Breakfast was superb, a buffet style with both cereal and cooked breakfast.

The hotel has some nice design features which fit the brand and style (don’t panic no port hole windows)!

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in

We have just returned from a long weekend in Belfast staying at this fantastic hotel, the location, decor and staff made this a truly memorable trip.

The decor of the hotel is very nice and reflects the history of its ship building past with lots of old photographs and homages to the Titanic which we found interesting.

The ambience and decoration are worth it.

The room was so beautiful and the decor echoed what would have been on the Titanic itself.

The room (when we located it) was lovely, very bright and had everything we needed.

The main entrance to the hotel is beautiful with an all glass front and turning to more of a monochrome decor as you make your way through the foyer.

We booked an executive room and it was badly laid out.

Our first room was a joining room even tho we paid for an executive room this is what we got.

We stayed in an Executive Room Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd Jan.

2 of us booked an Executive Room and found ourselves astonished by how standard it was.

We just visited for the second time and will definitely stay again , a visit to the titanic museum is a must too it’s right beside it, would highly recommend this hotel we stayed in the executive room!

The executive room was great, with a comfortable bed and very welcome antipasti in the room on arrival.

), couldn't have been more helpful and in a few minutes we were in our way up to our room, 401, an executive room.

We had an executive room which was lovely - stylish, spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom (complete with his & hers sinks), and bath robes and slippers.

I'd paid extra fro an executive room (234) which was enormous and had stunning views of the museum and dock area.

We stayed in an Executive Room on the Gourmet 2 night package which included a welcome plate and miniature drinks in the room, a cocktail each in the No2 Drawing Room Bar, an afternoon tea on one day of the stay, 6 course tasting menu on one day and breakfast on both days.

Our executive room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed.

The staff were very attentive and David (the barman), really was friendly and always took time to chat and make you feel welcoming.

The service was very attentive, our server Luke was really friendly enlightening us with some  history of the building.

We were on the walking tour from the Titanic museum, it included going inside this iconic building.

Great hotel, literally a stones throw from the titanic museum.

The hotel is right opposite the Titanic museum which is a must do, it is also a very easy walk into the city to enjoy all of the sights, make sure you use the "Hop on hop off" bus it was by far the best we have used in any city.

Visit the museum and spend the night at the hotel just the perfect thing to do.

We stayed in the corner Titanic suite with a view of the river and Titanic Museum on one side the Belfast city on the other.

If you’re coming to Belfast to visit the Titanic museum then this is definitely the hotel for you!

I visited this hotel for only 1 night with my 8 year old girl, we were only in Belfast to visit the titanic museum.

We went around the museum building and down the slipways at night when they were lit up and we had the area to ourselves it was amazing.

Our hotel room had a beautiful view of the titanic museum too which lit up at night.

I did get a room with a perfect view of the museum.

We were very fortunate and had a spectacular view of the Titanic Museum from our room.

Location - immediately opposite the Titanic museum, which is definitely recommended in itself.

I chose this hotel because our reason for visiting Belfast was to visit the Titanic Museum.

It was like sleeping in a very romantic museum.

This hotel is suitable for those wishing to visit the Titanic Museum.

The ability to ask any staff member anything weather it’s was the hotel, museum or local area where you can tell they truly cared about your needs is a rare find!

But Harland bar was very poor because staff not properly trained.

We really did feel "poor"  The portions are small

Hotel was very disappointing, quality of the top suite was very poor and we had to move as the windows wouldn’t close and the road noise was horrendous, the next suite was smaller older and in a poor state , no apology or discount was offered , management was practically none existent and staff appeared to have zero training

Bare in mind it was a Sunday evening and the bar was quite so there really was no need for poor service.

The hotel is massively understaffed and pressure levels are displayed by staff members who are working under poor management, impacting the customer experience.

but it appeared to be alot of the rooms had poor views anyways.

WiFi in the room was poor, I put this down to the fact that we were located in a room at the end of the hotel.

The shower in the room was barely more than a trickle - really poor water pressure that night & again in the morning.

