No complaints other than the fan in the bathroom is soo loud.

Be aware that there is no air conditioning, so on warm summer days it can be warm in the room as it was the day we were there.

The rooms do not have A/C & they do have fans available if needed.

I'm not sure if they had AC, as we slept with the window open which proved to be pretty chilly.

Only "complaints" I would have would be little space to hang clothes (maybe add more hooks in the entryway) & vent fan in bathroom was loud, and only one switch for fan & light so you could not turn light on separately. If ever have the pleasure of returning to Frisco area, would look no further than here (so save me a room;))

Kitchen floor dirty, hair and lettuce in refrigerator, clump of animal hair in shower, black stuff on toilet, gross stuff in floor vents which were lighted at night.

You can hear when they turn the bathroom fans on.You can hear them walk around.

A minor suggestion: the bathroom fan is coupled with the light, and it's loud!

The only problem was I couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioner (it's in the mountains and it cooled down naturally).

but we rectified that by opening the window and turning on our ceiling fan.

but there was a ceiling fan and a mini rotary fan, which I had to unplug to charge anything – perils of an old building.

If the bathroom light was on, the loud fan had to be on.

I got up to check the thermostat only to discover that the heating system was shut down and the thermometer was pinned to its lowest point.

There is no AC so it is hard to cool down the room unless you leave the door open.

The only concern was that the room had no air-conditioning so we had to leave the windows open.

Jordan met us each morning with Breakfast. Yummy!

The happy hour and the home-cooked breakfast were delicious and ample.

Staff was great, breakfast and hors d'oeuvres were unexpected and excellent!

but for me the breakfast was delightful especially the homemade  eggs Benedict top notch and all the crew you have working are awesome!!

Enjoyed the breakfasts and participating in happy hour, not something you see much of any more.

The breakfasts were delicious and I loved the custom made coffee drinks.

Frisco Lodge provides a custom, hot breakfast as well as a robust and tasty happy hour with real food and drinks.

The free breakfasts every morning were fantastic, including eggs to order, oatmeal, sausage, fruits, waffles, pancakes, hot cappuccino/latte/espresso drinks, orange juice, all fresh, homemade and delicious.

Wonderful breakfast and evening wine 🍷 tasting and snacks.

The breakfast is great, and they even offer happy hour wines!

The free breakfast is homemade and made to order.

We were well cared for - excellent breakfast, with so many choices, and then in the evening a “happy hour” that could serve as dinner.

Each morning we had a delicious cooked breakfast buffet style, always with eggs, cooked differently each morning,  bacon, sausage and always some other breakfast special - waffles or pancakes and lots of fruit.

After a very hardy breakfast, cooked to order, we were ready for a good work out.

Only negatives (to provide an objective review) were that the rooms were on the small side and heat was too high.

The building is old and the room was small,

Putting our suitcases on the floor created a challenge of getting around the small room.

As you would expect, the rooms are small with 10 upstairs in the main building, and another set of rooms in a detached building to the rear.

I stayed in room #1 which is a tiny, end room on the second floor.

The "suite" consisted of two very small rooms with a connecting door, similar to what you would get in a low-end motel.

though the room was small, it was very comfortable.

Only complaint was the shower in our room was small and it took a while for hot water to reach the room.

Yes, you could hear noises from other rooms pretty easily and the rooms are small,

There is no A/C and while there is a breeze, I have to keep the windows shut because of the noise.

The heater in the room was a bit loud when it initially came on.

It was 80+ degrees in the room when we arrived and to be fair it did cool down in the room when we propped open the front door and turned on the fan that was provided to draw in some of the cool air from the parking lot.

4) The heating units looked like they were going to completely fall apart any minute, the tile in the kitchenette area was broken and dated.

but was quite a bit larger and had a fireplace and a/c!

We had to use the air conditioner in the room.

We heard some rooms do no have AC so ask.

The beds are very uncomfortable, there’s no air conditioning or safes in the rooms.

It is so dry that I had issues breathing at night sleeping and not pleasant morning of blowing my nose.

There is no elevator so be prepared to lug your bags up the stairs, and the lack of A/C can make for a restless sleep in the summer due to the noise from having to leave the windows open.

The only issue I had was the ceiling fan / light.

Checked in and found our box fan for white noise, as requested (without having to call to front desk and remind them).

We knew that there wouldn't be AC before coming,

Then during the stay overnight, the electricity went out and when trying to take a shower the water pressure was so low that it barely did anything.

The bathroom was cramped and hard to do anything in, like dry hair, without bumping in to a door or cabinet.

My room didn’t have a bathtub, just a roll in shower.

What frequent traveler isn't impressed by the complete package of amenities these rooms have?

That's it. They should be embarrassed to charge extra for any of those "amenities."

Blamed no coffee cups in room, limited toiletries and linens on Covid.

The bath water handle came off when turning on the water.

