Hotel had good breakfast spread, Room was very comfortable with basic tea/coffee amenities.

Our recent buffet lunch with office colleagues was truly exceptional.

The location was brilliant, the breakfast was great.

Food was delicious and great service by Subir and he is too friendly.

Good hotel and nice ambiance and nice staffing too room was quite nice and breakfast is superb and staff support was too good over there as well..would recommend friends and family to visit and njoy this hotel.

Very clean premises, Staff response is very good, Buffet breakfast is very good in taste and also have more choices.

Good buffet spread in both veg and non veg.

Don't believe the good reviews and pictures published by the hotel  - the reality is quite different: mold in the bathroom everywhere, bad smell, broken appliances, dishonest employees, dirty sheets.

Every day, the staff waxes the floor in the lobby and the smell is terrible.

The birayni @ Soul seemed to be stale, and the chicken was rubbery.

It could be better if they had a smoking room too..

If you like to smoke, you would have to go out to the smoking area.

They could use some air fresheners in public areas like lobby or corridors as to my nose it smelled weird .

We had tasted better and it seemed a bit stale. Don't know if they stick to a strictly English menu (I don't complain!)
