The Hotel was modern and 5 minutes from the railway station. 3 of us shared a large suite (including an amazing breakfast!)

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, the breakfast selection each morning was really good.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the only slight criticism could be that the air conditioning struggled a bit to cope with the Summer heat as the corridors were pretty hot.

The Train station is the glass building that looks like an exhibition hall, to the left as you look out of the window.

This problem probably was related to the fact that the interior hall was not cooled.

Sensors detecting our presence gradually illuminated our way down the hallway like something out of a Sci Fi movie.

The shower was leaky and the fridge in the room was not working and there was only one small bin provided in the bathroom.

Toiletries provided are basic (soap barely lathered, I asked twice for extra sanitary bags and got none).

In addition, the other two were clogged with dirt and leaves , hygiene levels severely as you can obviously tell.

The shower leaked, toilet didn’t flush and sink was only just attached to the wall.

The shower cabin was not closed and there was no way to keep the water from running from the cabin into the rest of the room.

but it was difficult to angle it so as to avoid flooding the bathroom.

4- No mirror in the room so you have to wear your makeup in the toilet,

The room was pretty dated, with fairly elderly bathroom fixtures and furniture that's seen better days.

Overall it's an OK hotel, could be better with updating its amenities.

The toilet was noisy as it kept filling with water.

but since my wife was in the shower, she disappeared without bringing any more.

The bathrooms are a bit old fashioned and when was the last time shower gel and shampoo were offered in sachets ?

The two downsides are the shower (the shower head in the middle of a rectangular tub, weird) and the internet was pretty slow so for Skype and just general use.

but you could here a lot noise from the corridors (doors slamming) and from other room (toilets, showers, etc.).

The bathroom in our room needed a serious refurb.

but supplied toiletries were cheap and nasty.

Moreover, there were many leaky (and dangerous) air conditioning units, as well as a moulding and illmaintained pool area.

Food was great (buffet breakfast) and we tried the buffet lunch which was equally satisfying.

Other than that, hotels great, clean, well priced, shot walk to the festival and the breakfast is great.

Restaurant is a buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Half board includes a huge buffet for breakfast and lunch or dinner (you can alternate between lunch or dinner whenever you want).

The buffet restaurant was good and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Clashing sounds of guests' music systems blasting out, generally between 6pm and 9pm.

Whilst in a super location, and certainly kept clean (hence the 3/5 score), the staff on arrival and throughout the stay were rather abrupt, very much making us feel more of an inconvenience than guests, saying they were too busy to deal with us.

although with so many people there, you could only get connected at 7am 
Pool is very nice although the day after the festival and two thirds of the guests must have left, they started resurfacing around the pool and felt a bit like we were in the way.

but we left for the festival around then,  bearing in mind majority  of guests are English  in this hotel they could open the restaurant  a little earlier to accommodate the guests.

they do not even remember which room has guests in already.

We were booked into this hotel as international guests for a small conference in Sept.

There were pool monitors everyday going around checking peoples room no,s and names which was a very good idea and on the busiest day of the festival they were stood right at the entrance of the pool so that only hotel guests good get in.

By the time the festival was on, the clientele was very mixed, with large number of brits.

The staff are all very polite and helpful.

We were traveling with a dog and could take our breakfast and dinner outside on the terrace, which h was pretty cold in the evening.

One night stay with breakfast included for 2 persons was 88euros which is a great price given you are staying at 1st line from the beach.

We began each day with a good quality buffet in the beautiful upstairs restaurant.

Service was immediately fantastic from the hearty welcome by the lady on the front dest, to the assistance afforded by the house staff and the swift delivery of delicious evening meal from the bistro/restaurant into the open air beach side pergola.

I can’t fault this hotel in any way, the staff were polite and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean, there was a pleasant spread for the breakfast buffet, and such an amazing view of the beach and the sea, made it very relaxing.

Apparently these were not available (they stayed empty the whole time we were there) so we asked whether it was possible to have the shades unfolded to which he said that the wind was too strong and so they won't be able to unfold them yet.

Some of the staff in the restaurant are hostile not hospitable the tables are never set and you have to ask for anything like a knife and a folk it's like you've asked for them to cook you a full on Sunday dinner, very little choice of food if you don't like fish.

