Only thing I would say is adding more cosmetics for the bathroom.

The shower kept changing from boiling hot to freezing cold.

Bathroom was so dated, felt like they didnt do any upkeep since they started the hotel.

The rooms are very tired with threadbare rugs and furniture, very creased linens, stained bathroom floor  grout and bath mat.

The bathroom sink required Draino because the water was backing up and would take 5 minutes to go down.

The pool was not working, the toilet leaked, the counter in the bathroom was faded and peeling, a hole in the blanket in the closet and when I got in the jacuzzi, the controls were by the bathroom door, 10 feet away from me.

there was a hole in the wall and the fire sprinkler in the bathroom was siliconed in.

Ripped Wall Paper, light fixture coming off the walls, disgusting toilet set.

The toilet flushed very weird, had to jiggle handle after using it.

We had to alternate with our small cooler and bathroom sink.

The only redeeming part of the room was the jacuzzi tub.

I could also hear every time they flushed the toilet!

I left the bathroom fan on all night to muffle the noise from the atrium since I knew we wanted to sleep in a bit.

I had to use the bathroom after we had already checked out, and they allowed me to use the one in the lobby.

It's an old building and they could certainly change the rugs and update the bathrooms in the rooms,

Bathroom rundown, my husband found a bug in the shower.

Carpet in room dirty, bathroom is filthy.

Bathrooms particularly dingy with really weird taps that make finding the right temperature a major water wasting challenge.

We always love staying here - free parking, walking distance to all and free breakfast.

but the beds are comfy and the breakfast is great!!!

But the location, freebies like parking, breakfast, pool, and wifi are great attractions.

Positives - breakfast included, free parking.

Good price, free breakfast with a few hot options, and free parking.

But some hotels are still only offering bagged breakfast d/t Covid restrictions so this was a bonus.

So a short walk, free parking (we were allowed to keep our car in the lot after check out as well) and hot breakfast included made this easy and economical.

Talking about the room itself was a nice size and mostly clean.

The rooms were very very dates and in need of some love and a deep clean.

Having said that the room was clean and the shower was good.

though is the decor ,that needs to be updated.But the hotel is clean .

We have stayed here in the past and considered it a good clean motel.

I wanted an affordable place to stay that was clean--that's what we got.

The rooms are clean and do have coffee maker.

Our room was clean and stocked with the usual accessories.

but they keep it impeccably clean, the staff were constantly working to keep it looking sparkling.

We had the family suite and really loved it, it was very roomy and perfect for us, very clean, yet old.

We prefer the 'old' casino and this hotel is very close to it and Clifton Hill.

If you are looking for an affordable trip close to clifton hill with a breakfast and parking this is a great hotel

The location is perfect - we wanted to stay near the casino and near Clifton Hill and this location was exactly where we wanted.

The hotel is in a good spot, accross from the casino and water park, walking distance to clifton Hill tourist area.

The main reason we stayed here is because it is across the street from the Fallsview water park, the rooms are a reasonable price for a suite and it is walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls.

The hotel is close to Clifton Hill which was convenient.

I wanted a place close to Clifton Hill (walking distance) and not the usual big name hotels.

we decided to ignore these, since we are visiting Niagara Falls in Summer time, and we will spend most of time outside the hotel,  not inside, and it works out very well for us, the hotel are near the Clifton Hill and have easy access to everything, in fact, we went to explore more about Niagara Falls then out stay at Skyline.

Beng so close to the Clifton Hill area was a plus.

This hotel will give easy walking distance to the Clifton hill through the Falls, also have a free parking and serve breakfast with free wifi.

Room was ok, had hot tub and gas fireplace, location was great, close to the falls, old casino and Clifton Hill all within walking distance.

Location is perfect for those who want to be near Clifton Hill, the casino and both of the Falls.

We picked this  hotel because of coupons for beer tasting (it really was just a taste)  and casino promotion and the free breakfast.

but want amenities as there is a pool and a sauna and free breakfast (which was not bad)

Visited the free breakfast at 7 before the rush, must say it was the best free breakfast I have had so far in Niagara Falls.Location is great for Clifton Hill and eateries.

The free breakfast was adequate for the morning start.

We liked the complimentary buffet in the atrium.

Pretty much as expected for the price Good value with convenient location, free parking and included (although very basic) breakfast.

My hotel of choice was always the Clifton Victoria Inn (Formerly Hampton)  The location was superb, free parking etc.

Also expect a cozy temperature in the room, a hot shower, free parking, and clean surroundings.

It also has parking included and an enclosed pool.

Beds are comfy too and the hotel offers free parking.

Like updating the old carpets and the rooms

but sadly in need of updating and repairs.

When you enter you see a formerly good hotel that needs to put some real money into renovations.

This is room 320 and be advised the wall paper was peeling off the wall, the carpet was in poor condition.

I knew when I booked this hotel that it was older and probably needed some updating,

No (stains on the floor, cobwebs, needs updating),

The hotel is in bad need of a complete overhaul.

The common areas and rooms need some kind of updating, as they are very dated with worn carpets and dirty/peeling ceilings and walls.

The Ugly
The rooms are on desperate need of major renovating.

Looks like nothing has been updated since it was built.

Hotel needs major renovations, revamp, cleaning.

It is in desperate need of cosmetic updates.

This hotel is very outdated, and was pretty expensive for what we received.

With the amount of business they get, they could make minor renovations, repairs and upgrades that  would make a major difference for the enjoyment of guests.

The hotel is old and needs updating and painting.

but the furniture was torn and worn and the overall condition of the rooms was poor.

wallpaper is peeling and just an overall bad smell.

Our light upon entry was burned out, mentioned it on our way out, and it was not fixed upon return,

When we checked in the room was very old and dated and had a funny smell, the hot breakfast buffet was egg sausages, no fruit or anything just bread.

The carpet was so filthy that I didn’t want to take off my shoes.

The room had a horrible smell of wet old carpet to it.

The first room we received had an awful smell,

Pool in the main lobby so very humid and musty when coming in.

No one as cleaning tables so they were disgusting.

but the eggs and the sausage looked disgusting.

The room smelled of cleaning fluid, wall paper was peeling, vending machines were out of order, pool was closed.

Well one good thing is the staff tried to give us a suitable room with the view we wanted.

The staff are  friendly and helpful to guests.

The front desk staff were professional and cordial.

The front desk was nice and allowed us to leave our bags with them before we checked in.

We booked Two bedrooms with Queen size beds.Beds are soft and comfy.We requested for two fridge and it's already in the room when we arrived.We had a problem with our bedroom and we requested to moved to another room and it was taken care off right away.Staff are friendly and helpful.

On the plus side, room and bathroom were clean and staff was nice.

The staff has been so helpful and very friendly which makes everything wonderful--it's lovely to be greeted with a friendly voice when we go to the front desk or call the front desk.

however went to the front desk and the staff quickly offered us another room which was perfect.

Hotel staff were nice and helpful as well as police,

Overall it’s an interesting hotel that could be very nice if the owners were willing to spend a few bucks.

Although staff are helpful and nice, experience is awful.

The complimentary breakfast was unexpectedly good.
