The hotel is in a beautiful historic building, our corner room on the fifth floor was large & spotless, and it was just a short walk to the river & marina, and a number of fun bars & restaurants.

This is a perfect hotel if you want to be on the Manatee River and in the heart of historic Bradenton.

Loved this particular location because it was an old historic hotel that they renovated.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the charming historic hotel with modern amenities—within walking distance of restaurants and the scenic Riverwalk; clean, quiet, comfortable room; friendly staff; plentiful breakfast options with sufficient seating; pleasant pool; clean, well-stocked exercise room; shower with good water pressure; adequate parking.

We did hear a train off in the distance occasionally each day during our stay, which added to the historical feel of our visit.

I got ready for my day and came down for the complimentary breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

While I did not partake in the free breakfast, it certainly smelled good and the breakfast room was filled with some happy looking people.

On the two different days that we ate at the free and delicious breakfast buffet the men who ran it were so nice and sociable.

Rooms are spacious and breakfast is complimentary.

My partner & I always stay at this historic, conveniently located Hampton Inn in downtown Bradenton when we visit friends & family in this area because of its aesthetic charm & beauty, its great amenities (fitness center, pool, free breakfast, free parking, free Wifi), its comfortable, clean, updated, modern guest rooms—some with Juliet balconies furnished with sturdy chairs to sit & enjoy fresh air & sunshine or moonlight).

The complimentary breakfast was a good variety and was well stocked.

The staff were all extremely friendly, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean and secluded, the room was tasteful and clean.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel.Easy to find .Walking distance to the riverfront and farmers market .Accommodations and complimentary breakfast were great Parking not an issue because they also had overflow parking

The included breakfast was standard Hampton Inn with good options.

The complimentary breakfast the next morning was very good.

They have free breakfast which had several options to choose from.

It changed each morning and included delicious smoothies and fresh juices, which isnt typical.

The moment we walked in the front door Rebecca (at the front desk) greeted us with such a warm and genuine smile, and during our entire stay everyone on the staff, from the manager to the housekeeping people, were just as friendly and welcoming.

During our stay, we walked to the Historic Bradenton Downtown area where we listened to live music, enjoyed good food, and met friendly people, and we also rode BIRD Scooters on the Bradenton Riverwalk.

Luke was was super friendly and  the lady that checked us in on sat evening.

I highly recommend this friendly, super clean, family oriented hotel.

It’s very close to the river walk and close to bars, coffee shops, and restaurants walking distance.

The location was excellent and within walking distance of the many restaurants and the beautiful river walk.

The area around the hotel has lots of restaurants and you can walk to the Marina.

The hotel is only a few blocks from downtown eateries to which we walked and where we ate dinner.

One nice thing about this hotel is that you are within walking distance to a lot of things and restaurants.

Old Main St in downtown Bradenton is only a short walk where several restaurants are located.

Consistently good value: excellent breakfast spread included in room rates - shout out to Chris Duke who wiped down tables with sanitizer as soon as guests departed, kept food coming and even cleared my plate!

Everyone was very nice from the housekeeping to the front desk to the breakfast area.

It was nice to see staff do other things when they were not doing their jobs per say.

The staff at this Hampton was the nicest I have come across at a Hilton property.

The fact that I called ahead to make sure construction was not ongoing is for another review.

There is a bit of construction on the roads going on in the area.

With all the construction going on on University Av.

One caveat- There is a great deal of construction at the I-75 and University Blvd exit and the hotel is "hidden" amongst some big box stores and restaurants.

There is road construction that requires a detour to enter/exit.

Very OVERCROWDED roads and the interchange at University Parkway and I-75 is under construction.

Perhaps when the construction is all done there will be a direct entrance off of the highway.

However, located next to a highway under construction & can be noisy at times.

The construction around it made the stay a little "interesting" to locate,

although major construction in the area made it difficult to find, specially after dark, I was very pleased with the facility, its attention to decorative detail and the efficiency of the people at the desk.

This time we found the Comfort to be under major construction and could not stay at that location.

The hotel was clean the staff friendly the breakfast was good.

This was our second visit to this area to visit family and this hotel has a lot going for it -- central location near restaurants, the interstate, shops, friendly staff and atmosphere, exceptionally clean and modern guest rooms and public areas.

If you like drug areas this is the place to stay.

Good location to travel to beaches in the area and other interests.

Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We'll be back in the area and most certainly back to Radisson.

This hotel is well-maintained, and I strongly encourage you to choose this hotel over all the others in the area if you wanted to be treated LIKE FAMILY!

Amy was terrific and was able to give us information on where to go and what to do in the area!

Coffee pot available as well as breakfast next to lobby area.

They have an outdoor fire pit to sit around and even a BBQ area on the one side of the hotel.

I will consider this hotel each time I am in the area.

Their staff also provided dinner recommendation since we were unfamiliar with the area.

Excellent restaurants in the area and close proximity to the movie theaters.

Rooms were just as good and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking in the Bradenton area.

If you’re planning to stay in the area, look no further, this is where you need to be.
