The room was clean with a beautiful mountain view.

Rooms are spacious, with crisp white linen.

Quiet, nice, comfortable, we enjoyed a beautiful landscape whether from our room or from the dining room.

The hotel was quiet and the rooms immaculate.

She was very pleasant and fixed the arrangements so our room was ready in 30 minutes.

The little starter family we have is approaching fania bania level :) 3rd time here in the peak of summer season.

Definitely recommend for family with small kids.

In the family house there is no staff, so you have to keep walking up and down to get access

We thoroughly our family suite on the 3rd floor with beautiful views of the Tatra mountains.

We stayed at Bania for a week as a family with small children and had a wonderful time.

We booked family room, it consists of 2 rooms, 1,5 bathrooms and 3 terraces.

Just returned home from a week at this lovely hotel, it was a family skiing break and I accompanied my two daughters, son in law and granddaughters.

This hotel is simply wonderful for families, with excellent facilities and cleanliness.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 week of winter holiday break as a family of three.

Very high standard rooms, friendly for families, direct connection to thermal pools.

Family room was spacious and comfy, spotlessly clean.

This hotel is great for kids and families - it has luxury elements like spa and sauna’s for weary parents, swimming for kids warm baths, skiing in winter etc

It was the best winter holiday for all my family for the last 10 years!

The Easter animation were family oriented.

This is a perfect hotel for families with kids - wonderful playgrounds, various activities to join, a movie theater, great thermal area and easy access to ski rental and slopes.

Not to mention the closest distance to the ski slope- you cannot be closer and that's great when you have to manage your family in the morning:-) Breakfasts are great, very delicious with all the regional treats, freshly made and just tasty.

The hotel and grounds were spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful.

Bania is a high quality family destination, with an excellent range of facilities, especially for children, friendly and efficient staff and a great focus on customers.

We found the staff friendly, helpful and happy; the facilities at the hotel were brilliant and there was always something to do for the kids meaning as parents we could relax.

- you can just stay there for a week and relax without the need to move/travel anywhere

The rooms are quite big, great comfy beds, clean, large balcony, quality shower.

The rooms are spatious, very clean and honestly there is nothing at fault with the whole facility.

But there are brand new rooms being built and they look gorgeous!

Our rooms were well presented, clean and the beds very comfortable.

You can pay for everything with the watch that you get and which is also your room key card - very convenient.

The ski room has your locker with your room number reserved.

Staff is very rude, with limit english speaking staff, if you talk to manager she will repeat what you already know and will state facts that yes family house is far and there is no alternative, yes rooms only have sparkling water, yes there is no vegetarian, live with it.

The person maintaining the snack bar was very rude when you asked her a question.

My kids were very excited to stay here and find a lot staff to do, play or watch.

We spent a week and it was incredible!! The design of the interior coupled with the amazing views is impressive, the staff were super lovely especially the team who looked after our son ( child care is included!!)

It’s tastefully decorated and it’s quite visible that owners keep investing to make this property superior.

We were held in front of Mrs. Marta Klincewicz-Jandura who gave us excellent first-class service, along the way, from the first email inquiry to arrival at the hotel.

The hotel is big, spacious, has a high quality conference center and professional ball room/hall.

It really copes with the numbers well and the staff are always amazing.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff of the Bania with every need catered for, excellent food and exc optional accommodation

The hotel/spa staffs are professional, polite and always do their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

The reception desk will guide you want to do and  where to go.

The hotel sits at the bottom of the ski slopes which is so convenient, each room has its own designated boot and ski lockers and ski passes can be obtained from the hotel reception. .

..it’s a throw back to the seventies, the furnishings are tired and old fashioned - the beds are twin beds and super uncomfortable - it needs a revamp to become great.

My girlfriend had a male masseur and while she didn't feel too uncomfortable, it was also of an average standard.

Take a day ticket for the hotel attraction if you really have no other town to visit in Tatra mountains

Great inside and outside with fantastic views of the snowy alps whilst u relax in the beautiful mineral waters warm and soothing.

although our rooms overlooked the building work the double glazed windows kept noise to a minimum.

