Our first impression was that this hotel should be rated more than 3 stars - breakfast was amazing like in 5 stars hotel and they changed our bed's sheets every day.

And that breakfast - wonderful buffet of everything imaginable, fresh, with staff carefully filling it up all the time.

After all, Lignano Sabbiadoro is not a large town.

If you have you own vehicle or bicycle, the location should not be a problem.

By the way the bustling night life doesn't bother even if the windows are open.

Fresh ingredients and Mediterranean cuisine with a very refined style and presentation … probably their food would sit just fine on the menu of a 1 star Michelin restaurant.

The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of salam, cheese, cereals, croissants, etc.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel is great, offering a large variety of pretty much everything and especially the pastry and fresh fruit are delicious.

Kids had a great time, breakfast was great every morning and the staff was awesome.

Breakfast was fantastic: great selection (homemade cakes, pancakes, croissants, fruit, chocolate fountain, ham, cheese, eggs in every way, fresh bread, and so on and so on) and everything was absolutely fresh, delicious coffee with top service.

We had already in 3rd time in this hotel, we were satisfied with everything, the room is very nice, very clean, the breakfast is 5 stars excellent, the owners and the employee are very kind and very friendly, they have a cute parrot who make smiles on everyone's face.

The highlight of our stay was the breakfast.

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which is served until 11 a.m.

Breakfast was really good which cereal, eggs, salmon, yogurt, fruit bacon, pancakes, croissants and more.

The staff is very nice and helpfull, the breakfast is very very delicious and versatil.

The breakfast alone (not always good in italy) is a treat, even in winter you can stay here (Sauna and Jacuzzi).

My wife and I had a great vacation at the Italia Palace Hotel; the breakfast buffet had everything you want to have in a balanced and healthy breakfast and the dinner at the grand salon is top class, has an incredible buffet, great choices and awesome staff service.

Everything is first rate, from the rooftop breakfast service, beautiful rooms, short easy walk to the beach.

The breakfast has a very good buffet in a great location on the roof.

Restaurant of the hotel is the perfect with delicious seafood, fish, meat and Italian antipasta))).

Meals: breakfast - good variety of hot snacks, cold cuts, pastry, fruit, healthy foods, sweet delights, hot drinks and juice.

Great room, stylish hotel, nice beach, delicious food and very helpful staff.

So we enjoyed the 4 course menu with a great Antipasti and salad buffet.

The stylish roof terrace for breakfast or a drink after dinner or simply lounging about relaxing was stunning and looks out to sea or over the rooftops of the town and  is very quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the strip below which affords some great shopping.

The breakfasts were good, evening meals in the restaurant was delicious.

Breakfast disappointing no table free no organization people walk around the tables occupied searching a chance to seat .

It`s a bit more like a huge elegant room with a sofa, chair and table, than a proper suite, this was another little disappointment, just one ambience.

Now we know that we will never visit this hotel again.

As they tried to move us in the morning where they lied about the water.

After 2 days of staying in this hotel which we had of course fully paid, they tried to get us out of our room by lying that there is an issue with water.

The breakfast was also good, offering a wide range of options and was open unitl 11am so we didnt feel rushed.

but with a lack of light inside, one more thing is that there are no hooks to hang the towel.

but the water was a bit too warm, swimming depth not before 100 meters or so into the sea, plus the summer weather in Northern Italy is a bit muggy, so we hung around the pool a lot.

in a recently refurbished hotel , we have found excellent service and friendly hospitality .placed in the center , near to main shopping street and seaside , this hotel offers quite rooms and really good internationl breakfast .

Each and every single employee was very friendly, the breakfast was also great.

There is an abudant and varied breakfast, the employee are nice and helpful, the room is tidy and well-equipped, and it is situated in the heart of the area!

The rooms are very clean, the staff is always friendly and the breakfast Buffet was again great.

Otherwise no welcome gift, no children welcome gift, very small rooms, ridiculous tiny bathroom, with caravan-kind shower, you can either take a shower or use the toilet not both.

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices.

However, given that this hotel has 4 stars, I would expect nicer rooms, better breakfasts and a more fresh overall feel and look.

Every day is a delicious cuisine in the restaurant.

The hotel is close to the beach, good breakfast, a pool, jacuzzi, wifi, workout-area, extremely nice staff and so on.

The big problem is on light drinks available during breakfast: all made from powder and you can feel the strong chemical taste reason that we chose water all the time.

We were nicely surprised that we could have chosen between a breakfast and lunch or a breakfast and dinner option.

i said no way, the price on Booking.com is the total price.

Of course, the hotel has thing to improve on, the juice at the breakfast was kind of chemical tasting, some of the furniture at the breakfast and in the lobby were old, and gave the impression of a cheap hotel, the room (at least the one we got) looked a bit cheap and old.

Of course, it's possible to order a 'normal' beer which I did (by the way, the price is not low)

All this would have cost us al least another 100 euros a day in most of the other hotels.

Firstly, I had booked a single room which is very small and later requested a bigger one, so reception staff recommended a “smart” room.

Breakfast outside by the swimming pool has been our favourite moment, and excellent choices for breakfast!

The service is perfect, the rooms are in good condition and clean, the garden is nice, the dinner is fantastic - not just a buffet

Breakfast was yummy, especially for the people with sweet tooth.

You are served at the buffets rather than you serve yourself.

Even the morning I was leaving very early they set a little table and made me the most perfect cup of coffee and breakfast.

There’s always space at the lovely pool, the beds are comfy, the food is delicious with a huge variety and the staff are really lovely and helpful.

Breakfast is very good and caters for most appetites.

The cuisine is excellent and all the food is delicious.

The only thing is that the all-inclusive service in the restaurant doesn’t include free drinks (even mineral water).

The only downside is that the area is very noisy at night (at least it was like that in August) and it’s impossible to sleep with an open window if your room overlooks the street.

The toilet was cracked and without a toilet set and sewage smell.

The other issue we had was the shower facility.

Cleaning service was not very impressive - each day we have discovered some dirty spots or had to place rest of toilet paper in the middle of the room to get new.

Breakfast is really amazing and staff very friendly.

We booked a four days accommodation with breakfast and dinner included with a very aggressive offer considering the venue and the bank holiday long week end.

Breakfast was also good - fresh fruit,juices,choice of cereal,bacon & scrambled egg,fresh bread and pastries.

Breakfast is OK, the coffee is pretty much average.

Breakfast was for Italy excellent with friendly and helpfull staff.

There was no balcony at our room despite the price we paid.

Nothing went wrong and despite the forecast giving constantly rain, We've never seen a drop of it moving back and forth from their swimming pool to their reserved and dedicated sun beds just right on the shore of Lignano beach (19th) , all included in the overall cost to the swimming pool.
