Have been on many all-inclusive holidays & this hotel was by far the best.accommodation was clean and spacious, with everyone having their own private outdoor space with tables, chairs and loungers.

Firstly I would like to say, me and my boyfriend are new to inclusive, we went with no expectations,

The food in my opinion is good with plenty of choice and has a varied selection given it is all inclusive.

the hotel was amazing with so many pools to choose from, we were spoilt for choice, the food they had in the all inclusive was delicious and so much choice.

All in all, we had a lovely holiday, not sure I would opt for all inclusive if we returned.

But for all inclusive, I feel like it wasn’t worth the money we paid.

All inclusive is included up until you leave the hotel.

The food like any all inclusive is what you expect

The rooms are possibly the largest we have ever had in a reasonably priced all inclusive.

The food was very nice & typical of all inclusive, with plenty of choice

We stayed for 10 nights All Inclusive from 12th Aug 22 - 2 adults, 2 children and an infant.

The all inclusive finishes at 11pm and they are very strict on this.

Would very happily return as we thought for the price we paid it was an excellent family friendly all inclusive holiday.

·       If you like freshly made cocktails, these are not within the all inclusive.

Food was very consistent with other all inclusive hotels we’ve visited - usual mix of meat, fish, pasta etc.

The buffet food service applicable to the all inclusive package was good albeit that the quality of the evening meal could have been better.

We have stayed at much better fully inclusive hotels where you looked forward to eating.

This is a large well run all inclusive resort about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Corralejo.

I'm sorry I like to eat and I like my food to be really good quality and I also live in Spain/Catalunya where the general quality of food is excellent and this was just horrible.

Whilst the location of our room wasn't ideal overlooking the air conditioning and derelict building site at the rear of the hotel the room was spacious and kept very clean by the cleaning staff who work incredibly hard.

Our pool area (Kentia Pool) was clean and well maintained, we noted the pool sampling being undertaken

Our suite was huge, clean and comfortable with a nice sun trap terrace, the maids always left it clean and tidy

Lovely resort really clean and welcoming.

The whole  place is very clean and tidy and well looked after 

The town and dunes are close by this is why we choose the place both approx 6 euro to either .

The hotel is clean and the staff work extremely hard to keep it that way.

What an amazing place, Lovely clean hotel, friendly atmosphere, Staff were very polite and looked after us really well .Good choice of food from different restaurants, many pool areas, and a good animation team.

Complex is very clean, with lovely grounds, and lots of greenery.

We had an amazing 10 days here, very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly, helpful and overall would do anything they could to help, lots of lovely choices of food and very clean restaurant and pool bar, would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family.

The hotel, grounds and pool areas are clean and kept tidy.

Hotel is a good 4 star and I would agree with vast majority of reviews - clean hotel, lovely grounds, great location.

Best points- lots of sun beds, lots of different pools, clean and tidy, food was available regularly, there was lots of different things, staff were friendly.

From the cleanliness & friendly staff our stay was superb.

The whole hotel complex, restaurants and gardens were kept tidy.

7th-17th September 10 days @ Alua suites corallejo Suite spacious clean tidy great shower bed a bit too firm for us chose the adult only area very quiet no activities (if that's your thing) didn't bother us

The site is very clean, housekeeping & bar/restaurant staff work very hard and are all very pleasant.

All the staff st the hotel were friendly, hotel was spotless and nothing was too much trouble.

Myself and my friend stayed for a week here at the end of September and had a lovely holiday with only a few negatives.

but we found the main pool by the bar to be the best for sun and entertainment)

The al la carte restaurant was superb shame it is only 1 night of the holiday.

Entertainment is the best we have had so far on our three holidays this year.

.she wants to come back just for them.. overall fantastic holiday in a fantastic surrounding.

Overall we had a pleasant stay and a relaxing holiday,

The staff were very friendly always had a smile and seemed genuinely happy in serving you unlike our last holiday in Jamaica where we felt they were only doing it for a tip.

What we loved:
Just had 7 nights here and overall it’s been a lovely holiday.

The hotel, facilities and the food were all lovely throughout the holiday.

We were very impressed with our holiday throughout.

Overall we had a great holiday with the staff and entertainment team making it fab!

