 - The location is incredible, the neighborhood is safe and modern, with lots of restaurants and shops to go, and the "hop on hop off" buses have stops right in front of the hotel.

 - The rooftop bar is for sure worth a stop for the views (though drinks aren’t cheap)…the locals line up to head up so you know it’s a sight to see.

 - I think perhaps the most important thing for first-time visitors to Barcelona to know is this: taxi drivers generally do not know the Gothic Quarter, and when you give them "The Wittmore" as your destination, you might not actually wind up there!
 - A small point to note is that taxi drivers don't seem to like coming along the narrow lanes too much, so allow extra time if you're booking one - or just order it for the end of the road behind the post office building.
 - Our taxi driver had no problem finding it though.

 - 3) The light switches, while cleverly recessed, are also infuriating to figure out which works for which fixture.

 - The location is excellent in El Born.
 - A lovely hotel in the centre of El Born with lots to see and do in the area.
 - Clean and comfortable hotel in a nice area of Barcelona (El Born), near Arc de Triomf.
 - The neighborhood of El Born itself is also super cool, and if I ever find myself visiting Barcelona again, I won't hesitate to book with Hotel Catalonia Born!
 - The location is great too, in the pedestrian zone of El Born, which many great restaurants, shops, and bars.

 - The only drawback with the room was that the walls appeared to be made of cardboard, or perhaps they were just paper.
 - And the room had thin wall, you could hear your neighbor caughing or going to the toilet.
 - The walls must be thin as we could hear clear conversations of people next door at 2am and someone walking in the room above us at about 4 am.

 - Very clean hotel, good size rooms, full bathroom with tub and a balcony and a fabulous rooftop deck with a splash pool overlooking the Gaudi magnificence across the street!
 - but it has the best sun terraces with fantastic views of Barcelona it’s a real sun trap so small as the splash pool is its very welcoming I would and will recommend hotel gaudi to everyone Can’t wait to go back

 - We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Gaudi designed house (nice to have a high up open space in which to relax.)
 - Once arriving at the foyer complete with an impressive mosaic fountain done in a Gaudi style, you are greeted by warm staff.
 - Terrace is great for a relaxing drink and take in the atmosphere & energy of La Rambla area.
 - Location was brilliant, rooms clean and bright, beds so comfortable.