Food: This both varied in quality and poor value for money.

but felt so sorry for the poor reception staff who looked like they’d had nothing but complaints.

but all wooden surfaces are marked….curtain hanging off rail….needs a refurb…..poor value for money.

Believe me over the days we stayed in this establishment we heard every excuse going for poor service.

but I was optimistic as reviews written months ago highlighting the repetitive lack of staff and poor service had been responded to by managers with 'we have welcomed some new team members since reopening and training is a real priority'.

Poor service, poor hospitality and certainly a hotel we will strike off our list.

Our stay at Titanic Hotel was poor before we even arrived.

The service in the bar was poor, with staff confusing orders and slow arrival of drinks.

Breakfast poor, poor quality produce, felt like it had been cooked a while, waited ages to be seated.

One of those exposed duvets with a giant sheet that wraps around it should not be the standard in a hotel of this price and certainly not in a 'luxury hotel'.

I booked a room at this hotel and was perplexed at having to pay just over £300 for room only for one night.

We were charged for 2 breakfasts in my aunties room despite telling them she was on her own (this was quickly rectified when my mum noticed) the receptionist then sent us to the completely wrong lift (my auntie was on sticks so the walking was not easy) and didn’t even direct me and my mum.

but, considering we paid over £200 for the rooms, there were some points which stopped this hotel from being a true 'luxury' experience.

I asked for medium and it arrived borderline well done, a bit disappointing really given the cost.

Here you had to choose from options when you check in, and we ended up having to pay individually art every turn, including breakfast.

On check-in they tried to charge us again for the full price which we had already paid.

but somewhat tired and undeserving of the exorbitant price of £329/night.

but that's it 😕 paid nearly 600 for 2 nights ,,,better service at a travel lodge ,,room was rubbish being moved,  breakfast ok bad service,,bar looks great but once again bad service,,

We parked in the underground car park when validated on leaving cost £7.50 for 24 hours (50% discount).

The one thing I was cross with is if you park in the car park below the centre you get charged and it was £18 for our stay, this should be free for residents at the hotel rooms cost enough without this on top.

A tad expensive 

Wifi was so so in room I was in.

Very expensive, at £15.50 each, for small portion of fish and chips.

but seemed under staffed to provide a decent service - we could have had an air BnB for 2 nights for what we paid to stay for 1 disappointing night here.

Felt the food was quite overpriced for what it was.

Fine dining prices without the fine dining, particularly disappointed with the beef steak.

Bar staff ill trained cannot give full measure of spirit without spilling and only top up when asked for full measure.

My wife had booked for chocolate covered strawberries to be in the room on arrival, these were not in the room and despite requesting this twice they never materialised.

We had asked twice to get our remaining cakes packaged to leave, we waited a further 25 minutes with no staff around so we just ended up leaving without getting out remaining cakes.

Despite a sign at the entrance saying ‘Residents Only’ - which we were not so very  off-putting- We sat at the bar and were served promptly and they had what we asked for.

We asked for 2 porn star martinis & got something which tasted of fruit juice with a teeny bit of grapefruit stuck on the edge of the glass - it did not taste like any porn star martini we have ever had & at £11.50esch was extremely disappointing!

I asked another group (who had booked up in advance) if they had the same cream.

When I requested a high table the response was “I suppose so”, the same waitress also left my for 20 minutes before I could order a drink.

Finally, a young lad must have noticed the total despair on my face and asked me if I was getting served.

Was disappointed not to get our rooms together as I had requested through booking.com.

I asked a member of staff, who seemed to be a supervisor of some sort, what it took to get some service.

When we asked they said that we need to ask, each day if we want it done.

We provided the same feedback to the General Manager as requested after our stay - no response back

There were no slippers as advertised and only found out when we asked that they were 'waiting for a delivery' - not good enough when you were relying on them to walk over carpeted floor.

There was a couple next to us, their knives and forks can only be described as absentmindedly dropped on their table, the person who brought the food asked the couple next to us if they wanted any condiments immediately after putting our food on the table,

We ate one night in the drawing room and waited 38 mins to be even asked what we wanted to drink.

