He always greeted us and was making sure everything was plentiful.

The breakfast was adequate and typical for the chain.

Consistently good value: excellent breakfast spread included in room rates - shout out to Chris Duke who wiped down tables with sanitizer as soon as guests departed, kept food coming and even cleared my plate!

There’s a snack bar 24 hours, I believe and free breakfast: Oatmeal, fruit, yogurt waffles, eggs and sausage.

A free daily breakfast was included and the gym came in handy too.

The hotel was clean the staff friendly the breakfast was good.

The egg frittatas were tasteless , the sausage and potatoes literally inedible.

We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the pool area was beautiful.

There is a bit of construction on the roads going on in the area.

With all the construction going on on University Av.

One caveat- There is a great deal of construction at the I-75 and University Blvd exit and the hotel is "hidden" amongst some big box stores and restaurants.

There is road construction that requires a detour to enter/exit.

Very OVERCROWDED roads and the interchange at University Parkway and I-75 is under construction.

Perhaps when the construction is all done there will be a direct entrance off of the highway.

However, located next to a highway under construction & can be noisy at times.

The construction around it made the stay a little "interesting" to locate,

although major construction in the area made it difficult to find, specially after dark, I was very pleased with the facility, its attention to decorative detail and the efficiency of the people at the desk.

This time we found the Comfort to be under major construction and could not stay at that location.

We stayed in during the past weekend while they had a couple of teams there and those people were really disgusting letting their young kids run up and down the hallways and partying late into the night.

Rooms were extremely humid and felt disgusting.

Smells horrible of mildew and once they have your money you are out of luck.

The room was disgusting, smelling like mildew with black mold in the shower.

The carpet, though, is, quite honestly, filthy, and not just in the guest rooms.

After my experience with the room I had booked the security was alerted to a drug smell coming from another room.

So many things wrong here  The room was dirty, the shower was filthy and had paint and tiles falling off all over.

Also after checking in to our room the bathroom/shower was disgusting.

The room and hotel is showing quite a bit of wear with paint missing from door frames, worn carpet on the stairs and the window frames were very dirty and mouldy.

However, it smelled like spoiled fish or shrimp had been stored or forgotten and left in the room refrigerator.

There was no bathmat or anything that was anti-slip int he tub flooring, no car to grab either, as I stepped into the bathtub I lost my footing and slipped and fell and had a huge knot and instant bruise on my shin, it was so slippery, most likely from bleach cleaner or whatever cleaner is used, that you can barely stand or walk in the shower, I had difficulty walking the next day and I am still very sore and can not touch the area and it is severely bruised.

I wasn't aware that they were undergoing a remodel and I heard several guests complain about the smell of the carpet glue.

Which really pissed me off since I have asthma and requested no smoking.

The complimentary breakfast was decent and the seating area for breakfast was good.

The commentary hot breakfast was excellent and there coffee was delicious.

We stay at Hilton Hotels because they are always nice, clean and offer free breakfast.

Everything was great- staff, rooms , breakfast, free 24 hour coffee. .

The breakfast is nice & you order on a sheet by 10 pm & it is ready the next morning.

The hotel is clean and functional and all of the staff we encountered were very nice,  You preorder breakfast before 10pm the preceding  night for collection in the morning.

Ashley stood firm on not refunding my additional money paid and I asked to speak with Guest Relations and at my request she dialed the number at the front desk.

This is a 5 pound dog that is well trained and accustomed to be in public places and we have never received a complaint about, ever.

From the nasty check in person at the desk to another attitude not caring person  at check out , this hotel DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S GUESTS!!!

Every night there was a very strong smell of sewage that made me sick.

The whole hotel had a very weird smell to it.

In reality they started at 7:30 AM one morning spreading something that smelled of adhesive.

Our room was brand new, even smelled like new carpet.

I called the hotel after I received a very nasty voice mail.

Hallway had a funky smell on several occasions coming from the ventilation system not from not being clean.

Never were we given any grief, never heard a nasty comment or even a sigh.

The room smelled sour, bathroom tub was dirty and stinky.

however I do wish the smoking area was located further away.

When we went to room smelled like smoke, they moved us immediately.

but yes an entire floor of smokers and yes they left their mark elsewhere as my forends had rooms that stunk too!

The breakfast had a great selection and all items freshly prepared.

There was a hot breakfast, which we found better than most hotels, especially after Covid.

