A special thanks to devesh who was with me through the event and made it memorable.

Overall i will like to recommend this hotel n team for upcoming events in friends n family too.

The banquet manager Mr Prashant Jaiswal was also very excellent and taking care of the event by its own.

Kamini have taken a very good care of the event from the day of booking till the event execution.

The event coordination was exquisite and overall the team here are well trained and extremely warm

He made sure that this event get executed well.

Spending a night at the courtyard Marriott Bhopal was an event worth remembering.. the personal attention by the complete staff esp the staff at momo cafe is rare in many a establishments.. the handiwork of chef Mohan Singh negi and chef Sarvesh has left an indelible mark  on our taste buds .. the care taken by Mr Vishal in making all of us comfortable was the icing on the cake.. a big cheer for all at Marriott Bhopal . 🥃

The Head of management,Mr Hemant did a splendid job by assigning me one of his best management team who oversaw my marriage as if it was their own family event, everyone on his team like Aman,Irshad,Manpreet,Vivek,Kishore,Prashant,Yogesh and even his colleague Ruchika.This was the team that created wonders and made the dream wedding come to live.

He is very polite person and have good etiquette and manner he took care me every day.

Especially Chef Kasim took good care of the food .

A place where you feel like home , staff is very nice , always polite and available for any kind of request.The buffet is huge with the best Indian food ; Chef Anil is always taking care of me preparing traditional Italian food .

We stayed at MARRIOT Bhopal for 4 nights - it was a excellent stay - Divya our front desk rep took utmost care to get our stay comfortable and easy.

Special appreciation for Momo Cafe staff Vishal, Devesh and Lipsa who took special care and provided excellent service.

Best experience and completely worth it
Our server Devesh was very attentive and took care of all our needs.

Our waiter Devesh, took amazing care of us and took to him that our plates weren't empty, he even took care of the customer delight by giving us some buns and Papdi chaat, while we were waiting for the dishes to be prepared.

when i came for breakfast Shrasti was the person who took care of me and my family while i was dinning she took care of each and everything with extra effort,thanku shrasti for the great service.

Chef Sarvesh and his kitchen staff took great care of dietary needs and concerns .

They continue their construction after 7 pm when the reception people kept telling me that this will only go till 7 pm.

however, as they are expanding - the construction activity was a bit let down.

avoid staying on 3rd floor as construction is going on so a lot of disturbance

The only itch being the noise of the construction that’s going on in the hotel .

They are adding 2 more floors above and despite what they claim, it is NOT 'minor construction'.

The only negative during the stay was the constant construction noise.

Over all, perfect stay, just one prob was there due t the ongoing construction, drilling work was a bit bother some every morning from 9,30 am onwards, for which I requested the reception staff to see and get me out of room that side and allocate me a room on the other side of the building.

The only drawback about the property is that it is under construction, so be sure to ask for a first floor room.

Apart from staff, their constant update, their services and their ever ready attitude all of this has helped us a lot.

The sound and sight of Shehnai and danceby revellers at weddings taking place here.

They allotted me room where lot of noise was coming from banquet.

It's the construction noise which is the problem.

also one night there was extremely loud banging from 4-6am.

During my stay there, the construction noise of drilling, hammering, knocking and workers dropping loads was incessant!

There is renovation happening in the hotel while checking in I wasn't told and the room provided was full of noise. 2.

Although there is upgrading in the hotel, there is no disturbance at all.

There was a lot of noise coming every morning, either from the baggage cart or from the cleaning cart, which is something that could be controlled.

You cannot sleep with that noise, in addition there is a wedding/function venue across which I am sure would get pretty noisy if there is something happening there.

but some issue with isolation between adjoining rooms, also cigarette in-room smoke is disturbing if you aren't smoking.

Rooms on 4th floor are noisy and lack privacy due to courtyard bar and restaurant.

The negatives - due to the hotel's location in a busy downtown area and it's popularity with Bhopal resident, the hotel can host a number of noisy parties, etc.

Hotel with every kind of comfort: gym, swimming pool, spotless rooms and always in order, Restaurant with every kind of food. .

