but there was no problem to find free parking place and the location was not so near to the sea, but there were bikes for free, so there was no problem to be on the beach in 10-15 minutes.

With the FREE bikes we were in max 10 minutes on the beach (5 minutes in the center of Pineta).

I cannot understand why people complain about the hotel not being next to the beach - this is made perfectly clear in the online information/ reviews etc.Also, for most families it isn't too much of a trek - approx.15 minutes' walk through a pleasant area.

but we got to stay in one of the old rooms where the air-condition didn´t work properly and given the temperatures of up to 35 degree Celsius, a working air-condition is what to expect from a high quality hotel.

We’ve been spending our time at Azalea villa, which certainly needs some additional careful and mindful approach.

We found out that you have to pay €30 a day to use the private beach (look in the small print).the beach is not exclusive to the hotel they have just rented a couple of rows of sunbeds on the beach ,along with the locals.The facilities at the beach are dirty toilets filthy as these are public .

The price to quality ratio may be not to good at a first glance,

which means that you have to pay a minimum fare of 30 Euros for a sunbed and shading per day.

If we must have some criticism: the terrace is not as well kept as the front, the plants there did not get water in a long time and the grass has almost completely disappeared.

Can recommend to increase the facilities like add coffee machine, a pot for water boiling  and plate-rack for drying the wet plates.

Hot water was not running well in the kitchenette, the shutters were not properly fixed, so that when the wind blew hard, they were bouncing about preventing us from a good sleep.

The hotel pool was located outside of the hotel area and the water was far from clean an no intentions was made to clean it the days we stayed at the hotel.
