that day it was raining heavily in Bangalore .so my flight got delayed .i reached bangalore around 10.45 pm .it takes around 45 min from airport to reach hotel .not single food corner was opened that day due rain .I reached hotel around 11.45 pm.

Only that the buffet rates for lunch and dinner or rates for food should be a little more economic.

Food is very expensive compared to other.

But the room service food is little expensive.

Continuous distracting noise in the room There was a distracting noise in the room and continuously for 24×7 hours we have stayed on 23rd to 25 January 2020 and we we were three people in the room number 5145121511 with the name of Hyder Vikas and Deepti
Hotel should maintain gallery and the food was not good given by Saab bye in the breakfast buffet food was not good ultimately

but rooms are noisy specially with the noise of AC and generator.

On a business meet at the hotel, the service was very slow!

My only disappointment is the wifi is quite slow.

At first I was a bit concerned by the appearance of the motel, which looked a little run down, and as I entered the reception area there were a group of staff, all male, which was a little intimidating.

We were a group of 16 and we booked 5 rooms - 2 with triple occupancy and 3 with double occupancy.

When I left, I felt like I was leaving a group of true friends.

I never had to wait to long for anything I wanted

The parking area of the hotel is to small you can not move your car.The breakfast was included

There was no specified parking area in the hotel,

The only bad point is that wifi is provided

another point of discussion is the price which is a bit high considering the lack of above mentioned facilities.

1st of all I would like to tell u that 2nd and 3rd floor of this hotel are Covid centre of Manipal hospital(where active covid patients stay).

Terrible staff, terrible hospitality, faulty lights, painfull doors , there's nothing absolutely nothing here that is even close to Hospitality .

Carpet out was not cleaned and littered, the bed looked like someone slept in it, the phone was not working, the fridge was not working, the tv didnt come on, when you sit on the chair you can see a thick layer of dirt on the floor, bathroom door rotting at the ends, and more.

(2 rooms seperated by a door).Even sound of sneezing,sipping tea etc etc was clearly audible.That room was allotted to a couple who were making lot of weird noises(I hope u can understand).How can they give such rooms to 2 different guests?

But in Room 807 the toilet door lock was not working.

Kudos to the front desk for moving us to a better room after the sad long list of issues in the first room provided (broken kettle, unsupportive mattresses, unsecure door).

Even if the door does not have a privacy mark, the staff os aware of the residents in a room.

The surrounding and location of Royal Orchid Central is nice, from where we are able to do our task successfully.

Night two - change of the room to higher floor, Ac is still very poor, tried live food at breakfast and lunch - food still not upto the mark.

The AC cooling was poor and general room service was slow.

However the cheap rates translates into cheap service and poor maintenance.

This place is situated near brigade, Dickinson road.

We feel  like to come back again to stay in VIVANTA Bangalore residency road

They have a pretty slow wifi connectivity, which is the only con I could find.

We reached at 12.20, and check-in was very very slow.

Stayed for three nights 

Night one - broken mattress, ac not effective, had to call the housekeeping thrice to bring water, simple food like dal rice was stale.

They do not even provide mineral water bottles and have this unheard of policy of "filling up your glass bottles".

Water bottle when asked for 2, the hospitality refused to give, that only one can be given.

Then changed the room fr other floor In that mini bar was not cleaned,  no hot water and tissues at the washroom..

In Room 1016, there was water logging problem in the toilet

Also, I feel that you should provide both bottled water and RO water in the rooms.
