The airconditioned  rooms were very clean and nice (wifi worked very well).

The atmosphere is homey, the room is very clean and cosy and location in conveniently located a few minutes walk from downtown Pineta!

but is a car park about 30 seconds from the front hotel.

Disappointed that the car park is some 400m away and part  of a council car park.

Checkout time was a bit early for us at 10 am

but not fast enough at the breakfast and checkout.

The room was neat, with a very comfortable bed.

The room was very clean and modern as indeed was the whole hotel.

The Elite Hotels booking in process was quick and simple, the staff were very helpful and attentive, the hotel and rooms are very clean, modern and well appointed.

Very very nice and helpful staff, heartwarming present for our dog :-), very clean room and other, delicious breakfast, nice pool&spa center.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, housekeeping kept our room spotless.

Room 201 is very clean and nicely furnished with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, a dressing table and mirror, two chairs, side lights, mini fridge, telephone, free WIFI and a TV and air conditioning.

our room was spotless with a pleasant view of the pool.

The hotel premises have been renovated and the rooms are clean.

The only thing is that the all-inclusive service in the restaurant doesn’t include free drinks (even mineral water).

The only downside is that the area is very noisy at night (at least it was like that in August) and it’s impossible to sleep with an open window if your room overlooks the street.

however, plastic cups for one time use only were provided.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpfull staff (speak italian, english, german), tasty breakfast, clean room.

The room was very clean, spacious, and had shutters to close which made the room perfectly dark, a plus when traveling on a two year old's early bedtime schedule (still light outside).

For example internet signal at rooms was weak to nule.

This could be solved with  wifi signal amplifiers.

The beach is in the opposite side of the street with reserved sun umbrellas and sun beds.

Rooms are clean and refurbished and the wellness area is beatiful.

Rooms are clean and well-featured, terraces are enjoyable.

Europa hotel is amazing, not only for all the obvious like location, comfortable and clean rooms, spectacular views,  excelent food . .

The pedestrian precinct is 50 metres far and there is a full-featured supermarket 25 metres far from the hotel.

Towels are changed every day and the linens at every 3 days.

The staff was very friendly, they changed our room without a problem due to the noisy neighbours in the next room ( we have a 2y old who goes to bed at 21h ).

The hotel in general and the rooms are very clean and tidy.

The room was clean and cozy with a great mattress.

Very nice family hotel with clean rooms, we liked the little balcony where you can hang beach towels and swimsuits.

The room was clean and had everything we need.

Don't forget to take something anti-mosquitoes if you plan to sleep with open windows!

We were at the front of the hotel over looking the street in Caorle where the streets are pedestrianised after 8pm providing good people watching opportunities.

We are just here, in a very comfortable neat and clean room.

Staff was very friendly, always ready and happy to help, rooms are very clean and modern.

Clean room with nice bathroom was expecting us, air-conditioned fortunately since it was hot outside.

The not so good:
- Our room was a bit too small for comfort for 3.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of town and it's a short walk to the beach, and a few km from Lignano downtown, easily reached by a bike with no worries about parking (the hotel lot is small,

After all, Lignano Sabbiadoro is not a large town.

If you have you own vehicle or bicycle, the location should not be a problem.

By the way the bustling night life doesn't bother even if the windows are open.

but definitely one or 2 stars to high ranked + bath not 100%clean.

though a little worn.The bathroom had no bath tab (which is common in Italy) and had a rather poor interior (as previously said not a 5* one).

but you have to take yourself the towels to the beach and there is no shower once there.

If there is any drawback: dogs are not admitted in the restaurant and for a day at the
  beach they charge you between 10- 15 € / person, the bathrooms are small with no
  extra WC and there is no garage.

Hotels.com should be responsible and verifying the condition of this hotel before advertising it as 
a 5 star hotel, after we talked to hotels.com they decide on crediting us $200 dollars only we should’ve been credited the full amount of $485.49
Hotels.com should be responsible for their false advertisement and credit us the $285 we will tell our story on social media and all the review sites.

With 3 kids I got a cover charge of 25 euros for every meal, so I preferred to eat elsewhere after my first dinner at the restaurant.

Plus, we were charged 4 nights (as booked)

but of course they charged my bill for 15 Euros for the baby food that I brought from home.

And if I have to pay for it they speaks its private hotel beach. .

We are not check how far ist private beach (because out of season). Hotel have nicely swimming pool - not testing from me ,)

When staying at Greif, you
have to take a walk to its private beach.

Nice clean room with balcony and excelent service.

although at night it can get very loud (caused by the music from the bar at the shopping street).

Very loud because its in the Center of Lignano.

There is an abudant and varied breakfast, the employee are nice and helpful, the room is tidy and well-equipped, and it is situated in the heart of the area!

Very close to the beach, only 2 blocks away, the room was very clean and was properly cleaned every day too.

The rooms are very clean, the staff is always friendly and the breakfast Buffet was again great.
