No complaints other than the fan in the bathroom is soo loud.

Be aware that there is no air conditioning, so on warm summer days it can be warm in the room as it was the day we were there.

The rooms do not have A/C & they do have fans available if needed.

I'm not sure if they had AC, as we slept with the window open which proved to be pretty chilly.

Only "complaints" I would have would be little space to hang clothes (maybe add more hooks in the entryway) & vent fan in bathroom was loud, and only one switch for fan & light so you could not turn light on separately. If ever have the pleasure of returning to Frisco area, would look no further than here (so save me a room;))

Kitchen floor dirty, hair and lettuce in refrigerator, clump of animal hair in shower, black stuff on toilet, gross stuff in floor vents which were lighted at night.

You can hear when they turn the bathroom fans on.You can hear them walk around.

A minor suggestion: the bathroom fan is coupled with the light, and it's loud!

The only problem was I couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioner (it's in the mountains and it cooled down naturally).

but we rectified that by opening the window and turning on our ceiling fan.

but there was a ceiling fan and a mini rotary fan, which I had to unplug to charge anything – perils of an old building.

If the bathroom light was on, the loud fan had to be on.

I got up to check the thermostat only to discover that the heating system was shut down and the thermometer was pinned to its lowest point.

There is no AC so it is hard to cool down the room unless you leave the door open.

The only concern was that the room had no air-conditioning so we had to leave the windows open.

Jordan met us each morning with Breakfast. Yummy!

The happy hour and the home-cooked breakfast were delicious and ample.

Staff was great, breakfast and hors d'oeuvres were unexpected and excellent!

but for me the breakfast was delightful especially the homemade  eggs Benedict top notch and all the crew you have working are awesome!!

The free breakfasts every morning were fantastic, including eggs to order, oatmeal, sausage, fruits, waffles, pancakes, hot cappuccino/latte/espresso drinks, orange juice, all fresh, homemade and delicious.

The breakfast is great, and they even offer happy hour wines!

The free breakfast is homemade and made to order.

We were well cared for - excellent breakfast, with so many choices, and then in the evening a “happy hour” that could serve as dinner.

Each morning we had a delicious cooked breakfast buffet style, always with eggs, cooked differently each morning,  bacon, sausage and always some other breakfast special - waffles or pancakes and lots of fruit.

After a very hardy breakfast, cooked to order, we were ready for a good work out.

We rarely ate out during our stay due to the abundant appetizers / soup.

 Due to the fact that the Eisenhower Tunnel was closed going east on I-70 due to an accident, we had to find a room in Frisco at 9 PM on 9/4/19.

I called 23 hours and 15 minutes before our stay to see if we could cancel due to the fact that the room the not have enough sleeping room for 4 people so we could switch to a motel that could accommodate us, since they could NOT for his trip,

Due to slow season breakfast was made to order.

The buildings are both old, the one we stayed in is due for an outside face-lift.

Both had peeling wallpaper and bare woodwork, so I guess they’re due.

There was some noise in the back of the lodge right beneath our window due to a dumpster being located right beneath our room.

I would not come here for romantic weekend due to the rustic level and lack of romanticism,

but they were exceptionally busy that day due to the influx of travelers.

The hot tub and wine in our room was an added touch that made out stay amazing.

We were super suprised when yall found out it was our honeymoon and gifted us a small welcome and congrats toast.. just really made it feel that much more special.. ps the hot tub is fantastic at night!

There are clearly Regulars who go here every year who populate these events with relish (mostly in 60s/70s) and who also adore the hot tub outside which was always full of elderly revelers soaking and sipping.

Relaxing in the large hot tub after a day of hiking and skiing is a huge bonus.

The hot tub is very nice after a day of exercising.

We even were served in the hot tub outside with the snow coming down on us which was magical.

I wish I would have stayed one more day and enjoyed the hot tub, shower and that comfortable bed instead of heading to the airport tired and gritty.

We love everything about it: the location in town, the delicious breakfast, the afternoon wine hour and snacks, the hot tub and the cordial staff!

The hotel staff even opened the hot tub up for me one morning because I was very sore from hiking the day before.

The Hot Tub is open 4pm - 10pm and there is a gas fireplace and colorful lighting for relaxing after a busy day of exploring.

Dog friendly is awesome for us- We enjoyed wine at the outdoor fireplace and the hot tub is a must!

We wished we have driven to Denver after our last day of skiing rather than stay the night to relax before the drive back.

Leave your car keys and they clean snow from your windows, move cars around and plow the parking lot while you are skiing.

Wonderful to have after a full day of skiing.

After skiing, we returned to the Frisco lodge to be welcomed with a delicious happy hour which consisted of cheese, crackers, homemade soup/chili/stew and two generously poured glasses of wine pp!

but it's nice to have an easy breakfast option before leaving for a day of skiing rather than having to make a stop.

Come for the skiing, stay for the pitch perfect atmosphere.

other guests stayed here as a base for skiing locally, for which the Lodge is perfect.

After a day of skiing it is nice to chill in the main lodge for HH and live music on Friday nights.

The local bus transportation system is efficient and only a 2 minute walk - with direct bus to the skiing.

