Our shower has been a bit leaky and the shower head is falling off.

but there was mold in the room and multiple items were just broken and bathroom tiles were coming off.

Toilet was broken, soap dispenser was broken, balcony door was broken and couldn't close.

Issue I had in one the rooms was an ants infestation coming out of a hole in the bathroom.

BATHROOM- there is a separate bathroom and toilet in the rooms.

The shower is a box you can barely fit in.

The shower leaked through the door and made the floor slippy which was fun.

I woke up with a loud noise of glass squeaking from the toilet, found nothing broken,

but this hotel is so bad very dodgy did not feel safe and the food was a health problem my 16 year and 13 year old sons room flooded at 5am two men let there self in the room stood over them in the dark and told them they had to move rooms without informing me i was absolutely frantic not knowing were my sons were.

The toilets round the pool sink was blocked so couldn’t was your hands after.

There was no coffee or tea amenities and only 2 towels were available

Toilet roll and famished up food around the pool.

I emailed the admin team about a few issues, (shower door unable to close, flickering light, no hot water to basin, loose toilet seat) All fixed within 24 hours) Unfortunately, the extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet of both rooms, are cosmetic, never worked, even after requesting maintenance.

Hard to turn round and wash in the shower without turning the water off with your bum.

Our room as you can see from the photo was plagued with ants especially in the bathroom, despite being told it had been sanitizer when I mentioned it to cleaning staff, they were there every day.

I'm here at the moment, rooms are small and basic
Hotel amenities are great, entertainment team are great, food and drink good 
HOWEVER on the first day, I returned to my room  my door was open and things were missing.

Now for the negatives the beds are extremely hard ,rooms lack basic amenties such as a kettle (unless you want to rent one for your stay) Water pressure in shower very weak .Main food hall  extremely congested with no real flow ,so people going in all directions and labels on food often incorrect .The food in this hall is very repetetive ,looks to be recycled from one day to the next.

The toilet door lock was faulty resulting in our 3 year old managing to lock himself inside

The mirror in the bathroom is lit with a strange yellow light and there’s a window to the bedroom, it’s part shaded

We did have a broken bathroom door handle which means anyone shutting the door had to be let out.

If you want a civilised evening out go to menara mall for coffee ice cream and a dancing fountain show
All in all very enjoyable

We’ve been quad biking (which we booked through the Love Holidays rep out here which was £125 for the 4 of us).

Staff were all friendly attentive nothing was too much trouble there was plenty of choice with food rooms were cleaned everyday the only thing to spoil our holiday was it was very cold at night and early morning

This trip was intended as a cheap getaway, with Aqua Mirage as a base to explore Marrakech.

We stayed in this hotel via our British airways holiday package and found it good value for the money.

I've done a lot of 5 start holidays and let me tell you this 1 topped them all!!

Overall had a lovely holiday and the weather was fab 👌, its was a lovely 4 days and we would definitely return to this hotel.

Animation team are the best and have made this holiday for us.

But despite the negatives, there were lots of positives about the hotel and we had a nice holiday.

None of us were ill in any way, and the boys are demanding that we return, both adamant it was the best holiday ever!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough it’s a must visit for a relaxing vacation.

The entertainment is awesome and the staff are so attentive and friendly I'd highly recommend this place for a holiday for all

Honestly a great holiday had by all and hoping to return again - thank you Aqua Mirage!

For young families there was plenty to do every day, and food and drinks were provided at every location where this could be possible, it was not only meals on time, in between there were many options.

plus the shoes didn’t start until 9.30pm, 

LOCATION- the hotel is about 15 mins drive from the airport & just off a main road.

Location near to Marrakesh made a trip into the city to see the market quite straightforward.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff who took our luggage from the taxi, and after checking in, all luggage was loaded onto a golf buggy, where one of the staff gave us a tour of the resort, explaining where things were located.

Situated around the pools, the water park & activity locations, there is always a variety of lounging locations to choose from.

Room location was great, easy walk to restaurant, short cut to Relax pool, close enough to main pool and entertainment without the noise reaching our room.

Great location, fun hotel, fantastic entertainment staff.

Overall - A nice hotel with friendly staff, decent food, in a hot location with a fantastic waterpark!

There is also a Relaxed pool in a separate location which is only for people aged 16+.

LOCATION

TIP - Marrakech is 20 min drive.

Shuttle bus to town is convenient and easy, and the hotel is well located for pick up for any number of excursions.

The location is great too, it is 20 minutes away from the airport and around 10-15 minutes away from the main square.

Khalid the waiter in the restaurant was great.

Aqua park - located in the hotel grounds, free access, just walk in whenever you want, about 12 slides, reasonably well maintain, great fun, attendants looking after aquapark guests and the slides.

Hotel location is great for airport transfer roughly 20 mins, also shuttle bus to medina at about £3 per person and worth a visit to see the delights of Marrakesh.

