Welcoming hostess, friendly helpful staff - not too mention the simply delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was fantastic again all delivered with a friendly smile and just the appropriate amount of chit chat.

Such comfort, beautifully furnished room, wonderful bed & adored the shower!

I love the style and attention to detail.

Very friendly staff and nice surroundings.

She took us through to the breakfast and lounge area which is tastefully decorated and also stocked with delicious homemade products for sale and beautiful jewelry on display.

The rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you need and their rooms are clean and comfortable.

The rooms are decorated with taste, well equiped and extremely comfortable (mine was with high ceiling, located at the back of the main building).

Waking up with hundreds of birds singing in the lush garden was food for the soul!

For personal attention, great service, an extremely comfortable night, a lovely setting, interesting art and the warmest of welcomes, this stop is a must for weary travellers who are keen to experience the best South African hospitality.

And then all of a sudden there  is a beautiful  art installation right 
 there in the middle of the field.

the decor in the rooms was spectacular, every little detail was catered for.

The cherry on top was definitely all the original artwork by famous artist Willem Boshoff all over the property.

Liedjiesbos is a place of great elegance in a striking highveld setting.

The staff is consumate proffesionals and on top of everything else, your hosts are art fundis with a great art collection of their own.

but with a design twist, not for laps but deep enough to cool off in after a day on the road.

The rooms and the public areas are tastefully decorated and some of the décor pieces are definitely conversation pieces.

A smorgasbord dinner  would have great not really in the mood to leave such a great environment to have dinner in a restaurant without a sole.

The staff is amazing, rooms are spectacular and the art work is done with exceptional taste.

This old barn turned beautiful guesthouse is a most pleasant oasis set in a magnificent indigenous garden.

The indigenous garden with its birds and carvings immediately set a restful mood.

The rooms have everything you need with a few extra touches.

The room was superb, large, modern yet eclectic.

On our first we had a side room with a separate bathroom which was better than a front lawn room.

And as with other rooms attention to detail is next level.

Our host Henny could not do enough for us or any of the other guests and the gardens are planted with indigenous species and they support the slow food movement which means that all there proud is locally sourced.

Such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, it feels like home.

The swimming pool is clean and the nature scene hides the fact that you are in  the center of town.

The breakfast is freshly cooked to order and was very nicely set out in a large,airy dining room.

Old style breakfast and one of the best omelettes i’ve had.

We were greeted with lovely warm rooms already pre-heated for us, lovely little personal touches which also made our stay more comfortable.

Battery bulbs in the lamp and a standby LED light may be nice additions to the rooms for load shedding.

the guest  house is guests friendly , the lady at reception was very welcoming to show me around, accompany me to my room ,give Wi-Fi access, gate controls, offered a patio to relax on, nice clean rooms

The room was well apointed with clean fresh linen, tea coffee and milk.

Room and accommodation had all required facilities and is in a quiet neighborhood.

The room and common area was lovely and clean.

My favorite was the special touch of  homemade “lemon and lime” soap in the bathroom
Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with crisp linen and our own balcony.

My room had everything I needed for one night stay, including adapters for chargers.

The guesthouse is very well located and has the most wonderfull owners and the dinning room is soooo beautiful.

Would be silent and then every five minutes would make this loud noise which woke up guests in the room next door.

I was in room 1 and the only negative was a slightly noisy aircon unit from the room next door which was right outside my window.

The plug point next to the bed has a very bright red light that is a bit annoying when u want to sleep -

Other than those issues, everything was good, and we had a good night's sleep, so no real complaints.

But if I had to do it again I will not book breakfast, rather sleep until check out time and have breakfast at the mall a short walking distance from the Inn.

The room and bathroom could have been cleaner and the bed provided for the children was an uncomfortable pull out sofa - not satisfactory for our two children.

however was very small and the mattress a bit uncomfortable.

The curtains and linen are dirty and washed out.

The hotel was very clean and food and drinks were fine with no complaints and breakfast was very good.

Suffice to stay, we skipped breakfast and checked out early.

The breakfast is above expectations, the pool is amazing and the garden made that place look like international places.

From the moment of entry to the day we checked out, from breakfast to dinner, security, reception, all was superb.

The staff were superb - check-in and breakfast.

Full continental breakfast with good service.

Friendly check in staff and the breakfast people were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of dishes and pastries.

The christmas spread was most delicious too.

My kids love your hotel and swimming pool and pancakes.

Your Buffet dinner only had beef and pork, no chicken or fish, I drove to the windmill casino, dined at Rosies for R195 per person with a full buffet with a variety including lamb chops, chicken and fish and the price also included 2 free soft drinks per person, no wonder that your restaurant is so empty.

Thanks for an excellent breakfast that was served.