The town is your normal holiday town with bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday and there were plenty of pools and never worried about not getting a sun bed.

though to have the coffee machines in the Plaza restaurant working at evening dinner, after all coffee goes well with cakes or cheese and biscuits.

Location - Great location approx 20 minute walk into town centre, lots to see and do and highly recommend the 7 Pints Pub in the Plaza for food and drinks - we went to watch the LFC game.

The Plaza outside area is very busy with a queue for the bar.

The plaza is a real bustly p  K ace at night with entertainment generally good .

However, special thanks to:
The bar staff at the Plaza - very attentive and served drinks to your table when they didn't need to.

but they made the best of it and the nights that we did go to the plaza in the evening we had a great time.

In the evenings only the Plaza bar at the outdoor entertainment area is open until 11pm for all inclusive drinks.

Evening entertainment was also a little different as they are restricted with what entertainment they can have outdoors in the plaza rather than in the theatre that has a big stage.

the main restaurants are centred in the main Plaza area.

There was entertainment either in the Plaza Bar or the Theatre in the evenings.

Our only issues were with reception (Not Amanda on check in who was lovely) 

On check out we were presented with a bill from the plaza bar for after 12pm the night before (All inclusive finishes at 12) We said that we hadn't had any drinks in the plaza bar and she shrugged.

We mainly used the Plaza Bar with the excellent Juan, Jack and Victor they really were very friendly and remembered what drinks you had.

Evening entertainment:  there is a large alfresco square with lots of tables and a bar the “plaza”.

Drinks fab as always,didnt sit at the plaza much we preferred the reception  area.

The bar staff in the Plaza were nicer than the Lobby bar where the staff were very mechanical and whilst putting the drinks on the bar were saying 'next' to the next person in the queue.

The pools are spotless, the heated pool is the one nearest the plaza and main restaurant.

The Plaza Bar at night was actually nice if you can stand the kids playing football around you and screaming regularly.

Special mention to Enrique in the Lobby Bar and Alexis in the Plaza Bar who are fab!

Whilst not part of the premium part we also found the plaza bar was also nice for a few pre dinner gins!

I was told I could see the manager the following day and she was very courteous and brought the board over herself, she noted that this board was also in very poor repair, apologised and said she would have to order some new ones.

That unfortunately seem to taint guests perception when we spoke to others round the pool in our club section, views such as cocktails were poor, watered down so only had one once, limited choices in the restaurant, charges for later check out which didn’t seem as clear when we booked etc.

Most people had gone to the town at least 2 x weekly to eat as the food was poor

Beds are very very hard!

The drink selection was poor, with the all inclusive cocktails tasting like watered down juice and if you wanted to buy a cocktail that wasn’t on the all inclusive menu (I.e.

Not to mention, dark and poor outlook onto gravel.

The drinks were really poor with the wine tasting like bad ale!

but we did need to call out the technician 4 times for minor running repairs

Pool etiquette and attendants were generally poor with many different interpretations of the rules.

The meat that was available inside a curry or a stew was of very poor quality, mostly gristle and tough to eat.

When arriving into the Alua hotel apartment,  discovered flies infestation, dinosaur cockroach, air conditioning not working,  TV not working, poor standard and cleaning  bedsheets not changed everyday, only changed when we requested.

Entertainment poor, ridiculous prices in the spa!

3* at best, massively let down by poor food.

Whilst you cannot fail at breakfast evening meals were chaotic at best and of very poor quality.

The evening entertainment is lazy and poor quality compared to other resorts.

What stops me giving this resort 5 stars is the fact that our rooms (which were large and really comfortable) was in a poor area of the resort over looking the kitchen and near a really bad drain smell - which we complained about

When you raise a concern they refuse to apologise flatly and are very very poor .

We ate at the Rompeolas (michelin star) restaurant in the old town which I can recommend.

The Nubium restaurant is a great idea as special evening meal out and the food, on the first of our two evenings, was excellent, the Lamb cooked to perfection, our second evening not quite so.

Night entertainment was good and I loved all the different cocktails.

We used the my favourite club restaurant several times through the week including the bookable Al a carte, which we couldn't fault.

We got one night to eat in the main restaurant,

Then again on other occasions had a nice paella for lunch.

Restaurant and food quality was decent too .

however the food was excellent with a damn good variation 
* the staff were absolutely superb (in particular the younger ones on the bar, pool and activities) who seem to have the biggest smile and even bigger energy than you could ever wish for!

