..crazy any hotel good, rooms all round a central atrium.

The room was nice and I particularly liked the "atrium" design.

Stayed two nites in the Wyndham Atrium on a business package, what means incl breaky.

I have stayed at the Atrium Hotel a few times before, and it has  been to my complete satisfaction.

We have been at the Mercure Atrium for three days for a conference.

The Mercure Atrium is a nice hotel with a really friendly staff.

The Atrium is a splendid hotel, convenient location especially for the companies and medical park located nearby.

I always try to stay at the Mercure Atrium when I go to Hanover

Got told we could eat in restaurant or

Breakfast as good and the front desk and bar staff were friendly.

Ther was a big variety of drinks in the main bar and food!!

What made my stay worthwhile was Michael who works in the bar..friendly, attentive, personable
and professional.

The lounge bar has been refurbished and is comfortable

Mini bar packed with expired foods/drinks.

The room was OK, the staff were not happy and did not smile, the bar was covered with a huge sheet.

Nice bathroom and ammenities such as toiletries, coffee maker, mini bar, etc.

Prices from the mini bar: a chocolate bar EUR 2,50; a water (0,5l) EUR 3,50.

Bathroom does not work, the shower was old and broken, making it very difficult to take a shower.

We were on a group booking so had no choice 
However bathroom cleanliness questionable one towel stained and toilet not spotlessly clean.Rest of room  ok

The bar service was appalling  short staffed staff arguing among staff.Ok it was busy as  there was a function

When I checked in there were hairs in the bathroom so that spoke loudly to me in terms of hygiene and cleanliness.

(Under Desk/Dressing table) Bathroom had bathtub and shower.

We also went down to use the jacuzzi which had been drained and not in use which was very disappointing.

The showerhead is not high enough for taller people (I am 1,74m and had my 
problems), so taking a shower is not very relaxing.

but some time they not put and u have to call receptionist to bring u

Bathroom turned out to be equiped for invalid, not normal shower or toilet.

but there is no air conditioning and the bathrooms are incredibly outdated with a shower suitable for those that are 5ft and under only.

The WiFi is non existent and there was no hot water for the last 48 hours of my stay, so it was cold showers all round.

Run down, out of date decor, inadequate bathroom and we had a suite which we paid through the nose for.

Filthy & Dirty carpets in all public corridors - 
A massive TV / Radio Tower is located 100 meters from the room which gives off strong wind tunnel noise and makes sleeping in peace impossible when it is windy - which it was
Change room for Sauna & Hot Tub is located across from same you must walk across a public corridor to enter
So guests walk in and hop in Tub or into the Sauna w/o shower and rinsing

Mine in particular had a massive stain on the floor carpet in front of the bathroom.

The room provided also a robe, slipper, a deposit box, a luggage tray, some storage for clothing (not to much) and a minibar.

The beds are not really comfortable, the pillows are not good and the shower was designed for the vertically challenged.

The bath /shower has nothing to hold on to when getting out an accident waiting to happen .

Its really annoying to have to down again right away - especially when the lifts are not working

Room had stains on the ground, the hotel is too lazy to have real individual shampoo and soap so they have giant dispensers on the wall.

We stayed in junior suite for month and half bcz my dad in INI hospital 

First I’ll talk about room:
1- wide bed room with sala and small kitchen 
2-need to change furniture old
3- wifi need to login every time and only for 1 device u can use for 3 days then take again from reception 
4- complimentary 2 water daily

The room was very basic and the bed was uncomfortable.

The carpets and curtains are dirty, the only really clean items was the linen .

But how can any hotel have a openly floating water bed???!! !

Over-rated hotel and facilities, outdated furniture and beds.

though the furnishings and equipment were not particularly modern or plush, they seemed in good repair.

From extra towels, to pillows to dished, to extended our accommodation.

but 
- saturday morning at 8:30 someone started drilling in the room next door and into the wall behind our bed. Seriously???

Rooms are showing their age, beds have thin, uncomfortable mattresses and thin duvets.

The 'apartment' room was dated, had marks on the wall and there were two single beds instead of a double.

Reservation for 2 persons made a week ahead, yet on the arrival:
- only one pillow
- no toilet paper
- only one set of towels (we were instructed to serach for spare (!)

The beds and bedrooms are comfortable if not large.

I don't prefer two twin beds pushed together to make a king.

This is one of those hotels where a "king bed" is really two beds pushed together.

