but clean, Wi-Fi not the best but came prepared with hard wire, most if not all the staff speak English and are very friendly and courteous, Silver service in the restaurant which is still a pleasure to see, breakfast wide ranging and nice, Hotel is central enough for the town square and on a tram stop so you can get about easy enough.

Very large room, catering was excellent with a sit down meal and buffet afterwards.

The apartment and the entire hotel are kept in a high clean standard ,  service as well , included bar and restaurant .

Breakfast had to be collected in the lobby - very tasty and more than enough.

Didn't have dinner or lunch in hotel as there are plenty of nice places to eat out and prices are cheap.

but that has now gone ,restaurant prices very reasonable

Every Sunday restaurant offers special meals (like Croatian cuisine or deal for Mothers).

Only a short 5 min walk to the old town with tons of restaurants and bars.

Restaurant staff were really helpful, and even provided advice on other places to eat in town that would give variety.

Had lunch and dinner in the bar on a few occasions and that was also very good.

Arrived here late after a long drive ,free parking on the hotel grounds ,very friendly and helpful staff in a very nice reception area ,room was very spacious with many tv channels free wifi for multiple connections ,great shower area ,the restaurant was excellent and the Casino looked good

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon when the excellent restaurant was serving a Polish buffet -- delicious food.

Room service for breakfast was also included in the rate which was fantastic.

I ate in the hotel restaurant as I arrived a bit late and the food was pretty good too.

The restaurant (Oliwka) serves nice means, and the breakfast choice will make just about anyone happy.

Breakfast and other meals we ordered were also very good.

We found the offered breakfast to be better than that offered in much more expensive places elsewhere in the world.

I have to say both the spa and dining experiences were absolutely fabulous.

The Room: The room was very spacious with two small comfortable beds, kitchenette , sitting area and dinning table.

Our room was very large, with armchairs, table and dining chairs, settee, desk, two large beds, and a wonderful view over the river Brda.

The dining room serves good food with excellent service.

Overall I was delighted with my dining experience there!

Therefore I always organize my review to list the things we liked/disliked about reviewed subject and leave it to you to apply those to your expectations to decide how you would rate the same.

Staff as amazing and friendly as always, food good, bar good.

Diner was ok, price technical it was acceptable, service was good, sometimes long waiting to get all.

What I tried is the restaurant which is delicious and with a great service.

Within an easy drive/walk/bus journey of Focus Park if you fancy a meal or shopping.

Restaurant was fantastic, great choice recommended by waitress, certainly not disappointed, chef asked me to try some specials also that he was developing, again all perfect, will definitely use this place again.

When it is not a taxi because it is far a little from the station, it is severe.Because I did not have time to use a restaurant and the bar, I want to take advantage of the next time.

I say accommodating because… as this was my second extended stay, the team made every effort to come up with combinations of their menu to keep things fresh.

After being awake for some time, and not able to go to sleep anymore, I went to the reception in order to ask for a new room.

but sleeping on that small bed with just one small blanket was impossible.

The pillows: huge uncomfortable pillows that spoil you sleep.

I was sleeping at the wrong side, a lot of traffic noise and the trams starting between 5 and 6 in the morning to go to their starting place.

In hindsight, I should have slept on top of it instead of the bed.

but it just didn't allow for comfortable sleep for two. Also, seeing that a lot of things in the hotel were new, it was surprising that there was a very low number of sockets, so if you wanted to charge your phone, you had to unplug your nightstand lamp (?!)

but try and get a room overlooking the river. It's slightly quieter; however I didn't have a problem sleeping facing the road (I guess it depends on how light a sleeper you are!)

Even my negative points are the same as last year, quilt is too small for the width of the bed and no coffee facility in the room.

- Food: I had the breakfast every morning and it was a great spread and range of food.

 My 4th time at the Mecure in Bydgoszcz and again can't fault the experience, clean comfortable rooms, good food for dinner and breakfast, add in it's central location then it's a winner.

Breakfast was quite rich, include honey and fresh juices.

This is a well appointed hotel with a nice bar, good breakfasts and evening meals.

but due to lack of desire to make any attempt to provide any form of customer service to guests.

The corridors were notable due to the creative use of mirrors.

Unfortunately I didn't make breakfast due to enjoying the delights of Bydgoszcz too much !!

Due to us having a 9:30am train the next morning to Gdansk, our stay in the hotel was going to be under 12 hours.

Given that the rest of the room is in such good condition, it seems odd that the bed would be so poor by comparison.

I stayed one weeknight at the Mercure Bydgoszcz “Sepia” hotel, booking an apartment (suite) with a large living and entertaining area, a moderate size bedroom, and a massive bathroom with freestanding tub, walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and double sink.

On warm days, a wonderful view of the city and the opera house from the terrace upstairs. I recommend and thank you :)

I was stay 3 days in this hotel and All was Ok staff rooms clean and lărger very good breakfast and also well located near to the Opera and 5 min to the Old Centre and Gdanska street.

Great wine cellar, mostly for business entertaining, roof deck with nice view, parking lot, near bus and tram lines, good walk to train station, bus station and mall.

The staying at Mercure Sepia was so pleasant and relaxing, the hotel enjoy a pretty central location just in front of the Opera and few steps away from the island on the river and the city centre.

The opera house was opposite & so was the bridge to the old town & square.

The decor of the hotel is cool Art Deco with a lovely spa, smoking room, attached restaurant and lovely breakfast.

I loved the attention to detail and the gold theme throughout: sparkly golden tiles in the swimming pool, edible gold glitter on the handmade chocolates at breakfast!, the hotel logo in gold on the slippers in our rooms .
