 - Also, this hotel is located on a busy street (5 lanes of busy traffic), so there is a bit of street noise.
 - though Arago is a busy street, the room must have been soundproofed; I didn't hear any traffic noise once the sliding glass door was closed.

 - It’s also only a 2 minute walk from the Diagonal metro station, which gives easy access to the whole city if you don’t fancy walking.
 - The location of hotel is really good, close to metro, bus stations and many restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.
 - The location is perfect for exploring the fantastic shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, and the Metro Station is just a few meters from the hotel - for when you want to go further afield.

 - need to remodel the hotel, change the carpets, make the roos cleaner and bigger and definitely get a better cleaning services company my family also experience the same with the bed sheets , full of perbis hairs

 - During our visit, the hotel was being attended by the cleaning service almost all hours of the day, very astonishing and in my opinion, many hotels should follow this example.

 - It is very modern, clean hotel in the heart of Barcelona - few steps from Plaza Catalunya, Passage Gracia, Eixample district.
 - Another positive thing about this hotel is its location to Plaza Catalunya, only one block away!

 - He arranged our taxi's and seemed to be there working when we went up to our room for the night as well as when we woke in the morning .
 - But, instead of letting out youngest sleep in our room, they forced our middle boys to stay by themselves.

 - but very comfortable double bed, fantastic shower.
 - It was a good size and comfortable with an outlook to a courtyard of buildings..fantastic for people watching.
 - The bed was incredibly comfortable (king size) and the room in general was were nice and had all the amenities one could need (however, if there would have been something we needed, we could have let the staff known).

 - it took them hoalf a day and cost me USD150 for international roaming before they had put down the unique serial number of my iphone and then they switched it on somehow> 8. the bathroom was a disfunctional as the rest of the room.

 - The guests in the adjacent room were beyond vocal and clearly intended to sleep by day.
 - I told them the laundry cart woke me up every morning because it was squeaking loudly.
 - They were also not very comfortable, and my girlfriend had to sleep on her duvet due to the hardiness of the bed.
 - Room struggled to sleep three adequately.

 - The only real problem we had was the noise.
 - The rooms were also very noisy, and it was hard to fall asleep before the rooftop closed (we stayed on the 6th floor, right under the restaurant).
 - The noise from traffic was just terrible and there was a clicking coming from the broken closet light, so after not being able to nap, I asked if I could be switched at least to a room away from the street.
 - Mechanical blind makes room pitch black and no issue with traffic noise.