Not a bad hotel clean room fresh linen each day.

but clean, well-located and good value for the money.

Room was clean and spacious, peaceful and had a decent nights sleep.

Anyways, the bathroom was clean so nothing to really complain about.

As far as the room was concerned - it was fine - it was clean, I had what I needed and I slept very well.

The bathroom also was very big, clean and warm.

The hotel is clean the room was great and the service and staff were amazing.

The people from staff, I saw , were trying to compensate and were trying to be really helpful, friendly and attentive.

We got a spacious and clean room (I guess it was one of the renovated ones), a very nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

The reception is cosy and nice.The staff is friendly,and I can make a special mention for the principal front desk man VEDAT  CANAN which understand me and helped with my reservation.

Breakfast was a decent hot and cold buffet and the staff were friendly.

The staff are friendly and the lobby is even inviting, despite the fake fireplace.

The overall service was excellent, reception was warm and friendly atmosphere was welcome by my entire family.

Efficient and friendly check in, comfortable and spacious bedroom and allover very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is perfect for medical proposes and it's great for INI patients companions as it is 5 minutes walk from INI.Staff is friendly and helpfull all over and the hotel is quiet and rooms are very clean and breakfast is generous with good buffet and they do have smoking rooms.

but the room was ready and we were immediately made to feel welcome, the receptions staff being very friendly.

The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them

The hotel rate is too expensive for what they are offering.

but :

- very poor decorated
- phone from the room was not functioning
- tv in the living room also  not functioning
- extremely expensive during the fairs for they offer
- stuff of the hotel .

Very expensive - not for value (116 euro a night for one person)

I am not sure if prices were hiked up due to an event going on

but in most cases, the renovation has been cleverly done to avoid massive costs, but change the feel of the building.

No matter what price point this hotel is offered at, stay elsewhere!

Only negatives are the poor internet connection in our room and very expensive breakfast.

Given this was a work event that bought me to Hannover and there was not a lot of available accommodation and the prices were ridiculous also didn't help either.

Only thing i didnt like was location because the taxi is really expensive!

I had an "Hospital Bathroom"
The breakfast is a lot expensive i think, for 19€ there aren't pasteries, in a country where the land of "Pasteries" is at only 1h of plane.

It is a just basic hotel which charges too much for its averegness.

Everything in the hotel is worn out .We arrived on Friday night ,the junior suite that we paid nearly five hundred pounds for two nights did not have the sofa bed promised,it was a sofa it wasn't made,we did it our selves and

I was oft disturbed in non elegant way and had to pay on breakfast table instead writing it on the room number

It appeared as if the hotel manager just wanted to save some electrical costs.

You'll find that the only available king size beds are in the apartments - adding another 50 Euros to the overall cost!

I was surprised to see that the charge for this breakfast--a rather uninspiring buffet-style affair with limited selections--was 19 euros!

quietness was one of the best feature of this hotel

When it comes to rooms they were tidy and comfortable.

We enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam and sauna and overall it met our needs.

Just a quick stay, nice room, good food at dinner and breakfast and nice staff.

So all in all a fairly good evening just think the staff we a bit stressed!

The staff was very nice, breakfast really delicious.

When we ordered the meal the staff were very polite and attentive to us.

Unfriendly staff who obviously begrudge working as they never smile, and don't speak very good english.

The hotel is not that easy to reach by public, only connections are with bus.

Internet access only with purchase of EURO 7.50 code, are we living in 2000 still?

I don't remember such a slow connection even not at the dawn of internet.

Also provided internet credentials last for up to 2gb so forget watching e.g Netflix; if you don't speak German, also forget watching tv - no entertainment channels in English.

Nice friendly staff - do ask for better wifi as when crowded no good download possibilities - elevators are a bit slow so you will need to be patient during rushhour in the morning - for the rest about ok for what one could expect

Please provide internet vouchet on check-in.

The WiFi connection seemed to be a little slow at times.

Only problem is a slow internet especially in the morning and afternoon, when the guests are back.

The worse part, considering this is a business hotel is that the wifi is very slow.

If you do not use the wifi after 10 minutes you had to re-enter credentials, that was a pain.

It is attached too low and over an indent in the wall, it was impossible to position yourself under the shower (unless you are 1.20m short maybe)
- Internet is not free, this is something that is unacceptable in 2015, I usually never book a hotel that does not have free wifi, somehow I must have missed this
- No free parking available when we arrived.

