I was able to get a very professional deep tissue in-room massage within an hour after check-in, and required COVID-19 testing - also in room- for the return trip to US was also arranged.

Once you check in, you take that same tiny lone elevator up to your floor.

It was very frustrating to have to pay 75% more upon arrival to get an average-sized room.

HOWEVER, the front desk person told him he couldn't come to our room so we checked out 2 nights early and made other arrangements.

When we arrived at the hotel and we were told that they did not have rooms available after waiting for 3 hours we were assigned an extra small room

They assured I was extended then the hotel calls asking if I’m okay because I should be checking out.

But as I arrived on a Sunday, I learned the rooftop bar closed at 5pm, so I was unable to enjoy a meal there :(.

Arrived at midnight and left the next morning.

Once we finally arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by an extremely unfriendly front desk staff who informed us that the hotel’s booking system had booked us a second room that we never requested and then insisted that we would need to pay for both rooms.

Check in experience: absolutely appalling and disrespectful.

After I checked in And freshened up, Louis called my room to notify that security at the airport had called to inform my phone was found!

There was feces on a towel when we arrived at the hotel (see picture).

Check-in and check-out is unpleasant and inefficient: and watch out for weird charges, like "insurance" or every Colombian hotel's favorite little scam: charging tourists Taxes, which should only apply to business travelers.

This has been the worst service and check in experience ever.

When we checked in, the man in reception said it would be the hotel’s ‘pleasure’ to upgrade us for our second night as compensation,

On arrival, we struggled somewhat with screens (window ánd TV)

We arrived at 3pm and had to wait another hour for our room to be ready.

Also at check-in we weren't told of the WiFi password or that there is a rooftop bar available!!

It was dark when I arrived, dark when I left.

There should not be an extra person fee unless I'm checking in with a group or it is prior explained and a valid reason for this.

They set us up with a very friendly driver named Isnardo that essentially gave us a private tour every day for a reasonable price.

The breakfasts are excellent and Margarita & Piter at the reception are always friendly and eager to help with any needs.

Although most of the staff were friendly, the lack of good logistics to run the hotel puts it behind the competition.

Just wanted to drop a friendly review I usually don’t do this that commonly.

The decor is very cool, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good.

We also really enjoyed the friendly excellent service at the Click Clack.

Reception was more busy for non clients that look for the bar and roof top.

The Hotel should consider swapping these around to support their guests in consuming water rather than encouraging them to get fat.

Outrageously ridiculous policies that significantly impeed guests use and enjoyment of the room lodging that they've paid for.

We finally spoke with Carolina from guest services who proceeded to apologize and attempt to make up for the horrible hospitality we were greeted with.

One of the partygoers threw up in front of the door so hotel guests had to walk through barf until it was cleaned up.

So guests can be assured they are staying in the coolest possible place.

Noise from guests and from their cleaning stuff having conversations loudly very early in the am.

Yet if they want guests to return they need to learn how to accommodate them.

You will not retain guests attempting to nickel and dime everything out of them.

They have an offensive guest policy that they don't let anyone up for any amount of time lest you want to be charged 60 dollars, instead your friends have to wait in a lobby where a lot of cold wind comes up.

They really should tell their guests in advance.

Below is my experience - Which Im sure not all guests would have -

We werent in designer suits and dresses like some of the guests,

although small, is of quite some importance to the "comfort" and "well being" of your guests: the quality, or lack of, of the toilet paper / papier-mâché / low-grade rust sanding paper that is supplied for the guest rooms.

So, a note of warning to black travelers: if you want to put on your MLK hat and fight for equal treatment to other guests, feel free.

Obviously they have no regard whatsoever for their hotel guests.

This is a very modern, hip hotel with helpful staff and the BEST breakfast!

Very well situated hipster hotel near Parque 93.

The room where you eat your breakfast is gorgeous, with a massive wall of green plants, hip furniture, and an easy layout.

Perhaps designed to within an inch of its life this uber hip hotel near Parque 93 has a very friendly staff and clean, cleverly styled rooms.