The spacious rooms and clean linen is a positive and the only thing of concern is the screening fir Covid for all guests which seemed quite strange

Marriot offers all the comforts with well laid out rooms and spotlessly clean toilets.

Clean room, view from the hotel is also good, anyone can go to the mall which is just behind the hotel.

It’s a nice property with very warm and courteous staff the city view from the room is absolutely wonderful we stayed in room 121 nice clean room with a beautiful view .There is a mall attached to the hotel which has almost all the brands .

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beds that relieved your tired state.

Located on a very nice location it has good size clean rooms.

The service & hospitality is beyond the capacity to think and is really unmatchable.

Amazing places Noor Sabha palace,  very courteous staff the Chinese restaurant  .The food was delicious, there were able to customize- Manager  Mr.Rocky $ Bimla at the Chinese  restaurant is especially, friendly  and takes really good care of all the customers.

We tried their chinese restaurant on next day, which was again super hyped.

If you have  a room with the lake view ,you can just relax in the balcony & soak in the view

All the facilities of hotel right from the booking, check-in, front desk, Reception, Resturant (Marble Arch-Multicusine Buffet Breakfast & Dinner), Resturant Zaika (with live music on demand) and wondetful Chinese Resturant Ming Dynasty.

Very authentic Chinese food , best in Bhopal, Bimala served us really well ,staff was polite and serving portion were sufficient , we interacted with chef and he explained to us about the dishes , really a great experience

The slow cooked soft meat was as authentic as it can get.

Service at the Chinese Restaurant was slow and a little below par.

At Breakfast we were completely mesmerized from the view with slow music in background and levish layout of buffet with specially attended by chef.

It could have been deadly if we hadn't woken up in a closed room with heavy plastic smoke.

A few rooms overlook a factory which blows smoke, so be careful of the room location.

But there is a tall chimney next door which is permanently gargling out smoke..Hotel is no smoking & non liquor.

There was a musty smell in the room I stayed in.

Each room has a lake facing balcony, best is to stay on higher floors
Flip Side:- They don't serve Alcohol and hotel lobbies are no smoking zones.

One could feel the passage of time walking down those somewhat dark corridors , aware of the active past this place would have come through ( the old black and white exhibits add to the drama) to the present moment  I am breathing in there.

The smell of deodorant  in the room was very strong and i had to keep the room open for some time.

Rooms were stinking with repellent, and at night had to ask the house keeping guys to come and get me rid of insects.

but felt suffocative owing to bad smell coming from sofas, guess, sofas should be changed asap.

but felt a bit musty from lack of airing.

Hotel rooms stinks and fixtures are broken.

The bed was small and bug infested, the bathroom was leaky and the room smelled.

My rooms had this horrendous musty smell when I entered it and I had to get a lot of room freshener sprayed to make it livable.

I can't thank enough for the experience and ambience.

This place serves one of the finest coffee in Bhopal, undoubtedly they maintain high quality standards of food and hospitality.

It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

Loved the experience and will certainly come back.

We had a couple of royal club rooms, the view of lake is incredible and sums up the Bhopal experience for us.

It was a great experience and staff was very humble and joy-full and it was worth of money experience.

It was set at a very low temperature for which I had to switch off the AC.

c. Bathrooms must have an exhaust fan please 

d. Please discard those dairy whiteners and nescafe sachets.

I gave 4 rating due to AC issue in my room.

but the air conditioning unit and fan were very noisy and we did not sleep very well.

though the aircon in the one downstairs felt a bit too cold (in Feb).

AC functions at the temperature set by the hotel it seems.. none of the settings worked.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the hotel staff was helpful.

I would like to highly thank the entire staff of the Jehan Numa Palace Hotel from the bottom of my heart, right from the guards at the entrance, the guard inside the property who used to politely greet us "Namaste" whenever we were heading to our room, front-desk representatives, housekeeping staff, spa and wellness team, chefs and restaurants management staff.

I also had a very vigorous massage in the spa which ended with time in the steam room.
