We had breakfast included and the food was amazing and from the region which made it even more special.

Breakfast buffet was everyone’s favorite.

The rooms are cozy, the food at breakfast is delicious and fresh variety.

Breakfast was such a pleasure the choices of food were amazing.

Breakfast leaves you speechless, with an incredible selection of high quality food which can satisfy literally everyone.

They can only clean the table quickly (too quickly) at breakfast.

Also a little more variety on the food menu - breakfast buffet was fantastic

(~150m from the ski slope)
   The breakfast was very good, a lot of diversity and the serving hours were quite nice (7:30-11:00).

- three/four restaurants within the hotel’s premises- various prices 
- you can just stay there for a week and relax without the need to move/travel anywhere 
- local supermarket and restaurants nearby tho if you choose to do so anyway 

What I did not like:
- the price.

The breakfasts were amazing, so much choice and as much as you could eat, just what was needed before a day on the slopes.

And the food was excellent, the breakfast buffet had a great variety and excellent quality.

In addition free access to another  Saunarium and Spa “Sielsko Anielsko” with cozy “bread” sauna with fresh baked  bread inside, fir sauna with aroma of  forest, amazing stone steam sauna where a large bucket of hot stones is automatically immersed in water, producing clouds of steams  with a whistle and hiss or highlander’s well with really cold water where you can jump for refreshment.

Not to mention the closest distance to the ski slope- you cannot be closer and that's great when you have to manage your family in the morning:-) Breakfasts are great, very delicious with all the regional treats, freshly made and just tasty.

There didn’t seem to be any logic behind it as none of the guests were wearing them.

A hotel on this level should have professional waiter service that pampers guests, encourages them to use the services, etc.

As the hotel guest I would expect the pools to open at 7 am for the guests only and at 9 for external visitors and those also limited at any one time.

In terms of improvement - it would be lovely to see some pool times exclusive for hotel guest as it does get quite unpleasantly crowded during holidays!

I don’t think that guests will have this problem any more.

While we will definitely return next year, and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others, I think that in future reception staff should make offers clear at the time of booking, and be mindful that some guests cannot read the Polish paperwork - there is a level of trust involved.

but if you are guest of the hotel you can go there in the morning or in the evening when it's more calm.

I would suggest hiring more female masseuses and perhaps asking clients how firm they would like the massage.

Finally, and this is no criticism of the hotel, if you are British expect to spend a week unable to speak to any of the other guests.

Also the guests were very noise on the corridors and near bedrooms all night, I think the hotel should put a sign on corridors in Polish and English to keep quite after 10pm  and make sure people will follow.

Definitely recommend for family with small kids.

Our children were always doing something which allowed us to get some decent rest.

We spent a week and it was incredible!! The design of the interior coupled with the amazing views is impressive, the staff were super lovely especially the team who looked after our son ( child care is included!!)

Thermal pools, kids entertainment, all really good.

The baths are truly a paradise for children and the whole family.

We are relaxed, children  were occupied and happy.

Bania is a high quality family destination, with an excellent range of facilities, especially for children, friendly and efficient staff and a great focus on customers.

There is a kitchenet on every floor, in case you need to reheat the food for your toddlers.

We stayed at Bania for a week as a family with small children and had a wonderful time.

There are so many activities for the kids that can fill up the entire day that we didn’t have to entertain them at all.

- lovely balconies and good room size 
- fabulous attractions for children included in the price - and a lot of them!

My granddaughters went to the crèche for a couple hours every day which meant us adults could ski or use the spa facilities, they loved their time at the crèche and it meant we could go off knowing they were well cared for.

Last year, our young daughter received a free ski pass as she is under 120cm.

Hotel cares after you during the stay - they have a fun and play room where you can drop kids during the day, in the evening there is cinema with popcorn for children and live concerts for parents.

Bania hotel is located just by the skiing slopes, exquisitely good place for the beginning of skiing seasons as well as for beginners, kids and those who seek to have a better skiing technique.

There is an attractive kids club with multiple rooms and animations.

Thermal pools were great, and the outdoor fun for kids was incredible too.

Excellent pools and saunas in addition to tasty food served there.

There are multiple restaurants around the hotel with decent food.

The hotel seems to take pride in traditional cuisine asif all guest in 450+  rooms will have no diversity.

Water was so warm and the food was great.

There are a number of restaurants, the food is of the highest quality, very varied, tasty, fresh, big choice of cold and hot dishes including local specialities.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff of the Bania with every need catered for, excellent food and exc optional accommodation

Dining was very good, and we enjoyed meals at the hotel and at restaurants in nearby towns and Zakopane, so having a rental car was helpful.

Insted we enjoyed the finger licking food at Karcma Litowrowy Staw.

I eat here twice and really enjoyed the stay.

Having said that, the quality of the food served in the restaurants was fab.

It was a real treat. What I liked:
- how big it is - you cannot be bored, you can always discover something new (shops, restaurants, bars etc.)

The Hotel has ski slopes in the back yard and it is also connected termal pools.

You come out from the hotel and you can ski straight away.

