 - the only gripe: my air conditioning was broken and the first room too hot.
 - The AC was okay, a bit on the warm side and after 2 nights we were starting to get claustrophobic with the luggage and toiletry bags piled up around the room.
 - The only downfall about this hotel was our room (311) didn’t have very strong air con so we ended up having to sleep with the window open and a wet flannel on our heads.
 - I think they really need to focus on cleaning and fix the air con.
 - Air conditioning was not turned on and the shower was very difficult to operate.

 - though I was told this was being fixed and would be working again soon - perhaps an offer of a free drink etc would have been welcome.
 - I had trouble with the safe and hotel personnel were quick to fix the problem.
 - It would be interesting to hear if other reviewers have stayed in 909 and whether the bath is actually fixed - I doubt very much so.
 - When I asked the staff if something could be done about it, they answered sourly that it would be fixed "tomorrow".
 - I think they really need to focus on cleaning and fix the air con.

 - but expensive for what it was plus looks cleaning service is not well because shower have material of when tiles has been installed.
 - The level of transmission was such that we could hear conversations and bathroom activities perfectly clearly.
 - Only downfall was that our shower would get blocked, and the water took about 20 minutes to go down the drain.
 - The bathroom was extremely basic.
 - Very old thinks in bathroom.

 - Standard ibis rooms, I stayed in 106, backgrounds, would not recommend because there is a building being refurbished in front of the window.
 - View out of window seemed to be a building under construction workers started around 7.30 am.
 - Next morning (after a awful night) we requested the room change so we could leave the window open to make it a bit cooler as the room we currently had was on the 4th floor and facing a noisy street.
 - did not replace soap two days in a row..broken light in the room not fixed and the blinds kept falling apart due to poor design.
 - This arrangement caused the standard window desk to be permanently retracted.
