I definitely could not find fault with this hotel - super 4 star hotel.

Hotel team is so friendly, the hotel location is perfect and rooms are clean and spacious.

The staff is really friendly and attentive as well as being fluent in a number of languages which makes talking to them easy, no matter what you require.

The front desk personnel is friendly, English speaking and able, especially when we wanted info about visiting Trieste and Udine which we recommend a side trip to.

The three stars come from some interactions with the staff, and a lack of information or signs concerning protocol.

Definitely is not looking like a 4 stars hotel, more like a 2 Stars.

The hotel has sports facilities such as: volleyball court, playground with gates, tennis courts (unfortunately payable), 4 ping-pong tables.

Overall, my family felt out of place and embarrassed at having to move tables after already starting to eat.

but I feel there could be some improvement in that area with a few more signs such as "Please wait to be seated" at breakfast, and a clear outline of pool hours in the welcome information packet.

That said, it is a relaxed and friendly site with some good facilities - shop on site, pizzeria, sports and entertainment

The location is superb, the laguna is amazing and the staff was available and friendly.

I would think that in the Summer months it is extremely popular with families and young children as there is so much to do and it is very chid friendly and safe.

We are guest of this resort and despite the limitations imposed by the internal rules and negative reviews made by dogs’ owners we booked a dog pitch to try.

The pools are too small for the number of guests, making it unsafe, and there are few places to lie around it unless you queue up at opening time to bag a sunbed.

Overall it was crowded (more than 5000 guests when fully booked) and especially the poisoning against the mosquitos was reallx annoying.

We confirm that the camping is not tailored to host families with dogs.

They said we could sleep in a car (a hatchback).

And the beds have been a horror, you should sleep better in any tent or trailer than on these beds.

The evening shows are very entertaining and all introduced by Giacomo and Federica again both great personalities to get the audience involve.

The implication is huge: if you are a dog owner you cannot use any service nor join any kind of activity organized for the guests.

All the staff were excellent and also the Managing Director, Garbrella, is not stuck in the office, he his out and about all the time in this large but friendly campsite.

An important factor of the camping is its animation team.

We have spent there (at Platinum Mare Bungalow) ten remarkable days and I can hardly add any substantial comment to all enthusiastic reviews that were already posted here.

2 or three bar with restaurant and musical entertainment, a good variety of sport courses, baby club for all ages and a really nice animation team will complete the picture of this extremely cared, clean, luxurious camping village!

The real stand out part of our stay at Hotel Medusa Splendid has to be the staff (in particular Enzo & Polly).

The staff at the reception is nice and very helpful.

but it’s possible to buy them for 5 euro each at the reception.

The only thing is that the all-inclusive service in the restaurant doesn’t include free drinks (even mineral water).

The only downside is that the area is very noisy at night (at least it was like that in August) and it’s impossible to sleep with an open window if your room overlooks the street.

The only thing that could be better is that it would be nice  if the restaurant had a separate adult area and a area for families whit small children. .

This hotel is filled whit families whit children and i Would not go to this hotel as an adult couple whit out children.

We stayed as 3 adults and 2 infants for 7 nights in September 2015 in a ground floor apartment.

My biggest gripe is the beautiful spa pool that is supposed to be for adults only was full of kids all day long.

Staff is nice and friendly - the animation team is also very friendly with the kids
Beach is 5 minute drive away (not by walking) - either by car (if you go in the morning you can park for free close tot he beach) or with the shuttle - we drove everyday and had a nice spot on the beach every day.