Click Clack has all the stuff of the W Hotel chain:  Hip, unconventional, vibrant, cool design.

Click Clack is a cool & modern hotel that I believe caters mostly to hipsters

The hotel has a hipster vibe and the staff was very accommodating!

Sometime the Hipster mentality gets in the way.

Just like the 25 hours hotels in Germany or other hipster inspired hotels around the world, the ClickClack looks cool

It is supposed to be the hip place where the beautiful people of Bogota meet.

If you are visiting bogota as a tourist, the neighborhood is very nice and hip (lot of nice restaurant)

The Click clack is a very hip boutique hotel, every corner has something in the decor that attracts your attention.

Would highly recommend if you are thinking of staying in or near the Parque 93 area of Bogota.

The hotel is close to Andino and Parque 93, which both have tons of shopping.

Location is great Parque 93, safe area with lots of restaurants close by and shopping section with more lovely restaurants only a 10min walk.

The Parque 93 area is very comfortable to stay in, and there are some great international restaurants around (try Ko Asian Kitchen just around the corner from the hotel).

The location is excellent, right next to Parque 93, got lots of restaurants and cafes and perfectly safe to walk in, even at night.

I will stay again especially because it is so close to PArque 93 a cool, safe place to walk at night and go to great restaurants and bars!

All in all, a very good option for the Parque 93 area, and I would certainly stay at CC again.

Although our rate included breakfast, by the third morning we gave up on having breakfast on property as the service was so ridiculously slow.

but ok. We went to the bar to get a bottle of water and we had to pay 17.000 for a bottle of water!

When it came for time to pay at the terrace, it was not possible to charge the bill to the room, I had to pay upfront; that is unacceptable for any hotel.

Not terrible considering some hotels in the US charge $8.

Which is the reason why I decided to rate the hotel poorly.

In addition, we have to pay extra for a bigger room with a queen-size bed.

For the price point I think you can do better in Bogota.

Click Clack humiliates and takes advantage of tourists and had we been more complacent, we would have been charged 2x the rate of our original reservation.

(insert eyeroll -- small mart next door where you can purchase water at a reasonable cost!)

In fact, my check-out experience was beyond pathetic: after signaling that I was unhappy with the room and making myself available to pay extra for a much bigger one, I had to wait for 10min to hear that they were fully booked.

They lost my reservation, and forced me to rebook through Expedia at a much higher rate.

but she argued that the tables were booked, you can not switch table and she said you have to pay.

Also, I ended up requesting a taxi to the airport and they charged me double the amount that I paid when I got it.

Rooms are pretty small, mattresses are kind of cheap.

For the price of a room of 400.000 COP I would expect cooling in the room.

This is not a good hotel if you treasure your sleep.

Third time then went to sleep. Woke up from the heat, msged them how disappointed I am only for me to be moved to an even worse room (701!)

It is not good for people who like to sleep, need extra space, or who are in a rush.

however be sure to use the earplugs provided by the hotel if you want to get some sleep.

louder at nights so if you are wanting a quiet peaceful sleep this place is not for you!

If you value your money and your sleep do not stay here.

but the driver i never see, i wait about one hour, then i take another taxi to the hotel, second then the from desk  he wanted to charge me a fee which he did not accept because that was their mistake, then the room never asked to sleep since you could hear all the noise on the street at a very early hour, then i suggested another room and they were in to tell me  after they informed the manager , who never never answered me, then for the last with regard to the sleeping being this was stained on one side of the center as a blood and with enough time,

the noise of the last floor didn´t allow us to sleep, we w tol ere at the last floor, when we call to the reception, they answered we to use some kind of earplugs!!

Besides that, a “good night” sleep in this hotel was impossible, also because there is a Bar on the Top Floor and their noise can be heard everywhere in this hotel due to poor noise isolations of this building.

- The room 205 was very small, the bed was in the corner of the room, so one of us had to sleep against the wall. Bad!

In the end I probably only had about 4 hours sleep the whole night.

In our room the foot of my bed was at the door and the side of my bed was on the hotel hall wall so when sleeping I could hear all the noise of guests in the hall.

but were New Yorkers and used to sleeping with noise.

