The slow cooked soft meat was as authentic as it can get.

Service at the Chinese Restaurant was slow and a little below par.

At Breakfast we were completely mesmerized from the view with slow music in background and levish layout of buffet with specially attended by chef.

It could have been deadly if we hadn't woken up in a closed room with heavy plastic smoke.

A few rooms overlook a factory which blows smoke, so be careful of the room location.

But there is a tall chimney next door which is permanently gargling out smoke..Hotel is no smoking & non liquor.

There was a musty smell in the room I stayed in.

Each room has a lake facing balcony, best is to stay on higher floors
Flip Side:- They don't serve Alcohol and hotel lobbies are no smoking zones.

One could feel the passage of time walking down those somewhat dark corridors , aware of the active past this place would have come through ( the old black and white exhibits add to the drama) to the present moment  I am breathing in there.

The smell of deodorant  in the room was very strong and i had to keep the room open for some time.

Rooms were stinking with repellent, and at night had to ask the house keeping guys to come and get me rid of insects.

but felt suffocative owing to bad smell coming from sofas, guess, sofas should be changed asap.

but felt a bit musty from lack of airing.

Hotel rooms stinks and fixtures are broken.

The bed was small and bug infested, the bathroom was leaky and the room smelled.

My rooms had this horrendous musty smell when I entered it and I had to get a lot of room freshener sprayed to make it livable.

Rather a reception desk staff communicated with me.

Manager Rajesh ji with his team Deepak, Sandeep and Mahendra are very friendly and professional while chef pukhraj and yogesh are the master of their craft, they can sometimes customise according to client's needs.

And the experience was made even better with the sweet behaviour of all staff including the chef himself.

The staff of this hotel is too friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

The staff at reception is very warm and helpful, lalit and team is good at their duties and they are asset to this organisation.

Staff members are very hospitable and kind couldn’t ask for more.

Best experience and completely worth it
Our server Devesh was very attentive and took care of all our needs.

Our waiter Devesh, took amazing care of us and took to him that our plates weren't empty, he even took care of the customer delight by giving us some buns and Papdi chaat, while we were waiting for the dishes to be prepared.

when i came for breakfast Shrasti was the person who took care of me and my family while i was dinning she took care of each and everything with extra effort,thanku shrasti for the great service.

Chef Sarvesh and his kitchen staff took great care of dietary needs and concerns .

They continue their construction after 7 pm when the reception people kept telling me that this will only go till 7 pm.

however, as they are expanding - the construction activity was a bit let down.

avoid staying on 3rd floor as construction is going on so a lot of disturbance

The only itch being the noise of the construction that’s going on in the hotel .

They are adding 2 more floors above and despite what they claim, it is NOT 'minor construction'.

The only negative during the stay was the constant construction noise.

Over all, perfect stay, just one prob was there due t the ongoing construction, drilling work was a bit bother some every morning from 9,30 am onwards, for which I requested the reception staff to see and get me out of room that side and allocate me a room on the other side of the building.

The only drawback about the property is that it is under construction, so be sure to ask for a first floor room.

Apart from staff, their constant update, their services and their ever ready attitude all of this has helped us a lot.

The sound and sight of Shehnai and danceby revellers at weddings taking place here.

They allotted me room where lot of noise was coming from banquet.

It's the construction noise which is the problem.

also one night there was extremely loud banging from 4-6am.

During my stay there, the construction noise of drilling, hammering, knocking and workers dropping loads was incessant!

There is renovation happening in the hotel while checking in I wasn't told and the room provided was full of noise. 2.

Although there is upgrading in the hotel, there is no disturbance at all.

There was a lot of noise coming every morning, either from the baggage cart or from the cleaning cart, which is something that could be controlled.

You cannot sleep with that noise, in addition there is a wedding/function venue across which I am sure would get pretty noisy if there is something happening there.

but some issue with isolation between adjoining rooms, also cigarette in-room smoke is disturbing if you aren't smoking.

Rooms on 4th floor are noisy and lack privacy due to courtyard bar and restaurant.

The negatives - due to the hotel's location in a busy downtown area and it's popularity with Bhopal resident, the hotel can host a number of noisy parties, etc.

The food is amazing, lavishly spread and served with so much love, feels like home.

I'm visit this hotel with my friends it was great stay I enjoyed very much especially the restaurant breakfast time very nice ambience and there is a alots of options staff is very friendly especially the lady manager Ms.Lahari is a very helpful thank you for your service.

Special seating  arrangements were made for us at Momo restaurant for our reunion dinner.

And yes food was also quite good and finger licking.

Restaurant has lovely cuisine on offer and is well staffed with courteous, friendly and attentive staff especially Ajay, Sathya and Suraj.

Wonderful taste, good ambience , you can get variety of salads and deserts , deserts were key attractions,  best Indian cuisine for main course , you can have a wonderful time especially on weekends.