Rooms were very clean and breakfast staff was very friendly.

Their breakfast choices were excellent and  includes fruits and snack bars.

My room had an awful odor, It was dark and dank and not inviting and not at a reasonable price.

We were grossed out at how filthy the elevator and carpet was.

As other reviewers have noted, the room seemed to have a strange odor that has been likened to mold.

However, our room (room 312) had an awful odor.

A little too much bleach smell upon check in.

I have stayed in older BE that left me feeling disappointed, tired and maybe a little grossed out because of the lack of cleanliness.

The second room offered to us smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

And the food you could tell was made with care right down to the eggs that at many other places look and taste like yuck.

The room smell like old and the water in the bathroom smell really bad( poor pipe maintenance).

The A/C did not cool very well and the room was humid and at times had a musty smell.

however, the room smelled like a hay barn and we did see a few bugs.

In fact, it´s a very old hotel, the reception was a mess and the hotel areas and rooms were smelly.

Breakfast was hearty and varied the cleanliness was first class.

In the morning the breakfast was delicious.

Where was the fruit yogurt, where were the pastries - doughnut holes every day!

We know the staff is friendly,  we know there will always be hot, fresh, coffee in the lobby every morning,  we know the complimentary breakfast will exceed our expectations and that our room will be spotless & fresh with a comfy mattress & pillows.

The breakfast was very delicious and the servers had everything full.

Very clean hotel, spacious room, nice pool area, great variety of breakfast items, fun & friendly bartenders that made strong drinks & kept my German hubs happy,  and a super-stocked snack bar for my 7 year old bottomless pit.

The back door did not lock and we told them.

Also, the rear entrance door is always open now.

Chilli's and Another broken egg is located next door, Publix is also down the road too.

Also, you could only enter back into the hotel through the front door as the key readers at each door around the property were not operating, not great when I would need to run the dogs outside or go to the car to grab something.

Everything that is being said or done in the hallway can be heard through the doors of the rooms.

Next day we returned from an outing to find our room door opened and our stuff all gone, including our 1-year old child’s food.

There was an incredibly rude customer complaining/screaming because her room had a shower curtain instead of a glass door (among other menial things) and the staff, especially Owen, handled it so professionally and gracefully.

Requesting a move, I was denied, ate the dried out scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet, and walked to the Marriott next door.

I continue to hope that someday people will realise they're not the only ones staying there and will whisper when standing in the hallway outside someone else's door.

Doors don't seem to slam like regular hotels either.

Sliding door to bath was also bad planning.

After closing our room door we never heard another noise.

Then, the bathroom sliding door made awful sound when trying to close and open.

There is a Publix next door where 2 dozen of them costs $4.

even though I hung the sign outside the door .Overall it was a waste of money if all I wanted was a room I could find a lot better and cheaper options this hyatt spoils the brand ..Avoid

Only issue was that my bill wasn't put under my door.

I only wish 2 things - that there was a microwave in the room and that the space between the front door and the floor wasn't so big because it made it a little bright at night.

There was only one small issue when we came back late, the front buzzer to the door did not ring to the back room, and no one was there to answer the phone to unlock the door.

but they use a lot of scents and I have asthma and it was all over the bldg .

although the disinfectant smell was pretty strong.

The bread was stale and the breakfast biscuits were greasy and cold.

even though the room was taken out of service because of the mold in the shower.

Cold food, very limited, and dining room was dirty and nasty.

She just yelled out and almost threw up from the smell of the water.

It was difficult to find a clean table and chair, and the floor still had food debris from the breakfast service, including an entire strip of bacon ground into the carpet. Gross.

Beautiful Rooms, Clean areas, delicious breakfast, excellent service, great shop area nerby, perfect for families, friends, events.

This hotel is always pristine and the staff is top notch- from the front desk to housekeeping- breakfast staff to administration.

She made me feel welcome each morning at breakfast, always smiling with thoughtful gestures and kind words.

Lots of natural light, good breakfast, easy access and a very nice updated suite are all elements contributing to the attractiveness of this hotel.

Breakfast was very well put together,  fresh hot foot.

The people working at the front desk and in the breakfast area are really friendly and helpful.

The staff friendly and breakfast was great.

From the Reception staff, special kudos to the young man from New York who assisted us while I sorted out issues with my credit card, to Kathleen in the breakfast area, these employees are top notch.
