folks seemed to have trouble with at most other all-inclusive resorts and we had never been to an all-inclusive before.

We’ve stayed at other adults only all inclusive resorts and were more impressed.

Truly the best all inclusive I have been to.

The all-inclusive aspect is so worth it—you can order endless drinks and food via their hotel app (the app is amazing) and try all their different restaurants!

They are all inclusive so you can enjoy food and drinks as much as you want,

While a little more expensive than some of the other all-inclusive resorts, it is worth very penny.

Definitely the best resort, all inclusive adult only.

I MUST say, this is THE best all inclusive we have ever stayed in.

Hadn’t experienced this before at an all inclusive.

The food was the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive hands down.

My wife and I had a wonderful time, which was due to two things:  (1) the great property and accommodations, which is all-inclusive and (2) the unbelievably wonderful and helpful staff.

This is an all inclusive Resort and it truly is all inclusive.

Le Blanc Resorts  are the best in world for all-inclusive resorts.

5 star treatment and incredible food, I couldn’t believe this was an AI.

The food here is AMAZING for an all inclusive.

Food and drinks were exceptional for an all inclusive, with plenty of options to choose from and you could always order room service if restaurants were closed for the night.

Le Blanc is an all-inclusive experience that exceeded expectations and a worthy investment!

Bar service was always quick too, and their mini quesadillas are addictive.

If you had a basic one, you couldn’t go to certain areas and you didn’t always get immediate attention at bars and restaurants.

The taco bar was out almost every day as was the ice cream and sorbet cart (yummy) and there were a few days were they had special lunches right at the pool that were buffet style and very very good.

At the pool bar, every day, Frida excelled at making delicious drinks & always smiling, even when we probably bugged her!

Omar at the infinity pool bar makes THE best drinks.

The ocean pool bar tenders Guillermo and Diego kept us in good spirits throughout the week.

The bar tenders are skilled, entertaining, and tremendously knowledgeable.

Several of the staff have been there as long as we have been coming ( Roberto - asst GM, Asif - pool staff and bars, Sebastian and Esteban - pool concierges, Ulysses - Bella mgr).

Our favorite was the swim up bars along with Blanc Fire and Blanc stage.

Omar, at the Sol bar, made the best drinks 🍹

Special thanks to staff for going above and beyond with great service: Ernesto (Sports Bar), Chef Juan and Moises for a great time at cooking class, and Alfredo for the entertainment !

David at the lobby bar is an entertaining, masterful mixologist making drinks with flair and fun!

The group at the swimup bar all worked their tails off and were slinging drinks all day.

but certainly not least are Jose “Chiliwili” at the swim up bar made the best drinks and Mexican candy shots.

The staff has truly set the bar for customer service.

Spa attendants, Frida at the Eclipse bar all amazing!

Miguel and Paul made us feel so welcome, and took AMAZING care of us.

He truly went over and above to not only take care of our family needs

butlers, Elvis and Laura, were AMAZING - they worked tirelessly to take care of our requests and to ensure our needs were being met.

Our Butlers on the 10th floor were super helpful and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.

Took care of anything and everything we could have asked for.

They came up and said hello and took good amazing care of us the rest of the trip.

We had a cabana around the pool and the pool team took great care of us.

Our ocean pool service team of Esteban and Valentina made each day at the pool relaxing and took care of our every need.

butlersSalvador, Ilse, Claudia and Josue made sure all our needs were taken care of including daily coffee and pastries to the room to watch the sunrise, lavender aromatherapy and pillows, all of our dinner reservations, golf and spa/salon treatments.

They make sure you’re always being taken care of and catered to.

The personal Butler Giovanni was outstanding made sure every activity dinner and anything we need was taken care of.

She took such good care of us the entire time we were there.

He took care of at the pool area throughout our entire stay.

They went above and beyond in taking care of us.

From the minute you arrive to when you check out you are treated with care.

All of the staff were  incredible and made sure we were well taken care of.

All week we were taking care of by our good friend Omar.

We went for a relaxing 10-year anniversary trip and could not have been more well-taken care of.

Every interaction we had was beyond positive and in many cases employees went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

in that I left my wallet at a shop in Cabo during a half day town tour, and snorkeling at Chileno Beach.

but you pay for it:

- Watch out for discrimiation if you did not book directly.

I travel a lot and this did not thrill or disappoint, just not worth price.

For what we paid, I don’t think we got our moneys worth.

The only cons are the timeshare sales pitch on check-in, and the ridiculous prices of anything in the resort shops.

After waiting 9 months the experience and the expense registered as one of the worst vacations in memory.

To add insult to injury,  by accident my wife's expensive belt was ruined by housekeeping.

though extremely pricey ($1000 for a couples massage)

Cons:
- more of a general con for Cabo- the hotel backs right up to a busy highway (all of them do).

We didn’t get all the details so we ended up booking a tour that we thought was included and had to pay a lot of money at the end.

There are several types of cabana's for day rentals ranging from a simple cabana with lounge chairs to a much larger and more expensive lounge with the addition of a large TV, sitting area with small table and I think a small refrigerator.

I emailed the concierge back, letting them know that even at a five star, 5 diamond Michelin resort, a massage would never cost this much.

but the prices of these items were inflated.

You are limited to where and how much you can use for their overpriced services.

You can only use $250 towards a spa treatment…too bad most of those treatments cost way more than that!!!

I’m giving this resort a 5/5 because they did everything you’d expect and more for an expensive, luxury all-inclusive.

For example, we were given $150 and told we could only use it for tax on spa activities or soap or air freshener that is being sold for $100.

but not sure I would have paid the extra from it given how great the pretty much every view was.

though we showed them their own emails stating that we had “paid in full”, we had to pay to get them to let us leave.

(Except Le Blanc which is most expensive and gets the lowest discount 🤔).

If I had to share something that they could improve, I would say that they should pay more attention to the personal information on your profile.

Again I just paid $1000 dollars per night and cannot eat at the restaurants  I have already paid for??

The food was some of the best we’ve ever experienced!

If you’re looking for an amazing experience and vacation Le Blanc is a MUST!

We went to San Jose de Cabo to find a heartbeat and it was amazing to have real food and experience culture.

In summary, I have respect for the LeBlanc brand, and I have also provided this feedback to the Le Blanc Los Cabos management - I hope the comments are taken in the spirit of improving guest experience and sustainability in the hospitality industry.

Our expectation was that it would be an even better experience with a higher level of service and if possible even more amazing food.

All in all, it was a very memorable experience and we want to thank all the staff that were there during our stay from Nov 28-Dec 8th.

Another outstanding service experience was with Roberto at Yama (where the sushi is fantastic!).

Shoutout to Alicia and the bartenders at Blanc Fire, Angel at Blanc Ocean for the great drink and food recommendations, and the wonderful pool concierges, servers, and bartenders for the most relaxing experience.

I am very thankful and pleased with our wonderful experience here.

but I didn’t realize just how exceptional my experience would be, largely thanks to Manny.

Our dining experiences at the resort got better with each meal.
