 - Nice balcony/sitting area just outside our door, overlooking the lobby and out at the moored boats.
 - The location is fine with a terrific roof top bar overlooking the harbor.
 - Welcoming, friendly staff, spotlessly clean room, lovely rooftop terrace restaurant/bar with gorgeous views.
 - Large clean rooms, quiet property, beautiful rooftop and wonderful views I cannot say enough good things about this Hotel and its staff.
 - We had drinks and dinner on the rooftop, enjoying the beautiful views of the Barcelona harbor.

 - Walls thin and the noise really travels so if you like real peace and quiet to sleep you may struggle.
 - The only slight criticism would be the rather thin walls! !
 - This room also has stains on the wall that I think that should be either painted or cleaned.
 - Our room could have been a little cleaner as there was a lot of dust that had settled on the walls.
 - Only downfall is the walls are VERY thin you can hear the neighbours do everything

 - Our pool was closed due to construction which was a bummer
 - but during the morning the construction site next door started drilling which was too much noise for us.
 - However, you can hear your neighbors talking etc and the construction noise was insane (8am-8pm).
 - We had 2 rooms on the 2nd floor both right above the construction work and one of them also beside a room being renovate.
 - 17 JAN 2017 I spent a night in a HOTEL that not only had construction going until the evening, the alley along the HOTEL had young adults loitering outside !!!

 - However, I need to take care of my car ( yes, the street in front of the hotel is quite busy and no parking space in the hotel).
 - Finally, if you had a car and needed somewhere to park, it wouldn’t be next to the hotel.
 - Also the parking for the car was just on the other side of the street.
 - It was full when we arrived so we had to park down by port olympic which had pre paid rates for 5 days for 60 Euro.
 - The hotel does not provide parking. But there is a parking lot across the street (not cheap.)

 - 30 second walk to a major station where you can either take the train directly to the airport, or metro to Camp Nou, the Magic Fountain, or other attractions.
 - I only stayed for one night as I was attending a FC Barcelona Champions League match and it was short trip on the metro to Collblanc (station nearest Camp Nou.
 - You are 10 minutes from Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter, 20 minutes from the port, 30 from the beach and Sargada Famillia, an then maybe an hours walk from Parc Guell and Camp Nou.

 - The wobbly sliding glass shower frame was also concerning, especially since it did not give you much room to get in and out with the toilet so close to it.
 - There are two drawbacks - only "sliding" glass door to bathroom means almost no privacy.
 - The bathroom shower is more functional that we have experienced elsewhere in our travels, with a sliding door that keeps the room from flooding.

 - We had a Junior suite at the rear of the hotel with a small terrace/balcony which overlooks other buildings and one nearby currently under constructed
 - That said it’s an old building and this time of year there are still leaves in the trees which are in front of the terrace door so that likely name it darker.

 - We tried to call my phone and a Spanish man picks up.
 - The room was fairly basic - no telephone, fridge/mini bar, safe -
 - The window was small and had a plastic curtain, it certainly had the prison cell realness feel to it.
 - there was also no telephone in the room, so if you needed help from the reception you should go down there.
 - but that’s it, one plug near the desk and one plug at one side of the bed, so if you like your phone charging at the side of you, one of you is going to need a very long cable!

 - Hotel Clean by with no spirit (Massive rooming) Wifi very poor Lift not suffisent (2 for 9 floors and service) Noisy in August 2022 due to constructions outside Bed noisy not strong Positif: poisition net to the beachin annimated area.
 - but poor accommodation.
 - My bed was made up 3 times on my second day which is completely pointless the poor cleaners, no need for it.
 - Towels were of poor quality.
 - All areas, including my room, had very poor air conditioning and you notice this especially during hot and very humid summer days in BCN.

 - The only thing which lacked was WI-Fi in our room so we had to go down to the lobby if we wanted free internet.
 - The wifi in the rooms was charged extra too.
 - There is no wifi in the room, only at the reception.
 - Did pay for WiFi in the room
 - But it's pricey for the bare-bone room you get: 100 euros with no wifi in room.