The food was awesome from breakfast to dinner that includes the lady doing the room services , well she does her job exceptionally well.

The front is quite ugly with basically a concrete car park

I confronted the staff about this and it took 10min for them to have the cars removed.

I hereby suggest that the hotel should have a covered packing in case of hail storms as well as the heavy sun heating the cars.

Only negative was that our bicycles were stolen from the car park.

Security in the car park needs to be improved.

The only thing needed is shelter for the cars and cause imagine when its raining to go to your car or to the hotel its a nightmare.

Again no offer of assistance or porter we went to the car to get more of our stuff only to come back and find she got it wrong again.

This becomes a problem if one has to stay for a long time there with a car being exposed to sun and possebility of harsh weather conditions.

We were freezing and Bloemfontein is naturally cold.

The room that I was changed to the air conditioner was not working properly, it was blowing cold air even when on heater and it was very cold.

The service at this hotel needs jacking up, 55 minutes for cold toasted sandwiches to be delivered, with the bacon as hard as biltong.

Most of the rooms air conditioners need to be re-gassed as most are blowing cold air and are very noisy, All the toilet rims are dirty inside, seems as if they are never cleaned.

The ice could not keep the milk cold enough.

However, it was cold in Bloemfontein in winter (-3 degrees) and the room had no heating.

a very pleasant and adventurous experience that provides a comprehensive end to end service.the pool was easily accessible and a  state of the art facility.

The Hotel has a floor rug which is not properly cleaned whilst other hotels have moved to wooden flooring which is healthy and suitable for most people.

Very user friendly facilities, central location, easy to find and availability of most needful amenities.The vicinity of the shopping mall and other critical surroundings, like doctors, churches and entertainment.

The hygienic environment of the facilities was impressive and inviting for a come again for either business or family visit.

I have visited the Bloemfontein Tsogo sun hotel the receptionist was very welcoming and Lovely the hotel is very clean and their food was wonderful with a great taste I would to congratulate them for their clean environment

Old world charm with a nice large room, very clean and comfortable, opening out onto a terrace and the swimming pool.

Generally, the hotel has a welcoming environment and the staff know what is expected of them.

Due to the hotel layout - around a large landscaped courtyard - some rooms on the upper level requires a lot of walking to get to reception and the pool.Although the hotel has basic and dated finishes, the rooms are well laid out and comfortable.

We will blame the festive season just to console ourselves.

It is pleasing when you are greeted with a smile whenever and wherever you approach any reception desk.

The pool and gardens are very well kept, creating a peaceful environment.

The wi-fi is very reliable, the rooms neat, the staff passionate and the environment very conducive to business

There are also no elevators (for those who may need one).

The format is peculiar as there is no elevator and I wonder what happens to people with disabilities.

burger was burnt that i had ordered for dinner.i did not appreciate that there was no shower in the room and the rooms are not easily accessible as there are no lifts .

No lifts between floors so if you have hand luggage or small suitcase it's manageable

but no lifts and long walk to room with 2 sets of stairs.

The building doesn't have lifts and if you are booked at far rooms rooms from the reception you will have to walk at round about,

Missed the 'security briefing' from our guide as I struggled to haul my suitcases up and down stairs as there are no lifts.

2 things need to be done to improve: 1) the absence of a lift to the 3rd floor is a challenge; 2) the waiters must be there when you require services.

but you are surprised by the large garden and pool at the centre which all rooms overlook, which is very nice.

Otherwise convenient central location in town and the pool and gardens are very nice.

Thank you for such consistency in maintaining your gardens.

It is a well positioned hotel, with the perfect pool surrounded by a bird-filled lush green garden.

Great breakfast - we sat by the sun-filled windows enjoying the view of the lovely courtyard garden.

The gardens are well kept and maintained (and so is everything else).

Loved the ground floor room, opening onto the garden in front of the swimming pool.

bathrooms were substandard ..the standard at the garden courts I visited surpassed this hotel by far.

Great ground floor room opened on to beautiful garden setting with pool-a real oasis in the city centre.

Comfortable family room and fair breakfast (other Tsogo Holiday Inn Garden Courts have provided a bigger variety eg Marine Parade Dbn & Sandton Garden Court).

The garden and pool area is perfect and the kids had the best time!Breakfast was lovely with a variety of offerings suited to every palate.

Although we were many, the client service experienced remained top and excellent treatment from staff and the cleanliness of the rooms were so 100%.

Wifi speed and connectivity was tops.The room was neat and clean.

Typical 80s type hotel and rooms can be a longish walk.

Rooms are very clean with aircon, big swimming pool to cool off in the heat.

We were able to watch a late night movie and then walk back to our room.

I would recommended requesting a room that has direct access to the pool and garden via patio doors.

My room  was very clean and had everything that I needed to survive