The waitress was very impatient, she asked a colleague to be replaced as I guess we were too slow or asking too many questions .

For a start my 'additional requests' had been ignored, or at least they could not be fulfilled.

Slightly disappointed on arrival not to have been placed next door to our friends as requested who had an upper floor room with uninterrupted beach/sea view.

Regarding the food, the burgers were dry, the service was slow and a friend was given normal milk in her coffee when she asked for oat.

Service in the beach terrace cafe is very slow.

however, service can be slow when you are waiting to be served here, often it was quicker to go into the cafe' itself and order.

Would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing slow beach vacation.

My room was overlooking the traffic lights and I thought I might be disturbed, get traffic fumes,

The furniture is extremely old, the room was not clean enough and the smell of sewer was unbearable.

It seems the housekeeping smokes during making up the room, either that or there is a serious plumbing problem in the hotel, I suspect the former is more likely.

The toilet smelt very badly and generally the bath room was in a bad state with mould patches on the ceiling.

I travel world, was shocked that they charged me 2.5 Euros for a Glass of Ice AND they didn't offer any public ice machines.

The room is very dated, bathroom is from the 60s, and most annoying was the lack of power points, I found one in the room from which I had to charge my phone which was laid on the floor.

As a result, I got charged an extra 30 euros at checkout which I had to pay.

NH, how am I supposed to charge my phone at night, or multiple devices at the same time?

There is only one plug socket in the bedroom and no ironing board in the room

There's a bed, Nespresso machine & an elevator.

No bar or even self service vending in the hotel, and a 4* hotel should not close its restaurant for a month's holiday, in my opinion.

But the coffee machine doesn't work properly, the coffee table is barely standing the air con is not cold enough to cool the room and probably needs at least re-gassing or replacing.

The only problem was their ice machine was broken.

The gym was old and machines were broken.

Furthermore, reception didn't inform me, after not charging the first 2 nights, that there was a charge until they showed up with the ice & a bill (only requested 1 glass, they brought two, ONLY AFTER the 2nd call & consequently attempted to charge me 5 Euros, outrageous, No ramp for luggage.

When I get a call I have to get out of bed to take it?

Fantastic breakfast choice and staff lovely.

The room, pool, breakfast -everything was as it should be and the staff were very well prepared regarding virus measures.

but they still serve a delicious buffet breakfast with all the safety measurements in place.

They provided a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety to choose from and the hot food was always hot.

We only went b&b and have to say the breakfast was great .

There were large slices of delicious melon and watermelon each morning.

Having previously stayed at an alternative hotel for the festival and finding it too noisy and busy, we chose to try somewhere different.

It was somewhat noisy at night because the hotel is on a main road.

If through a previous night / day of over indulgence and you leave the festival early you can hear the main stage quite clearly.

Our room was at the front we were not kept awake by any noise - traffic or music.

The only complaint would be that you can hear anything that happens in the corridor and get woken up as soon as someone gets in or out of his room.

I rented an apartment for about a week and I deposited the keys to the place in the designated mailbox.

but he didn't have the keys and I had to use my own shampoo and bathing gel.

So I was waked up by listening the water droping down;
2 - They changed us to another room and we cudnt stay there as the smelling was howfull;
3 - They changed to another room and we hardly cud slee+ing as the wind was whistling trough the roof and window at bathroom.

The Gym is in another Hotel, we were a bit disappointed that we had to pay an entrance - this should be included for hotel guests.

There are 20-25 football guys from French with no respect of other guests.

A member of their own staff occupied the only parking place reserved for disabled guests.

She did tell me that the hotel was going to be noisy as the hotel would have many footballer guests.

No plugs near the bed to install breathing equipment.

The reception area is a bit smelly, due to the restaurant being very close by.

The balcony had graffiti on the wall (white paint spray) and the roof was dirty and full of leaves as well as a cigarette

It's a 3* max and even then the beds sucks, the breakfast sucks, the room sucks, the smells sucks.

Strong sewage smell in the lobby at times.

Each time taking a shower, bathroom was under water.

Intur Bonaire must have a problem with the used water systems because there were bad smells in the room and around!!!!!!

Next door has a salt water plunge pool and small sauna.