WI-FI IS now charged which in this day and age and in a hotel costing this much per night is unacceptable  (you can go down the street and use the Wi-Fi in Subway for free).

The connection to the city center is somewhat poor since the bus line stops too early.

The room was terrible and did not look like the photos that you can find in the internet.

The organizers of a recent Trade Show held at the Forum on the PNE Grounds had recommended the Atrium for the proximatey to this venue.

We have stayed at Atrium Inn so many times now, it is always reliable, we’ve never had an issue!

We found yh Atrium online, and it was perfect.

Embarking on a journey to Vancouver, the Atrium Inn stands as a welcoming beacon of hospitality, exuding warmth and unmatched service from the get-go.

We stayed overnight at the Atrium, prior to a cruise.

Atrium Inn Vancouver is a great place to stay.

We had a lovely night’s stay at the Atrium Inn.

My stay at atrium was good, staff was great, smiling and very friendly.

I stay at The Atrium a couple times per month.

the Atrium was absolutely perfect for my needs; great location, secure parking, friendly staff, easy check in and check out.

Overall if you need a place to stay that has no frills, I would definitely recommend Atrium Inn.

We love the Atrium, It is always friendly, clean, and in our favourite part of town.

Next time if I come in Vancouver I will stay at Atrium inn.

The breakfast buffet was a lovely feature, underground free parking was important for me and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast and free parking was what sold us for this place.

The hotel itself was very clean, the breakfast included hot items, and there is ample secure parking.

The breakfast was like what you get at a Hampton Inn.

The carpets in the rooms are so dirty that the color of the carpet cannot be recognized at all.

We were placed on the pet floor and the carpets in the room were really gross looking.

Chipped furniture and paint, dirty walls and curtains, water damage on walls and carpet.

Upon check-in, we quickly realized that our room had previously suffered water damage that was not correctly repaired, as there were water-damaged baseboards, stained carpets and yellow/ orange mould growing all over the bathroom.

The carpet was worn and ripped, the ceilings in the bathroom were disgusting from old leaks, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was mold around the window, the view was of a brick wall, the vents were very dirty, and the TV was unplugged and I couldn't get behind the dresser to plug it in.

The ceiling panels were falling off, my fire alarm was not properly secured to the wall it was just hanging by a cable, ridiculously loud heat system, dented fridge, leaky/rusted sink, beat up walls, gross stains on the carpet.

1) the Carpet - it was so horribly stained, it looked like it was attempting a camouflage pattern instead of a being a solid.

The rooms are dated, furniture scratched, paint is peeling, carpet is worn and dirty.

Our room was dirty looking because of the carpet stains, several light bulbs were not working.

but fridge, surfaces, window, hair all around, stained carpet, etc), the furniture is all scratched up and outdated, the sliding door for the patio had to be forced to work (and was dirty), the patio wasn’t a comfortable place to spend time, etc.

but our room was dirty (with stained carpet), the sheets were hard, we didn’t want to use the towels, the toilet was partially broken (although functional).

✨Feeling: No bare feet on or clothes on carpet, wear shoes when you shower😂 double lock your door and pin something against it.

Carpet is very dirty.. bathroom is not that really clean.

Carpet was dirtiest I ever seen in a hotelroom, the mirror had even blood splashes on it.

So I have put up with the fact that it is dirty and poorly maintained ( I swear it's been years this carpet was cleaned) - in fact I has some hope for it this time because I have stayed in this particular room before, and the mould in the shower that I complained about last time had been almost completely cleaned up and the leaky fridge had been replaced.

Carpet was smell bad, walls curtain are dirty, ceiling falling apart.

but describing the hotel as clean would be too generous.

It was a good location for us, the room was clean, hotel was clean.

It is clean and very well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the price was very good.

For me, this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to.

The best way I can describe this hotel, is it is like putting lipstick on a pig.

We had underground parking, excellent service, clean room and very good breakfast included for a very reasonable price.

Room are clean and comfortable, lots of restaurants etc around you and with in walking distance or you can have delivered. Quite.

The room was very nice, bed and sofa were comfortable, tv is very decent, bathroom is clean and the mini kitchen is useful.

The hotel is clean, all of the staff were very pleasant, and the breakfast is adequate.

Free parking and complimentary breakfast are a plus.

Their free breakfast was one of the best from any hotel chains I ever had.

Complimentary breakfast was way more than expected.