We arrived to a tired room with little decoration or amenities.

but the woman working the front desk is slowww as molasses (there was a line of 3 people when I showed up for 4pm check in which should have been a tip off), they are still trying to charge a resort fee even though the amenities were all closed (when I asked what services I was being charged for the woman at reception said..breakfast?).

We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling, which was not repaired.

The bathroom door was a little warped requiring excessive force open & close, which was very disturbing, especially late at night.

Though more shelves in bathroom would be nice.

Also, if you intend to use the hot tub, you'll need to bring your own robe or some other way to stay warm from the room to the hot tub.

The continental Breakfast was hot and good.

The views can't be beat and even if the stay is slightly more the free parking and breakfast more than makes up for it.

It was a platinum fork and coloured cereal job.

With a perfect view of the mountains, Traverse restaurant offers a memorable dining experience with delicious food and attentive service.

Breakfast choices were plentiful and the rooms were well-stocked with amenities.

Went to the town each morning for breakfast before a day of skiing.

This place's resort fee covers parking, WiFi, the fitness center and a really lame continental breakfast.

On-site restaurant and bar also provided excellent service, delicious food, and beautiful views.

I’m 100% coming back and the spa *chefs kiss*, even breakfast was on point.

Breakfast in the morning was delicious and custom/ready for the time we wanted so we could get out early and explore/ hike.

Staff were really friendly and breakfast was absolutely delicious.

They feel like really nice bed and breakfast rooms with character and nice furnishings.

They have a full hot breakfast every morning

The dining environments, both inside and outside were the perfect settings for the afternoon Apertivo and complimentary, made-to-order breakfasts.

Our accommodations included daily fresh ground coffee and a home made breakfast.

The most memorable time was when my husband proposed 9 years so and we stayed the weekend at this bed and breakfast.

The breakfast and happy hour with wine and tapas were a bonus.

The staffs made us feel special and the service was incredibly helpful and friendly

The only "bad" thing is that you can hear everything in-between the walls.

While my wife and I were watching a DVD movie on the TV, with the volume turned down low, the movie's sounds were still able to travel through Room 105's paper thin walls.

I was then told that possibly I “SAT” on the counter and that’s why it was coming off the wall.

The only downsides for us were (1) the thin walls; we could hear our neighbors conversation and tv, and they were not talking loudly, and (2) sheets heavily scented with laundry detergent.

Bed was a bit too close to the wall and I felt a little crammed in.

The only minor glitch that bothered us was the thin walls.

The only, minor drawback were the thin walls between rooms.

The only negative is that the doors and walls are somewhat thin, so you can hear conversations happening out in the hallway or the TV on in the next room.

Air conditioning was not the issue, so I responded back to them again and they told me I needed to contact the hotel directly.

Worst experience, the room was hot no air conditioning in the property and when we went for lunch and came back the batteries to the door were dead so we had to wait for maintenance almost a hour and all they said was sorry about that.

The front desk stated they had no A/C in the building!

The room was over 80 degrees in the room and when I called down to ask if the A/C worked they said they don't have A/C and nobody does in the mountains.

No hot water, no a/c, musty concrete dust smell throughout the hallways which is probably a health hazard.

Under construction and no air conditioning.

When we were checking in we were informed the hotel had NO Air Conditioning.

That the entire hotel did not have air conditioning.

The hallways are in horrible shape, the hotel smells musty, there is no A/C, the check in location is a far distance from the entrance, the rooms are located a far distance from the check in, the employees are useless and apathetic, and the rooms are dark, outdated, and in disrepair.

I reversed and went back to the desk to tell them I was not checking in, that there was mold in the air, filth on the surfaces (I have photos), and no air circulation or A/C.

This is needed as it’s humid   With Climate change and not so cool in Summer. Wish I could upload the gross photos just say everything and our room made us check out within minutes of checking in, room musty, open window, screen looked as if someone tried to break in, air cleaner/purifier had gray greasy dust on front vents (why did they need a air purifier???)

We discovered that the building had no air conditioning.

Hilton doesn’t tell you that there is NO air conditioning in this hotel.

Come to find out the hotel was built with no air-conditioning.

No AC no pool or hot tub on pro on ptperty Place is Dplus at best.

Also, there is no AC in the entire hotel, and we were not informed of this until we walked into our room!

Breakfast was continental with microwave Jimmy Dean sandwich's.

Breakfast, if you could call it that, was microwaveable biscuits and other pre-made items, not the warm breakfast you'd expect.

We chose not to participate in the continental breakfast.

There is a minimal continental breakfast available.

Definitely recommend the breakfast buffet/omelette bar/best cinnamon rolls ever.

The breakfast food was delicious and the servers were Excellent!

What can I say $24 breakfast buffet that I get free at a Holiday Inn.

Also ,their breakfast buffet is good and they stopped charging the exorbitant price of $23 for it.