The bathroom had soft luxurious towels with Paul Costello toiletries, turn down occurred without requesting and Irish chocolates placed on your pillow.

We asked for a pot of tea and a pot of coffee which came quickly, we only got one tea cup, so we asked the “manager” could we have another cup for the tea as it must have been forgotten about.

When we were finally seated our server had no idea about our dietary needs and requests as the information had not been communicated to her.

The meals were hearty and delicious, really filling you up.

Knowledge of available amenities would have been useful [eg two eateries], you can retire to xxx for a quiet drink should you wish etc.

Personally I would have loved  traditional foods such as Irish Stew or 
Pie and champ offered in the bar with a stout.

We saw into the bar area and decided to pop back for lunch.

The buffet is great and the made to order kitchen menu is great for some variety.

One of our favourite hotels in Belfast, beautifully looks out over the Lough, sitting right beside the Titanic exhibition, rooms are beautiful and spacious, staff are amazing and from the breakfast to the dinner the food is on point.

We had a lovely afternoon in the bar, drinking cocktails and had a light lunch.

The food was beautiful and the setting is unrivalled.

This hotel is by far the best I have ever stayed in , the staff the setting the food every detail of the place was so good I can’t wait to go back this time for a longer stay , the breakfast was out of this world.

Food was delicious and so handy for titanic musuem.

I cannot praise the Hotel and staff highly enough, everything was perfect from start to finish, from the ceremony in the historical drawing office to the meal and the reception party afterwards.

The food was delicious, plenty of sandwiches tray bakes and scones to choose from and as much tea and coffee you could possibly consume.

Food was incredible and the room was impressive! !

The restaurant on the second night we couldn’t fault, everything from the service to the food, atmosphere and decor was just spot on.

Shortly after this the correct meals arrived.

Our stay was outstanding and if pressed, our only request would be that room service be offered or that the bar served food later.

Room wasn’t ready so we were given complimentary drinks, found out it was husbands birthday and when we arrived there was a plate with macarons.

The drawing room with the bar is stunning, so bright and airy.

Rooms are really nice and have everything you could want.

The rooms are decent size and they offer a bit of everything.

Another excellent stay here at Titanic, this time was for a wedding in Belfast, very last minute booking, as in literally walked in just prior to the going to the wedding itself and was greeted and managed to get a room sorted with ina  few minutes, taxi booked (quick drink in the bar) then out.

A nice place to visit, took almost 2 hours to get my room,

Our themed room was spotlessly clean with toiletries, robes and slippers.

The rooms were a good size and comfortable, overall 5 star experience and will be back again.

A group of us stayed in the hotel and I was very impressed with  the standard of the room and the lovely breakfast in the morning.

Parking very convenient in the titanic Belfast and is literally a minute walk over to hotel.

Having recently stayed at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool, we decided it had to be the Titanic Belfast when looking for a hotel for our next city break.

I enjoyed a recent stay at the Titanic Belfast for a conference at the Titanic Centre (which is a stunning conference facility).

Titanic Belfast is literally across the road, and the dry dock and pump house are approximately 5 minutes walk!

Nice hotel and close to the titanic belfast museum.

It was a great base to explore Titanic Belfast.

The museum Titanic Belfast is 59 yds away and well worth a visit.

With Titanic Belfast opposite (you wouldn’t get wet if it was raining) and the slips used for Titanic and Olympic only metres away, it is an experience you won’t forget.

Titanic Belfast about 30 seconds away with the often missed HMS Caroline about a 7 minute walk (very interesting for young and old alike).

Location is great, only 5 mins walk from city hall and Royal Avenue.

Its almost adjacent to Europa Bus Center and Great Victoria Street train station and walking distance to the City Center, Belfast City Hall.

Location is ideal to explore Belfast, 5 min walk to City Hall.

It is also less than 10 minutes walk to City Hall which is the complete heart of the city.

10/15 stroll up to city hall and Dublin tourist office.

En route, you pass City Hall - which is lovely to see at night.

Very good location, just 5 minutes’ walk from the city hall.

Hotel is in a good location within the City - easy walk to City Hall and sites around that area.
