This hotel is one of the best hotels in Beirut, the staff is friendly, the rooms are big also the hotel design is very unique and lifestyle, not a traditional hotel, special thanks to Oussama and Nadine for helping with check-in and reservation.

I had the pleasure to have breakfast at this amazing Cafe, the waitresses were very friendly, the interior design very captivating.

The taxi wanted to charge us 30 dollars for the same distance and the hotel asked for 50 dollars.

The thing I didn't like is the size of bathroom and shower super tiny u need to squeeze yourself in

And they had a guest with very bad attitude who was almost cursing all the time in the elevator and in the lobby and they didn’t took any action until he slapped one of the other guests in the lobby and the guest called the police to interfere.

Filled out a police report and the investigation is still ongoing.

Tourism department/police said they cannot do anything without the police incident report which leaves me with no option

however the shining light was the staff, in particular the fantastic waiter at breakfast (Kamal), who went out of his way to make sure I got a great view of the city and also suggesting I try a traditional Lebanese breakfast (which was absolutely delicious).

The hotel’s environment is as friendly as its employees, especially Joelle of front desk and customer services.

The staff were very accommodating to our needs and what we wanted.

And especially the rooftop and the whole design staff the service good all is super perfect and the mood is so cosy amd entertaining at the same.

Nevertheless, it is ok.It miss several movie chanels in english.

but then again there is so much to see and do in the hotel- why watch Tv?

The Superhero Gym was terrific, as medium-size-hotel gyms go, ample equipment, and never anyone in there when I was there--like, literally, no one, TVs to myself.

(Euronews, BBC World, CNN, France24 and National Geographic - I think) and another workstation area that the desktop lifted and contained a hairdryer.

We stayed at LE Royal Hotel with my family, and I like to recognize service that we got at breakfast buffet, was awesome, specially Carole was very friendly and helpful, she made us feel like we’re at home, taking care of my daughter’s needs and us, thanks

Everything was perfect;  warm welcome, high end amentities, spotless clean and well maintained and most of all attentive and friendly staff who went the extra mile to make sure we are happy and satisfied.

The day before arrival I called to that confirm everything was in order and asked if it was possible to have an early check-in and a sea view room.

but when they knew we were going to use the entertainer coupon the prices raised to double so i told them that we already asked about the prices and u gave us lower rates.

as usual, there was delay in check in and it took more than 20 minutes due to many issues despite my request for early check-in.

Next day she played and no one asked for anything..surely i will avoid booking next time as this is maybe the main reason for me to choose this hotel.

Only tea was complementary and when asked for coins for the coffee machine, the staff did not have any and would not assist in finding us a solution.

I then came down to the reception and asked to talk with the manager.

I asked them how they can keep smiling despite the negative circumstances in the city!?

however, the start wasn't so good as we had to wait 2 hours to check in (5 pm instead of 3pm) because of electrity issue and we had to call the room services at least twice to get what we want and at check out, they requested to leave the room at noon. .

After the Water Park we asked at reception if we could use wifi to order a Uber Taxi (we couldn't connect to data).

After calling the front desk and requesting to give me the room that I originally booked, they claimed that they do not have any room available.

Staff experience was negative most of the times , starting from the Security who asked to search my Bag in an autocratic way ,can live with it he might not be oriented in a proper manner.

After a while the Guest relation manager called and asked me to tell the story again and again and she started to give excuses the hotel is full i can not move you if you want you can pay more money and get upgrade!!

I called the reception and asked since I had a session if I could check-out at 3, No not possible, so I asked if I could check out at 1 pm since I have a break then, again reception said No, honestly I was annoyed!

The barman will pour you drinks you haven't ordered and then when you're presented with the drink he'll pretend that he was under the impression that you asked him for it.

When I asked if, considering all the amazing accomplishments of Man, that someone got in my room without a key, the security supervisor told me it wasn't possible.

Several times over a period of two days, requested for a power adapter.

but rather an international forex cash card which means the amount is immediately deducted when you swipe it.

During this time, I was super thirsty and called the reception 4 times for them to send someone because our minibar was locked.

Finally got the key and went up the room and opened the room to find a couple in their under ware in the room.

Nor did I lose my key at anytime, or lend it to someone.

No organization not to mention the smell of URINE and garbage everywhere and very bad maintenance of the place !

Not even a whiff of tobacco smoke, which is sometimes a rarity in this part of the world.

I was told that there is no other non-smoking room.

The first room was small, dirty mattress on kids sofa bed and a funny smell in room.

I had to go down and pick the key of the right room… when I entered the room I noticed that the garbage bin was full from the previous guest… disgusting and completely unprofessional.

