Food - breakfast was well received by group.

Breakfast included had a an amazing menu to choose from not the typical continental the hotels often include.

The best part was the breakfast that was included.

The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the mountains and city, the complementary breakfast was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Peter.

The breakfasts are excellent and Margarita & Piter at the reception are always friendly and eager to help with any needs.

The restaurant Kitchen is yummy - my flight in landed around midnight and staff was helpful enough to take my order before the kitchen closed so that I could have something waiting for me when I arrived to my room.

Fresh fruit, cereals, fresh croissants and breads, fresh squeezed juices, hot Colombian coffee and hot milk offered right away.

The concierge staff are helpful and knowledgeable (Mariana, Marianela and Paola were all great), the location can't be beat, and the breakfast that's included is fresh and high quality.

Very eclectic, trendy, amazing staff (Piter, Paola, Mariana,  and Camilo), loved our included breakfast, loved that it was Centric…I can go on.

The food is delicious, rooms are amazing and very detail oriented and the location was perfectly near to great restaurants.

Breakfast is varied and delicious, and also the dishes for lunch or dinner.

Would highly recommend if you are thinking of staying in or near the Parque 93 area of Bogota.

Perhaps designed to within an inch of its life this uber hip hotel near Parque 93 has a very friendly staff and clean, cleverly styled rooms.

I will stay again especially because it is so close to PArque 93 a cool, safe place to walk at night and go to great restaurants and bars!

Windows are not sealed properly so the sound pollution is significant. 5.

The brunches over the weekend are extremely loud, and seem to be more important to the hotel than the guests.

Our fan in the bathroom was loud, I could hear other rooms and hallways.

although we could hear the sound a bit, it wasn’t too bothersome.

The second door is so thin you can hear EVERYTHING and everyone outside.

have also been disturbed from the noise in the hallways.

Some late night clicking and clacking could be heard quite clearly from a room somewhere nearby, so maybe bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The only fact you should know is if you get hot at night like me there is no air conditioning system in the room and you need to ask for a portable one that might be noisy.

The hotel is noisy on Sundays, even up to my upper floor room.

In fact, my check-out experience was beyond pathetic: after signaling that I was unhappy with the room and making myself available to pay extra for a much bigger one, I had to wait for 10min to hear that they were fully booked.

The unique issue was a little bit of noise in the room,

We stayed on the 7th floor which is only a few floors down from the bar and we were disappointed to discover that you can clearly hear the music for most of the night.

I asked to change rooms because of the noise and they showed me round various options and then never got back to me.

however be sure to use the earplugs provided by the hotel if you want to get some sleep.

louder at nights so if you are wanting a quiet peaceful sleep this place is not for you!

The rooftop bar is extremely noisy and packed with youngsters, and we couldn’t get a seat there when we came back to the hotel after a meal out, and the downstairs bar, which looked quite nice, mysteriously didn’t seem to serve drinks (something to do with brunch the next day we were told!).

Now, if I was traveling with friends and not my 70 year old mother, I would have stayed up later and the noise would not have bothered me,

Rooms are quiet despite of having an active and nice rooftop bar.

I would stay there again, hoping next time the rooftop bar is open!

When I return to the city I will definitely stay here again and hopefully get a chance to enjoy the rooftop bar as well.

There are also two bars in the rooftop of the Hotel where a lot of locals hang out.

Our room was right below the rooftop restaurant/bar which seems to be the “It” place in Bogota right now, and

The rooftop bar was cool and not at all loud (we were there mid week though).

Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooftop bar has great views (although you will be paying full prices for your drinks).

The coffee and breakfast was good, the rooftop bar a must at least for 1 evening.

Their rooftop bar, Apache, is probably one of the best in the city, and their restaurant, ciengramos, is excellent, too.

And the rooftop bar was great - especially the watermelon and jalapeño cocktails.

Enjoyed the roof top bar with DJ and good drinks.

Very original place, perfect rooftop bar Apache and detailed provided of design of each detail.

Most staff was kind and accommodating, rooftop bar was lively and had great views of the city.

The rooftop bar had a good atmosphere and the food in the basement restaurant was great.

Upstairs rooftop bar Apache had amazing panoramic views and great drinks and food.

The location is great (plenty of restaurants and bars around) and the rooftop bar definitely worth a visit.

The rooftop bar was enclosed, and the view was very ordinary.

We knew ahead of time that the rooms were small,

We also saw negative reviews about the tiny rooms, and figured that could be subjective,

but they are really well-established and very unique in the fact that you can turn a very small room to a very functional workspace with your partner.

The room was REALLY small, you could see yourself in the mirror if your partner was brushing their teeth. .

The men I was traveling with seemed to think the hotel room was too small,

The last issue with the hotel is the room: we had a small size room and it was simply not appropriate for 2 people - bed is pushed up against the wall with no bedside table on 1 side and room is tiny.

When we arrived at the hotel and we were told that they did not have rooms available after waiting for 3 hours we were assigned an extra small room

but it even felt small althouth the room is more than 18 m2.

The tiny room might be OK for a single person,

CONS:  the rooms are small (although nicely laid out); walls are thin; hallways are a bit too dark (I get they are trying to create an atmosphere); front desk service was ok

Their solution - switch off the A/C and fan.

but a 5 star it was not), there was no sink in the toilet, the air conditioning was pathetic and we were incredibly hot most nights, and the decor was ok but very corporate business like, not comfy boutique as they promote.

Room did not have working air conditioning.

There A/C in room 507 was not working making it very cold and uncomfortable in the early morning.

I think the AC not working might be a common thing.