The food bar is too high to actually see the food.

The menu is repeated weekly, there are 2 a la carte  options each evening, from what I can establish the same food is available in the other restaurants.

The food was Luke warm at best and the choice was appalling, hardly any meat and mostly fried veg and pies.

There aren’t many hot  vegetables either so expect to eat a lot salad if you want to get your 5 a day in.

The food in the à la carte restaurant was excellent and was delicious in the buffet restaurants.

There is a LOT of mousse type cake for dessert.

Their quiz evenings are great fun and their show telling the story of love conquering evil was moving

LOADS of sunbeds to choose from, no busy pool despite some entertainment on.

The staff especially the entertainment team worked tirelessly from yoga classes to aqua Zumba.

In the evenings it would be great if there was a seperate lounge bar for club upgrade costomers as the main arena bar gets very packed .

There are 2 bars open on a night one where the entertainment is and another behind reception we used both very well.

The biggest disappointment was the bar at My favourite club closes at 7pm, as such if you don’t go to the entertainment event downstairs you are seated in either the hotel lobby area / bar area or outside on a veranda in front of the shop.

but there’s only so much prancing around on stage and karaoke you can watch.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and would specially like the thank the entertainment team.

The largest is by the entertainment area; we mainly used this one, as it’s closest to our room,

Big thank you to the entertainment team who work tirelessly.

It was normally just a singer in the dining area.

Animation staff do a great job, you can get involved as much as you want.

The dinner selection was basic (the same thing every night) and the “entertainment” was lacking.

Have to mention the Animation Team - Giovanni, Juan Carlos, Lisa, Anna & new recruit Mickel - all were fabulous, kept us all  very well entertained day & evening.

In addition there was a large buffet restaurant in the centre of the complex adjacent to the main evening entertainment area.

Entertainment on evenings had a good variety, with an amazing group who played one evening which was definitely the highlight of the holiday.

The mini discos went down well, especially when 'Mooney' put in an appearance!

On final note the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

We did not require Corralejo as Alua Suites had all we needed for some RnR following two years of COVID lockdown and thanks to the team for looking after us so well.

We were impressed with the staff throughout the hotel, they were very hardworking and couldn't do enough for us; especially the bar staff.

Check in was very informative and staff very friendly.

Reception advise this was available pre covid .

Pool experience was great too , we always found  either a couple of sunbeds or the Bali beds free to use  , despite a lot of others reserving with towels early in the morning 
All staff are welcoming and do a great job.

Staff were excellent and trying their best.

There is also the Metro underground from there, and only 4 stops along the Red line to the centre of Barcelona, to the Plaça de Catalunya.

Walking distance to The Museu Nacional‎ and a 20 minute walk to Placa Catalunya.

We met by the rooftop pool and were given a free drink whilst the brilliant guide, Ariadna Miro, told us about the nearby Metro and shopping centre and gave us a very enlightening potted history of Barcelona before we set off into the Montjuic area for a walk up to the National Art Musem of Catalunya in time for the spectacular fountain display which culminated at the Fountain of Montjuic to the Barcelona theme sung by Freddie Mercury and Monserrat Caballe.

It was in a great location to visit the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya and the magic fountains.

Being on the metro is great - less than 10 mins in to Catalunya.

!Espanya station is just outside the hotel and four stops to Catalunya which takes you to las Ramblas (look for the correct exit when you get there) lovely underground, air conditioned and even smelled lovely!

On previous visits to Barcelona we've always stayed near Plaza Catalunya so it was nice to stay in a different part of town and explore a new area.

You can walk to Plaza Catalunya within 30 mins along the Gran Via, taking in the sights and sounds while your walking.

The property is well located just adjacent to Placa Catalunya with Bus and Metro leading to the city center.

Because it is located at Placa Catalunya the whole city is within easy reach.

Pretty easy to walk to Catalunya too, takes about 25mins.

Location was perfect 15 minute walk to Placa Catalunya or 5 minute metro ride.

and the location is good. We walked to, Catalunya, La Ramblas, Arc De Triomf, Gaudi houses and Sagrada Familia etc (longish

30 min walk to the Placa Catalunya and the centre (Las Ramblas),

I go to Barcelona a lot, and B hotel is a great place , a 10 min hop on the metro to catalunya, el born and all the rest

The metro can take you straight to Playa de Catalunya, which is a small walk from La Ramblas, and with one change you can get to Sagrada Familia and with two changes you can reach the beach (although it won't be much quicker than walking).

but overall trendy and in a good location for sightseeing just don't go there if you want for example placa Catalunya or Born where the better evening entertainment is .