Valet parking is poor as they parked my car under a sewage and it needed polish after that.

as we checked in the room the shower curtain was filthy it smelled very bad and the mirror was stained, also the view of the room is not as i expected as this was my 3rd visit to this hotel, we called the reception complaining about the room, he said he will call back

but definitely not a double) and one of them was with visible bumps and looked disgusting for a hotel (so a previous reviewer was right).

The breakfast buffet was limited and parts of it looked a bit stale.

Very attentive and helpful staff make the visit a 5-star.

One of the most respectful hotels I have ever been.

Far too many personnel were Arabic-only speakers (we even had to call the front desk to tell a cleaner to wait 15 minutes until we had left for dinner).

but the bride had to see for herself why her guests were waiting for her in the lobby with other regular clients of the hotel instead of enjoying a glass of champagne (that was included in the location of the said room) and eat some ‘petits-fours’ that were supposed to be served with the drinks.

Basically, its on a highway which means no waiting or hassle going in any direction.

Room service was very slow so expect to wait between 15-20 minutes for just a coffee in the morning.

last note that i checked out at 12 so follower resident wont suffer waiting ( by the way, in many hotels, all access cards will be automatically disabled so you check out on time. .)

Check out was a bit slow though, I had to wait approx 30 mins which was slight inconvenient.

When we got to the hotel we had to wait 20 min to get our room.

Even when waiting an hour for the room there seems no flexibility to grant additional devices access.

*we had to wait 1 hour and a half for packets of Nescafé.

Arrived at 3:45 pm and the room was not ready (we had to wait for 1 Hr in the lobby to sort it out).

On two occasions we waited over an hour for a glass of milk and a champaign glass- I mean seriously!

but this should have been communicated when we called and inquired 3 days before , so we had to wait for their schedule to experience what we paid in full - NOT FAIR.

I waited 1 hour to check in, i have to say that new rooms renovated are nice yet the service for 5 star hotel was below expectation.

But there we're some annoying things - like that the pool was closed for private events and renovation, keycards stopped working, problems with chekout.

The main issue with pool was that we found out that on day 3/4/5/6/7 the pool was closed for maintenance!!!!

but with my door closed it was never an issue.

They snuck them into the room while we went down for breakfast, along with a giant fruit platter and a jar of homemade cookies (free of charge).

He further wanted to charge us for having our daughters in 1 room as the occupancy is only for 3 people and not 4.

what I didn't like is the parking charges !

In addition, the lady at the front desk (who does not speek very good English), made a mistakr with our credit cards and undly charged us to the wrong credit card and even after requesting her not to do so, she informed us that there was nothing to do (eventhough we are all aware, that she could have cancelled the wrong charge).

I had a little confusion regarding the held amount required on my credit card before completing booking my room

I also appreciated the way the lights don’t immediately turn off when I take my room card out of its holder.

There were some cards to fill out if there were any issues, and I just wrote down the issue with the light - straight away it was all fixed!

Over the past three months I has been staying at the Staybridge suites,
It's amazing stay, good services friendly Staff, I would to thanks to The manager of hotel, reception and reservations staff In all shifts, (ALI-IBRAIHIM-ELSI-SARAH-YEASMINE-MAHER..), all of them was adorable and full of kindness, plus They were helpful,  They are a huge asset to your hotel and deserves much kudos.

The staff at the hotel are all lovely, and extremely helpful with any questions/ requests.

I met a very close friend in Beirut at the 4 seasons hotel for a 5 day holiday .The hotel was situated across from the yachts with a magnificent 360 view from the pool deck and rooftop cocktail bar .The staff were super helpful and friendly the room was chic with  lovely views and spa to relax at for treatments at the end of the day .The buzz and feel of the place was superb and the restaurants around the hotel trendy and chic and vibey.

I feel bad raising this issue because the service was excellent and the staff very friendly.

Lots of empty spaceand wals with no furniture Art !

Also, the furniture in the rooms was a bit scratched and the same with the bathroom.

Had to move furniture, unplug stuff and get on our knees to get our phones changed next to us.

The room was a little dated, and was over-filled with furniture.

I didn't feel that I was staying in a Four Seasons Hotel.The furniture and carpets need to be renewed.Having breakfast at the second floor was so dull with the black furniture.I don't think I will stay there again.

The toiletries are very poor and the are the bare minimum.the food is not good I order onion soup,pasta and sambousk that were really inedible.

But particularly the poor beds is something that bothered me, as this is something I would not expect from a Four Seasons.

The amenities in the bathroom were very poor with only 1 shower gel 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per day for two people!

No action take which is very poor for a 5 star hotel.

First class hotel brand with a very poor quality of service.

You don't hear anything in the hallway, nor do you hear any street noise.

( Upon leaving and entering the hotel 3 times I had to open my own doors and only got the attention I deserved after complaining loudly.

Drivers were not respectful of the traffic lights or crosswalks.
