In general food is average especially for the money you pay.

Overall it is an average property and needs to buck up to maintain the standards.

What they won’t tell you about this hotel

1- rooms smell of the damp
2- plumbing is shoddy,
The bidet doesn’t work so get ready to use loads of toilet paper
3- The electric kettle has a broken top
4- The food is average at best
5- Coffee at breakfast is watered down
6- And the best one- there’s a roach in the tub

This is extensively super expensive with average taste food.

These places/things include 
1. carpets in corridors leading up to the rooms - worn/damaged, 
2. breakfast hall - base-boards in dismal state clearly no one paying attention that can be fixed by inexpensive ways and avoid this being eyesore in another wise beautiful hall
3. lancelot garden - most disappointing that the benches, light fixtures were broken and such damage could not miss of an untrained key (like me an average guest) and how does not be noticed by trained staff that are to notice and fix such things. 4.

The Bathtub on the Manor section was slightly smaller for an average person.

Breakfast buffet was slightly disappointing due to the variety of spread, average taste and pretty ordinary service staff.

The food is average as well as the service.

The food was delicious as always , I have chosen a vegatarian thali .

Today, I observed team members like Dayanand, Nishit, Leah and Asai Thambi took special care of guests during breakfast.

My special mention to Mr.Venugopal , The chef de patre at the morning breakfast buffet , who made our anniversary special by customising few breakfast options and getting us a beautiful cake to the table.

Mr. Murthy and Vishnu (trainee) at the breakfast room were great too.

Chef Vengupol made our stay especially enjoyable with his hospitable attitude and wonderful service, he made sure to check on us regularly during our breakfast visits.

The dinner and breakfast was good, as was the experience at the Dublin bar.

Chef S. Venugopal ensured a very enjoyable breakfast experience.

The a-la-carte (Kathi roll) and the ITC set menu were both top-notch.

The breakfast buffet had a live counter for ragi dosas, pesarattu (moong beans dosa), and usual.

The breakfast buffet is lavish, the ambient music and of course the hotel interior is truly amazing.

Mouthwatering Breakfast and services of Chief chef Mr Venugopal is excellent.

the food here is absolutely amazing and delicious.

They make sure you are comfortable and the buffet breakfast is awesome!

Breakfast served at The Pavilion included continental and Indian.

They do have a breakfast dine by the pool too.

It is a very beautiful property with great food - We loved the breakfast spread.

The electric kettle too in the room was broken.

Bread was dry and broken on the second day.

One bed side light hanging broken & un-operational. 3.

Bicycle was broken, only one elliptical cycle and 3 runners was busy.

but mine were all open (seal broken) and one had been drunk from). gross!

Looks like the maintanace is not done properly, most of the things you will find in broken state.

They should seriously consider in investing more on guest experience rather than guest relations!

All the staff took good care of me especially Mahesh the cashier and Rahul Sharma also Khushi and Haba from the guest relations , Ms. Stella the duty manager.

A very nice place to visit and stay , lot of friendly staff 
And a very good ambience and good food also very 
Hygiene ,And as guest relation khushi helped us with our needs well and over all it was a good stay .

The front office team was very helpful , Khushi from guest relations was very nice and kind  ! !.

The hospitality is excellent , khushi from guest relations was very helpful as she helped us in choosing the restaurants.

Mumtaz from guest relation  escorted us to room and explained about facilities..food was good.

The basic principle of filter coffee is that if you let the decoction stand for over half hour the coffee tastes stale.

I think that they can definitely improve on the deserts/pastries because they are stale and not fresh.

Some desserts which stood out for me

a. Rasmalai - The usual challenge with Rasmalai is that the milk is mostly watery, or is too thick (and probably stale) which means the flattened Chena balls do not soak the milk well.

The first room smelled of paint and dirty carpet.

HK might need to look into the weird dampness and stench in the Carlton Suite.

Stained upholstery, smelly carpets, mouldy feeling in both the rooms.

The only reason why I did not think it was perfect is because the rooms were a little damp.

1) Unpleasant smell in the corridors
2) They do not maintained basic stuff in the washroom - No shower gel and no dental kit.

We found the rooms to be crammed up and having a musty odour.

I used to be a regular at this place and their mansion rooms stinks.

My first reaction was to leave it running so the smell would go away.

The only problem with the room was that it had been so newly renovated, that it had a very strong paint odor.

but as a non smoker, I prefer to stay in a non smoking room.

The only thing that let it down was the room, it smelled damp and musty as you walked in and the decor and bathroom, whilst in keeping with the character of the hotel were very tired and not of the same class as the rest of the hotel.

th check in was a major letdown - I had booked a non smoking King size bed while the hotel offered a twin bed in a smoking floor!!!

When I picked up my car after a couple of days, it was a mess because flowers and leaves had fallen on it for two days (not much bird poop).

The whole team made my experience special.

Incredible dining experience for frontier food like Kebabs etc.

ITC Windsor in Bangalore is the best experience I’ve had.

ITC windsor will definitely impress you with its asthetics and hospitality.

It was a good experience swimming in ITC winsdor swimming pool.

Ms. Ila, Ms. Stella, Mr. Suhail and Mr. Rahul really added a lot to my experience.

It was an amazing experience - the excellent service and friendly staff.

We also had a full body massage at the spa and that was a lovely experience.

I admire Itc Windsor a royal hotel and also as a palace ,

Food in buffet is prepared according to any upcoming festival themes.

They always make small sa cute sa uttapa in breakfast and roti in lunch for my daughter.

!The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is bomb.

Ambience is very good, food is delicious and tasted all the varieties of food, especially loved the desserts.Staff has friendly behavior and made the stay more comfortable.

The Buffet Breakfast was included in the stay - which had all possible varieties that you would like to have for breakfast.

Indra was taking care of my room servicing, very neat and well experienced, spotless room service without disturbing my work setup(laptop, desk, and all).

The Laundry person Priyesh also took good care of the clothes on a regular basis.

Special mention to Bijainee and her team members Anjan , Jp , Rahul , Nivas,  Yashwant,  Guddu & Somir for taking care of all our requirements and making the event a seamless experience.

Rooms were clean and tidy and housekeeping staff Himashree was extremely helpful in taking care of us.

The attendees at aloft took alot care and attended to alll my needs and quires during my stay at aloft.

Indra took great care of me, everyday when I came back from office I was pleasantly welcomed with a clean and decorated room.

If you work near Cessna Business Park, than there is probably not an alternative to overcome the problems of traffic in Bangalore.

When I stayed here before, I didn’t have these noise issues facing away from the pool.

The only major concern was the traffic in reaching the place.

but here in Aloft I must say food was a blessing, from taste to preparation everything is a top notch thanks to chef Rajesh & Saksham, Restaurant manager - Jyotirmoy, Restaurant staff (always welcoming) -  Samarth ,Nirmala karki 
,Ashok Sahu, Tapas pradha,Ganesh kosari, Raj (bar manager) for exciting deals.

The restaurant staffs also gave me a sweet farewell with a box of cookies and a cake which was yum on my day of check out!!!

The room service by the staff is brilliant to say the least.

Overall experience is great, regular cleaning, sanitisation.

And their integrity and passion of them work is really that food and beverage is nice and hospitality of th is really good and behaviour of them is excellent .

My one light hygiene issue was a floor lamp near the bathroom that I eventually figured out was tied to one of the switch panels next to the bed.

Lots of tiny details like USB charging ports and conveniently place light switches.

It is really difficult to make out which switch is for what.

I liked the breakfast buffet menu a lot with so many options.

The food  so delicious, so much option from appetizer to dessert, even all main course is so spicy.
