We really enjoyed the coffee and cookies in the lobby.

Nice to have enough pillows to watch TV in bed and the free afternoon cookies in the lobby are amazing.Totally impressed with this hotel!

The concierge pointed us to the many amenities: a business room (which I used for internet and printing), a pool and jacuzzi (which my brother and I relaxed in post race), free cookies (which were delicious) and the breakfast room — which unfortunately we weren’t able to partake in given our schedule.

There is a relaxing front lobby with fireplace plus coffee and cookies in the afternoon.

Cookies in the lobby and the daily local newspaper is a nice touch for us older folks - and the Manager Scott, the front desk personnel, and the housekeeping staff are most accommodating.

but it had extras such as a beautiful, under-utilized pool and free breakfasts that changed daily and free cookies in the lobby.

Cookies in the afternoon and all day coffee gave a little lift to the day.

We heard the ice machine and elevator doors throughout the day and night.

Must use stairs because cannot access elevator because of locked first floor door.

The web-based checkin didn't work, there was no acrylic shield at check-in, no employees were wearing masks, and there were no signs at elevators or breakfast asking for the simple courtesies that could reduce the spreading the virus.

There was a planned power and water outage for later that night and a short glitch with the elevator in the morning,

There is an elevator if you are on an upper floor.

Has an elevator from the lobby otherwise stairs to second and third floors.

When we checked in the elevator was not working.

However, the elevator was broken during our entire stay and we were on the third floor.

I noticed a comment earlier about the elevator.

My 80 year old grandma and two kids had to climb stairs because the elevator was out.

Lightening had struck and caused the elevator to stop working, which shouldn't effect your stay, hopefully.

The front desk staff either doesn't know the lay out of their hotel very well or just plain lazy to tell you where exactly is the room located after you tell then you do not want a room near any exit, stairs, elevators.

The carpet is plush and the elevator has a marbled floor.

Not sure if an elevator at rear of facility.

We asked for and received a very quiet room on the third floor, far from the elevator and ice machine.

After a fast and friendly check-in, we went to a well lit room with two comfortable chairs, plenty of storage space, a microwave, and a mini-fridge with an iced-over freezer.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

We were greeted warmly and the front desk woman was so friendly and smiling and helpful.

Our family really enjoyed the gray nights sleep, the superb breakfast, and the pool and hot tub.

Great views from the hotel, standard BW breakfast, large eating room, functional pool and hot tub.

The cottages are comfortable, pretty spacious, simply decorated and have everything you need.

The fall colors were beautiful - trees and flowers.

They are also individually decorated with unique furnishings that create a very homey feeling.

The cottage was charming, tranquil, and carefully designed, with a fully stocked kitchen and spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms.

but do be prepared to be impressed and overwhelmed by these beautifully designed Cabins along with  the Hosts being so very Kind and Warm.

The decor is what I call Mountain Elegant, with updated, immaculate rooms and they are packed with amenities, from a Kurig coffee maker with lots of choices, to complimentary water and a good-sized mini fridge, to name a few.

The cottage was so cute and cozy, right in the middle of Bigfork with many restaurants and goings on all around.

Large nicely designed and outfitted bath as well.

It was decorated very well and had a Montana vibe.

Our cottage was so clean and comfortable. It was great having a full kitchen, and it was stocked with everything (Keurig cups, coffee creamer, dishes, utensils, dish soap and dish towels!)

Breakfast needs some work as it is very limited and ALL cold breakfast food options!

The only problem was the shower changing from hot to cold and losing pressure,

All of us had issues with the showers--going from icy cold to burning hot without the faucets being touched.

but it was too cold and both now closed for the season.

Concerns were the top mattress didn't stay on the bed very well and when taking a shower the water turned hot and cold several times.

The shower was a little tricky as it would go from warm to cold & back again.

It's a bit scary to have shower water flashing between very hot and cold and back again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was a breeze, rooms are spacious and well maintained and beds are comfortable.

The staff was very friendly. I forgot an important item and they went out of their way to mail it back to me free of charge :)

Everyone I spoke to was friendly and very helpful.

The friendly and caring staff always makes me feel like I am coming to my second home away from home.

My girlfriends and I were on a Montana road trip and chose to spend a night here.

While on a road trip, I booked us into the Travelodge by Wyndham Bigfork.

On a road trip through Montana, we stayed in different places every night.

We took a spontaneous road trip over Memorial Day weekend and ended up in Bigfork.

The only thing we didn’t like was the smell of the room just as you enter

Stairs to the second floor were dirty, with chipping paint, and some rotting wood.

but had a slight odor (just smelled a little old.