Air conditioning was great and the rooftop was incredible with a beautiful view to Plaza d' España.

Great location on Plaza España, very close to a central metro station.

We always stay at B-Hotel because the staff is really friendly, the rooms are very clean, breakfast is super and it is well located next to the Plaza Espanya with lots of restaurants, bars and the Arenea Shopping Center.

The hotel is at the Plaza Espanja and there is metro station almost next to the hotel.

Located in the center near Plaza Espanya, metro really close.

Good location, just a few metro stops from Las Rambla and close to the Plaza D’Spain metro station.

Prime location at Plaza Espanya, clean rooms, very reasonably priced & excellent value   With quality better than most 3 star hotels ^ would be perfect were it not for the impossible to work out light controls & shower as mentioned by several previously.

The hotel is situated 300m from Plaza Espanya.

We stayed here as part of our 20th anniversary trip and had mentioned this when we booked, to try and get a nice view of the plaza from our room.

Rooftop-Bar with pool was very nice with look over Plaza Espania.

Wonderful hotel - with fantastic facilities, super helpful staff and all in a central transport hub - getting to all the sights is really easy from Plaza Espana..

The Aerobus from the airport drops you off on the other side of the Plaza so you get off, look around you in awe and there it is - with a huge B on the roof by the pool, shining like a beacon.

but you can still order a drink to the top and have a drink looking over one of the main plazas.

The property is located centrally near Plaza Espana station and near nice restaurants etc.

The hotel was located right on plaza españa so it was very easy to move around the city from there.

The hotel also has a great rooftop pool and is located next to the Plaza d'Espagna so really easy to acces by metro or by Aerobus from the airport.

Big thanks for our upgrade to executive level;room was fantastic and the pool overlooking the plaza is a must.

The hotel is located by Arenas and Plaza España.

The only downside is that it’s on a very busy road so quite noisy at night time.

Our room was on the 7th floor and overlooked the roundabout, which was quite noisy

The location is noisy, traffic and dustman in the early hours.

but the surrounds aren't, so the noise still comes in.

As it turned out, this worked to our advantage because the garden view room was extremely quiet at night whereas the city view room would likely have been somewhat noisy.

Only downside - no English speaking tv channels and i do like to have some for background noise.

Busy area - light sleepers may need earplugs to block out the early morning street cleaning noise -

On the street side of the hotel, there can be some noise from traffic, while the back side is very quiet.

A lot of road works going on all over Barcelona when we travelled and although we where on the 6th floor it was very noisy from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm even on the Sunday so sleep was poor

No bar or hall area, a bit noisy for rooms above the street.

One minor problem is that when metro passes through, you can feel the vibration

Traffic noise isn’t as bad as people make out.

but the second room, though on the 6th floor, was just as noisy.

If you want a quiet room, choose one that does not look out over the Gran Via.

The only let down was the noise from outside - I get the location

Sometimes we could hear the noise of the underground passing under the hotel.

There is a LOT of noise from the metro and the road, as well as from the hall and elevator.

The only down side was my room was near the road so I could hear the traffic at night,

We were greeted with smiles every morning and the staff were very attentive and made sure food was always fresh and available.

Breakfast is excelent, the offer is different every day, lots of fruit and salads, everything freshly made and tasty.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to all public transport links and some fantastic restaurants near by.

Although we didn’t pick this hotel for its location it worked perfectly with a 20-35 minute walk to the centre and our dinner reservations, we also went out clubbing one night and found it really easy to get a taxi too and from the hotel.

Rooftop pool is a must, shame it shuts at 9pm because you could finish your night sipping Cocktails.

It is very clean and well catered with towels, drinks and light food.

The hotel was walking distance to the Arenas Mall where there were lots of restaurants on the roof, and it was walking distance to the metro which we took to visit Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Las Ramblas Street, and many other sights.

Starbucks is next door and several tapas restaurants are across the street along with a mall with rooftop restaurants!

It was convenient for the concert at the Olympic stadium and close to bars and restaurants.