Eventually, after mentioning tripadvisor, the member of staff was able to concede our point of view.

The hotel is in a beatiful traditional podhalan (polish mountain) style, if you want to experience local tradition, that is the perfect place for you.

After ski the spa was wonderful with large pools with enjoyable view of the Tatras.

The hotel has the appearance and soul of highland hotel, does not pretend anything, is authentic, you can  see typical interior design  with mountain decors and souvenirs everywhere, made of wood and stone, so you simple love it.

You dine overlooking the bustling wintervillage outside with ski slopes, the winter playground and shops and little tavern.

Everything from the top of the mountain to the bottom and as far as the eye could see was plastered.

but the hotel and its complex offer a wide range of activities including cycle tracks, mountain-buggy driving, scootering down the mountain, and the views from the complex and from up the mountain (at the top of the cable car) are tremendous.

It is a classic Polish mountain crib room design – nice feeling.

Picked up at airport arrived at stunning hotel with floodlit mountains.

however unfortunately you have to wait a long time for your delicious food.

You wait to get menu (15 min and then you pick it alone) you wait to place order or re-order (for drinks), you wait for food even for children menu.

When we were all finished our main course 2 hours waiting there they brought out a lasagne to say sorry?

The only downside was restaurants Rohatka, when after waiting for 1.5 hours to be fully served we were informed, that we can not order a pudding, as the kitchen is now closed.

A bit of thinking forward from the waitress would have been an advantage.

I will go back here with family at some point.

It's a family hotel so not surprisingly there are a lot of families with children, so if you like a quiet swim or if you wanted to do 20 lengths before lunch forget about it.

Our family spent Christmas here and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

One can only complain a lack of a set with an electric kettle for tea/ coffee preparation.

No water kettle, mini bar hidden and closed with key.

Finally,  small adjustments to the breakfast service – considering that some International guests are taking their tea with milk and providing small espresso cups for espresso machines (big cups cool off the small amount of espresso or ristretto) would further improve the experience.

but when we returned at night the cleaner had left the window open and it was freezing, please could you instruct housekeeping that if they open the window could they shut it a an hour or so later or don't open it in the first place and for the guests to decide.

Eventually got door to move evenly towards me & then slide open, not the safest.

Walking up and down stairs from the front desk to the next level, being told that they did not have our name (many open tables, only at 1/3 capacity!).

No privacy,only open showers, no place to rest, in the sauna with bath suit,no drinks and pool full of children till late evening.

Banging and clanging that woke us up every morning!

Closing the thick curtain meant no ventilation at all, and I'm afraid I can't sleep in 25° with no movement of air.

Our room had a view of the mountains and you can imagine when I woke up in the morning and saw sunrise .

but at the first night our neighbours (three men) was laughing,speaking,shouting very loud at midnight so we were not able to sleep.

Also the staff seemed very helpful and professional.

The hotel had lovely amenities, helpful staff, good food and was clean.

As soon as I went to get dessert (left my drink at the table of course this was also cleared and thrown away) staff would sit new guests at our table .

They explained the customs associated with the folk dances.

As for the staff, everybody was nice and helpful.

but all the normal extras for four star staff helpful spa area fab.

Summa-summarum, a good family 3*hotel with responsive and friendly service, nice surroundings and great food.

Reception very helpful with table reservations😃 and other matters.

Hotel manager one of the kind and emphatic one.

Everything was great: service, staff and all facilities.

Again, the appearances are wonderful, the manager needs to re-visit staff training.

The staff were excellent, doing their best to be helpful.

Classy and attractive without so many rooms and kids .Most of the staff could not understand or speak engish.

Understand it's a resort locals from Krakow come & enjoy hiking & skiing, not great for overseas coach travellers, boring location

but traveling by taxi there costs at about  5 EUR.It seems the architects made a great job but some mistakes have been made.The pool and vortex  are very small and always overcrowded by children, the tap in the bathroom is stylish but not convenient to use, the balcony door is unusual and not convenient as well.Wi FI was not strong.Parking space is large.Generally,  the hotel is nice and can be recommended.

This hotel is fine, great view and location right next to the ski slope.

Great hotel, very pleasantly located in the mountains.