Top tip- don't leave sweet drinks around or you will be swarmed with wasps
Bad bits are the food and location.

Location of hotel wasn’t great as there isn’t anything nearby really, took 30 mins to get to the city.

They don’t have a ATM machine located near for withdrawals either.

Sadly despite being desperate for a holiday after the pandemic, I wouldn’t recommend this location for a relaxing holiday or for those with young children due to the noise levels.

We stayed in block 2 which was the best location for walking to main pool, entertainment in the evenings and restaurant.

Amenities - comfortable beds, ac/heater works decent, food has variety for all age groups and diets - one feedback i gave to the restaurant staff was to have food labels and ingredients listed , else it was difficult to figure out what each food was.

We would rate the hotel as :
Food 7/10 (lunch and dinner are probably an 8/10

but why eat that when real food is available.

There is a good variety of food including stamdard dishes like pizza and chicken nugets for kids in addition to more complex Moroccan dishes.

In summary, if you like chicken nuggets for dinner every night, staff that don’t really care and hard beds then you’ll love it.

We hadn’t planned to eat much at Aqua Mirage

The services, entertainments, meals and staff friendliness were so good that I have not seen them before.

Pros: 
- Lovely, friendly staff
- Beautiful well looked after grounds
- Delicious Moroccan food

Cons:
- Food isn't labelled properly.

but everything was very clean, the food was great and the staff were really welcoming and super helpful.

There is a huge range of food that would suit everyone even the pickiest eaters.

We had a great time at this hotel, most staff were pleasant ( with the exception of a few rude bar staff ) 
Excellent food choices 😋 and my hubby is a fussy typical English food man and even he enjoyed the food.

Very good food for both vegetarian and non Vegetarian plus for kids.

The entertainment staff were lovely and always did their best to engage with both us and our children.

The evening entertainment is outside, which at this time of year means wearing coats and it’s pretty poor too.

but their security manager, entertainment manager was putting me at fault.

All staff are super friendly especially the entertainment staff who were the most loveliest people I have ever met and who my kids loved!

There’s so much to do at this hotel and the entertainment is great.

Staff were so friendly from reception to when we were leaving the facilities.

This held up our departure as there are often long queues at reception.

The in house entertainment people do interact with guests and provide aqua aerobics, sports etc during the day and there is a huge outdoor stage at night.

The water park was great fun and very clean and safe.

Would imagine that if you have a young family and the temperatures are warmer, this would be a brilliant place for them to enjoy the water park and many activities on offer every day, with an excellent and incredibly enthusiastic entertainment team on hand.

however they have a heated pool which is a great size for winter, the water park was also fun!

The water park is great for the kids, and all staff were extremely friendly, including the bar and security staff.

This is the perfect place for kids, the younger kids waterpark is amazing and kept kids entertained all day, the bigger water park was brilliant aswell, it was good to see so many life guards on duty.

Good points - The water park with wave pool will keep all the family occupied, The resort staff are friendly and helpful, The entertainment team are a great bunch always chatting to the guests and keeping the place fun, The waiting staff could not do enough to help in the main restaurant, and the barmen kept us supplied with ample drinks.

The water park was brilliant, never had to worry about getting a sun bed and never any queues for any of the slides.

FACILITIES- We appreciated the choice of water park, main pool or quiet pool.

The water park was fabulous, always being cleaned (there are alot of wasp/flies in the area) drinks and snacks available.

If travelling without young children the pool bar is a must, quiet with a bar open till 6
If u don’t fancy the restaurant each day the banquets and salad at the water park are a must
When asking for beer ask for bottled beer better than the draught
Taxi easy to use just ensure price before u get in and don’t be frightened to banter, we paid 150 for 4 to market or can use the shuttle bus, be warned be there 5-10 mins early as doesn’t wait
All in all apart from the earthquake an enjoyable trip

The water park and pools are good fun and the shows were fun to watch.

Spent the next day at the infinity pool.. its a beautiful pool with a lovely fountain.

And there's Santiago Gonzalez Ballona the best and most friendliest waiter I've ever had and you could ever wish for, he was very helpful, he would advise us on our meals (my wife is vegeterian) and he was a fountain of knowledge.

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at TRS Yucatan.

I have never been on such a beautiful, relaxing vacation!

We also would like to highly commend Martha at Helios who was friendly , accommodating , and looked after us throughout our entire holiday.

A daytrip to the maya ruins in Tulum, a snorkel adventure with sea turtles, a swim in a cenote followed with an authentic mexican dinner in a local restaurant of the beaten path, made our mini vacation complete.

Absolutely 100 percent best vacation I have ever experienced.

After two great trips to TRS Coral resort including our wedding back in February 2023 we decided to give TRS Yucatan a try on a long weekend, pre-holiday getaway and it did not disappoint!!!

Awesome resort, no kiddos, adult entertainment and the most beautiful location!