This ski resort is great for families as they have all essential amenities to keep kids entertained, such as: medium-sized cinema room for kids to watch all the latest cartoons plus they provide popcorn and beverages ( at least it was like that when we were there in 2017).

I attended this ski resort with my fiancé and friends whilst staying in nearby Zakopane.

We have tried a number of 5 star ski resorts

Probably for skiing too because the hotel is right beside the ski resort.

Irish Group of over 40 of us come to this ski resort every year, we don't stay in the hotel we stay in the chalets close by.

everything is taken care off – this could be the Four Seasons of Ski resorts.

the spa is like something from a fairytale and the room was also lovely.

The hotel facilities were brilliant, the thermal baths and the spa a  great bonus.

From the hotel's SPA, to massages, to the playroom, to the disco, to the bar on the top, to the amazing nature surrounding the place and so on.

but at these spa's people are free to express themselves openly.

The pools, jacuzzi and sauna area is also quite big , clean and varied

Fantastic facilities ,really helpful staff and the thermal pools and spa are truely amazing.

It’s vibrant, busy and the spa is worth a visit.

but a bit overcrowded but the hotel’s spa was perfect.

We all admired the spa zone of this hotel.

The sauna area is another highlight of the stay.

Great place for ski and thermal  &  spa vacation.

I visited the spa with my fiancé to book some treatments to pass the time as my fiancé and our friends were skiing.

My kids were very excited to stay here and find a lot staff to do, play or watch.

It’s tastefully decorated and it’s quite visible that owners keep investing to make this property superior.

In the family house there is no staff, so you have to keep walking up and down to get access

We were held in front of Mrs. Marta Klincewicz-Jandura who gave us excellent first-class service, along the way, from the first email inquiry to arrival at the hotel.

The hotel and grounds were spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is big, spacious, has a high quality conference center and professional ball room/hall.

It really copes with the numbers well and the staff are always amazing.

The hotel/spa staffs are professional, polite and always do their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

The reception desk will guide you want to do and  where to go.

We found the staff friendly, helpful and happy; the facilities at the hotel were brilliant and there was always something to do for the kids meaning as parents we could relax.

Very professional and impressive design wise.

The hotel sits at the bottom of the ski slopes which is so convenient, each room has its own designated boot and ski lockers and ski passes can be obtained from the hotel reception. .

The staff we encountered all week were very accommodating and friendly.

Mostly traditional food for very reasonable prices and a full breakfast buffet with warm and cold selections, tea, coffee, and juices.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the dinner menu was varied and the food REALLY good.

Good restaurant and the breakfast was great.

There is a breakfast buffet with a wide range of foods, and you can also order separate foods like scrambled eggs.

however a bit strange that they charge you to use it after 6pm.

If I have to look for something to complain about it must be the stupidity of charging a fee for using the Spa after 6 pm.

If there is something that can be improved, I would suggest them to make it known to the guests that consistently that one can order made to order eggs in breakfast.

That seems greedy, either have the amenity free for guests or don't have it.

but we felt increasingly disappointed with silly little money-grab ideas from management and sub-par service.

Ideas for improvement - maybe quilts could have been  a bit lighter for summer (we did not ask for them though).

I was just a little disappointed by the unavailability of the employees to answer on the phone in the evening for the room service (between 9 and 10 p.m.).

It is worth noting that at the time we were one of two rooms occupied in the ENTIRE hotel so she wasn't exactly run off her feet - it was just utter laziness that she wouldn't call on our behalf.

Especially, Jacuzzi and sauna were the best.

Hotel offers a wellness (jacuzzi,sauna) for free during stay,but also private sessions for fee.

The spa was a real bonus- jacuzzi and sauna is free to use from 11am - 7pm.

We also spent some time in the jacuzzi of the hotel's spa with was clean and enjoyable.

Definitely go in the jacuzzi- it was immense!

The staff were friendly and attentive, the sauna and jacuzzi were a welcome relief after a slow drive from Krakow, the room was lovely with fantastic views of the mountains and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The jacuzzi and sauna are a nice distraction if the weather turns bad .

We did not know this until the staff asked us on our last day.

When i asked her if they speak English, she replied maybe.

We ordered the whole menu and 2 bottles of cabernet wine from Chili which was fantastic.

We did not use the spa (free for use during day time).

Having a well-trained masseuse available was also great.

A special thanks for the complementary wine, chocolate, candles and spa lighting.

Secondly, the beautiful spa and sauna they advertise (is stunning btw) is free during the day,

Staff are really friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

They also kindly provided a crib for child.

The place and staff are lovely and the view is just taking the breath away.

The staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English and/or German.

Really relaxing stay here and reception staff very helpful especially the lady on evening of our check-in . .

However this was outweighed by the charm of the place and the kindness of the personnel.

I really appreciated the friendliness of all the staff.

In any case, it is definitely a shame not to use the hotel outside the winter season, because there are a lot of interesting things in the area, from hiking, through thermal baths, or just a great stay in peace in a mountain hotel.

You would pay £1000s for a mountain view like this in the alps.

It is in a beautiful location with great views of the tatra mountains in a very quiet village.