I was remote working parttime while the rest of my group were skiing so they set me up with space/quiet/great WiFi so thanks!

The Hot Tub is a nice touch after skiing as well and bathrobes are provided in your room to get you to and from.

It's a great place to stay when skiing Copper or just vacationing in the mountains.

The breakfast was delicious and filled us up for a day of skiing, and the happy hour was a great way to end the day, enjoy some more great food, and relax.

Only negatives (to provide an objective review) were that the rooms were on the small side and heat was too high.

Putting our suitcases on the floor created a challenge of getting around the small room.

As you would expect, the rooms are small with 10 upstairs in the main building, and another set of rooms in a detached building to the rear.

I stayed in room #1 which is a tiny, end room on the second floor.

The "suite" consisted of two very small rooms with a connecting door, similar to what you would get in a low-end motel.

though the room was small, it was very comfortable.

Only complaint was the shower in our room was small and it took a while for hot water to reach the room.

From the great appetizer and glass of wine as we come in to the hot tubs both inside and outside and the comfortable beds, the best thing is just the happy staff and great service for anything we need. Need.

We then went to the happy hour or they call it aperitivo which included wine, appetizers and the special that evening was chili, cornbread and a salad!

Frisco even has a shuttle that can drop you off at Copper Mountain.

The shuttle bus to Copper Mountain was an easy walk right across the street - Breckenridge was 6 blocks away.

For those interested, this was a ski trip for us to Copper Mountain.

The bikes were excellent, and we rode from the hotel up to Copper Mountain - and coasted gloriously back the 8 mile trail.

And, you’re half a block from the free Summit Stage that takes you to Copper Mountain in 15 minutes.

There is so much to see and do in Frisco and the nearby ski resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain).

The place is centrally located between Vail, Beaver Creek, Breck, Keystone and Copper Mountain, ideal if you want to ski more than one place.

We could easily walk to restaurants and it was a 4 minute drive to ski/board at Copper Mountain.

Frisco is a great town to stay in general if you want to visit several places like Vail, Breckenridge or Copper Mountain .

Stayed for a snowboarding holiday so this was a great location for Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail, Breckenridge and Beaver Creek.

Positives: The inn is centrally located to nearby resorts in Breckenridge and Copper Mountain.

My husband and I were looking for a place in Frisco to stay for a night before skiing Copper Mountain with friends from out of state.

I stayed in Frisco a few weeks ago and had a conference in Copper Mountain.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Frisco, Colorado or anywhere close to Breckenridge, Keystone or Copper Mountain, you could not find a better place than the Frisco Inn on Galena!

You cannot beat the location right in the center of town, near three major resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain).

The made-to-order daily breakfast and evening tapas was such a sweet perk, as was the little coffee shop and on-site spa where I had a great massage.

The 90-minute hot stone massage at the spa was also a great experience.

The whole place really epitomizes the term “cozy.” We didn’t have time to take advantage of the spa, happy hour, or the two hot tubs.

Used many of the extra amenities…rode Loaner bikes, relaxed outside on the flower filled patio,soaked in the impeccably clean hot tubs, and enjoyed a refreshing massage after a 30 mile bike ride.

It has the full complement of spa, library, internet, etc.

On site bikes you can use along with spa and even a DVD library.

Then we topped it off with massages and they were amazing.

Frisco Inn is a beautiful, centrally located bed & breakfast with a spa in the building.

The food and location is great and my wife loved her 2-hour massage.

They have an on-site spa where you can schedule a massage and my wife said it was one of the best massages she ever had and with the Inn discount it was only $93.

Clean, cozy, excellent spa, great service, yummy food, amazing on-site roasted coffee, comfy beds, perfect location, gracious hosts, lovely outdoor patio area, spacious dining and lounging areas.

Massages were lovely, and the food was simple and delicious.

The only "bad" thing is that you can hear everything in-between the walls.

While my wife and I were watching a DVD movie on the TV, with the volume turned down low, the movie's sounds were still able to travel through Room 105's paper thin walls.

I was then told that possibly I “SAT” on the counter and that’s why it was coming off the wall.

The only downsides for us were (1) the thin walls; we could hear our neighbors conversation and tv, and they were not talking loudly, and (2) sheets heavily scented with laundry detergent.

Bed was a bit too close to the wall and I felt a little crammed in.

The only minor glitch that bothered us was the thin walls.

The only, minor drawback were the thin walls between rooms.

The only negative is that the doors and walls are somewhat thin, so you can hear conversations happening out in the hallway or the TV on in the next room.

There is no A/C and while there is a breeze, I have to keep the windows shut because of the noise.

The heater in the room was a bit loud when it initially came on.

It was 80+ degrees in the room when we arrived and to be fair it did cool down in the room when we propped open the front door and turned on the fan that was provided to draw in some of the cool air from the parking lot.

4) The heating units looked like they were going to completely fall apart any minute, the tile in the kitchenette area was broken and dated.

but was quite a bit larger and had a fireplace and a/c!

We had to use the air conditioner in the room.

We heard some rooms do no have AC so ask.

The beds are very uncomfortable, there’s no air conditioning or safes in the rooms.