For Diamon members you get $24 a day food credit which you can spend in the cafe to get value, or you can take $12 off the expensive breakfast.

Our pre-paid reservation included breakfast and we had a written request to have the 2 rooms close by.

And the the hotel biles my room for the the breakfast that I paid for at the restaurant.

but we came downstairs at 9 am the next morning and was told they were out of muffins but has free coffee.

Breakfast was good (Diamond club $5 for hot breakfast). Walking distance to chairlift (200 meters?)

Breakfast in restaurant was decent and worth doing due to the overpriced everything in the area.

Nice cafe in lobby for breakfast foods and dining room serves breakfast and dinner.

We purchased the breakfast with the room and I considered it to be convenient to get a good meal in before hitting the slopes.

We took out from the hotel restaurant one night (a family dinner of BBQ pulled pork, mac & cheese, tater tots and cole slaw and it was delicious.

Poor parking; one elevator; must change elevators and walk down long hall to reach assigned floor.

Had to take two or three elevators to hunt for your room!

After getting on the singular elevator for the all of the hotel guests and employees, we  arrived on the sixth floor our room was filthy and the bathtub would not drain.

Construction mess, no amenities available and the elevator doors were blocked by fire safety doors.

A young man escorted me towards our room and while in the elevator, we met another patron who informed us that he was headed to the desk for a refund, as there was no A/C in his room.

Getting to our room took two elevators and a long walk through a urine smelling hallway to get up to our floor.

What they don't tell you is:
-You have to move your luggage in and out of plywood floors and ramps, down halls with torn up carpet and walls, up one elevator, move to another elevator, and around a stinky maze.

Our room was so far away from the lobby that is took two trips, two different elevators, and about an 8 minute stroll down a very long hallway to get our luggage to our room.

Trying to move around contractors with ladders and paint to get on the only elevator in.

Finally, we were told to take multiple elevators and cross the building to other elevators to our room.

Filthy carpet through the service hall way to get to the elevator to the makeshift lobby.

No elevator working to transport luggage multiple floors. 2.

Loud trucks outside ur window and disgusting elevator.

We had to take three elevators to get to the 8th floor room, and two to go back to the pool.. and you have to go outside to go back inside to the parking garage.

This property needs a Renovation the only plus is its cross from the peak nine chair lifts

I figured it out and used a combo of stairs and elevators and it wasn’t too bad.

There were no heating instructions and I microwaved one for 1 minute and ended up with a gooey mess.

There was a fan that blew right in my face the whole night on my side of the bed.

air conditioner didnt work   people smoking pot and stinking up the hallway and staff did nothing about it   no overnight staff  no breakfast as advertised  no microwave   no ironing board or iron .

Our AC unit was broken so it was terribly hot all night in our room.

I saw some past review reported that their room didn't have air conditioning; ours had a wall unit, so perhaps that's not in every unit or it's a newer addition.

The people here are so super friendly that all the other little things like small, oddly configured bathroom and the noisy heater can all be overlooked.

Also, the heater made things a lot worse.

I even heard our neighbors fan when it was being used.

Although the staff was very nice, the beds were not comfortable and the air conditioning wasn't working correctly.

They told us to open the windows and plugged in a portable a/c unit - the next day we went out and came back to a hotter room - they moved us into a standard room which was a lot smaller

Couldn't regulate the temperature on the AC.

There is no microwave and the heating/ac unit is blowing on one bed so something to divert the air would be nice.

but the rooms are too small and the ventilation / heating / cooling was woefully inadequate.

Our AC did not cool well The bathroom was very small.

The only drawback were the a/c and the shower.

While it does not offer air conditioning, I thought it was a great place to stay.

Because the traffic outside is very noisy, we turned the air conditioning on at night, it is super noisy also!

Everything far exceeded our expectations, and we were happy with the free breakfasts that were part of our package.

The continental breakfast was mediocre at best.

Not impressive or high end accommodations, nice enough, great staff, good array of self serve breakfast choices, 24 hr coffee, community computer and Microwave, small fridge, iron/board, and small hot tub.

Breck Inn gave us a great landing spot to regroup and rest, along with delicious breakfast, a wine happy hour Friday evening, and super friendly staff!

Dog friendly, comfortable beds, a decent continental breakfast array . .

A clean and comfortable room, an awesome hot tub, gracious hospitality, and am ample continental breakfast greeted us each of the four days we were there.

The breakfast area was clean and had several options.

Great continental breakfast, polite work staff, great view off of the front balcony, would recommend to friends and family, would stay again,  not far from downtown weather was a factor to keep us from walking

I liked having the hot tub and the breakfast included!

Vintage style and give you complimentary breakfast !

New key system is a plus while breakfast has always been great and continues to be so.

The room was clean, the continental breakfast was truly convenient, and the staff was accommodating.