So my consolation prize was they gave me a fan for my room, are you serious. .

We had a little problem with the AC in our room

However, I will say that the thermostat wouldn't let me blow cold air into the room and it was a bit hot for my liking.

but AC was same, funny enough the hallways were freezing and the rooms were really hot.

Rooms are fine, noisy air con,  dry average food and absolutely nothing going on in the hotel - completely soulless.

The room is hot because the air-conditioning seems to be controlled and the layout of the room is weird.

That said, the AC unit in our suite did not work at all.

but without any air circulating in the room, it was stifling.

The only problem that we had was that our room sometimes got a little hot at night (not sure if the AC was working 100%).

So I paid 200 USD for a room without heating system, and Bogota’ at night is cold.

All in all, I’d recommend staying at the hotel a/ if they’ve got the aircon in the rooms working and b/ you’re not planning on eating there.

I'll start with my only negative and the only reason this hotel didn't get an "Excellent" rating - the A/C doesn't go any lower than 23 degress Celsius (or 73 degrees Farenheit).

Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit and a huge range of prepared dishes and drinks.

The front desk and breakfast wait staff is great as well.

The breakfast was really good and there was at least one different dish each day.

The day always starts with a delicious breakfast followed by a swim in the superb heated pool.

Breakfast is one of the best that I have had at any hotel, and the food in the evenings was of a very good restaurant quality, and it is fairly priced as well.

The chefs are talented serving delicious breakfasts each morning and excellent dinners.

The included breakfast was excellent, one of the best we had throughout our trip.

Breakfast was very impressive, buffet is amazing combined with menu options all included.

The buffet breakfast with cooked dishes to be ordered separately was a great start to the day.

They were going to charge us for the transportation despite the information stating transportation with a minimum of two night stay.

Hotel charges surcharge of mostly 40% of the room rate.

Will start from that they charge you every cup of water even 😅😅 asked many times from the room service for bringing me more water because in the room they live you water from 200 ml and thats all for all day!

With all that said, we were charged $466.00 USD per night for the B.O.G.

but regardless I was fully charged for the additional day

When checking out they used my card for those extras plus the also charged another $700 dollars for the complete stay again and now they will not return the funds.

No offer was made to at least remove the dinner charges (which were about $60 for two people) from the bill which I think was the least they could have done considering the fact that I was so ill feeling.

Odd system we found in the whole country when using the lift as you have to use your room key card and can only access your floor and the public floors.

Afterwards, I discovered that they charged me for "Hotel Insurance".

but still they tried to charge us 20k peso’s per evening for hotel insurance.

The one negative was observing  the female who appeared to be in charge of the dining room at breakfast (on Friday, 12/1) yelling at 3 staff members, not far from our table which resulted in them walking around with tears in their eyes.

One could ask for eggs any style at no extra charge.

although being very picky some details weren't properly checked : we had a badly leaking plug, only one set of robes & slippers and charging for the coffee in the room seemed somewhat churlish given we were in Columbia !

When we protested the charge was immediately removed from the bill - so they just tried an extra charge

The only problem we had was that during that week they were remodeling the restaurant at the lobby (a micheline star chef will be in charge of the restaurant) and every night the smell of paint was very strong.

We had prepaid through Expedia so these charges were obvious to us.

We didn't like how often room card claims it is 'exclusive' and maybe related to the attitude of the staff,

The decor of the hotel is elegant, yet not too loud - there's a good balance between style and functionality when it comes to the rooms.

There should be a soundproofed door separating the two.

Highly recommend it for anyone staying in Bogota and wanting to be looked after 

Only reason why It is not getting 5 stars is because I booked a massage and the spa door didnt close and could hear all the gym noises , not relaxing at all.

The only downside is the door to the bathroom which is made of glass; fine if you’re traveling solo

The door is floor to ceiling and made of opaque glass, so if you are lying in the bed, you get to watch your companion  use the toilet through the glass.

The rooms are a little compact especially the door getting into the toilet.

Glass doors to the toilet is not our favourite

So modern that there was a glass door into the toilet.

Some people might find it a little odd that the toilet is in a separate little room next to the door to the room itself, totally separated from the rest of the bathroom.

Always opening doors and greeting me when i came back from a day on the city streets.

We had to keep our room door open so that we could breathe.

The entrance to the hotel was blocked twice as the door opener was not attentive.

This being said, I had a few problems:
--Housecleaners banging around in room next door starting at 7:30 in the morning.

When we arrived we learned, that the door to the emergency stairs are closed.

however, literally next door to the hotel there were Military Police with simi automatic weapons on post at all times.

The toilets, with their simple glass doors which had a gap between door and frame were strictly for couples who are comfortable being in earshot of each other.

but could be improved in terms of functionality and privacy (my view from the window on the courtyard was probably not as good or interesting as the view the people in building next door had!)

As you can see, my friends hand was badly wounded with his struggle to open the door and get out of the place.

Why am I mentioning so much about the shower door?

Service was simply outstanding from the front door to housekeeping - not in your face

but it closes at 4 pm, just as you’re getting back from your day out, because it interferes with the rooftop bar.

The hotel is located on a major street that is within walking distance to upscale restaurants, shopping and some of the best rooftop bars, such as the hotel itself, Apache and Andres.

Rooftop bar was lovely, with seating around the pool as well.

The food is terrific and the rooftop bar is a perfect place to end your day.

The rooftop bar and lounge are a very relaxing place to end the day or start out the evening with a late afternoon swim.

However, I did enjoy the view of the city from the rooftop bar.

Other amenities such as the rooftop pool and lounge is very beautiful as well.