Needs many small adjustments that would make much difference in your stay:
No heating or AC, Rooms do not have heating, the cleaning lady always forgot to put on new shower towels for you to step on, blackout curtains very dirty, no bath robes and the room is super cold, no basic amenities such as cotton or tissues, no slippers, just 3 hangers in the very tiny closet, plug and usb entrances next to the bed didnt work, so couldnt plug my phone while in bed, and worst of all, there was a bipping sound that kept me from sleep at night, even if I completely turned out the power in the room.

though there was still some noise), and we couldn't sleep in past 7.

The hotel is very modern and employees offer great service during our stay.

The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the mountains and city, the complementary breakfast was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Peter.

Margarita & María Andrea at the front desk are super nice and solved all my questions/issues/requests in seconds.

Piter at the front desk was so kind and helpful every day of my stay!

I recommend this hotel and its highly professional team!

Very eclectic, trendy, amazing staff (Piter, Paola, Mariana,  and Camilo), loved our included breakfast, loved that it was Centric…I can go on.

Service was tops at the reception with Jessica , Paola and Piter!

The staff from the front desk to their kitchen floor were extremely polite and helpful.

On the positive side, I do appreciate the kind service from the receptionist.

The hotel is really unique, service was great, Jessica and Mariana are pretty lovely, they gave us many options to get more fun in Bogota, food is just amazing and the details were spectacular, highly recommended for any kind of purpose at the city, sure everyone will enjoy the stay

The real difference apart from very nice rooms and common areas is the staff.

The location was good with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance in a safe area.

Decent gym area for me (I only use the running machine) and it is well situated not too far from Zona T and the Centro Andino, and Parque 93 in the other direction.

Dinner area was elegant, meals and food were superb and the staff was attentive without being intrusive.

Well located in the Zona T area, short walk to all the restaurants and shops.

The spa/massage area was connected to the gym & other reviewers noted noise of people working out kept them from enjoying massage, so we skipped that.

although a non smoking area would be helpful at the bar.

Greate Hotel , and service ITS VERY GOOD ,its near the G ZONE restaurants and the andino mall, cool pool area they must do more activities there, the breakfast is very good and the used to have mimosa on weekends now they don't.

The rooms were clean and funky with the best shower  I have experienced in a few years and the breakfast was excellent.The Location was near all amenities  and in a very safe area.

During check out, the front desk forced me to pay for the room again, saying they couldn’t locate my pre-paiement.

Check in was slow even at 11pm and staff struggled to make a decision where we could get food at that hour.

They sent someone  to check and he said he will try and fix it , which he didn’t.

but Saturday morning during my check out I witnessed an inappropriate situation, between what I believe were two hotel coworkers, they were being extremely loud.

Update: The A/C seems to be working after the 3rd day since our check in.

I invited a person for breakfast and I was pressing to finish to signed the check, very low options to serve and a very simple omelet.

The front desk said they would inform the manager and we would discuss what they could do for us at checkout.

Only minor point is that they are very strict with check in times.

Our only gripe came at check out which for us was again early morning as we had a flight to Cartagena.

The one sour point was that on check out we discovered the hotel charged a daily per person security insurance fee.

We asked if a late check out was possible and they said they would let us know (we never heard back from them).

It's up to the driver to check the flights arrival time.

(Why does the housekeeper not check the time and alarm at most hotels?)

But the worst of all was during check out when the front desk tried to charge us the 16% VAT - alleging that we did not specify we were from overseas when we made our booking.

The room was a good size and well equipped with a great shower (unfortunately leaked a little).

Also very good gym which is important to me.

There's also a small gym with steam room in basement.

The service, the people, the facilities and the overall experience was incredible!

The facilities are so excellent that we are staying there on our way home too!

The swimming pool is great is warm because as i said bogota is cold so thats was a great experience too.

The facility was beautiful and the morning breakfast and French toast was delicious

I had time to try the gym and roof top pool, both great, and had a long breakfast in the restaurant.