Expansive ocean views, never overcrowded, and the bars were conveniently located.

The pool locations were all great in their own way - the main 3-level infinity pool had a stunning view with lots of live music each afternoon, and an overall fun and energetic vibe with a lot of people all around - the salt water ocean-front pool provided an equally beautiful view,

We were just looking for a different location.

The resort itself is lovely and the location is beautiful.

but also for its beautiful location on the Riviera Maya with only a short 20 minute drive to Tulum or 40 minute drive to Cozumel.

While the room's humidity bothered us a bit, we understood it's expected in a nature-centric location.

Great location and the staff were attentive and friendly, we were always met with a smile.

Loved the location of this villa as it was a 5 min walk to the left to Helios or 5 minute walk to the right for capricho.

I liked the location of this resort of you are interested in going to XelHa or Xcaret.

The View, Location and Staffing Are Amazing,

From the stunning beachfront location to the luxurious amenities and exceptional service, my stay was truly memorable.

I believe that building 66, 65,67,68 (in that order) are the best locations and have the best views if you are looking for that.

LOCATION
Most of the popular sites to see in Tulum requires a drive, so the location of this hotel is great.

Beautiful location, good food and drink and lots to do!

More so even than the other locations on this property like White Sands, etc.

Location TRS Yucatan is just over one hour drive from Cancun airport without traffic.

Location, service, drinks, night entertainment, food and everything.

The pool located at the TRS side of the resort is missing better entertainment and better selection of poolside food and drinks ..

Luckily, there was a nice couple that had a private company they booked outside of the hotel for airport transport that heard what was going on and offered us to get a ride with them if the company they were with allowed - the company did

We had private reformer Pilates classes with the resorts trainer, Elizabeth, every morning (which are included at no extra charge!).

There is a private TRS section with a bar and food and the ocean is amazing with such soft sand!

Next to our private pool, on the beach, along the winding pathway, in the pretty water feature.

We loved sitting outside by the private pool and using the pool since we went during one of the hottest, humid months of the year there.

Our suite with a large private infinity pool was spectacular and allowed us to seclude ourselves and enjoy some time together each day.

It is surrounded by jungle and felt very private.

We used the jacuzzi a few times, it worked great, was quiet and felt private.

but if I went back in the summer I would get the private pool.

Wonderful breakfasts at Capricho every morning, followed by relaxations at the tidal pool or private TRS beach drinking exotic elixers recharged our batteries.

We also utilized our private pool which had lovely shade on the day we couldn’t find anything.

There is a private TRS beach area about a fifteen minute walk from the TRS main area.

but quite private, and was pleasant at the end of the day.

Whilst there we booked a private romantic dinner at the Ixmucane Grand Cenote which was so lovely.

I feel this one was north worth it than the romance buglalo that was a “upgrade” we were right next to the infinity pool and had a private pool to ourselves.

Very knowledgable, kept to a good schedule and readjusted the trip so we visited the cenote first so we could have a private swim!

It was a great experience to have the option to try both rooms

If you need to take a shower before your room is ready, they have a very clean little private shower space for men and women (see attached photo).

but for the cost, I would expect more than 2 restaurants that stay open.

Maria worked at the bar by the infinity pool grill and she made the best cocktails and drinks and was so nice to us.

Gorgeous grounds, excellent food options.

The New Year eve special dinner was great could use a little more elaborate menu.

We went to Tentazione (Italian dinner) and the food was great.

The French, Italian and Argentenian restaurants were also great.

The food in some of the restaurants  can be inconsistent

He másé great suggestions - this is how we tried one of our best desserts ever (verrine de coco. ).

Helios: The breakfast / brunch buffet spread was incredible.

The food in every restaurant was great and I have never experienced service like this before.

Furthermore, the culinary experience, while generally satisfactory, could benefit from a broader variety of options in Chic Cabaret Restaurant.

We tried all restaurants and as per usual, the service and the staff were great.

The moonlight dinner, (once a month at full moon) was fantastic, best dinner we had.

He made moments at the pool entertaining with his singing and dancing when he brought our drinks.

The Chic show is a must and also the new restaurant/show Bravo!

Chic Caberet is a “do not miss” evening experience!

and a superb evening of music, dancing and entertainment.

The New Year's Party was the best with music, dancing, fireworks and lots of drinks.

wonderful place, the staff, the facilities, the food and entertainment were all excellent.

The entertainment staff, Marfa, Emmy etc and incredible!

The Chic Cabaret show is an absolute must!

butlers, entertainment instructors, the CHIC dancers, hostesses, the gardeners, the cart drivers, baggage gentlemen, the cleaners, towel boys, bartenders, chefs and wait staff.

The grounds are stunning and love that they make it home for the wildlife too

Entertainment 
Chic Cabaret is great to try for the evening and the bingo was very fun.

The POP entertainment team were great around the infinity pool.
